Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan budaya perusahaan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai
No full textPurposes - The purpose of this study was to examine and find out how much influence the Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Company Culture on PT Pelindo I Employee Job Satisfaction at the Belawan Domestic Container Terminal Branch either partially or simultaneously.
Methods - The population in this study was all organic and non-organic employees in the Operational Division of the TPKDB of 120 people and the sample in this study were 60 Organic and Non Organic Employees (Purposive Sampling). Data is collected by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies and variables studied using a Likert scale. The questionnaire was first tested using validity and reliability testing, data processing using SPSS version 20.0 software, and analyzed by multiple linear regression.
Results - The results found in the hypothesis testing of this study are: Simultaneously the leadership style variables, work motivation and corporate culture have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction on the TPKDB, partially the Corporate Culture has no effect and negatively affects employee job satisfaction at TPKDB employees.

Metode - Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai organik dan non organik pada Divisi Operasi TPKDB sejumlah 120 orang dan menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini Pegawai Organik 60 dan Non Organik berjumlah 60 orang (Purposive Sampling). Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, daftar pertanyaan dan studi dokumentasi dan variabel-variabel yang diteliti menggunakan skala likert. Daftar pertanyaan terlebih dahulu diuji dengan menggunakan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 20.0, dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda.
Hasil - Hasil yang ditemukan dalam pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini adalah: Secara simultan variabel gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan budaya perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada TPKDB, secara parsial Budaya Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh dan negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai TPKDB.

Full text link-Purposes - Information very important for villages who have people with variety of potential, agriculture field and other parties whi need. with the availability of information, village empowerment can be implemented so that business groups can build a good work culture. Many community empowerment programs in the village have not been informed to the general public due to limited human resources and good infrastructure. Information technology has developed so rapidly that the person in charge of village empowerment must be observant about this, as part of the village development program. So that social change from the village community does not only occur in the community but also involves the role of the elements in it. The website is part of information about village empowerment, where local people are the subject of development.
Methods - The method used in this program is the method of community service. The method is to communicate and carry out training for the community as the object of the community service program target.
Findings - The use of websites as a medium of information for villages is essential for ease of access for the public. The ease of access to the website can be used as a means of information and promotion that greatly affects business productivity. Moreover, apart from efficient in terms of cost is also very effective and communicative. The existence of a web-based information media plays an important role for the business world, where employers large and small businesses use the website as a promotional activity. For this reason, village administrations can use this technology to introduce village potential so that the public can easily know village information.

The objectives to be achieved from this research are the factors that influence the growth of own capital. The factors studied are internal factors that can be controlled by the company, namely: Return On Asset, Return On Equity and Retention Rate, while Debt to Equity ratio is not examined because it is less suitable for banking business. this is because the Debt to Equity Ratio will indicate the number of companies financed by the creditor (from outside the company).
Methods - This research was conducted at Bank Muamalat. The type of data used is quantitative data. Sources of data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements of publications of the company from 2005 to 2017. Data analysis methods to test the hypothesis by using multiple linear regression.

Analisis optimasi portofolio saham dengan menggunakan model indeks tunggal
No full textPurposes - This study aims to determine stocks to form an optimal portfolio of banking companies’ stocks incorporated in the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the percentage of proportion of funds using a single index model.
Methods - Sampling technique of this research was using purposive sampling method, so that got 5 banking company which becomes a sample of research. Technique of collecting data of this research uses documentation with secondary data. The data analysis method used in this research is the single index model.
Findings - The result of the research concludes that the companies that become the sample of research enter into optimal portfolio and the amount of fund proportion as follows: Shares of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BBTN) of 29,62%, PT. Bank Central Asia (BBCA) of 24,74 %, PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BBRI) of 11,37%, PT. Bank Mandiri (BMRI) of 27,33% and PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BBNI) of 6,94%. The portfolio of five stocks provides a portfolio return of 5,97362% and portfolio risk of 0,0218% for each share. The portfolio return is greater than the previously anticipated return of 2,495%.

Findings : This program resulted in a facility for hand washing in schools. The team has trained the students to wash the right hands and should cultivate them every day, both at school and at home. During the training, the students' response was quite good.
