Persepsi Mahasiswa Tentang Berita Perubahan Logo Halal di Instagram
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa tentang berita pergantian logo halal di Instagram di Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara Kampus II Jl. Williem Iskandar Pasar V Medan. Secara khususnya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa tentang: pertama, perubahan logo. Kedua, bentuk logo. Ketiga, keterbacaan logo. Keempat, warna logo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah enam orang yang merupakan mahasiswa aktif prodi komunikasi dan penyiaran Islam stambuk 2018. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengacu pendapat Miles Haberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, dalam pergantian logo halal, sebagian mahasiswa setuju dengan hal tersebut. Kedua, seluruh informan setuju bahwa bentuk logo halal menyerupai gunungan surjan. Ketiga, dalam keterbacaan logo, sebagian mahasiswa Prodi Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Islam mengatakan bahwa tulisannya dapat dibaca dan terlihat modis, namun ada yang mengatakan bahwa tulisan dalam logo tidak dapat terbaca dan tulisan arabnya tidak kelihatan. Keempat, mahasiswa Prodi Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Islam mengatakan warna ungu itu bagus dan menunjukkan keimanan. Namun ada juga yang mengatakan bahwa warna hijau di logo yang lama lebih ikonik dan bernuansa Islami
Meningkatkan Keterampilan Menulis Puisi Bebas dengan Menggunakan Teknik Akrostik di Sekolah Dasar
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis puisi siswa dengan teknik akrostik pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 010 Laboy Jaya Kecamatan Bangkinang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Class Action Reaserch) yang terdiri dari dua siklus yang dimana setiap siklus dilaksanakan sebanyak dua kali pertemuan. Prosedur penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah kelas IV SD Negeri 010 Laboy Jaya Kabupaten Kampar sebanyak 15 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus pertama yang tuntas secara individual dari 15 siswa sebanyak 12 siswa atau 80% yang memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) atau berada pada kategori Baik. Secara klasikal tergolong cukup karena nilai rata-rata diperoleh sebesar 69,3. Sedangkan pada siklus II dimana dari 15 siswa terdapat 14 siswa atau 93% telah memenuhi KKM dan secara klasikal tergolong baik yaitu nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar 82,6%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan menulis puisi siswa pada siswa kelas IV SDN 010 Laboy Jaya Kecamatan Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar melalui penerapan teknik akrostik mengalami peningkatan
The Effect of the Blended Learning Model on Social Attitudes and Improvement of Cognitive Learning Outcomes of Science Grade VII Students
The blended learning model is a combination of learning strategies that are implemented by presenting a variety of learning resources for students to help expand and deepen individual learning understanding of a learning material. Therefore, this study aims to find out and describe the influence of the blended learning model on social attitudes, students' cognitive learning outcomes, and the improvement of cognitive learning outcomes of science after the application of the blended learning model. In addition, this study also aims to find out and describe the influence of the blended learning model on the cognitive learning outcomes of science students in grade VII through social attitudes. In the collection of research data, the research method used in the implementation of this research is a quasi-experimental method (quasy experiment) with a research design, namely one group pretest-postest design. The research sample used was students in grade VII A SMP Negeri 2 Martapura OKU-Timur with a total of 30 students as an experimental class. In the research data collection procedure, the data collection methods used include using questionnaires/questionnaires and test methods. In the data testing stage, the application of the blended learning model had a significant influence on both students' social attitudes and students' cognitive learning outcomes in science with a calculated significance result of 0.00 < 0.05. Meanwhile, in the third test, the application of the blended learning model did not have a significant influence on students' cognitive learning outcomes in science through their students' social attitudes as shown by the t-count value obtained of 0.1049 < 2.052 (t-table). Scrutinizing MBKM Programs; The Views of Experienced and Non-experienced English Students
Abstract
A very significant policy in education has been introduced by the Indonesia Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Nadiem Makarim, that is called as Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). These programs offer many opportunities for those students to improve their self-development that can enhance their future career. Researchers use phenomenological study as a strategy of inquiry in this qualitative research method design. Four EFL students were being key informants in this research. They were students of English department from one state private university in Medan. Researchers used in-depth interview to gather the data information. Primarily, this research brings to a deep discussion on five major themes, they are 1) Challenges and practices, 2) Values of the program, 3) Impacts for the students, 4) Roles and responsibilities, and 5) Perspective changes. This research highlights the thoughts on how to increase the evidentiary base for Kampus Merdeka’s future operationalization especially for the university’s policy on giving those students’ score on their course matters.

Abstrak
Kebijakan yang sangat signifikan dalam pendidikan telah diperkenalkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi Indonesia, Nadiem Makarim, yang disebut sebagai Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Program-program ini menawarkan banyak kesempatan bagi para siswa untuk meningkatkan pengembangan diri mereka yang dapat meningkatkan karir masa depan mereka. Peneliti menggunakan studi fenomenologi sebagai strategi penyelidikan dalam perancangan metode penelitian kualitatif ini. Empat siswa EFL menjadi informan kunci dalam penelitian ini. Mereka adalah mahasiswa jurusan Bahasa Inggris dari salah satu universitas swasta negeri di Medan. Peneliti menggunakan wawancara mendalam untuk mengumpulkan informasi data. Terutama, penelitian ini membawa diskusi mendalam tentang lima tema utama, yaitu 1) Tantangan dan praktik, 2) Nilai program, 3) Dampak bagi siswa, 4) Peran dan tanggung jawab, dan 5) Perubahan perspektif. Penelitian ini menyoroti pemikiran tentang bagaimana meningkatkan basis pembuktian untuk operasionalisasi Kampus Merdeka di masa depan, terutama untuk kebijakan universitas tentang memberikan nilai siswa tersebut pada materi kuliah mereka.

The Effectiveness of Group Counseling in Increasing Children’s Confidence
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group counseling in increasing children's self-confidence in the Al Wasliyah Charitable Foundation Orphanage, Gedung Johor with the design concept of One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sample was 14 orphanage children consisting of junior high and high school levels who had low self-confidence. In collecting questionnaire data, the results of the research achieved provide positive results, guidance services can increase student confidence, this can be seen from the results of Pre-test and Post-test p = 0.000, namely: p <; 0.05, it is concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that in addition to the mean after testing greater than the value before testing (83.0 ≥ 79), it can be believed that group counseling is effectively used to increase the confidence of class children at the Al Wasliyah Charitable Foundation Orphanage Johor Building
The Role of the Mahalawu Studio in the Development of the Jalak Lawu Dance as a Cultural Identity of Magetan Regency
The aim of this research is to discuss the role of Sanggar Mahalawu in the development of Jalak Lawu Dance in Magetan Regency. The Jalak Lawu dance is a typical Magetan Regency dance which was created by the Magetan Regency artist, Mrs. Hartini. The development of the Jalak Lawu Dance over time has made the Regency Government, especially the Department of Tourism and Culture and the artists of Sanggar Mahalawu, ask Mrs. Hartini for permission to develop the Jalak Lawu Dance. August 2022 Jalak Lawu Dance was designated as a Typical Dance of Magetan Regency at the same time as the performance building and the Magetan Arts Council (DESIMA) were established. The Jalak Lawu dance is an art that must be preserved as cultural heritage in Magetan Regency. Sanggar Mahalwu is the place where the Starling Lawu Dance began to be taught to the people of Magetan Regency. Efforts to develop the Jalak Lawu Dance continue to be made by Sanggar Mahalwu through learning in the Studio and in schools as well as performances at various important events in Magetan Regency and outside Magetan Regency. As an identity dance, of course the existence of the Jalak Lawu Dance must continue to be pursued both from the cultural and educational sectors
Effectiveness of Activity Book Media in Improving Writing Skills in Severly Deaf Children
This research aims to prove whether activity book media in improving the writing skills of children with severe hearing impairment, especially writing simple SPO sentences at SLB Budi Karya, Limapuluh Kota Regency. The activity book media is in the form of a 2-dimensional media book containing modified sentence pattern exercises to help students improve their writing skills. This research uses a quantitative approach with the Single Subject Research (SSR) experimental method with an A-B-A design, as well as data analysis using visual graphs that include data obtained during observation of A-B-A conditions into graphs. The results of research on the effectiveness of activity book can improve writing skills, especially writing simple sentences in class X deaf children at SLB Budi Karya Limapuluh Kota Regency
Preserving Cultural Values in Shaping the Character of Elementary School Students Through Ondel Ondel Betawi
Indonesia is a country that has many cultures and tribes, one of which is the Betawi tribe, one of their cultures is the giant Betawi doll which is usually called Ondel-Ondel, people consider it a sacred culture and very appropriate to use in ancestor worship ceremonies. spirit. According to a cultural expert, Ondel-Ondel, also called barongan or more recently. very closely related to Betawi culture. Therefore, exploring local wisdom values is a strategic step in an effort to build national character. This research aims to identify various types of local Betawi culture that can be included in elementary school thematic material. Elementary school thematic material in Betawi is the subject of this research, and the context and content of local Betawi culture is the research subject. This research collects data through observation and interviews. The results of the research show that local Ondel-Ondel culture can be integrated into thematic material in elementary schools including (1) traditional rituals, (2) ethnic diversity, and (3) honesty, (4) works of art, (5) cultural sites, (6) have a brave attitude (7) handicrafts The results show that local Betawi culture can be included in thematic material in elementary school
The Development of Reading Materials Based on Assamaturu Local Wisdom Using Heyzine Flipbooks Application to Improve the Reading Comprehension Skills of Fouth-Grade Students
This research focuses on developing reading materials based on local Assamaturu wisdom from Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi Province using the Heyzine Flipbooks application. Specifically, the research objective is to develop a prototype of reading material based on local Assamaturu wisdom using the Heyzine Flipbooks application and test the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the reading material developed. The development model used in this research is the 4-D development model (four D models). The stages of the 4-D model include defining, designing, developing and disseminating. Validity analysis was carried out by two expert experts. The validation results show that the research instrument is declared valid with a recapitulation value of 3.7. Furthermore, the results of the practicality analysis which came from questionnaire responses from teachers and students showed that reading materials based on local Assamaturu wisdom assisted by the Heyzine Flipbooks application were declared very practical with a presentation score of 92%. Effectiveness analysis based on reading comprehension test results shows that the average student score is 87 with a completeness presentation of 90%. This value is in the very good category. Thus, it can be concluded that the reading materials developed based on local Assamaturu wisdom with the help of the Heyzine Flipbooks application can be used to improve the reading comprehension skills of class IV students in elementary schools
The Influence of the Buddy Reading Method Assisted with Flipbook Media on Reading Comprehension of Class V Students
Research on the Buddy Reading Method Assisted by Flipbook Media on the Interest and Reading Comprehension Ability of Class V Students at SD Gugus III Paraikatte District. Bajeng Kab, Gowa, Masters Program, Muhammadiyah University of Makassar Supervised by Sulfasyah and Tarman. This research aims to determine the effect of Buddy Reading helping with flipbook media on the interest and reading comprehension abilities of fifth grade students. This research uses a quasi-experimental design involving an experimental class and a control class. The research population was all fifth graders who were members of an elementary school group in the same zone in Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The research sample was two fifth grade students selected randomly from the group mentioned above. The instruments used to collect data were questionnaires and reading comprehension tests. Descriptive data analysis shows that there is an increase in students' interest and reading comprehension abilities after teaching reading comprehension using the Buddy Reading Method. The results of inferential statistical analysis using Manova showed that there were differences between the control and treatment classes regarding reading interest and reading comprehension ability, with mark scores. 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, the buddy reading method influences the reading interest and reading comprehension abilities of fifth grade students in this study
