    The Strategy Of The Boarding School Student Organization In Developing The Leadership Spirit Of Students

    The research aims to explain the strategy of the boarding school student organization in developing leadership skills. This research is qualitative research with descriptive method. The primary data source comes from the management of the Pondok Yatim Assa'adah Student Organization (OPPYA), which is a 6th grade TMI student at the Pesantren Yatim and Dhuafa' Assa'adah 1 South Jakarta. While secondary data comes from the results of interviews along with documentation obtained at the Pesantren Yatim and Dhuafa' Assa'adah 1 South Jakarta. The data analysis technique uses the flow method from Miles and Hubberman with stages, namely: (1) Data Reduction, (2) Data Presentation and (3) Conclusion Drawing. Data collection methods used interviews, observation and documentation. The main finding is that these strategies have a positive impact on the character building, leadership, and social skills of students especially in pesantren. In addition, the student organization also provides benefits to the pesantren in terms of administrative management and assisting social activities at the Pesantren Yatim and Dhuafa' Assa'adah 1 South Jakarta and to the community. The results of this study can provide valuable insights for pesantren and other Islamic educational institutions in developing student organization strategies more effectively. It can also serve as a basis for further research on the role of student organizations in the context of traditional Islamic education

    Contextualizing The Value Of Islamic Education In The Digital Era: Challenges And Adaptations In The Khitbah Hadith

    This study aims to examine the values of Islamic education contained in the khitbah hadith and its relevance in the digital era. The transformation of technology and social media in the digital era has changed the way individuals interact, including in the marriage proposal process. This study uses a qualitative method based on library research to explore the adaptation of the educational values of the khitbah hadith in facing digital challenges. The results of the study identified the main educational values in the khitbah hadith, namely maintaining intentions and goals, honor and modesty, openness, avoiding immorality, not interfering with other people's khitbah, careful consideration, and joint family decisions. In the digital context, these values are contextualized into maintaining intentions and integrity on digital platforms, using technology wisely, maintaining sharia restrictions in virtual spaces, and increasing openness and transparency through technology. This research has important implications in providing practical guidance for young Muslims to manage pre-marital interactions and relationships while adhering to the values of Islamic education in the digital era. In addition, this research also provides insights for Islamic educators, scholars and practitioners to develop learning materials that are relevant to the current digital situation, as well as integrating technology in Islamic education that is able to maintain and strengthen the values of Sharia. Thus, the values in the khitbah hadith can become an ethical foundation in responding to modern challenges without abandoning Islamic principles

    Implementation Of Religious Moderation Values In Pai Learning At Shofiyatul Huda Junior High School

    The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the implementation of religious moderation values in pai learning in secondary schools. This research uses a qualitative approach while the method used is descriptive. The data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research location is focused on the NU Shofiyatul Huda Junior High School class. The research subjects were the teacher and the Principal. Data analysis is done by selecting and sorting the answers to the data obtained then collected to be analyzed and conclusions drawn. The data analysis used is using data triangulation. The data validity test uses the stages of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. This study found that the Implementation of Religious Moderation Values at NU Shofiyatul Huda Junior High School was carried out by PAI teachers with the support of the school principal. This includes teaching the values of religious moderation, creating an inclusive environment, and strengthening tolerance. Synergy with other subjects and observed teacher practices support this endeavor. This implementation aims to form a moderate and tolerant young generation. The implementation of religious moderation values at NU Shofiyatul Huda Junior High School involves the cooperation of PAI teachers and support from the principal to create a moderate and inclusive education. Supporting factors are adequate resources and cooperation with other subjects. The obstacles are the difficulty of reaching all students and pressure from outside the school

    Project for Strengthening Pancasila Student Profiles: Phenomenological Study of Students' Moral Education from an Al-Qur'an Perspective

    Abstract : This study was motivated by the lack of effectiveness of the implementation of P5 for grade 7 students at SMP N 3 Pleret. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of P5 7th grade students at SMP N 3 Pleret in accordance with the Qur'anic perspective. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological study approach, the researcher directly observes the phenomenon of implementing the Pancasila student profile strengthening project for 7th grade students of SMP N 3 Pleret, the researcher then collects data by observation, interview and documentation. The results of the research found that the application of P5 for 7th grade students at SMP N 3 Pleret with the topic of toga plants fulfills 6 dimensions of P5 and is in line with the Qur'an 1) Faith (QS. Al-Araf: 56); 2) Diversity (QS. Al-Hujurat: 13); 3) mutual cooperation (QS. Al-Hujurat; 13); 4) independence (QS. Al-Mudatssir: 38); 5) critical thinking (QS. Al-Imran: 190); and 6) creativity 9QS. Az-Zumar:9). It is concluded that the project to strengthen the profile of 7th grade Pancasila students at SMP N 3 Pleret can shape student character according to the values of Pancasila and based on the Qur'an. Tujuan penelitin ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan P5 siswa kelas 7 di SMP N 3 Pleret sesuai dengan prespektif Al-Qur’an. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi fenomenologi, peneliti mengamati langsung fenomena penerapan proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila siswa kelas 7 SMP N 3 Pleret, peneliti lalu melakukann pengambilan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil peneltian menemukan adanya penerapan P5 siswa kelas 7 di SMP N 3 Pleret dengan topik tanaman toga memenuhi 6 dimensi P5 dan sejalan dengan Al-Qur’an 1) Keimanan (QS. Al-Araf: 56); 2) Kebhinekaan (QS. Al-Hujurat: 13); 3) gotong royong (QS. Al-Hujurat; 13); 4) kemandirian (QS. Al-Mudatssir:38); 5) Berpikir kritis (QS. Al-Imran: 190); dan 6) Kreativitas 9QS. Az-Zumar:9). Maka disimpulakn bahwa proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila kelas 7 di SMP N 3 Pleret bisa membentuk karakter siswa seusai nilai Pnacasila dan berlandaskan Al-Qur’an.     Analisis Kompetensi Guru Pendidikan Islam Dalam Pengembangan Kurikulum Merdeka Menuju Local Genius 6.0 Ideas Internet Of Things (IoT)

    This research aims to analyze the competencies of Islamic Education teachers in developing the National Curriculum towards Local Genius 6.0 Ideas Internet of Things (IoT). By identifying challenges and opportunities in the implementation of IoT in the curriculum, this research explores appropriate methods to strengthen the competencies of Islamic Education teachers in Indonesia. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews and observations of Islamic Education teachers. The results show that, although there is awareness of the importance of IoT integration in the curriculum, lack of resources and lack of in-depth understanding are the main barriers. The implications of these findings highlight the need for intensive training and collaborative approaches between educational institutions and industry to strengthen teachers' competencies in the face of the IoT era. Thus, this study makes an important contribution in preparing Islamic Education teachers to be agents of change in adopting increasingly advanced technologies in the context of education

    School Library Transformation:Implications and Challenges in Growing Literacy Movement at MA An-Nawawi Berjan Purworejo

    The transformation of the school library is a crucial step to face changing times, especially in efforts to grow the literacy movement. This paper presents an overview of the school library transformation process by exploring the implications and challenges of growing the literacy movement at MA An- Nawawi Berjan Purworejo. Using a descriptive analysis approach, this paper explores the implications of the role of the school library, especially in the context of the literacy movement. The implications are the Improvement of accessibility and the use of Ar-Risalah Library, and the improvement the literacy interest and skills. The author also identified the challenges, such as limited resources, incomplete facilities, lack of awareness to access library resources, and the need for new skills. The result of this paper indicates the importance of the school library as a literacy centre to support students’ holistic learning (religious and general science aspects), such as providing relevant library collections with standards established by the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia, providing training for librarians, optimizing facilities, doing collaboration between related institutions or parties, and applying the appropriate technology to strengthen the role of the library as a driving force for literacy. By understanding the implications and challenges of the transformation of the Ar-Risalah Library, this paper aims to provide guidance for education stakeholders, increase the effectiveness of the Ar-Risalah Library in supporting the literacy movement, and provide a positive contribution from this library to the future of Islamic education. Shape of the world, as well as in the realm of Pondok Pesantren, the emergence of the idea of using Artificial Intelligence is used as a tool to discuss the readiness of the Pondok Pesantren. Artificial Intelligence is used as a tool to doscuss the readiness of Pondok Pesantren in order to adopt an Pesantren in order to adopt a learning as well as facing challenges in maintaining the values and traditions of Pondok Pesantren.     THE FOUR CENTRAL PILLARS OF EDUCATION AT PESANTREN-BASED UNIVERSITIES UNIDA GONTOR, INDONESIA

    Abstract : Pesantren is an indigenous Indonesian educational institution. This research is particularly compelling as it will elaborate on pesantren-based universities with their holistic life values. At the level of its subject matter, the study will discuss the concept of the four central pillars of education at Darussalam Gontor University. Unlike the typical tricenter of education found in most educational institutions in Indonesia, this four central pillars of education consists of the mosque as the hub of activities, the kyai as the central figure or the one who embodies the institution, dormitories as communal living spaces, and academic activities as the formal educational component. This study explores how the quadruple center of education facilitates the academic community to coexist harmoniously under the Islamic values of sincerity, simplicity, independence, Islamic brotherhood, and freedom. Using the descriptive cualitative method, this paper will analyze the implementation of this model at Darussalam Gontor University, aiming to provide insights into the unique educational practices of pesantren universities in Indonesia and their significance in fostering holistic education development among students in the era of artificial intelligence. Abstrak : Pesantren adalah lembaga pendidikan asli Indonesia. Penelitian ini memiliki daya tarik lebih karena akan mengelaborasi universitas yang berbasis pesantren dengan nilai-nilai kehidupannya yang holistik. Pada tataran objek kajiannya, peneliti akan membahas tentang konsep catur pusat pendidikan yang ada pada Universitas Darussalam Gontor. Berbeda dengan tripusat pendidikan milik lembaga pendidikan di Indonesia pada umumnya, catur pusat ini terdiri dari masjid sebagai pusat kegiatan, kyai sebagai figur sentral atau sosok yang menjiwai, asrama sebagai ruang hidup bersama, dan kegiatan akademik sebagai komponen pendidikan formal. Studi ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana catur pusat pendidikan mampu memfasilitasi civitas akademika untuk dapat hidup berdampingan secara harmonis di bawah nilai-nilai Islam seperti keikhlasan, kesederhanaan, berdikari, ukhuwah Islamiyah, dan kebebasan. Dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, makalah ini akan menganalisis implementasi model ini di Universitas Darussalam Gontor, yang bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan tentang praktik pendidikan unik dari universitas pesantren di Indonesia dan signifikansinya dalam membantu perkembangan pendidikan holistik di kalangan mahasiswa di tengah era kecerdasan buatan

    Instructional Leadership in Enhancing Teacher Professionalism and Learning Quality at Yayasan Mardi Yuana High Schools

    Instructional leadership is a pivotal style that significantly enhances teachers professionalism and learning quality, yet it remains underutilized by school principals. This study aims to explore the experiences of school principals, teachers, and students in implementing instructional leadership to improve professionalism and learning quality. The research adopts a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, focusing on Mardi Yuana High School in Cianjur and in Sukabumi. Sixteen participants, including two school principals, ten teachers, and four students, are involved. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis using Nvivo 12 Pro. Findings indicate that principals implement instructional leadership by setting goals, managing learning processes, and fostering a conducive climate, They adopt collaborative and participative principles, encouraging teachers to attend training sessions and conducting classroom supervision to enhance professionalism. Additionally, principals focus on improving learning quality by providing necessary training and learning facilities. Therefore, the optimization of instructional leadership practices is highly recommended to achieve better educational outcomes

    Enhancing Learning Quality: The Role Of Teacher Competence In Madrasah

    This study aims to analyze the role of teacher competence in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Genteng district. This research is based on the importance of teachers' competence in delivering Islamic religious teaching materials effectively and applicatively in daily life, as well as various challenges faced by teachers, including the diversity of students' social and cultural backgrounds, limited resources, and changes in social dynamics. The research method used is a qualitative approach with the type of case study, involving in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the research show that understanding of student needs, the application of active learning approaches, character development and moral values, and continuous professional development are key factors in improving the quality of teaching. It is expected to provide an implementation model that can be adopted by other educational institutions to improve teacher competence and, in turn, the quality of learning, which has a positive impact on students' academic and moral development
