Strategi pemasaran usaha perangkap hama polemon (portable leafhoper trap technology with feromon) yang efektif dan efesien
Full text linkPurposes - This study aims to determine the marketing strategy used in Polemon S-Mart's business in increasing sales volume.
Methods - The type of research conducted is using a qualitative descriptive approach. The types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data, while the technique of data collection is done by means of interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, referring to the 4P concept of Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Place), then used SWOT analysis, namely by observing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
Findings - Based on the analysis conducted that Polemon products have strategies to increase sales volume, namely: Product Strategy: a strategy used by making tools that are easy and effective pest traps. Price Strategy: Provide affordable prices By reducing the profitability of an item Strategy Distributed (Promotion): Making media information about products through online and through brochures Place Strategy: Providing good service to consumers.

In line with technological developments, the making of a financial report in the field of accounting is not done manually but through an application.
Methods - The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach. The main source for evaluating this concept is through journals published on Google Scholar.
Findings - By using computer-based financial statement applications there are advantages, including: (1) The speed of computer use is higher than manual; (2) The resulting data becomes more accurate; (3) Computers can do routine or repetitive tasks without feeling bored or tired.

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformational, omitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada PT. GMF Aero Asia, Tbk Unit KNOMM
No full textPurposes - The aim of this research was to analyze the influence of the transformational leadership, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior in PT. GMF AeroAsia, Tbk Unit KNOMM.
Methods - Data collection method used in this research by questionnaires. The population in this research was all employees of PT. GMF AeroAsia, Tbk Unit KNOMM as many as 40 employees. The sampling technique was a saturated sampling technique. And then data analysis technique applied in this research was a multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24.0 for windows.
Results - The result of this research is the transformational leadership has positive but not significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has positive but not significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. So the most dominant variable is affecting the organizational citizenship behavior is job satisfaction.

GMF AeroAsia Unit KNOMM. Teknik samplenya menggunakan sample jenuh. Selanjutnya teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 24.0 for windows.
Hasil - Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transfomasional berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap OCB. Selanjutnya variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap OCB. Sedangkan untuk variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Sehingga variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi variabel OCB adalah variabel kepuasan kerja.

Methods - Implementation of Active Indonesian Learning Based on the Sarpu (Smart Crossword Puzzle) Application conducted in several stages: (1) Planning, (2) Socialization, (3) Implementation, and (4) Program evaluation. The equipment used in implementing this program are: (1) Laptops, and (2) Smartphones. The objects in this program are Middle School Students in Medan City.
Finding - This program is carried out by implementing the Sarpu (Smart Crossword Puzzle) application in Indonesian language learning activities. Student responses are very good, this is seen in their interest in using the Sarpu (Smart Crossword Puzzle) application. No full textPurposes - Employees are an important asset for an organization. High-performing employees will contribute greatly to the company. Likewise, if employee performance is low, then the company's performance is bad. For this reason, the focus of this study is about employee performance. In particular, the purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance mediated by work stress and moderated by religiosity.
Methods - This study was used quantitative research methods, especially correlation research. The sample of this study was 41 respondents. This study uses a questionnaire instrument with a rating scale. Meanwhile, data analysis in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS).
Findings - The results of the study indicated positive results for testing the effect of emotional intelligence on work stress and the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance. But the effect of work stress on employee performance, although positive, but it was not significant. Other results show that work stress did not mediate the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance. As with religiosity, it did not moderate the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance.

No full textPurposes - The aim of this research was to recognize and analyze the effect of training, job placement and work discipline on employee performance at the Medan Chemical Technology Polytechnic (PTKI).
Methods - The research method was used exploratory research, where the variable which measured by a Likert scale. The method of data collection is used in this research by questionnaire. The population in this research is 46 people of all employees at the Medan Chemical Industry Technology Polytechnic (PTKI). The sampling technique is a saturated sampling technique. Data processing uses SPSS version 24 software, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing of multiple regression.
Results - The results of the research indicated that: (1) partially the Training variable affects the Performance of Employees at the Medan industrial chemical technology Polytechnic. ; (2) partially variable Job placement influences Employee Performance at Medan industrial chemical technology Polytechnic. ; (3) partially, work, discipline affects Employee Performance at Medan industrial chemical technology Polytechnic. ; (4) simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of Training, Job Placement and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Medan industrial chemical technology Polytechnic.

Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 24, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda.
Hasil - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial variabel Pelatihan mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai di Politeknik teknologi kimia industri Medan. ; (2) secara parsial variabel Penempatan kerja mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai di Politeknik teknologi kimia industri Medan. ; (3) secara parsial variabel Disipin kerja mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai di Politeknik teknologi kimia industri Medan. ; (4) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Pelatihan, Penempatan kerja dan Disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Politeknik teknologi kimia industri Medan.
