    Islamic Counseling Services In The Development Of Spiritual Intelligence In Integrated Islamic First High School Students Al-Washliyah 20 Medan

    This study aims to determine: 1) to analyze Islamic counseling services for students of SMP IT Alwashliyah 20 Medan. 2) Analyzing the spiritual Intelligence of students of  SMP IT Alwashliyah 20 Medan. 3) Analyzing Islamic Counseling  services in Fostering  spiritual Intelligence of  students of MP IT Alwashliyah 20 Medan. The method used is a qualitative method with triangulation techniques, and the main subject is the Counseling Guidance teacher. The results showed that: 1) The counseling service used in this study is an individual counseling service, where this  service is very effective when providing guidance. 2)  Spiritual intelligence at  SMP IT Alwashliyah 20 Medan is excellent because in subjects and activities outside of class hours, there are many activities in religious matters that can further improve students 'spiritual intelligence 3) Counseling  Services in fostering  student's spiritual intelligence are very effective because  spiritual intelligence is assessed Individually with individual counseling  services students can feel more comfortable and calm in terms of consulting

    This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data analysis techniques use qualitative data analysis techniques by analyzing 3 data, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the strategy used in Arabic learning is learning with mufrodat and supported by other strategies, like grammar and listening. The implementation of Arabic language learning in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Islam District Kuala Langkat district is considered inadequate or still use the old method so that there is no improvement in the learning method. Simultaneously, the obstacle faced is students' difficulty following Arabic language learning because it only memorizes mufrodat so that it disappears faster memorization

    The implementation of the education sector in Indonesia is currently facing some problems. The learning process seems unclear and far from real life. Thus, students find it difficult in understanding the values in learning a subject. Indeed, this indicates the low quality of education in schools. This research is qualitative with data collection methods through documentation and literature review from various primary and secondary data. The findings of this study indicate that the learning process in contextualization is conducted by integrative learning. Integrative learning can be applied with topics about a discourse discussed from various points of view, and disciplines are interrelated and overlapping. In addition to creating effectiveness in integrative learning time, it also creates a direct experience. Therefore, students can add strength to accept, store, and apply the concepts that have been learned. This research implies that Integrative learning also helps students learn completely and meaningfully, not only by understanding and memorizing it. Thus, it is easily applied by students in everyday life. Research from a school that uses the concept of a natural school that applies integrative learning in all subjects gave rise to the author's curiosity about the implementation of integrative learning in the school

    Scientific literacy skills are very important for students to master in facing the challenges of life in the 21st century but based on the results of the 2018 PISA survey, Indonesian students are still in the bottom ten ranks. The low scientific literacy skills of Indonesians students is partly due to the use of science books at school which emphasizes the content dimension rather than the process and context dimensions as demanded by PISA, another factor is the low interest of students in science because of assumption that science is a difficult and boring subject. the purpose of this research is to improve scientific literacy skills and students interest in science by providing treatment in the form of reading popular science books every day. The research methode used is pre experimental research design with pretest and posttest design. The research sample was 45 students of class VI private elementary schools in the city of Bandung. Scientific literacy ability is measured using scientific literacy question in the competencies aspect with indicators referring to the 2018 PISA framework, while the measurement of students scientific interest is carried out using a Likert scale. Based on the result of data processing obtained an N-Gain value 0.52 for indicators explaining phenomena scientifically, an N-Gain value of 0.33 for indicators of evaluating and designing scientific enquiry and an N-Gain value of 0.64 for indicators of interpreting data and evidence scientifically. The results of students’ interest in science  an N-Gain value of 0.31 for indicator of enjoyment of science, an N-Gain value of 0.26 for an indicator of interest in doing science activity, an N-Gain value of 0.49 for indicator of motivation to learn science and an N-Gain value of 0.34 for indicator of science related career so it can be concluded that literacy program is effective enough to improve scientific literacy skills and students’ interest in science

The data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation.     Humans are the brightest creatures created by God Almighty above all other creations. Therefore there needs to be a way to make it easier to manage human resources. In managing human resources, good abilities are needed in understanding these human resources. As the formulation of the problem in this study aims to determine how the application of heart management (manajemen kalbu) and the benefits felt by the students and congregations who apply it, which is then analyzed and described the application of heart management and its benefits in their daily lives. To find out the answer to the formulation of the problem, the researcher took the object of research to the students and congregation of the Sahlul Manal Islamic Boarding School. After collecting data through the process of interviewing, observing, and then documenting, the information obtained was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques to describe the facts that were found related to this research. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the implementation of heart management at the Sahlul Manal Islamic Boarding School is to fill the heart with dhikr remembering Allah with the hope that the heart is always in a clean state. The benefits felt by the students and congregation are that they get a peaceful life, are more patient and sincere, and are afraid to commit immorality to God. &nbsp

    The discussion of jihad is a very extrem theme. Wise people must be careful discuss it. The word jihad if expressed by someone in a speech can be dangerous because with that word can be people’s blood who should be respected, instead it flows. Some teachers of salaf islamic boarding school in Tegal Regency always be careful in discuss the concept of jihad. Their strategy is create a curriculum that is not to detailed. They not necessarily give a discussion of jihad to their students. The power of intellectual, spiritual and student mentality get the teacher’s attention in giving a discussion of jihad to theirs student. The intellectual power, spirituality and mentality of the santri are the concern of the teacher in giving discussion of jihad to his students. This research aims to deeply analyze the pattern of teaching carried out by salaf islamic boarding school teachers  in Tegal Regency on the meaning of jihad. This type of research is field research and using a qualitative approach. The sources of this research is Nurul Huda Al-Mu’awanah Islamic Boarding School Danawarih Balapulang Tegal Regency. Methode of data collection is documentation, observation and interviews. The analysis used is descriptive field analysis.     This study aims to describe the leadership style of madrasah principals used to improve the quality of graduates of MAN 1 Yogyakarta. The existence of the principal is a form of leadership in educational institutions. The head of a madrasah has an essential role in improving the quality of graduates and the success of education in madrasahs. This research is a case study with a qualitative approach. Purposive sampling is applied for this research. The data were collected by observation, interviews, and documentation study. Data analysis techniques use transcript, coding, grouping, comparing, and contrasting. The data validity technique was used through technique and source triangulation. This study shows that the leadership style of the head of MAN 1 Yogyakarta is democratic-charismatic leadership. The leadership of the director of a madrasah has a significant portion in the effort to improve the quality of graduates at MAN 1 Yogyakarta. The leadership style provides the most outstanding contribution to the sustainability of resource management in schools

    This article discusses the development of mathematics teaching materials based on guided discovery models based on the material of the Pythagoras Theorem for Class VIII SMPN 4 West Bangkala, Jeneponto Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of teaching materials based on guided discoveries based on the Pythagorean Theorem material for Class VIII SMPN 4 West Bangkala, Jeneponto Regency that were valid, practical and effective. The type of research performed is research and development (research and development). The Research Results Achieved (1) The validation results for teaching materials and all research instruments received an average overall validity of 4.14, which is in the valid category because it is in the interval 3.5 M 4.3. (2) The practical test resulting from the results of the teacher's questionnaire analysis for all aspects is 97%. In addition, the proportion of student answer questionnaires for all aspects is 89.45%. These numbers lie in the interval 85% RS 100% and can be classified as very positive (3) Effective, the results of the evaluation of the student learning outcome test are 80% classically completed and fall into the high category, so it can be concluded that the teaching materials which are based on a guided discovery of the material of the Pythagorean Theorem Class VIII SMPN 4 Bangkala Barat Jeneponto Regency, which meet the criteria of validity, practicability and effectiveness

    The Impact of The Implementation of The Pedagogic Competency of Teachers of Akidah Akhlak in The Achievement of Student Learning Outcomes

    Abstract This study discusses student learning outcomes which are only devoted to student learning outcomes in the Akidah Akhlak subject. Based on the learning outcomes of MAN 3 Langkat students, there are still some who have not reached the KKM 85. The pedagogical competencies possessed by Akidah Akhlak teachers at MAN 3 Langkat already have educational qualifications and educational backgrounds in accordance with their field of work. Teachers are also able to fully understand the students. The development of a pedagogical competency curriculum based on implementation planning, evaluation of learning outcomes and the development of student potential is carried out by Akidah Akhlak teachers who have been implemented at MAN 3 Langkat. and utilize technology-based learning media. The impact of the implementation of teacher pedagogic competence in learning is the basis for Akidah Akhlak teachers to diagnose learning difficulties and improve the learning process for students.
