Analysis of Traumatic Conditions of Women and Children at The Women’s and Children’s Empowerment Office of North Labuhanbatu Regency
Get PDFPenelitian ini mengkaji kondisi traumatis perempuan dan anak di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara, dengan fokus pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak. Motivasi penelitian ini muncul dari meningkatnya kasus kekerasan yang memerlukan pemahaman mendalam terhadap trauma yang ditimbulkannya. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengungkap trauma psikologis akibat kekerasan fisik, seksual, dan psikologis. Ditemukan bahwa faktor ekonomi, ketidaksetaraan gender, dan kurangnya kesadaran akan hak menjadi penyebab utama. Meskipun DPPA telah berupaya mengatasi masalah ini melalui konseling dan bantuan hukum, masih terdapat tantangan, seperti terbatasnya sumber daya dan stigma sosial. Penelitian ini menyarankan peningkatan kapasitas DPPA dan kampanye kesadaran masyarakat untuk mengatasi masalah ini dengan lebih efektif
The Supervision of Madrasah Principals in Improving Learning Quality Post-Covid-19 Pandemic at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Merangin
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the supervision practices of the principal at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Merangin in improving learning quality post-COVID-19 pandemic. The research explores how the principal implements supervision, the condition of learning quality after the pandemic, and the impact of these supervisory practices on educational outcomes.Using a qualitative research approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, documentation, and triangulation methods. The findings reveal three key aspects: (1) the principal effectively conducts supervision activities, including planning, organizing, motivating, monitoring, and evaluating, through the Learning Supervision Instrument Item Analysis (ABIS) strategy; (2) teachers have systematically structured learning processes, encompassing the development of learning objectives, material selection, teaching strategies, and resource organization, which have positively impacted educational outcomes; and (3) the supervision program implemented by the principal aligns with the overall goal of improving learning quality, resulting in notable progress in post-pandemic educational practices.
This research underscores the significant role of effective supervision in enhancing learning quality, particularly in the context of Islamic educational institutions adapting to post-pandemic challenges. The results offer valuable insights for educational leaders and policymakers seeking to develop robust supervisory frameworks to foster continuous improvement in learning outcomes.

Developing comics in the right way and can produce comics according to the needs and characteristics of students. Comics are images that have an interesting storyline, which are easy to understand, and can make it easy for them to understand difficult material, The ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) is a simple development model with a systematic research system that aims to formulate, improve, develop and produce a particular product. Data collection techniques have various ways of observation that have their own advantages depending on the purpose of the research, the source of the available data and the core context of the research being conducted. Interviews, Questionnaires Documentation Data analysis techniques Validity data analysis, practicality data. Potential effect analysis The results of the development of comic media on the material of changes in the form of objects for grade IV students in elementary schools are stated to be practical based on the results obtained through student response questionnaires with an average percentage value of 95% at the one-to-one stage, an average percentage value of 91% at the small group stage, and an average percentage value of 95.8% at the field test stage with very practical criteria. The results of the development of comic media on the material of changes in the form of objects for grade IV students in elementary schools are stated to be effective based on the results obtained through learning outcome tests that can be seen based on increasing student learning outcomes based on the average value of the pre-test is 32% and from the post-test is 86% with very effective criteria, this means that learning using this comic media has a potential effect so that it can be used in the learning process
The Effectiveness of Positive Reinforcement Techniques in Improving the Social Behavior of Blind Children
Get PDFVisually impaired children generally have problems in social behavior, one of which is being very closed and quiet in the school environment. Based on the results of the assessment carried out, 2 visually impaired children were found in inclusive schools who had low social behavior. The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness of positive reinforcement techniques in improving the social behavior of visually impaired children. The variables in this study are positive reinforcement techniques and social behavior of visually impaired children. This study uses a type of quantitative research through the Single Subject Research (SSR) approach. The research design used in this study is a multiple baseline cross subjects design. The research subjects were 2 visually impaired children in class XI at SMK Negeri 7 Padang. Data is collected through observation and tests. The data collection tool in this study is in the form of a social behavior assessment instrument. The data was analyzed using visual graphs consisting of in-condition analysis and inter-condition analysis. The results of the study showed an increase in social behavior in blind children in inclusion schools. This study uses positive reinforcement techniques in improving effective social behavior to be applied to blind children in inclusion schools

While traditional leadership development programs often focus on technical management skills, they overlook the need for integrated problem-solving strategies that address the multifaceted issues these principals encounter. This research explores how integrated problem-solving can enhance the leadership skills of Madrasah Tsanawiyah principals in Jambi, aligning their leadership practices with both the academic and moral responsibilities of their roles. The study employs a qualitative approach, involving semi-structured interviews, observations, and document analysis to understand the leadership challenges and strategies used by principals. Findings indicate that integrated problem-solving improves decision-making, fosters a culture of continuous improvement, and enhances both interpersonal and strategic leadership skills. Moreover, by incorporating Islamic values, principals are better equipped to manage diverse student populations and improve school performance in a way that aligns with the moral mission of Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Authentic leadership refers to a leadership style that emphasizes transparency, ethical behavior, and self-awareness, fostering an environment where followers feel valued and supported. This study explores how self-awareness in the work of headmasters can enhance their leadership effectiveness in improving the quality of education and the religious behavior of students. Through qualitative research methods, including interviews and observations, this study investigates the practices, challenges, and strategies employed by the headmasters in fostering an authentic leadership style. The findings indicate that self-awareness allows headmasters to recognize their strengths and weaknesses, reflect on their actions, and adapt their leadership approach to better align with the school’s values and goals. Furthermore, headmasters who demonstrate a high level of self-awareness are more capable of creating a positive school culture, building trust with teachers and students, and guiding the school toward continuous improvement. This study contributes to the understanding of the role of self-awareness in the leadership development of school heads, particularly in the context of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Riau Province. Foundation support provides schools with the necessary financial resources to improve infrastructure, procure teaching aids, and ensure that learning spaces are comfortable and well-equipped. These improvements create an atmosphere that motivates students to engage in learning actively. Additionally, welfare services significantly impact teacher development. Foundations often fund professional development programs, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teachers' pedagogical skills anpd subject matter expertise. Empowered and well-trained teachers are better equiped to deliver high-quality education, positively influencing student outcomes. Student development is another area supported by foundation welfare services. Scholarships, extracurricular activities, and character-building programs funded by these services play a pivotal role in shaping well-rounded individuals. These initiatives ensure that students not only excel academically but also develop the character and values aligned with Islamic principles. The findings of this study highlight that a well-structured welfare service system encompassing financial support, professional development, and resource allocation can significantly elevate the overall quality of school management. This research underscores the importance of foundation support in creating sustainable educational excellence in Islamic schools. Such support ensures that these institutions can fulfill their mission of producing a generation that is not only knowledgeable but also morally upright and socially responsible. Pendidikan Islam kultural menekankan penerapan nilai-nilai Islam yang sejalan dengan kebudayaan yang beragam, yang mengedepankan sikap toleransi, saling menghargai, serta pemahaman terhadap perbedaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang dilakukan di beberapa sekolah dasar yang menerapkan pendidikan Islam kultural di lingkungan yang multikultural. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru, siswa, dan orang tua, serta observasi terhadap proses pembelajaran di kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam kultural memiliki dampak positif dalam membentuk karakter siswa, terutama dalam mengembangkan sikap toleransi, empati, dan keterbukaan terhadap keberagaman budaya. Selain itu, pendidikan Islam kultural juga membantu siswa untuk memahami dan menghargai perbedaan agama dan budaya yang ada di sekitar mereka, yang pada gilirannya mendukung terciptanya hubungan sosial yang harmonis di dalam komunitas sekolah yang multikultural. Religious Moderation in Sunan Kalijaga Da'wah

Sebagai tokoh yang menggabungkan ajaran Islam dengan kearifan lokal, Sunan Kalijaga menggunakan seni dan budaya, seperti wayang, tembang Jawa, dan gamelan, sebagai medium dakwah. Pendekatan moderat ini mencerminkan toleransi dan inklusivitas, yang memungkinkan Islam diterima oleh masyarakat tanpa menimbulkan konflik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka dengan sumber data utama dari karya-karya yang membahas Walisongo dan moderasi beragama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan moderat yang dilakukan Sunan Kalijaga relevan dengan upaya menjaga harmoni sosial dalam masyarakat multikultural dan tetap relevan untuk mengatasi tantangan ekstremisme agama di era modern
