    Peran Stakeholder Dalam Mengatasi Perkawinan Anak Di Bawah Umur

    Child marriage prevention is a shared responsibility carried out by various parties, which are then called stakeholders. Even so, child marriage still occurs a lot and continues to increase, one of which is in Kajoran District, Magelang. This study focuses on examining the factors of child marriage, the role of stakeholders, and obstacles to preventing child marriage in Kajoran District, Magelang. This study is qualitative and field research with a legal and sociological approach. Data sources from parents, stakeholders, and children. Data analysis includes data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The results of this study are: first, the factors of child marriage in Kajoran District are caused by the culture and mindset of the community that is permissive towards child marriage, low awareness of education, pregnancy outside of marriage, or intimate relationships outside of marriage. Second, the role of stakeholders in overcoming child marriage has been carried out according to regulations and their respective responsibilities but has not been optimal and synergistic. Third, the constraints of stakeholders in overcoming child marriage are 1) limited funds and human resources in overcoming child marriage, 2) there are community role models who are permissive towards child marriage, and 3) there is no collaboration between stakeholders in preventing underage child marriage. The recommendation for further research is that it is necessary to expand the research location, such as at the Central Java level so that it can produce a complex picture and formulate effective and integrative strategies

    Forming a tasamuh attitude of students in an educational institution is crucial, especially realized by PAI teachers in every educational institution. The aim of this research is to analyze the strategies of PAI educators in forming the tasamuh attitude of students, describe the form of tasamuh attitude of students, and identify the supporting and hindering factors of PAI educator in forming the tasamuh attitude of learner at SD Negeri 1 Manyargading. The method used is descriptive qualitative research. Data were accumulated by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data reduction, data display, and conclusions are the technical stages of data analysis used by researchers. The outcome of this research are that PAI teachers at SD Negeri 1 Manyargading have effective strategies in shaping students' tasamuh attitude, namely habituation strategies, sustainable internalization strategies, creative and fun learning strategies based on tasamuh values, media utilization strategies and learning facilities. The form of tasamuh attitude of learner at SD Negeri 1 Manyargading is that there are “social” activities, always visiting friends who are sick, not imposing opinions on other students, high respect between students and to the teachers and school staff. Supporting or enabling factors PAI teachers in forming the attitude of tasamuh of learner at SD Negeri 1 Manyargading are support of the school, especially the principal who always inspires and encourages the spirit of tasamuh to teachers and students while the inhibiting factor is the transformation in the attitude of students because their age is still in time of growth and development

    Lembaga pendidikan non formal terkadang sulit unutk maju dikarenakan sulitnya kepercayaan publik terhadap lembaga tersebut oleh sebab itu harus ada penerapan manajemen hubunghan masyarakat didalamnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kepercayaan masyarakat sekitar TPQ Nurul Hikmah yang dibangun melakui pengimplementasikan manajemen hubungan masyarakat dengan menggunakan fungsi manajemen yakni: planning. organizing, actuating, dan controling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pedekatan studi kasus, metode kualitatif, subjek penelitian: kepala sekolah, Wali santri, asatidz. Tokoh masyarakat. Waktu penelitian 1 Februari – 1 Maret 2023. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian ini bawah TPQ Nuurl Hikmah Sidakaton menggunakan manajemen hubungan masyarakat yang mana dalam tahap perencanaan melalui beberapa hal yakni: menetapkan tujuan komunikasi, Identifikasi audiens. Sedangkan ditahap pengorganisasian melalui Identifikasi anggota tim public relation, penugasan tugas dan tanggung jawab, pembentukan struktur tim, pelatihan dan pengembangan keterampilan dan pada tahap pelaksanaan terdapat komunikasi aktif, dan keterlibatan masyarakat dan diakhiri dengan tahap evaluasi yang didalamnya terdapat beberapa hal yakni evaluasi kinejra, umpan balik serta perbaikan dan penyesuaian. dengan terdapat empat poin manajemen hubungan masyarakat membuat TPQ Nurul Hikmah lebih bisa dipercaya oleh masyarakat sekitar lembag

    Management Of The Curriculum For Memorizing The Al-Qur'an

    The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the management of the curriculum for memorizing the al-Qur'an at Yasinat Islamic Boarding School  Wuluhan Jember, its implementation and evaluation. The results of the research show that curriculum planning includes planning in the areas of (a) recruitment of prospective students who memorize the al-Qur'an, (b) the method of reading the al-Qur'an used, namely the Yanbu'a method, (c) independent memorization and muroja'ah collaborative, as well as (d) muhasabah, muqorrobah, and munajat. The implementation of the curriculum was organized by Kiai as a caregiver assisted by his sons as teacher of al-Qur'an memorization. Curriculum implementation is not only directed at successful habituation of memorization from the aspect of religiosity, but also success from the aspect of spirituality. This habituation is called the habituation and memorize religiosity and spirituality program. Curriculum evaluation is carried out in order to find existing strengths and weaknesses using the CIPP model (context, input, process and product)

    Building Academic Culture Through Islamic Values: The Role of Independent Curriculum in Schools

    The independent curriculum is implemented in order to improve the quality and welfare of education in Indonesia. The independent curriculum includes three types of learning, namely intracurricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular. The application of an independent curriculum in learning is a crucial contribution in shaping an academic culture rooted in Islamic values. This study aims to determine the extent of the implementation of the independent curriculum in schools and its implications for the formation of Islamic values-based school academic culture. The method used is qualitative with a multicase study format. Data collection through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The research location is in two institutions, namely SMA Al Fattah Sidoarjo and MAN Sidoarjo. The subjects of the study were principals, curriculum waka, educators, and students. Data analysis using domain analysis. Test the validity of the data using source and method triangulation types. The results showed that the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMA Al Fattah Sidoarjo and MAN Sidoarjo has changed the academic culture by providing freedom in curriculum preparation and integrating Islamic values. This change can be seen in several aspects ranging from the formation of academic culture, the cultivation of Islamic values, more collaborative forms of teaching and learning both the methods and learning media used, the psychological and social impact of students, and the participation of stakeholders who are very influential in the student learning process. The Merdeka Curriculum has had a positive impact in shaping the school's academic culture based on Islamic values by strengthening the school's identity and student character while helping to form highly competitive individuals based on strong Islamic values

    This article examines how learning is implemented in higher education, in implementing online learning models, especially in the Islamic Religious Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University, Banten because the implementation of learning models is one of the main factors in the learning process. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the online learning model in the Islamic Religious Education study program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University, Banten. The research method used uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Based on data analysis, it was found that the online learning model in the Islamic Religious Education study program, Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty, Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University, Banten is divided into eight platforms. Meanwhile, regarding the effectiveness of the online learning model which has proven to be very effective because students experience online learning directly by lecturers and lecturers apply online learning with various platforms with professionals in front of students even though there are inhibiting and supporting factors which act as encouragement so that these activities can run in accordance with what is expected and desired

    ChatGPT (Generative Pre-Training Transformer) is one of the media that is often used and accessed by students to get information and facilitate students in learning. In addition, the use of ChatGPT helps students in writing and facilitates students in the writing process. This study aims to find the impact of using ChatGPT on students' writing skills. This study used a quantitative approach by involving the use of questionnaires as one of the data collection techniques. The questionnaire used to collect data in the form of responses and views of students who were intended as respondents in this study was the impact of using ChatGPT on students' writing skills. In research stated that the use of ChatGPT has an impact on students' writing skills, so ChatGPT can be one of the tools or media that can help students in writing and become a medium that helps students to improve writing skills. However, the use of ChatGPT in writing also has a negative impact behind it, which can make students spoiled and lazy to think when writing, this is because ChatGPT technology is able to understand human language so that it can meet what students want

    The independent curriculum, announced by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture Nadiem Anwar Makarim, is a new basic concept in the world of education. Islamic religious education directs students' physical and spiritual aspects based on religious standards. This research was conducted on Tuesday, January 9 2024 and Wednesday, January 19 2024 at SMA N 1 Bangsri. The aim of carrying out the research is to study problems related to the application of the independent curriculum in the class 11 PAI study field at the school. The subjects in the research were the head of the curriculum, grade 11 PAI teachers and grade 11 students. This study used qualitative methodology, which means collecting data from observations, interviews and documentation. Data collection techniques using primary data sources. Data analysis techniques, including collection, condensation, data display and verification. The results of the research that has been carried out state that the independent curriculum in class 11 PAI at SMA N 1 Bangsri has been implemented well. Outside of class, students are asked to carry out the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5). There are several problems related to the application of the independent curriculum in PAI subjects, such as lack of training for teachers, difficulty in implementing differentiated learning, and a lack of learning support facilities, such as slow internet speed. Resolving related problems can be addressed through meetings between teachers, condensing material and sharing between teachers

    Internalisasi Konsep Burhani dalam Pembelajaran: Strategi peningkatan Nalar Kritis Siswa

    Current education shows that students' critical thinking skills are often underdeveloped due to learning approaches that focus more on knowledge transfer than exploration and problem solving. Burhani epistemology, which emphasises rational and analytical thinking, offers an alternative approach that can improve students'ccritical thinking skills. This study aims to examine how the internalisation of burhani epistemology in learning can improve students' critical thinking skills. The research method used is a qualitative approach with the method of documentation study and literature analysis. The research was conducted by analysing literature review and document analysis of teaching materials. Qualitative data was analysed using thematic analysis techniques. The results showed that the internalisation of burhani epistemology in learning improves students' critical thinking skills. Through the implementation of the burhani concept will have a positive impact on the development of students' reasoning power, learning that involves rational and examination of a problem, the function of reason will automatically be wide open. Through the concept of burhani reasoning, thinking and study are carried out comprehensively on the verses of the Qur'an, of course it can minimise the occurrence of blind taklid to religious teachings, for that learning through the burhani concept will give students more freedom in making discoveries and giving birth to new theories in learning activities. The results of the study confirm that the internalisation of burhani epistemology in learning can have a positive impact on the development of students' critical thinking skills. Recommendations for wider application of this concept as well as training for teachers in the burhani method are suggested to improve the quality of education and maximise students' intellectual potential

    The aim of this research is to describe the habituation of moderate character through a khidmah program by instilling the values ​​of religious moderation in students at the Lirboyo Kediri Islamic boarding school. the values ​​of religious moderation, namely taking the middle path (tawasuth), tolerance (tasamuh), justice ('is), balance (tawāzzun). The results of this writing emphasize that the importance and effectiveness of the khidmah program in the millennial era like today is in order to instill the values ​​of religious moderation which have begun to be eroded in this era, through classroom learning using the classic yellow book and learning outside the classroom such as deliberation which aims to implement four pillars of the value of religious moderation in order to create moderate human resources
