Improving The Quality of Education Through the Organizing Process
Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui proses pengorganisasian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik analisis data dengan cara melakukan pengkajian data sekunder dari berbagai teori maupun gagasan yang saling berkaitan dan melengkapi sehingga dapat mendekripsikan bagaimana peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui proses pengorganisasian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan mutu pendidikan dapat dilakukan melalui proses pengorganisasian dengan cara merefleksi tujuan, dan rencana kerja, menetapkan tugas utama, membagi tugas kepada individu, mengalokasikan sumber daya pendidikan, dan pengarahan terhadap tugas, serta mengevaluasi hasil strategi pengorganisasian. Cara-cara tersebut merupakan satu kesatuan yang dijadikan sebagai langkah-langkah dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan di madrasah. 
Implementation Of Strategic Plan To Improve The Quality Of Education Of MTS Muhammadiyah Lubuk Jambi Kuantan Singingi District
The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of strategic plans in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muhammadiyah Lubuk Jambi, Kuantan Singingi Regency, the method used by the author in this study was field research, collecting data by means of direct interviews, documentation and direct observation in place of research, data analysis by means of qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of the study indicate that there are three stages in the preparation of a strategic plan, namely: formulation of the vision, mission and objectives, implementation and monitoring strategies and evaluation of the quality of education. The implementation of these three stages is maximized in accordance with the management functions of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling in order to get good results and improve the quality of education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muhammadiyah Lubuk Jambi
Character Values In The Local Tradition Of Syariful Anam In The Malay Community Of The Riau Island
This study examines the character values that exist and is contained in the syariful anam tradition of the Malay people of the Riau Archipelago. The syariful anam tradition is a unique tradition that combines religious elements and cultural elements of the Riau Archipelago Malay community, which has been carried out for generations. The practice of syariful anam is a hair cut procession or haircut for babies who have not yet entered the age of 2 years. The religious element contained in this tradition is the reading of praise or community poetry and barzanji of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The cultural component of this tradition is the activity of white flour. The haircutting process for the child is carried out at home or in a room. A small piece of hair is put in a container, and the child is carried or supported by his family to the nearest mosque accompanied by the recitation of barzanji in response; then, the child will be sprinkled with plain flour. Implementing the Syariful Anam tradition is held on the anniversary of one of the essential Islamic days, the Birthday of the Prophet Muhammad. This research method is field research by conducting observations, distributing questionnaires with participants, and conducting interviews with community leaders and elders who understand this syariful anam tradition, then analyzing all the data collected and describing the findings. The content of character values in this syariful anam tradition includes the importance of faith and Islamic worship, belief in prophets and apostles, the value of gratitude to Allah SWT, servitude, surrender, obedience, respect, maintaining cleanliness, helping others. , tenacious, patient, challenging, and independent
Pelatihan Pembuatan Homeblog bagi Mahasiswa PBA Semester VI Universitas Nurul Jadid Paiton 2021-2022
This activity is in the form of training and mentoring for blog creation for PBA semester VI students at Nurul Jadid University 2021-2022. A series of activities that began with preparing materials, resource persons along with the steps to create a blog. The activity consists of 3 stages, the initial stage of providing material during training, the second stage of mentoring and the third stage is evaluation. The number of participants who took part in this training was 27 people. The type of software used is homeblog which can be accessed through http://home.blog and blogspot which can be accessed through http://www.blogspot.com. All participants were very enthusiastic in participating in the activities. From the evaluation results achieved, there were as many as 66.67% of participants who succeeded in participating in the activities without problems, 22.22% were able to participate in the activities with a little guidance assistance and as many as 11.11% of participants had difficulties in participating in the training due to the lack of laptop and network facilitie
Response Of Islamic Educational Institutions TowardsThe Era of Society 5.0
Society 5.0 is in line with the industrial revolution 4.0 where both bring technology as a new world change. This research aims to understand the basic concepts of society 5.0 and Islamic educational institutions' readiness to address them. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources are obtained through literature studies and analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results show that the basic concept of society 5.0 is directed at human comfort in all joints of life or activity through technology optimization. Islamic educational institutions are required to cultivate values to stem the negative influence of changes and the development of the times, both society 5.0 in line and the industrial revolution 4.0
The Estimation of Students’ Scientific Work Assessment at Pekan Olahraga Riset Dan Ornamen Seni (Poros) Ii of Eastern Indonesia Islamic Universities 2021
The assessment of scientific works at Pekan Olahraga, Riset dan Ornamen (POROS) II Competition of Eastern Indonesia Islamic Universities 2021 in the field of Islamic education, Islamic Law, Ushuluddin, and Islamic economy involves three judges who assess some components such as the format of works, creativity, topic, data, sources, analysis, synthesis, and conclusion which possibly bring differences among the judges. In addition, the weight of each component is also different. The criteria in the scoring can affect the consistency of the judges. Therefore, it is essential to determine the judges' reliability coefficient of the assessment. This study is quantitative research because its primary data are the scores of the judges’ reviews. The reliability estimation of this study used the variants analysis approach and procedure based on the generalizability theory through the concept of G-Study with multifacet design. Based on the analysis, it was obtained that the reliability coefficient of the combined score of participants’ assessment, especially in the field of Islamic education, was 0.90920, which means that the assessment instrument used in the scientific works of POROS II Competition 2021 in Islamic education was reliable in determining the best results

The problems faced by Muslims are increasingly complex. The challenges of modern life cannot be overcome simply by citing old religious interpretations. Not only because they are irrelevant, but because old interpretations often create new problems. How much terror, violence, discrimination, and dehumanization is done by referring to religious texts. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by means of data documentation, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the paradigm shift in the methodology of Islamic law carried out by the figures has implications for aspects of Islamic law both methodologically and discourse. Therefore, the method of reforming Islamic law is not a method that can be separated from the renewal of thoughts that move from the sacred texts that can be understood and then carried out in the context of the modern world which of course is no longer the same as the context of the time of the prophet. Harakatul Qur’an Islamic Boarding School As Agent Of Social Change Informing The Character Of The Generation Of The Indonesian Nation
This study aims to find out about the Harakatul Quran boarding school as an agent of social change in shaping the character of the Indonesian generation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Sources of data were obtained from informants, namely founders, leaders, and teachers. Data collection is based on the results of interviews, observations, documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. There are five components of the Harakatul Qu'ran Islamic Boarding School as an Islamic boarding school educational institution that is an agent of social change; five components consist of kyai, santri, dormitories, mosques, and the yellow book. Pondok Pesantren Harakatul Qu'ran is an agent of social change in shaping the character of the nation's generation because it has values that are full of the meaning of "Panca Jiwa Pondok", namely the value of sincerity, the value of simplicity, the value of independence, the value of freedom, and the value of ukhuwwah Islamiyah
Quality Assurance System Of Learning Process In University
This research aims to comprehensively examine the quality assurance system of learning processes in universities that focuses on the study of how universities manage the quality of learning processes, such as student learning needs, lecturer capacity, curriculum, learning facilities and financing in terms of seven quality elements namely quality philosophy, quality standards, quality policy, quality structures, quality processes, quality control cycles and quality assessments so that they form an alignment in conducting quality learning processes. The method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results show that the quality assurance system of the learning process held at the university as a whole has not demonstrated the quality of the quality standards set by reviewing how institutions implement quality assurance systems to manage the quality of learning components. This research recommends the need for benchmarking and mentoring in the implementation of the quality assurance system of the learning process at university
Differences On Students’ Learning Outcomes With High And Low Achievement Motivation
This research aims to examine the difference of students’ learning outcomes as an effect of achievement motivation in writing an English Essay through film-assisted inquiry-based learning method. It was a quasi-experimental research non-equivalent control group design which implemented into two different parallel classes. They are experimental group and control group, in which seventy two students were accepted as subject surveyed through cluster random sampling technique. Data of students’ learning outcomes collected through pre-test and post-test. While data of students’ achievement motivation level collected through questionnaire. The data of pre-test was taken before treatment, used to determine students’ variance, whereas post-test data was taken after treatment entirely finished to examine students’ learning outcomes differences. Data analysis using SPSS 22 with ANOVA Factorial 2x2 (two- way ANOVA. The hypothesis testing was conducted in 5% of significance level. The result of data analysis indicates that the p-value of t-counted is 0.000 lower than 0.05(˂0.05). It can be interpreted that there is a significant difference of learning outcomes between the students who have a high achievement motivation and those who have low one in writing an English essay through film-assisted inquiry-based learning method. Moreover, the students with high achievement motivation have better achievement than the students with low achievement motivation
