    Pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap transfer pengetahuan dan kinerja pegawai pemerintahan

    PURPOSES: The social media is not only useful for personal or social relationship. The social media has been used widely for work purposes such as in government, business and education. The goal is to transfer knowledge and improve performance. Therefore, the objective of this study is to examine the direct effects of social media utilization on performance and indirect effects through knowledge transfer.  METHODS: The approach of this research is quantitative paradigm. The research data was collected from 100 employees as the study sample. Path analysis is the technique that used to answer the research objectives.  FINDINGS: First, the utilization of social media has a positive and significant effect on knowledge transfer. Second, the utilization of social media has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. Third, Transfer of knowledge has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Fourth, knowledge transfer mediates the effect of social media utilization on employee performance.     Pengaruh debt to equity ratio dan longterm debt to equity ratio terhadap return on equity dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderating di Bursa Efek Indonesia

    Purposes - This study aims were to examine the effect of debt to equity ratio, long term debt to equity ratio and firm size to return on equity. Role of firm size acts was a mediator variable.Methods - The quantitative approach that was used as a research paradigm. The samples of this research were 7 metal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by purposive sampling method. Data analysis was used multiple regression analysis method.Findings - This study had several conclusions, among others, that the debt to equity ratio, long term debt to equity ratio and firm size had no significant effect on return on equity. Firm size did not act as a variable that mediates the effect of debt to equity ratio on return on equity.     Pengaruh likuiditas dan profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen

    The purpose of this study is to examine effect the liquidity and profitability on dividend policy of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Approach of the study using the quantitative paradigm, especially associative type. By using purposive sampling, samples of this research are 41 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2013-2015. Linear regression is also used as a technique for analyzing research data. This study indicates that there is no significantly effect of the liquidity and profitability with dividend policy either partially or simultaneously.     Implementasi metode kooperatif jigsaw dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah konsentrasi manajemen dana dan investasi

    Purposes - The aim of this study is to determine the difference in student achievement between Jigsaw method and conventional method in the subject of fund management and investment.Methods - The quasi-experimental method was used for the design of this study. A total of 200 students of fund management and investment subjects became the sample of this study. The cluster random sampling technique was used for the study, while observation was used as a data collection technique. T-test statistics become a tool for analyzing the research data.Findings - The results shown by this study that the achievement of students between experiment with different control classes are not significant.
