No full textThe article "Analysis of Information Needs and Efforts to Fulfill the Information Needs of the Lancang Kuning Deaf Community" aims to find out how information needs and efforts to provide information needs exist in the Lancang Kuning Deaf Community (KUTILANG) Pekanbaru. This research uses qualitative methods. The subjects in this research were members of the Pekanbaru Lancang Kuning Deaf Community (KUTILANG). Data collection used was interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are an identification of the various needs of members of the Lancang Kuning Deaf Community and efforts to provide their information needs. It can be seen that the information needs of the Lancang Kuning Deaf Community (KUTILANG) are still not met. The obstacles or difficulties experienced by deaf people result in the formation of the characteristics of the information they need. The efforts of the Lancang Kuning Deaf Community (KUTILANG) to meet their information needs include searching for information via gadgets or online and by reading the lips of the person they are talking to

No full textThis research aims to explain how social and economic life of the Suku Anak Dalam that have been joined to Muslim. The Suku Anak Dalam is one of the remote tribes in Jambi Province. Previously, this tribe lived a simple life where they only ignored their lives in nature. However, over time, many changes have occurred in this tribe, many factors have caused these changes, one of which is interaction with outside society. This research is a type of field study research with a qualitative approach. Researchers went directly to the research location and conducted interviews with key sources, namely the Suku Anak Dalam, who are Muslims. The data analysis carried out in this research went through a series of steps in historical research methods which were preceded by heuristics, source criticism, interpretation and also historiography. The results of this research show that in 1998 the Suku Anak Dalam had already joined to Islam, they had abandoned old traditions such as melangun and basale, they had followed the way of life and rules of the village community, in addition, in terms of economics, they not only met their needs. just to eat, but already thinking about owning property

No full textThe aim of this research is research is to find out and the role of librarians and the utilization of collections for reference service users at the Archives and Libraries Office of West Sumatra Province. This research uses qualitative methods by using observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain primary data, as well as documentation to obtain secondary data. Based on the result, it can be it can be seen that the reference librarian of the West Sumatra Provincial Archives and Libraries Office in meeting the information needs of the library users has played a role in helping users who have difficulty finding the desired collection, besides that the reference librarian also directs the user to find the collection on the shelf and guides the user to search for printed collections by doing it together to find the collection needed. The innovations made by the reference librarian of the West Sumatra Provincial Archives and Libraries Office are such as carrying out user education activities which include direct guidance, which includes collection search guidance, guidance on using OPAC, and information search guidance. Librarians also provide reference cards for librarians who have not found the reference sources they need

No full textThis research raises the issue of women in the manuscript by Usman bin Yahya entitled Periyasan Bagus. This research to depict Betawi women in the 19th century. To reveal the contents of the manuscript text, the first step is to read the manuscript and translate. Then proceed with analyzing the structure of the content using a mimetic approach which produces isotopy and a psychological approach regarding women's self-image using Satoto' theory (1994). The results obtained show that the Periyasan Bagus manuscript depicts women in psychological aspects and social aspects. The psychological image of Betawi women depicted in the PB text is Betawi women who say dzikir and Betawi women who always guard or observe prayers. Meanwhile, the image of women in the social aspect is that of Betawi women who behave well, guard their words and sweeten their views both towards their parents and husband
ANALISIS BIBLIOMETRIK TREN PUBLIKASI ARSIP DIGITAL BERDASARKAN DATABASE SCOPUS 2014-2024
No full textThis research was conducted to discuss developments in digital archive preservation research topics (photos, films and maps), specifically to determine: (1) The trends in international scientific publications on the topic of photo archive preservation in 2014-2024 on Scopus; (2) The trends in international scientific publications on the topic of film archive preservation in 2014-2024 on Scopus; (3) The trends in international scientific publications regarding the topic of map archive preservation in 2014-2024 on Scopus. Data collection was carried out by searching Scopus using specific keywords and data filtration tailored to the research needs. The research subjects were analyzed and visualized using Scopus Result Analyzer and VOSviewer. The research results show that the development of the topic of photo archives preservation, film archives preservation and map archives preservation on Scopus peaked in 2019. For further research, it is suggested that additional keywords be included to obtaine more accurate and comprehensive results.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membahas perkembangan topik penelitian preservasi arsip digital (foto, film, dan peta), dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Bagaimana tren publikasi ilmiah internasional mengenai topik preservasi arsip foto pada tahun 2014-2024 di Scopus; (2) Bagaimana tren publikasi ilmiah internasional mengenai topik preservasi arsip film pada tahun 2014-2024 di Scopus; (3) Bagaimana tren publikasi ilmiah internasional mengenai topik preservasi arsip peta pada tahun 2014-2024 di Scopus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penelusuran melalui Scopus menggunakan kata kunci dan filtrasi data yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan penelitian. Subjek penelitian dianalisis dan divisualisasikan menggunakan Scopus Result Analyzer dan VOSviewer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan topik preservasi arsip foto, arsip film, dan arsip peta pada tahun 2014 hingga 2024 di Scopus mengalami puncaknya pada tahun 2019. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya peneliti dapat memberikan saran bahwasanya perlu adanya penambahan kata kunci agar lebih hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dapat lebih akurat dan komprehensif
Subjektivitas Najib Kailani dalam Cerpen Udara yang Dingin
No full textThe short story Udara yang Dingin is Najib Kailani's criticism of the patriarchal culture that positions women under the control of men. This research discusses the subjectivity of characters and authors within the scope of the short story Udara yang Dingin by Najib Kailani using Slavoj Zizek's theory of Subjectivity. Zizek's view is that humans can achieve their freedom and purity by letting go of the entangling symbolic towards the wholeness that is longed for in the real. Conversely, humans will be in a symbolic trap as long as they allow themselves to be trapped in the circle of ideological false consciousness. This research shows that there is a radical effort made by Fatimah's character to release herself from the symbolic by breaking the normative rules that surround her. However, the radical action taken by Fatimah in this short story is not carried out by Najib Kailani, who is only immersed in ideological fantasies
Analisis Semiotika: Makna Denotatif dan Konotatif dalam Film Spongebob Squarepants Episode 9 “Uh, Bulu Babi” Season 9 (Dubbing Bahasa Arab)
No full textThis research aims to analyze the semiotic meaning of denotative and connotative in the use of Arabic in the episode "Uh, Bulu Babi" from the animated series SpongeBob SquarePants. The research method used is qualitative using Roland Barthes' semiotic theory, namely "Two Order Signification" with the data collection process looking for SpongeBob videos on Netflix and YouTube that use Arabic dubbing. Data was collected using observation and note-taking data collection techniques. The results of the research show that the use of Arabic provides denotative meaning, while also generating connotative meaning based on context through semiotic analysis which is reflected in the facial expressions and intonation of the characters. This illustrates the flexibility of the meaning of Arabic as reflected in the film, as well as its use that we can find in everyday life

No full textThe school of Socialist Realism in literature is a part of the realism movement that emerged last. The purpose of this research is to examine the development of the Socialist Realism school and its reflection in Arabic literature. The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative and bibliographic approach. The data sources utilized include books and articles discussing Socialist Realism, as well as Arabic literary works such as Auda' wa Tsu'ban and Aulad Hatiina by Qissah Rifa'ah. The findings of this research reveal two main orientations within the Socialist Realism literary school: (1) a strong adherence to Marxism, and (2) a focus on the concept of social classes as a means to advocate for social justice

The method used in this writing is qualitative research with a literature study approach. The results of this research are social media Instagram, various promotional activities carried out by UPT UIN Imam Bonjol Padang Library, namely various activities such as: 1) Information on the latest collections 2) Thematic events 3) Writing and Reading Competitions 4) Public Lectures and Seminars 5) Workshops 6 ) Digital Promotion 7) Video Trailer namely 8) Collaboration 9) Volunteer Program 10) Awarding 11) Social Inclusion Activities. The conclusion of this research is that various activities carried out at the UPT UIN Imam Bonjol Padang Library are aimed at promotion in increasing user interest in utilizing library services and services

No full textE-resources services are one of the information services provided by libraries to meet students' information needs. This research aims to see whether e-resources services are easy to access and meet the information needs of master's students and what efforts the library has made to help students access e-resource services to meet the information needs of master's students. Ease of access to information is seen from the indicators put forward by Wang & Strong; easy to access, easy to find, complete, up to date, and easy to operate the system. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, indepth interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that the e-resources services subscribed to by the UIN Sunan Kalijaga library are easy to access and meet the information needs of master's students. And the efforts made by the library really help students in meeting the information needs of master's students
