Perdebatan Peran Perempuan di Ranah Publik Berdasarkan Hadis dalam Sosial Media
Get PDFTulisan ini membahas tentang pro dan kontra di sosial media terkait boleh tidaknya perempuan berperan atau aktif di ranah publik. Dengan menggunakan studi literatur, tulisan ini menelusuri data primer dari sosial media berupa Instagram, Youtube dan situs-situs kajian keislaman yang membahas tema tersebut. Dari penggalian data, didapatkan fenomena perbedaan sikap netizen terhadap hadits “perempuan adalah aurat.” Setelah dilakukan telaah otentisitas hadits dan analisa terhadap data yang didapatkan, kajian ini mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa perbedaan sikap disebabkan oleh berbedanya cara pandang netizen ataupun masyarakat pada umumnya terhadap hadits “perempuan adalah aurat.” Golongan pro dan setuju dengan wanita lebih baik berkarir di rumah cenderung menggunakan perspektif tekstual. Sedangkan golongan kontra yang keberatan dengan hadits tersebut dan setuju agar perempuan memiliki hak yang sama dengan laki-laki untuk berperan aktif dalam ranah publik, menggunakan perspektif kontekstual

Relationship Of Professionalism With Religious Moderation In Islamic Religious Education Teachers
Get PDFThis study aims to reveal the relationship between teacher professionalism and religious moderation. Professionalism is one of the four competencies that teachers must have in addition to pedagogical competence, personality competence, and social competence. The research location was in Medan City with respondents from Islamic religious education teachers. This type of research is field research using a quantitative approach. Hypothesis testing analysis uses nonparametric statistics with the Spearman rank formula because the research data is in the form of an ordinal scale. The results showed that there was a very weak relationship between professionalism and religious moderation in teachers with a correlation coefficient of 0.116. The relationship between variables is also not significant with the Sig. (2-tailed) 0.750 which is greater than 0.05. There is a unidirectional relationship between variables with the meaning that if teacher professionalism increases, religious moderation in teachers also increases, and vice versa if teacher professionalism decreases then teacher religious moderation also decrease

Get PDFPenelitian ini mengkaji tentang pertimbangan hakim pengadilan agama kabupaten purworejo No. 0028/Pdt.P/2018/pa.Pwr dalam memutuskan perkara asal – usul anak di luar pernikahan, kita tahu bahwa produk hukum Islam di Indonesia yaitu fikih, perundang-undangan dan fatwa, studi terhadap putusan pengadilan selama ini relatif lebih sedikit dilakukan. Padahal peradilan melalui putusan hakim di pengadilan merupakan proses konkritisasi ide-ide hukum abstrak yang tertuang dalam perundang-undangan. Putusan hakim, termasuk hakim Pengadilan Agama, menempati posisi strategis karena terkait langsung dengan aktualisasi hukum Islam dalam masyarakat melalui lembaga formal (peradilan). Fokus kajian ini adalah menganalisis putusan hakim pengadilan agama kabupaten purworejo dalam memutuskan perkara asal-usul anak diluar pernikahan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pertimbangan:Hakim Pengadilan Agama Kabupaten Purworejo No. 0028/Pdt.P/2018/PA.Pwr. meliputi: hak untuk mendapatkan status hukum anak; pencatatan perkawinan bukanlah merupakan faktor yang menentukan sahnya perkawinan dan pencatatan perkawinan merupakan kewajiban administratif yang diwajibkan oleh peraturan perundang- undangan. Adapun faktor yang menentukan sahnya perkawinan adalah syarat- syarat yang ditentukan oleh agama dari masing-masing pasangan calon mempelai; permasalahan mengenai anak yang dilahirkan di luar perkawinan perlu mendapat perlindungan hukum dan kepastian hukum yang adil terhadap status seorang anak yang dilahirkan dan hak-hak yang ada padanya, termasuk terhadap anak yang dilahirkan meskipun keabsahan perkawinanannya masih dipersengketakan; Pasal 43 ayat (1) UU No. 1/1974 harus dibaca: “Anak yang dilahirkan di luar perkawinan hanya mempunyai hubungan perdata dengan ibunya dan keluarga ibunya serta laki-laki sebagai ayahnya yang dapat dibuktikan berdasarkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dan/atau alat bukti lain menurut hukum ternyata mempunyai hubungan darah, termasuk hubungan perdata dengan keluarga ayahnya”; Pasal 43 ayat (1) UU No. 1/1974 yang menyatakan, “Anak yang dilahirkan di luar perkawinan hanya mempunyai hubungan perdata dengan ibunya dan keluarga ibunya” adalah bertentangan dengan UUD 1945 secara bersyarat (conditionally unconstitutional).
Abstrack
This study examines the consideration of purworejo district religious court judge No. 0028 / Pdt.P / 2018 / pa.Pwr In deciding the case of the origin of children outside of marriage, we know that the Islamic legal products in Indonesia, namely fiqh, laws and fatwas, studies on court decisions so far have been relatively less carried out. Whereas the judiciary through the decision of a judge in court is a process of concretizing abstract legal ideas contained in the legislation. Judges' decisions, including Religious Court judges, occupy a strategic position because they are directly related to the actualization of Islamic law in society through formal institutions (the judiciary). The focus of this study is to analyze the decision of purworejo district religious court judge in deciding the case for the origin of children outside of marriage. The results of this study are considerations: Judges of the Purworejo District Religious Court No. 0028 / Pdt.P / 2018 / PA.Pwr. include: the right to obtain a child's legal status; marriage registration is not a factor that determines the validity of marriage and marriage registration is an administrative obligation required by statutory regulations. The factors that determine the validity of the marriage are the conditions determined by the religion of each pair of bride and groom; issues regarding children born out of wedlock need to get legal protection and fair legal certainty regarding the status of a child born and the rights that are there to him, including to children born even though the validity of the marriage is still disputed; Article 43 paragraph (1) of Law No. 1/1974 must read: "A child born outside of marriage has only a civil relationship with his mother and his mother's family and a man as his father which can be proven based on science and technology and / or other evidence according to the law turns out to have blood relations, including civil relationship with his father's family "; Article 43 paragraph (1) of Law No. 1/1974 which states, "Children born outside of marriage only have a civil relationship with their mother and mother's family" is contrary to the 1945 Constitution conditionally

Dalam artikel ini, penulis hendak menganalisis pendapat ulama tentang kondisi ‘iddah yang berubah dari ‘iddah asalnya. Dan apa yang digunakan dasar para ulama dalam menentukannya. Ini adalah penelitian pustaka (library research) yang bersifat deskriptif analitis dengan cara mengkomparasikan dan mengkontraskan pendapat ulama fikih. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perpindahan dari satu ‘iddah ke ‘iddah lain adalah untuk kemaslahatan yang lebih besar, untuk memastikan bahwa segala kesamaran dalam jumlah ‘iddah dan hikmah ber’iddah benar-benar sudah dicapai bukan untuk menyusahkan atau memberatkan wanita yang ber’iddah. Get PDFThis study aims to provide an overview of the results of the analysis of the suitability of the illustrations. In the analysis results of the illustrations listed at the beginning of the chapter, namely the beginning of chapters II-XIV are not appropriate, the discrepancy is because the illustrations listed do not match the chapter title, the scope of this study is SKI textbooks for grade 9 MTs students published by the Ministry of Religion. This study is important because illustrations that fit 11 standard dance perspectives can add to the attractiveness of a reader. This research is a library research using library analysis, which is done through collecting data, compiling or classifying it, and then interpreting the data, results from this study the SKI textbook for 9th grade MTs students published by the Ministry of Religion still needs improvement. According to the analysis, the illustrations at the beginning of the chapter (chapters II-XIV) with the chapter titles are not appropriate. The illustrations listed do not match the material to be conveyed, so there is a need for revisions to the 9th grade SKI textbook illustrations and the need for additional illustrations

The nature of management is basically basically optimizing human, material, and budget contributions to achieve organizational goals. interest in reading is the tendency of the soul to encourage someone to do something about reading. Interest in reading is indicated by a strong desire to carry out reading activities. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. In this study, researchers chose the MTs Negeri 1 Purworejo Library. This research was conducted for one month from January 13, 2020 to February 13, 2020. To obtain and collect accurate and necessary data in this research activity, the researchers determined the respondents (actors) to be examined 1). Head master; 2). Head of Library; 3). Deputy Head of Madrasa Curriculum Section 4) Representatives of grades 7-9.The results of the study are the concept of library management in increasing students' interest in reading at MTs Negeri 1 Purworejo still in the process of development. The management used is still in the management towards a better direction, so it is expected that students can be more comfortable to visit the library so as to increase students' insight and interest in reading at MTs Negeri 1 Purworejo

However, in Pekamban Daya Village, Praga Subdistrict, Sumenep, Madura there are some mothers who work and migrate so that they cannot meet their children everyday. Then how can a mother carry out her role as a madrasatul ula. As for the results of this study, the role of mothers as madrasatul ula is to provide attention, love, prayer and monitor children's development by telephon. However, in their daily lives, the role of the mother is taken over by the family who is accompanying the child at home, namely kayeh, nyaih and bibi’. As for the implementation of religious education that is implemented by migrant families, in addition to children being taught by their companion family at home, children are also enrolled in TPQ or Mushalah, and formal education institutions.
