    Reimagining Islamic Education: A Transformative Approach through Spirituality, Digital Literacy, and Bugis Indigenous Values

    This study explores a transformative framework for Islamic education that synergizes spirituality, digital literacy, and Bugis indigenous values. In an era marked by rapid technological advancements and spiritual disorientation, Islamic education must move beyond traditional pedagogies to embrace contextual, integrative approaches. Drawing upon Seyyed Hossein Nasr’s metaphysical perspective on spirituality and the local wisdom embodied in the Bugis concept of Pappijeppu—which emphasizes harmony, compassion, and moral responsibility—this paper proposes a model that nurtures holistic human development. Using qualitative methods, including ethnographic observation, textual analysis, and expert interviews in South Sulawesi, Indonesia, the research reveals that incorporating digital literacy with spiritual and cultural values enhances students’ critical thinking, ethical awareness, and identity formation.     In the digital era, the need for efficient, secure, and accessible document management is increasingly critical, particularly in the education and health sectors. ICFAM still relies on manual archiving systems, resulting in slow document retrieval, data loss risks, and limited collaboration among users. To address these issues, a Document Bank application was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This method supports fast and flexible system development by involving users directly in each stage. The study adopts a descriptive approach, utilizing observation, interviews, and literature review as data collection techniques. The results show that the application significantly improves operational efficiency, enhances document security, and supports transparency and information accountability within ICFAM

    An Exploration of Digital Music Nostalgia: Investigating the Reminiscence Bump through YouTube Streaming

    This study explores the phenomenon of the reminiscence bump within the context of digital music through the YouTube platform. The reminiscence bump refers to the tendency of individuals to recall events from adolescence to early adulthood more vividly, which in this study is activated through exposure to music from the 1990s and 2000s. Data were collected from 100 user comments on nostalgic music compilation videos and analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The results indicate that music from adolescence and early adulthood evokes strong and emotional autobiographical memories. Dominant themes include school-time nostalgia, loss of loved ones, life reflection, and specific memories tied to particular songs. Music was found to be an effective medium for connecting the past to one's current identity. These findings support the theory that although media have transitioned to digital formats, the structure of autobiographical memory remains consistent. This study contributes to the fields of music psychology and memory research and highlights the potential application of nostalgic music in therapeutic and educational settings

    The risk factors of hypertension in children at Private Middle School IT Jannatul Firdaus in coastal area

    prevalence of hypertension in children continues to rise globally, including in coastal areas that face specific challenges in terms of healthcare access, education, and lifestyle. This study aims to identify the factors associated with the risk of hypertension among 7th-grade students at SMP Swasta IT Jannatul Firdaus, Perlis Village. The study used a descriptive qualitative design with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with students, teachers, and the school principal, as well as direct observation in the school environment. The instruments used included interview guidelines and observation notes. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The results showed that most students had habits of consuming high-salt foods, skipping breakfast regularly, and engaging in minimal physical activity. The school did not yet have specific health programs for early hypertension detection or nutrition education. Additionally, the low socioeconomic status of families influenced students' food choices and lifestyle. The conclusion of this study is that an unhealthy diet, lack of physical activity, insufficient health education, and poor family socioeconomic conditions are significant factors contributing to the risk of hypertension in children. Collaborative intervention among schools, families, and communities is necessary to create an environment that supports healthy living habits from an early age.     The Impact of Polyya's Problem-Solving Technique on Mathematical Problem-Solving Ability

    This development research generally aims to develop valid, practical and effective problem-based learning devices, specifically the objectives are to: 1) Produce valid, practical and effective problem-based learning device development products in improving students' mathematical problem-solving abilities and independence. 2) Analyze the improvement of students' mathematical problem-solving abilities in the application of problem-based learning devices. 3) Analyze the level of student learning independence in the application of learning devices. The researcher gave pretest questions to students to see the students' initial abilities before being given the developed learning devices. Data obtained from the pretest and posttest results were analyzed to determine how much increase in students' independent learning abilities occurred. The assessment instrument trial was conducted at the beginning (pretest) and at the end (posttest) of the meeting. This learning device was developed using a development model referring to Plomp's theory, which consists of five phases, namely the initial investigation research phase, design phase, design, assessment phase and implementation phase (trial). LKPD is another device developed with a problem-based learning model for the problem-solving abilities and independent learning abilities of participants.     Pengaruh Rasionalisme terhadap Penyebaran Berita Hoaks di Media Sosial

    Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mempercepat arus informasi, namun juga memperbesar potensi penyebaran berita hoaks, khususnya di media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh rasionalisme yakni pendekatan filsafat yang menekankan penggunaan akal dan logika terhadap kecenderungan masyarakat dalam menerima dan menyebarkan informasi hoaks. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik survei daring terhadap 52 responden pengguna aktif media sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki kecenderungan berpikir kritis dan rasional, ditandai dengan verifikasi informasi sebelum menyebarkannya dan pemahaman akan pentingnya akal dan logika. Sebanyak 94,23% responden mengaku melakukan verifikasi terhadap informasi, dan 86,54% memahami fungsi akal dan logika dalam menilai kebenaran. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa prinsip-prinsip rasionalisme dapat menjadi landasan efektif dalam membentuk ketahanan masyarakat terhadap disinformasi digital. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan literasi digital dan pelatihan berpikir kritis berbasis rasionalisme menjadi strategi penting dalam menangkal hoaks di era informasi

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di sekolah umum guna meningkatkan pemahaman, penghayatan, dan pengamalan nilai-nilai Islam oleh peserta didik. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seperti Rohani Islam (Rohis), kajian keislaman, seni Islami, serta pembinaan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam merupakan strategi efektif dalam mendukung pembelajaran PAI di luar kelas. Kegiatan ini mampu membangun suasana religius, meningkatkan motivasi belajar agama, serta memperkuat hubungan antar siswa dan guru. Kesuksesan implementasi strategi ini sangat bergantung pada dukungan pihak sekolah, keterlibatan aktif guru PAI, dan peran orang tua. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berbasis PAI dapat menjadi sarana integratif untuk membentuk siswa yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga berkarakter Islami

    The Influence of Technology-Based Writing Learning on Students’ Writing Skills in the Digital Era

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pembelajaran menulis berbasis teknologi terhadap keterampilan menulis siswa di era digital. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain eksperimen semu, penelitian ini melibatkan dua kelompok siswa dari beberapa sekolah menengah atas, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang menerima pembelajaran menulis berbasis teknologi dan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes menulis pre-test dan post-test, serta angket untuk mengukur persepsi siswa terhadap penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran menulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan keterampilan menulis yang signifikan dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Rata-rata skor post-test kelompok eksperimen meningkat sebesar 19,8 poin, sementara kelompok kontrol hanya meningkat sebesar 5,3 poin. Uji-t menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok dengan nilai p < 0,05. Selain itu, angket menunjukkan bahwa siswa dalam kelompok eksperimen merasa lebih termotivasi, lebih mudah mengorganisasi tulisan, dan lebih percaya diri dalam menulis setelah menggunakan teknologi. Pembelajaran menulis berbasis teknologi terbukti memberikan manfaat besar dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis siswa, terutama dalam pengorganisasian ide, kelancaran penulisan, penggunaan kosakata, dan tata bahasa. Meskipun demikian, penggunaan teknologi harus dilakukan dengan bijak untuk menghindari ketergantungan pada alat digital yang dapat mengurangi keterampilan dasar menulis. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pendidik mengintegrasikan teknologi secara efektif dalam pembelajaran menulis untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal di era digital

    Collaborative Learning through Digital Writing: Peer Editing and Feedback in EFL Contexts

    This study investigated the impact of integrating digital writing tools into pre-service EFL teacher training at Universitas Muhammadiyah Enrekang. The research aimed to understand the effectiveness of this approach in enhancing writing skills, fostering creativity, and promoting engagement. A mixed-methods approach was employed, collecting data through digital essay assessments, reflective journals, a focus group interview, and thematic analysis. The findings revealed strong overall performance in digital essay writing, particularly in content and multimodal features. Qualitative data highlighted increased engagement and motivation, significant skill development, and the crucial role of peer collaboration. Challenges included initial technical difficulties and time management. Six key themes emerged: engagement and motivation, challenges and solutions, skill development, peer collaboration, practicality of digital tools, and creativity and expression. The study demonstrates the potential of digital writing to enhance EFL teacher training, fostering creativity and improving writing skills. However, successful implementation requires adequate training, resource allocation, and careful curriculum design. Future research should explore the long-term impact and investigate diverse pedagogical approaches. This study contributes valuable insights into the effective integration of digital writing into EFL teacher education

Di era sekarang orang yang eksis adalah orang yang mempunyai kemampuan dan ketangguhan dalam mempertahankan hidupnya. lapangan kerja tidak sebanding dengan tenaga kerja, untuk itu perlu adanya edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang bagaimana mensikapi hal tersebut, salah satu usaha  adalah memberi bekal ketrampilan kepada masyarakat khususnya usia kerja, agar bisa bersaing di dunia kerja maupun membuka usaha sendiri yang otomatis juga membuka lapangan kerja. pemerintah dengan kementerian tenaga kerjanya banyak membuka pendidikan dan pelatihan sebagai sarana dalam memberikan bekal ketrapilan kepada masyarakat. disamping itu banyak institusi pendidikan dengan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat memberikan edukasi dan ketrampilan agar masyarakat khususnya usia kerja dapat berwirausaha dan tidak bergantung kepada pemerintah, sehingga Bersama-sama dengan pemerintah mengurangi jumlah pengangguran yang ada di sekitarnya
