    Systematic Literature Review (SLR): Democaracy of Education in the Perspective of Islamic Philosophy of Education

    This research examines the concept of educational democracy from the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy to see how Islamic values ​​and democracy are correlated in education. The aim of this research is to increase our understanding of how democracy can be implemented in an education system that follows Islamic principles. This research is a literature study with the method used, namely Systematic Review (SR) or generally called Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Research shows that combining democracy and Islam in education creates a balanced foundation of freedom, justice and moral obligation.     Application of the Take and Give Method in Improving the Mastery of Arabic Mufrodat in Class IV A Students at MI al-Huda Karangnongko, Maguwoharjo

    A problem that still often occurs in the Arabic learning process is the lack of Arabic mufrodat vocabulary in students, this is because the methods used by teachers are conventional only centered on teachers, so this affects the grades of students who have not reached the KKM on average. This study aims to determine the influence of the Take and Give method to improve mastery of Arabic mufrodat. Research method, this study is an action research with a quantitative approach in this study the facilitator is the researcher, the researcher took a sample of class IV A MI al-Huda Karangnongko, Maguwoharjo which amounted to 22 people by looking at the results of the cycle. The data collection technique in this study is by using observation and test results. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the mastery of the Arabic mufrodat using the Take and Give learning method in the process of its application has increased, where in the first cycle the final result was found to be 69%, while in the second cycle it increased to 87%. This shows that there is a significant influence on the application of the Take and Give method in mastering the Arabic mufrodat in grade IV A students of MI al-Huda Karangnongko, Maguwoharjo

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran musyrifah terhadap kedisiplinan sholat fardhu santri, 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran guru fiqih terhadap kedisiplinan sholat fardhu santri 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran musyrifah dan guru fiqih terhadap kedisiplinan sholat fardhu santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian korelasional pendekatan kuantitatif. Dan metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan angket atau kuesioner. Teknik analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan statistik dengan bantuan aplikasi spss versi 27, setelah data terkumpul langkah selanjutnya adalah menganalisis data dengan beberapa tahap yaitu tahap analisis pendahuluan, tahap analisis deskriptif, tahap analisis tahap lanjutan, uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis.Untuk menguji keabsahan data dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1). Tidak ada pengaruh peran musyrifah terhadap kedisiplinan sholat fardhu santri karena hasil uji t -0,360 < t tabel 2,026 . 2). Terdapat pengaruh peran guru fiqih terhadap kedisiplinan sholat fardhu dimana hasil uji t 6,944 > t tabel 2,026. 3) Terdapat pengaruh peran musyrifah dan guru fiqih terhadap kedisiplinan sholat fardhu santri dimana hasil uji f 34,884 > f tabel 3,251. &nbsp

    Pengaruh Role Playing terhadap Keterampilan Berbicara Peserta didik di MI/SD

    The aim of this research was to determine: 1) Implementation of role playing in class V of SD Al-Ittihadiyah, 2) speaking skills of class V students of SD Al-Ittihadiya, 3) the influence of role playing on the speaking skills of class V students of SD Al-Ittihadiyah. The method in this research uses quantitative research, the type of research used is quasi-experimental. The population at this time is 38 people, all of them are class V students at Al-Ittihadiyah Elementary School for the 2023/2024 academic year. The sampling technique used in this research is total sampling. The research instruments and tools used to collect data in this research are observation. The data analysis techniques used are Descriptive Statistical Data Analysis and Inferential Statistical Data Analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that 1) The speaking skills of fifth grade students at Al-Ittihadiyah Elementary School showed that the average speaking skills of students in the control class who did not receive treatment received a score of 65.26, while those who received treatment using Role Playing in the experimental class received a score of 76. .58, 2) The application of role playing in Class V of Al-Ittihadiyah Elementary School shows an increase according to the results of data analysis in the average level of students' speaking skills after implementing Role 76.58. This average value shows that the students' speaking ability after implementing role playing is higher than the average value of students' speaking ability before being given treatment. 3) The effect of role playing on the speaking skills of fifth grade students at SD Al-Ittihadiyah is 65.26 with a standard deviation of 10.603. This means that there is an increase in the average student's speaking ability. The average value before being given treatment was 56.84, with a standard deviation of 13.664, and the value after being given treatment was 76.58 and a standard deviation of 6.882. Finally, based on the results of the independent t test, the Sig (2 tail) value was 0.000 < 0.005. Accepted, this means that there is an influence between the role playing learning model and students' speaking skills in Indonesian language learning at SD Al-Itiihadiyah T.A 2023/2024

    Enhancing Democratic Attitudes in Elementary Students: The Effectiveness of the Value Clarification Technique

    This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the application of Value Clarification Technique (VCT) on the democratic attitudes of fourth grade students at SDN Kertajaya IV Surabaya. The method used in this research is Quasi Experimental with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. This study involved two groups of students, namely the experimental group treated using VCT and the control group treated using conventional learning. The research instrument used was a questionnaire to measure students' democratic attitudes before and after treatment. The validity of the instrument was tested through expert judgment and empirical tests, while data analysis was carried out using an independent t test after normality and homogeneity tests were met. The results showed that there was a significant difference in democratic attitudes between the experimental and control groups. The experimental group using VCT showed greater improvement in democratic attitudes than the control group. The average pre-test score of the experimental group was 66.06, which increased to 73.72 in the post-test. While in the control group the average pre-test score was 67.00 and increased slightly to 68.25 in the post-test. Data analysis using the t test showed that the t value was 2.166 with a significance of 0.035 (<0.05), indicating that the use of VCT was significantly more effective in improving students' democratic attitudes than conventional methods. This study concludes that the use of VCT in Civics learning is effective in improving the democratic attitudes of elementary school students. The implementation of VCT can help students understand and internalize democratic values better than conventional learning. Research recommendations include wider application of VCT in Civics education, training for teachers, as well as further research to examine the effectiveness of VCT in various educational contexts

    Enhancing Young Learners’ English Skills Through Game-Based Pedagogy

    The purpose of this study is to find out whether or not  game- based pedagogy was effective in increasing students’ interest, active participation, enthusiasm and sympathy of the elementary school in learning English at SD Pemulung Rappokalling assumed that the learning media and methods provided by the teacher were still less attractive so students were not interested, unenthusiastic and unindependent in finishing  the assignments. This study took one of the inhibiting factors of learning carried out in the class to increase interest in learning.  The subjects of this study were 20 students of fifth grade students of SD Pemulung Rappokalling. The type of this research used Kemmis and Taggart models carried out 2 cycles, each of consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection stages in each cycle. The data in this study was obtained from the observation checklist written by the collaborator and observer. Methods of collecting data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. This research used a research methodology known as the classroom action research approach, data was analyzed since the learning action was implemented and developed during the learning process to conclude whether the use of the game -based pedagoy was effective in increasing students' interest in learning English. The results of this study indicated that learning English by applying the game -based pedagoy could improve the mastery of vocabulary and interest of students, this could be proven in the improvement of the  percentage of the pre -cycle was obtained  at 49.25%, cycle I was 61.38% and the second cycle reached 76%

    English proficiency is a crucial skill in the era of globalization, yet high school students often face challenges in actively practicing the language. This study examines the implementation and effectiveness of the "One Day in English" program at SMAN 1 Sidrap. The program adopts an immersive learning approach where students are required to use English throughout the day in various interactive activities. These activities include group discussions, presentations, daily conversations, and games aimed at enhancing both oral and written communication skills.Using observational methods and pre-and post-program assessments, the study evaluates improvements in students' English language abilities. The findings reveal significant progress in speaking fluency, vocabulary comprehension, and overall confidence in using English. Moreover, the interactive nature of the program fostered active student participation and created a supportive learning environment.This research highlights the potential of immersive learning strategies in addressing barriers to effective English learning. It offers a practical framework for schools to adopt similar programs to enrich language learning experiences and build students’ confidence in real-world communication

    Children's behaviour and morals are greatly influenced by the role of parents in encouraging them to learn about Islam; they will understand the boundaries of what is meant by good and bad deeds if they become human beings devoted to Allah SWT. As parents, children's education is the main thing, especially in Islamic religious education. This research raises several problems, one of which is how parents encourage their children to learn about Islam. This research aims to find out how parents can encourage their children to learn about Islam. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach that collects data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Research findings show that parents are responsible for guiding, teaching, and inspiring their children by encouraging them to participate in recitations, modelling good behaviour, and providing quality instruction.
