    Parents Strategies In Fostering Interest In Reading Al-Qur'an In Early Childhood At TPQ Masyithoh

    In general, learning the Qur'an is an important thing that must be instilled from an early age, so the right strategy is also needed to introduce it. Nowadays most parents neglect the provision of al qur'an education to children as a provision for their lives. Among them, parents are busy and do not care about children's Qur'an education, as a result many teenage children still cannot read the Qur'an, even though the Qur'an must be introduced from an early age. Therefore, parents must be able to foster children's interest in reading the Qur'an. Parents must be able to have creative strategies that can foster children's interest in reading the Qur'an to increase. The purpose of the study was to find out what are the factors that influence children's interest in reading the Qur'an and how parents' strategies in fostering interest in reading the Qur'an in early childhood. This research uses qualitative methods, with the research subjects being parents and teachers to get information about how parents' strategies in fostering children's interest in reading the Qur'an at an early age in the Alqur'an Education Park at Masyithoh Ngoro. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation, while the stages of data analysis are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion of research results. The results showed that interest in reading the Qur'an arises because there are influencing factors, one of which is internal factors including talents and interests that are already owned and external factors including family, friends, and the surrounding environment. Parents' strategies in fostering interest in reading the Qur'an at tpq masyithoh are very diverse, namely parents as role models, as motivators, including children in TPQ / TPA, by habituation, using various media as supporting materials, using gadgets and the most important thing is spiritual support

    The Principal's Strategy In Increasing Student Competitiveness Through Spiritual Quotient

    This study aims to analyze the principal's strategy in applying students' spiritual intelligence (SQ: Spiritual Quotient) values and their impact on student competitiveness in the world of work. Through qualitative research methodology with a case study approach in a secondary school, this research identifies concrete steps taken by the principal to integrate spiritual intelligence in the educational environment. At the implementation strategy stage, the headmaster focuses attention on developing a spiritual intelligence-based curriculum, structured character building programs, in-depth training for teachers, creating a supportive school environment, and monitoring continuous evaluation. Furthermore, in-depth research is conducted on the impact of the application of this spiritual intelligence on students' competitiveness in the world of work, including the development of soft skills, integration into educational programs, cooperation with the corporate world, career program development, impact measurement through alumni, and the awarding of certificates or awards. The results show that these strategies have positive implications on students' character growth and prepare them holistically for challenges in the world of work.     Implementation of Moral Education in Overcoming Online Game Addiction

    Addiction to games occurs due to the release of substances that cause feelings of pleasure and comfort. Psychologically, the emotions of someone with online game addiction are also disturbed. In this case, moral learning can be used as a basis for change to shape character and overcome technology addiction, especially online games. This research aims to describe moral education implemented as an effort to overcome changes in students' morals due to online game addiction. The method used in this research is presented descriptively and analytically through data collection from observation, interviews, and documentation. then analyzed by reducing the data to be presented in the research results. The research results show that moral education applied to overcoming online game addiction in schools can make students focus on participating in learning activities.     Cultural Intermediaries’ Contribution To The Public Relations Behaviour In Educational Institutions At Slope Of Mountain Area

    Public Public relations behaviour in educational institutions plays a very important role in maintaining communication between institutions and related stakeholders. However, some educational institutions do not understand the duties and functions of public relations. Public relations should also understand the expectations of institutional stakeholders around educational institutions. Understanding the cultural characteristics of society has a major contribution to the behaviour of institutional public relations. This research was conducted to understand the contribution of culture to public relations behaviour in educational institutions in the mountainside area, precisely in the Situbondo district. Qualitative methods were used in this research with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using data validity techniques of triangulation and extended observation. Based on the results of the research in the mountainside area, there are several cultures that influence the behaviour and PR strategies in the institution. these cultures include the sowan tradition, local communication patterns, door-to-door approach, and rewarding. This research is expected to provide a rich and comprehensive perspective on the contribution of cultural intermediaries to PR behaviour in educational institutions, especially mountain slope institutions

    Program pengabdian ini menganalisis persepsi masyarakat terhadap perbankan syariah di Desa Maron. Tujuan dari program pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi dan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang potensi bisnis dan keuangan syariah di Desa Maron yang dapat dikembangkan melalui perbankan syariah. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa faktor utama yang mempengaruhi keputusan menjadi nasabah bank syariah adalah tingkat pengetahuan keuangan syariah, kepercayaan terhadap bank syariah dan citra bank syariah, masyarakat lebih sadar tentang bank syariah. Memajukan hak masyarakat untuk menjadi insan perbankan syariah. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif.     Ratib Al-Haddad is a collection of prayers and dhikr, istighfar, tahmid, and sholawat, all of which are read by the Prophets and Apostles and are selected and originate from the prayers of the Prophet Muhammad. This Ratib Al-Haddad activity aims to make those who practice it feel closer to, know, love Allah, and feel at ease in their hearts. So that through this activity it is hoped that the students will have intelligence and a high spiritual soul as a provision to face the problems they face in their lives. The type of research used is qualitative research with a problem study approach. Researchers in this study describe the habituation of Ratib Al-Haddad's practice to improve the spiritual intelligence of students at the Al-Fithroh Islamic Boarding School. The impacts felt by the students of the Al Fitroh Islamic boarding school with the routine reading of rotib al hadad are gaining peace of mind, being more sincere and patient in facing all trials, avoiding disobedience, learning more easily and avoiding supernatural disturbances. Factors supporting the implementation of Ratib Al-Haddad's practice in increasing spiritual intelligence for students at the Al-Fithroh Pleret Islamic Boarding School, Bantul, namely working together and choosing the right time.     Examining The Integration Of Religious Moderation Values Within The Indonesian School Curriculum In Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia: A Cross-Border Educational Perspective

    Sekolah Indonesia Kota Kinabalu (SIKK) in Malaysia is an educational institution where the majority of students are children of migrant workers who work in local factories. With diverse ethnic, racial, religious and cultural backgrounds, the values of religious moderation are very suitable to guide students and the school community to have mutual respect and uphold tolerance. This study aims to determine the implementation of religious moderation values in the SIKK curriculum in Malaysia. The method used is descriptive qualitative with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the SIKK curriculum has integrated the values of religious moderation, which are applied in learning, extracurricular activities, and daily habits. Some activities that support the application of these values include IMTAQ activities, 5S culture, SIKK berta'lim program, and Wednesday Culture. This research is limited to various school levels, ranging from early childhood education to senior high school. For more in-depth results, future research is recommended to focus on one level of education. The integration of religious moderation values in the SIKK curriculum is important to support the goals of Islamic Education in forming a tolerant and multicultural-minded generation, as well as supporting social harmony across cultures and religions

    The Role Of Ismuba Teachers In Implementing The Pancasila Learner Profile At Al Qolam Junior High School

    Learners' understanding of Pancasila values needs to be revised. The government implemented an independent curriculum to address this, emphasizing strengthening the Pancasila learner profile. Project activities to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students are one of the means to achieve this goal. In its implementation, the role of teachers, including ISMUBA teachers, is very important. This study aims to analyze the role of ISMUBA teachers in implementing the Pancasila learner profile and the factors influencing it at Al Qolam Junior High School. The results showed that ISMUBA teachers have a significant role in implementing the Pancasila learner profile daily. They foster Islamic values, develop critical attitudes, empower students, and apply creative approaches in the teaching process. Implementing the Pancasila learner profile is supported by factors such as government demands, school, and guardian support, and cultivating Pancasila values for students. However, there are also some obstacles, such as school background, limited resources, cultural changes, and information flow. In general, ISMUBA teachers have contributed effectively to the character-building of students in line with the spirit of nationality, tolerance, and social justice promoted by Pancasila

    Student Burnout Prevention: Innovative Counseling Management Strategies

    This study explores how counselling service management can overcome burnout in students in madrasas. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to understand the effectiveness of counselling services in the school. The research method used is a qualitative method of case studies. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation studies involving students, counsellors, and teachers. Data analysis uses thematic analysis techniques to identify the main themes that emerge from the data. The results show that an in-depth process of identifying student needs can reduce the risk of burnout by designing more appropriate interventions. The appointment of the right counsellor increases the effectiveness of counselling services through a better understanding of student problems. Ongoing mentoring programs provide emotional and practical support that helps students develop better-coping strategies. In addition, student feedback is used to improve the quality of counselling services. This research contributes significantly by updating the perspective on counselling service management and offering intervention models that can be applied in various educational institutions to overcome burnout. These findings provide practical guidance for other educational institutions to improve their counselling services to address student burnout

    Resepsi dan Transmisi Nilai-Nilai Hidup Qurani Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Dalam Syi’ir Nyai Maryam

    This research based on the tradition of reviving the Qur'an through syi'ir. The values of life contained in Nyai Maryam's syi'ir are the substance of the Qur'an doctrine. This syi'ir was created by Nyai Maryam as a medium in teaching the Qur'an. So this research aims to describe the transmission process of Nyai Maryam's syi'ir and find out the reception of the use of Nyai Maryam's syi'ir in religious activities created from Nyai Maryam's interpretation of the Qur'an. This research is a qualitative research with a type of field research that uses the Living Quran approach and triangulation data validity. Data is obtained through data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The primary source of this research is Nyai Maryam's syi'ir contained in the book Maulidul Barzanji Natsron which is supported by secondary sources from several books, journals and previous scientific works. The data analysis technique used in this research is data reduction by choosing and selecting any incoming data from the results of interviews, observations and documentation. The research findings are the teachings contained in the syi'ir regarding adab towards the Qur'an and the values of life that remind readers of the importance of maintaining adab towards the Qur'an. The practice of reciting this syi'ir is still preserved until the current generation in various religious activities
