Implementation of the scientific approach in the Merdeka curriculum at the high school level
Get PDFThis research was conducted to explore the application of scientific approaches in the Merdeka Curriculum with a focus on its impact on educational outcomes in Indonesia. The methodology used in this study is descriptive qualitative, by utilizing literature research to collect relevant data. Analysis is carried out by setting goals, clarifying important concepts, defining units of analysis, collecting relevant data, and establishing conceptual relationships between data. The results showed that a scientific approach, which involves observation, questioning, information gathering, reasoning, and communication, can improve students' intellectual and critical thinking abilities. The flexibility of the Independent Curriculum and the emphasis on student-centered learning support the active involvement and independence of learners. This approach is in keeping with the demands of modern education, which aims to prepare students for challenges in an ever-evolving global landscape
Legal Analysis Of Incident Reporting Against The Patient Safety Management System In Hospitals
Get PDFPatient safety in hospitals is still a major issue, with a wide range of services that have risks that threaten patient safety. Patient safety incidents (PSEs) are unintentional events and conditions that result in or have the potential to result in preventable harm to patients. According to the Minister of Health Regulation No. 11 of 2017, patient safety is a system that makes patient care safer, including risk assessment, identification and management of patient risks, incident reporting and analysis, the ability to learn from incidents and their follow-up, and the implementation of solutions to minimize the incidence of risk and prevent injury caused by errors due to carrying out an action or not taking action that should be taken. 2014, includes fear of being blamed, lack of commitment from management and related units, no reward from the hospital if reporting, not knowing which boundaries or what to report, and ineffective socialization of patient safety incidents. Therefore, hospitals must increase the awareness and ability of health human resources in analyzing, handling, and reporting patient safety incidents. The Role of Achievment Motivation in Improving Cognitive Learning Outcomes of Creative Products and Entrepneurship of SMK Negeri 2 Kupang Students
Get PDFThe purpose of the study was to prove the role of achievement motivation in improving entrepreneurship learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 2 Kupang. This research is a quasi-experimental research with Nonequaivalent Control Group Design, which was conducted on a group of 20 students with high achievement motivation and a group of 19 low achievement motivation students in class XI TKR 1 SMK Negeri 2 Kupang, 2023. The analysis requirement test was carried out with normality and homogeneity tests. Data analysis techniques using t test analysis. The results showed that: 1) Student groups with high achievement motivation have the character of trying to do tasks optimally and on time, persistent, like competition and visionary. 2) The group of students with high achievement motivation has higher learning outcomes (mean 75.15) compared to the group of students with low achievement motivation (mean 68.2). Therefore, achievement motivation has a role in improving the cognitive learning outcomes of creative products and entrepreneurship of students of SMK Negeri 2 Kupan
Provision of Information Services to Prevent Intercultural Bulying Behavior
Get PDFThe aim of this research is to provide steps to prevent bullying behavior in students through information services. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Stabat. The object of this research is class XI Ips students at SMAN 1 Stabat. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection tools used were field observations, interviews with guidance and counseling teachers and providing information services to students. Data analysis in this research is qualitative descriptive using the Miles Huberman model. The results of this research are that the implementation of the information services provided really helps students in preventing bullying behavior between cultures that have differences in terms of accents or dialects. These differences greatly influence students' social environmental responses, becoming the subject of student jokes which results in bullying. With this information service, students can find out how to prevent intercultural bullying
Strategy for Eradicating Al-Qur'an Illiteracy and Instilling Islamic Values in Kesambi Cirebon Prison

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pemberantasan buta huruf Al-Quran dan penanaman nilai-nilai keislaman di Lapas Kesambi Cirebon dan menjelaskan berbagai kendala serta solusi yang dihadapi oleh pengelola dan warga binaan. Penelitian dilakukan di Lapas Kesambi Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun cara menentukan informan digunakan teknik purposive dan key respondence sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian, dengan informan kuncinya adalah peneliti sendiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa banyak strategi yang dilakukan pihak lapas, diantaranya 1) mengelompokkan peserta sesuai tingkat kemampuan membaca al-Quran, 2) menggunakan metode Iqra’ dan Tsaqifah, 3) Menggunakan buku rangkuman hukum tajwid Al-Qur'an dan Matan al-jazariyah sebagai sumber belajar. 4) Merekrut tenaga pengajar dari warga binaaan yang telah mahir membaca al-Quran dan mendatangkan guru dari luar lapas dengan cara melakukan kerjasama 5). Strategi yang dilakukan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai keislaman, yaitu mengadakan 1) kegiatan kajian keislaman untuk warga binaan Muslim, rutin setiap pekan, 2) Kajian keislaman dasar khusus bagi warga binaan yang baru masuk lapas, 2 kali sepekan, 3) Kajian tanyab jawab seputar keislaman bagi warga binaan yang terdaftar sebagai santri tetap setiap pekan, 4) Zikir bersama dan perenungan setiap pekan, 5) Sholawatan bersama setiap hari setelah sholat ashar, dan 6) Menghidupkan syi'ar-syi'ar keislaman di hari-hari besar Islam. Banyak kendala yang dihadapi lapas dalam melaksanakan kegiatan ini diantaranya: semangat belajar warga binaan yang tidak stabil, tenaga pengajar yang terbatas, usia warga binaan yang tidak muda, dan lain lain. Solusi yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut adalah memberi motivasi dengan beragam cara.

Abstract
This research aims to describe strategies for eradicating Koran illiteracy and instilling Islamic values in Kesambi Cirebon Prison and explaining the various obstacles and solutions faced by managers and inmates. The research was conducted at Kesambi Cirebon Prison. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection using observation, interviews and documentation studies. The way to determine informants uses purposive and key respondent techniques in accordance with the research objectives, with the key informant being the researcher himself. The results of the research show that there are many strategies carried out by the prison, including 1) grouping participants according to their level of ability to read the Koran, 2) using the Iqra' and Tsaqifah methods, 3) Using books summarizing the law of recitation of the Al-Qur'an and Matan al-jazariyah as a learning resource. 4) Recruit teaching staff from inmates who are already proficient in reading the Koran and bring in teachers from outside the prison by collaborating 5). The strategy used to instill Islamic values, namely holding 1) Islamic study activities for Muslim inmates, routinely every week, 2) Basic Islamic studies specifically for inmates who have just entered prison, 2 times a week, 3) Question and answer studies regarding Islamic teachings for inmates who are registered as permanent students every week, 4) Dhikr together and reflection every week, 5) Prayers together every day after the Asr prayer, and 6) Encouraging Islamic syi'ar on major Islamic holidays. There are many obstacles faced by prisons in carrying out this activity, including: unstable enthusiasm for learning among inmates, limited teaching staff, the age of inmates who are not young, and so on. The solution to overcome these obstacles is to provide motivation in various ways.

Islamic Education Approach in Addressing Cyberbullying Among Adolescents
Get PDFCyberbullying is one of the big challenges faced by teenagers in today's digital era. This issue can have a negative impact on the mental, emotional, and social health of adolescents. This study aims to explore the approach of Islamic education in dealing with the issue of cyberbullying among adolescents. Through a qualitative method with a literature study approach, this study finds that the values and principles in Islamic education, such as manners, noble morals, and social responsibility, can be a strong foundation to prevent and overcome cyberbullying behavior. Islamic education emphasizes the importance of maintaining the honor of oneself and others and encouraging the wise use of technology. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of more effective educational strategies in tackling cyberbullying among adolescents, by utilizing Islamic values as the basis for the approach
Pendampingan UMKM Memperoleh Sertifikat Halal di Kecamatan Anggeraja Enrekang
Get PDFThe Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency (BPJPH) of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia issued a regulation that all MSME products must be halal-certified by 2024. Halal certification is essential to ensure consumers feel safe and do not violate Islamic rules. The knowledge and understanding of MSMEs about halal certification and business identification numbers (BIN) is still relatively minimal, indicated by the low number of MSMEs that have halal certification. To increase the number of MSME businesses, This service activity aimed at 20 MSMEs in the Anggeraja sub-district aims to facilitate direct socialization and halal certification of MSMEs. The halal certification authorization process currently uses an online system preceded by halal understanding and NIB socialization to facilitate and assist SMEs in obtaining halal certification. From this activity, it is hoped that MSMEs in Anggeraja Enrekang District can develop better and faster. KKNP bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan ilmu yang dipelajari secara teoritis di bangku kuliah dengan praktik nyata di masyarakat, sehingga ilmu tersebut dapat diaplikasikan dan dikembangkan lebih luas. Melalui KKNP, mahasiswa memperoleh pengalaman belajar yang berharga, meningkatkan pengetahuan, kemampuan, dan kecerdasan sosial. Administrasi Pendidikan Islam di SMP IT Al-Muthi’in

Tantangan ini dapat bersifat internal, berkaitan dengan struktur dan proses di dalam sekolah, atau eksternal, terkait dengan faktor di luar kendali sekolah. Sehingga administrasi harus mampu mendukung visi dan misi sekolah melalui struktur organisasi yang jelas, kepemimpinan yang kuat, dan komunikasi yang efektif.
