    Intensity of Supervision of The Head of Madrasah and Teacher Performance on The Achievement of Learning Islam In Tsanawiyah Madrasah

    This research is to find out school principal supervision intensity to Islamic education lesson achievements at MTs Wedung Demak; teachers’ performance to Islamic education lesson achievements at MTs Wedung Demak; school principal supervision intensity and teachers’ performance to Islamic education lesson achievements at MTs Wedung Demak. The population of this research is teachers of Islamic education lesson achievements. The sampling technique used is total sampling, which means that all the population is used as a sample. The data is collected by using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis uses percentage description and multiple linear regressions. The results of this research is: 1) School principal supervision intensity (x1) acquired t count = 8,234 with significance t = 0,000 and t count > t table (8,234> 2,021) or significance t is smaller than 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), so there is the influence of the school principal supervision intensity to Islamic education lesson achievement; 2) teachers’ performance (x2) obtained t count of 3,314 with t significance of 0,002 and t count > t table ( 3,314 > 2,000 ) or significance would 0,05 ( 0,002 > 0,05 ), so there is influence on teacher performance to Islamic education lesson achievements;  3) School principal supervision intensity (x1) together with teacher performance (x2) f value count of 45,713 with significantly by 0,000 < 0,05 and f count > f table ( 45,713 > 3,204 ), influence school principal supervision intensity and teacher performance together Islamic education lesson achievements MTs Wedung Demak

    This study aims to analyze consumer behavior in making choices in educational institutions during the pandemic at MTs Nurul Jadid based on Islamic boarding schools. This research method uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. This study shows that from the many differences in people's behavior in choosing a product/service, there has been a change in the current pandemic. The community's changes in behavior experienced by the community are caused by consumers feeling that government policies related to distance learning are no longer conducive to their children. Therefore, the public tends to prefer educational institutions that continue to carry out face-to-face learning during the pandemic.     This study aimed to discuss the principal management in improving the quality of education at SMKN 15 Samarinda. There are three things raised in this study: firstly, the principal's role, secondly the obstacle faced by the principal, and thirdly the principal's effort in improving the quality of education. This research uses descriptive qualitative analytical design, and it was conducted from February to August 2021 at SMK Negeri 15 Samarinda Jl. Ir. H. Nusyirwan Ismail, M.Si, Lok Bahu, Kec. Sungai Kunjang, Samarinda, East Kalimantan. There are two types of data in this study: primary data obtained from observations and interviews and secondary data obtained from documentation during this research. Data validation is done through a triangulation process. Data analysis techniques used in this research are reduction, verification of presentation, and drawing of conclusions. The results showed that the principal management is done by system embodied at SMKN 15 Samarinda in the implementation of education. The principal appears as a educator, manager, administrator and supervisor figure who guides teachers and students so that the educational goals at the SMKN 15 Samarinda can be achieved properly. The principal's leadership binds and harmonizes and encourages all potential school resources for improving the quality of education

    Competency Analysis of Elementary School Teachers in the Implementation of Scientific Learning in the 2013 Curriculum

    Curriculum changes from the education unit level curriculum (KTSP) to the 2013 curriculum have an impact on the implementation of learning. The 2013 curriculum applies a scientific learning model with the design of observing, asking, trying, reasoning, and communicating. An important thing for teachers to be able to implement scientific learning competently. This study aims to analyze the competence of elementary school teachers regarding scientific learning in the 2013 curriculum and find out the teacher's obstacles in implementing scientific learning in the 2013 curriculum. The research uses a case study method with the subject of teacher research in several elementary schools in Kendal Regency. Data obtained through interviews. In analyzing the data, the researcher followed the way of Miles and Huberman which consisted of four activity lines, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display, and data conclusion. The results of the study indicate that conceptually, teachers understand scientific learning and its implementation well and competently, but there are some other teachers who are still in the process of adjusting to implementing scientific learning. This study also revealed that there were deficiencies in scientific learning in the 2013 curriculum

    Hadih Maja  (The Acehnese Proverbs) is oral literature as a wise expression of ancestral’s heritage about the values and philosophies of Acehnese life which is expressed briefly, densely, and with a touch of poetic language. Hadih Maja contains various values and philosophical dimensions so that it becomes a guide in carrying out the daily life of people in Aceh. Most of the Hadih Maja is a crystallization of Islamic values in the cultural system of the Acehnese people. One of the values contained in Hadih Maja is the value of Islamic parenting. This study aimed to describe and interpret some basic principles in the study of concepts Islamic parenting based on Hadih Maja (The Acehnese Proverbs). This research use qualitative method with content analysis techniques. The data collection technique was carried out by studying documents using primary data sources in the form of Hadih Maja collections written by Hasyim MK (1977) and interviews with the community regarding the use of Hadih Maja (The Acehnese Proverbs). The results of this research showed that the Islamic parenting values contained in Hadih Maja were divided into five basic principles. Hadih Maja contains five basic principles of Islamic parenting which are contained in the 20 Hadih Maja Aceh. The five basic principles of Islamic parenting contained in Hadih Maja are: 1) Qudwah Hasanah (Integrated Role Model); 2) Al-'Aadah (Habituation); 3) Al-Mauidzah (Effective Advice); 4) Al-Mulahadzah (Fairness in Care and Control); 5) Al-Ujurah wa al-'Uqubah (Proportional Consequencess). It is concluded that Hadih Maja a cultural product that is valuable and meaningful so to protect this ancestral heritage, this Hadih Maja must have to revitalize so that this valuable cultural treasure will be preserved and will not disappear over time

    The phenomena of poverty on fishermen community are still on going until now. Some of the factors that led to their helplessness include: (1) programs that do not lead directly to the core of the problem, (2) bad financial management, (3) fish processing is still very rare, (4) technology is limited, (5) experts are still lacking, etc. This research will parse the poverty chain that is too long bind fishermen community in Jatimalang Village, Purworejo district. Through a community-based management approach, this study aims to find a pattern of empowerment that fits the needs of the local community. Furthermore, to strengthen human resources based on marine base. And, financial management by using sharia economic system.It is expected that this research can improve the system and economic structure of fishermen community, especially in Jatimalang village and other areas that have similar pattern and character so that will be quickly felt its usefulness

    This study examines the concept of independent character education in surah al-Insyirah, the values of self-education in surah al-Insyirah, and the relevance of the value of independent education in surah al-Insyirah to contemporary education. This research uses a qualitative method, using a library research approach. The primary data source in this study is the Qur'an al-Karim along with the books of interpretation, such asTafsir Al-Misbah, Tafsir Al-Wasith, Tafsir Jalalain, Tafsir Muyassar, and Tafsir al-Maraghi. The results show thatthe concept of self-education in surah al-Insyirah briefly contains aboutdetails of God's blessings to his prophet, God's promise to His prophet to eliminate all disasters and trials that befall him, God's command to His prophet to carry out the deeds of soleh continuously, putting histrust in God and expectreward only from God.     This study aims to analyze more deeply the learning process of Arabic language in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Binjai State and problems that occur in the process of learning Arabic. This research is qualitative research in the form of descriptive and the results are described with words according to the category to get conclusions. Data collection. This research was conducted by method; (1) Observation; (2) Interviews; (3) Documentation. The subjects in this study were grade VII teachers, and the object in this study was a grade VII student at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Binjai.     The Effect Of Cooperative Learning Model Type Of Teams Games Tournament (Tgt) On Student's Learning Achievement

    The purpose of this learning is to find out the cooperative learning model type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) on student achievement in Fiqh subjects at Mts Ma'arif Bebandem. The method used is the Quasi Experimental Method. In this study, the research subjects were students of class VII A and VII B MTs Ma'arif Bebandem. Class VII A as the Control Class (Lecture) and VII B as the Experiment class (TGT). The instrument used is the learning achievement test instrument. The learning achievement test questions used were 25 questions in the form of multiple choice and after going through the validity test process. The findings of this study are the influence of the use of the cooperative learning model type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) on student Islamic Civilization History learning outcomes. This is shown from the results of hypothesis testing using t-test, the value of thitung = 9.956 is greater than ttabel = 2.019 with a significant level of 0.05 so that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. In addition, seen from the results of the comparison of the pre-test and post-test, the pre-test mean score obtained by the control class was 53.25 and the experimental class was 57.50, while the results of the post-test mean score The Team Games Tournament 87.50 type cooperative learning model shows a higher score compared to the control class using the Lecture / Conventional method 67.50. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the cooperative learning model type Teams games Tournament (TGT) has an effect on student achievement in Islamic Islamic Civilization History

    The Value of Tolerance Education in the Qur'an Surah Az-Zumar Verse 18

    This study aims to find, describe, and analyze in depth the meaning of the interpretation contained in Surah az-Zumar verse 18 along with the educational values ​​of tolerance that can be learned in its content. This thesis study also seeks to find the relevance of the educational values ​​of tolerance with the concept of contemporary Islamic education. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis of the data obtained through library research. The collected data is processed by content analysis techniques, which are integrated with tahlili analysis techniques sourced from the Qur'an and Hadith as well as 21 classical and contemporary tafsr books as primary data, and supported by secondary data sources originating from various sources. literature, such as muʻjam (dictionary), and supporting books related to the field of study being researched. The results of the research in this thesis found that: (1) The meaning contained in surah az-Zumar verse 18 contains the basics of tolerance education which contains learning about the ethics of listening to conversations, respecting, and respecting messages conveyed by Allah SWT. and Rasulullah saw., as well as from fellow human beings, then take the values ​​of goodness and practice these messages in everyday life called ūlul albāb; (2) The values ​​of tolerance education found in Surah az-Zumar verse 18 contain several aspects, namely a strong aqidah full of obedience, appreciation, respect, patience, smart thinking, forgiveness, independence, controlling lust and delusions, adab and morals, courage, peace, standing firm (istiqāmah), advice, rights and obligations, love, unselfishness, and justice. These values ​​of tolerance education have strong relevance to the implementation of the concepts of Contemporary Islamic Education being developed today, including character education, multicultural education, environment-based learning, cooperative learning, and quantum learning.
