Implementation Of Total Quality Management In Al-Qur'an Education
TPQ Hidayatul Mubtadien applies the Qiro'ati Method in teaching the Qur'an. TPQ Hidayatul Mubtadien, in managing its institution, implements Total Quality Management to produce quality graduates. This study aimed to determine the implementation of TQM in TPQ Hidayatul Mubtadien Jlamprang Wonosobo. This study uses qualitative methods and field research that focuses on the problem of implementing TQM in TPQ Hidayatul Mubtadien and the nature of analytical descriptive research. The research location is at TPQ Hidayatul Mubtadien which is on Jalan Karya Tralis 3 No. 1, Jlamprang Village, Wonosobo District, Wonosobo Regency. The research time is from November 2021 to February 2022. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using data documentation, data reduction, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that TPQ Hidayatul Mubtadien applies the concept of Total Quality Management in managing the institution. TPQ Hidayatul Mubtadien implements the values of TQM in managing institutions in the following ways: Focus on Customers, Obsession with Quality, Scientific Approach, Long-term commitment, Teamwork for continuous improvement, Education and Training, Controlled Freedom, and Unity of Purpose
Implementation Of The Indonesian House Of The Qur'an Forum Program In Increasing Reading
This study aims to analyze the Maghrib Reciting Forqin Program (Indonesian Qur'an House Forum) in Eradicating Al-Qur'an Illiteracy in Pantai Cermin District. The research was conducted using qualitative methods by describing the program's implementation. The object of this study is an informant. Research informants are also sources of data or research respondents. The results of this study are: holding recital-like activities in every mosque in the sub-district of Pantaimirmiror, the implementation of the maghrib recitation is held after the maghrib prayer. Constraints the indifferent attitude of parents towards their children in motivating reading and writing the Qur'an; Second, the influence of technology (HP) is extreme, and the participation of parents in fostering Illiteracy of the Qur'an is minimal. Teachers of the Koran are not paid enough incentives. The solution to overcome this is for parents to see the results of their children's recitation by checking the contact book given to students. Students are not allowed to bring cell phones. Teachers must improve ways and methods of teaching the Qur'an, such as the Albarqi Method. The local government and local government and parents should pay more attention to the teachers of the Koran to increase welfare of the teachers of the Koran

Education is a fundamental need that cannot be separated from efforts to educate the nation and form skilled individuals in their fields. School principals play a crucial role in improving the quality of education, with the quality of the principal's leadership greatly influencing various aspects of school life. In an Islamic psychology perspective, school principal leadership does not only focus on managing resources, but also on implementing spiritual and moral principles that can strengthen the quality of education. This article discusses the leadership strategies of school principals from an Islamic psychology perspective, highlighting the importance of good management in achieving the vision and mission of education. Effective leadership not only improves the quality of education but also supports the development of student character, which in turn contributes to the realization of schools of excellence and character. Character education, as an integral part of the educational process, seeks to direct individual development towards a better civilization, reflecting values and principles that are in harmony with Islamic psychology
The Role of School Student Organizations in Improving Character Education
This study understands the various roles that the School Student Organization performs in improving character education in Muhammadiyah Two Sidoarjo High School. Using qualitative research phenomenological approach premises. His research determined by purposive, namely the students who became an administrator and a member of student council. The type of data collected in the form of qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary sources. Analyzed by reduction, display and draw conclusions. To check the validity of the data is done tringulasi source. The results showed that the council has a major role in character education students. This is reinforced by the opinion of K.H. Dewantara about three things that underlie an education, firstly, family; secondly, the place of education; and thirdly, the youth movement. Then it resulted from this research that through various activities of the youth movement or student council. Through various activities the student council, the student's character becomes more intelijibel, ie, honest, disciplined, responsible, independent, confident, like mutual cooperation, leadership and creative spirit, and students can develop his potential and have creative ideas for the surrounding communities. 
Islamic Education Values In Early Children
This study aims to analyze the educational process and efforts to instill the values of Islamic education in early childhood, as well as to find the relevance of the importance of Islamic education in early childhood with contemporary Islamic teaching through the study and analysis of the Qur'an sura li 'Imra n verses 33-37. The method used in this research is a qualitative method that was explored through library research. Data collection techniques were carried out by tracing the meaning and content of verses through books of interpretation and various references related to early childhood education content that had relevance to Surah Ali-'Imran verses 33-37, then explained the process of education in early childhood which contained in it, and describes the values of Islamic education that can be learned from the contents of these verses. Furthermore, the data obtained in this study were analyzed using content analysis techniques through the tahlili interpretation approach to reveal the meaning, and main content of the verses studied. The results of the research in this thesis found that the educational process for early childhood contained in the Q.S. li 'Imran verses 33-37 include: (1) being a pious parent figure for the child, (2) naming the child with a good name, (3) praying for the child to avoid the devil's disturbance, (4) choosing a character a pious teacher, (5) creating a good family environment, (6) providing a halal living for children. Meanwhile, efforts to instill the values of Islamic education in children from an early age based on these verses include the values of faith, sharia values, and moral values. The relevance of the value of early childhood education in verse to contemporary Islamic educational institutions is to offer a vision and mission of early childhood education, select good educator figures, and foster spirituality in students in early childhood Islamic educational institutions
The Influence of Educational Facilities Management and Learning Effectiveness on Students' Learning Motivation at SMP Nurul Jadid Paiton – Probolinggo
Kajian ini membahas tentang pengaruh manajemen sarana prasarana pendidikan dan efektifitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh manajemen sarana prasarana pendidikan dan efektifitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMP Nurul Jadid, Karanganyar, Paiton, Probolinggo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analisis data kuantitatif dengan penelitian regresi linier berganda yang menggunakan rumus parsial somers’d dimana variabel X1 diuji kekorelasiannya terhadap Y (X1-Y) dan X2 terhadap Y (X2-Y) serta menggunakan rumus simultan untuk regresi linier sederhana dengan variabel X1, X2 terhadap variabel Y (X1,X2-Y). Adapun data yang diperoleh dari analisis tersebut menunjukan terjadinya signifikan dengan Approx. Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 artinya, bahwa nilai data lebih kecil daripada 0.05 secara parsial yang menggunakan rumus somers’d, dan Approx. Sig. 0.000 < 0.05, yang artinya bahwa nilai data lebih kecil dari 0.05 secara simultan dengan menggunakan rumus regresi linier berganda
Pesantren-Based School Culture Development: The Practice Of 'Kitab Kuning' Learning In School
This paper aims to show the practice of kitab kuning learning in elementary schools as the basis for developing school culture. There are two main questions in this research. First, how is the process of kitab kuning learning? Second, how is the sustainability of the kitab kuning learning program? The research method used qualitative with a single case study design at the Nahdlatul Ulama Islamic Elementary School (SDI NU) Pare, Kediri Regency. This study found that kitab kuning learning as a special activity followed the pattern of learning the kitab kuning in pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) with the two main learning methods, Arabic pegon learning and bandongan. Second, the learning of kitab kuning starting in the 2022/2023 school year is not only a special program but has continued as part of the school curriculum by integrating it with the curriculum so that all students learn it. The integration form combined Pesantren-style learning with Arabic subjects. These two findings indicate the school's consistency in preserving the pesantren tradition as the primary basis for developing a school culture
Computer Based Test: Analysis Of Program Application Selection Of Admission Of New Students In Madrasah Aliyah
This article examines the application of CBT (Computer Based Test) in the selection of new student admissions at MAN Insan Cendekia Siak. The formulation of the problem, namely: 1) How is the application of CBT in the selection of new student admissions. 2) What are the advantages of implementing CBT-based selection of new student admissions compared to PBT. 3) What are the inhibiting factors and alternative problem solving in the selection of new student admissions based on CBT. This article uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the research obtained from the data in the field indicate that: 1) The application of CBT in the PPDB selection is a policy of the Ministry of Religion for superior madrasas. The purpose of implementing CBT is to facilitate the process of accepting new students. 2) The advantages of using CBT compared to PBT are that the test results are more accurate so as to minimize human error, reduce energy, time and costs, the results are immediately known to the participants, the participants are more focused on working on the questions because the exam time is listed, reducing the sales of questions caused by the questions leaks and cheating in conducting test exams, results are more transparent, security is better maintained than exams with paper which causes paper to be damaged or torn. 3) The inhibiting factors for the application of CBT in the PPDB selection are the network is less stable, the website is down, the lights go out and there are still participants who do not understand how to operate computers. How to overcome obstacles, namely: a) network problems, the efforts made by the committee, such as during the socialization, participants are encouraged to bring a modem, then for those who take the exam at home, the committee has previously given an appeal to find a location that has an optimal network. b) for the problem of blackouts, the committee has provided a generator. c) for handling problematic application accounts, the committee will contact the central proktor to login with the participant's password. d) handling for participants who do not understand how to operate a computer, namely the committee provides training to participants before the official test day is held
Implementation Of Islamic Counseling Teachers At Tahfiz Al-Husna Islamic Boarding School High Club City
The background of this research to find out how do the teachers analyze in counseling at tahfidz al-Husna boarding school in Tebing tinggi city started at the activities, authorizing in controlling to do the activities, the aspect of activities to evaluation. This research to find out the (1) the teacher’s supervisor activities in counseling and advising of Islam (2) the involvement (3) what are activities be done and (4) evaluation. This research used the qualitative method, place and time of research was at tahfidz al-Husna Boarding Schoo in Tebing tinggi city. The time for research was started on February, 2021 to July,2021. The data collecting technique was taken the interview, observation and documentation. The data collecting analysis used the data reduction, data supplying, and data conclusion. The result of research found out: (1) the teacher’s supervisor in applying of counseling was planned and programmed by four aspects, those are used the four closings, such as the student’s need, determined the destination on supplying of counseling, interpreted and determined subject matter based on the gender, technique, and strategy. Fund rising and facilities on supplying of counseling (2) the involvement in supplying of counseling activities done at four aspects, those are determined the counselor or teacher of tahfidz and the teacher’s boarding school advisor in group tuition in competence. Socialization on counseling supplying. The daily task description (job description) and make the partnership with stakeholder (3) activity aspect was done in several methods those are the right model method, persuasion method and story method (4) the evaluation was coming of background by the obstacle. For the obstacle was divided into two parts, those the inclusive and exclusive. For the inclusive is less of optimal on time for doing the counseling supplying activity. The less of attention of supervising from the head leader of institution into the field. For the obstacle of exclusive because less of the facility optimal according to supplying construction of counseling from the expert of counselor, the less optimal from the high attention such as the ministerial religion affairs branch of Tebing tinggi, the less of head leader’s attention and the header’s attention of institution. The evaluation gave 6 monthly one and the less optimal of counseling supplying training

This study discusses the planning of teacher performance in determining the direction of organizational work orientation at MTS Al-Washliyah beach pumpkin what activities must be carried out to achieve organizational goals; the research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, the results of this study are based on the results of research observed from a conclusion regarding the planning and implementation of performance in determining the direction in the organization at MTS Al-Washliyah Pantai Labu, namely by implementing the Teacher's performance plan will provide a successful orientation at MTS Al-Washliyah Pantai Labu.
