PENGISLAMAN BLITAR OLEH LASKAR DIPONEGORO Dari Pra Hingga Pasca Perang Jawa 1820-1830
No full textThis study researching about the first entry of Islam and known Islamic Religion in Kuningan Blitar by Laskar Diponegoro. The analyzis spread of Islam that Laskar Diponegoro doings it’s can be able to answer the formulation First, how was Laskar Diponegoro comes to Blitar? Second, how was Laskar Diponegoro spread Islam in Blitar? Third, who was the figure behind the achievement of Islamisation in Blitar. This study used a historical method which consist of 4 step, that are heuristic, verification, interpretation and historiography. There are 3 findings, First Laskar Diponegoro arrived to Blitar because of problem happened in the Central Java between lord along society and Dutch Colonial. Second, Laskar Diponegoro who brought the Islamic Religion peacefully, finally well received by Kuningan society in Blitar. Third, there are 3 figure who spread Islam in Blitar that Syaikh Abu Hasan the head of the palace, Syaikh Abu Manshur as lord and Kiyai Sholeh the expert in monotheism. From the spread of Islam in Blitar, than bring up the real motive behind the arrival of Laskar Diponegoro in Blitar that there’s a ploy lord of Diponegoro for gather strangth outside the area of Central Java as an effort to prepare for the Java War
Aliran Parnasianisme dan Sejarah Perkembangannya
No full textThrough this paper, researchers will seek to decipher (a) how the history of the emergence of parnasianism as a literary school, (b) who are the most important figures and poets of the Parnasianism school, (c) how the pattern of thought of the parnasianism school views a literary work. This type of research is qualitative research. The object of this study is the school of Parnasianism. The research method in this study is descriptive qualitative. At the data collection stage, researchers use the literature study method and use the note-taking method. The result of this study is that (a) the school of Parnasianism emerged as a form of reaction to the previous literary school and this school believed that art for art, meaning that a literary work was created as nothing but art. (b) Notable figures in this school were Theophile Gautier (1811-1872), Charles Baudelaire (1821-1867), Benjamin, Coffstan, Viktor Cousin (1792-1867), Gustave Flaubert (1821-1880), Leconte de Lisle (1818- 1894). (c) Parnasianism was born as a literary school that believed in freedom in literature and yearned for an aesthetic of any kind without regard to norms

No full textCulture is essential for an organization, because it will always relate to the life that exists in the organization. Organizational culture is a philosophy, ideology, values, assumptions, beliefs, expectations, attitudes and norms that are shared and binding in a particular community. Specifically, the culture in the organization will be determined by the working conditions of the team, leadership and organizational characteristics as well as the prevailing administrative processes (Koesmono, 2005). Organizational culture is important, because it is the habits that occur in the organizational hierarchy that represent the behavioral norms followed by members of the organization. A productive culture is a culture that can make the organization strong and the goals of the organization can be accommodated. In the organization, of course, many factors influence a person to achieve the goals that have been set, while the course of the organization is certainly colored by the behavior of individuals who feel interested in their respective groups. The behavior of individuals who are in the organization certainly greatly affects the organization both directly and indirectly, this is due to the different abilities of individuals in dealing with their tasks or activities. Every human being or a person always considers his behavior towards everything that is desired so that it can be achieved without causing conflict, both individually and in groups, so that performance can be achieved as desired. This can be used as an indication that the library is an organization so organizational theories can be applied in the library. The library as part of the parent institution, develops in line with the development of the library, which will appear in the components of collections, services, buildings/spaces and equipment and personnel. No full textAwareness of the importance of information and knowledge is felt by individuals because of the need that is always driven by information. Knowledge is an important asset to improve abilities and survival skills in dynamic activities. The emergence of various communities or movements such as literacy activists in the library aims as an effort to become a learning community in utilizing information into useful knowledge for people's lives. This article discusses the implementation of "knowledge sharing" in the "Overnight Stay at Library" activity with literacy activists in West Sumatra. This type of research is qualitative using case study method. The case study method is used to see how the implementation of “knowledge sharing” of literacy activists and the role of the Department of Archives and Libraries of West Sumatra Province in supporting and facilitating the community of literacy activists in increasing the literacy index in West Sumatra. The result of this research is that the information transfer process is dominated by activities in the socialization process. This can be seen in the "knowledge sharing" carried out by the Head of the Department, librarians, and participants in the "Overnight Stay at Library" event during the two days and one night event at the Archives and Library Office of West Sumatra Province. With the "knowledge sharing" process, the knowledge that comes from the tacit knowledge of each participant turns out to be widely revealed and conveyed. The role of the library is very influential on the growth of information and knowledge of the people of West Sumatra

Pada saat itu lah masyarakat semakin menggemari dan berbondong-bondong untuk mengikutinya. Fashion merupakan sesuatu yang akhir-akhir ini banyak disoroti oleh masyarakat, salah satunya ialah fashion hijab yang sedang digandrungi banyak kalangan. Hijab merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk melindungi dan menghalangi sebagian aurat dari wanita muslim, yaitu kepala dan rambut. Hal ini fashion hijab menjadi budaya populer yang bertujuan untuk membantu kepentingan sisi pemiliknya, dengan melalui model hijab yang fashionable. Perkembangan fashion hijab didukung oleh media massa, seperti majalah. Dalam majalah tersebut terdapat banyak model perempuan yang bergaya menggunakan hijab. Dari dukungan media massa tersebut, membuat fashion hijab semakin dikenal oleh masyarakat umum, sehingga banyak pihak yang tertarik untuk menggunakan hijab. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini ialah untuk menganalisis perubahan fashion hijab dari tahun ke tahun, dan menarik minat masyarakat khususnya generasi milenial untuk mengenakan hijab sesuai dengan syariat islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa trend fashion hijab yang meningkat secara signifikan dapat memberikan dampak terhadap minat generasi milenial dalam menggunakan hijab di kehidupan sehari-hari

No full textThis study aims to describe user education activities in the new normal era. This was motivated by the limitation of face-to-face activities during the new normal period which was then responded by the IAIN Ponorogo library by organize the use of social media in user education activities. This study uses qualitative research with data collection methods is observation, interviews and literature study. The results showed that there were several social media used to promote activities as well as the implementation of user education, such as websites, Instagram, Facebook, Google Form and Youtube to make it easier for students to recognize and utilize library facilities effectively and efficiently. The delivery method used in the implementation of user education activities is through the use of audio-visual uploaded on the Official Youtube of IAIN Ponorogo. The form of activity is directed at library orientation, including introduction to libraries, browsing library collections, borrowing and returning book collection, and procedure uploading student final project

No full textThe study explains the form of local wisdom of Bugis culture as a cultural value that is characteristic of the Palopo people. This type of research is qualitative. The local wisdom that develops in Palopo City is in line with the pluralistic Palopo culture that develops in Indonesia. Palopo city has local wisdom values such as humanizing (sipakatau), respecting (Sipakalebbi), remembering (Sipakingge'). These values are always preserved, so that they become the glue of religious harmony in Palopo City. The value of pluralism in the education of local wisdom, Bugis culture, embodies the concept of pesse as the value of Sipakatau, Sipakalebbi, Sipakingge, Sipakatou. Bugis culture has love and compassion for others shown by proverbs such as Mali siparappe, rebba sipatokkong, malilu sipakinge (others are swept away, helped, others fall, are helped to get up, others are out of the norm being reminded/reinforced). Palopo people value peace, love to help fellow human beings, especially if it is a fellow human being
