Exploration Of The Value Of Islam-Based Multicultural Education In Local Wisdom Traditions National Culture Adab
Multicultural values in Nasi Adab culture in Kotawaringin Barat district are the only artifacts that have not been explored in taking the fundamental values from their contents. This study explores the character values contained in the Nasi Adab culture, focusing on the multicultural values that are traditionalized by the community and the West Kotawaringin district government. This study uses a qualitative method with purposive sampling data collection techniques through participant observation and in-depth interviews. Validation of data using triangulation techniques and extending observations to several data sources. Meanwhile, the data processing and analysis technique used the Nvivo-12 application. The findings of this study are that local wisdom in the form of Nasi Adab culture can become the glue of community unity. This is expressed through character values in forming a harmonious and peaceful life against differences in ethnicity, culture, and religion. In addition, the value of tolerance is shown by the existence of public awareness about diversity in differences. This awareness raises the value of multiculturalism through mutual acceptance of differences from diversity to become a common strength. Analisis Sistem Tunjangan Profesi: Kunci Kesejahteraan Bagi Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam
This research aims to explain the analysis of the professional allowance system, which includes policies regarding recipient criteria, allowance amounts, and allowance administration procedures for PAI teachers, as well as provide an overview of the welfare performance of PAI teachers before and after receiving professional allowances, so that in the future it is hoped that more and more teachers will PAI understand the professional allowance system so that it has an impact on fulfilling the welfare of PAI teachers. This research uses quantitative methods with a cross-sectional type of survey research. Research data sources consist of primary data sources originating from journal articles, books, and documents that are relevant to the research problem. Meanwhile, secondary data sources come from PAI teachers at the elementary school level in Kec. Dayeuhkolot District, Bandung, with 16 PAI teachers who have received professional allowances. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire or questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, which is analysed using descriptive statistics and presented in the form of narratives, tables, and diagrams. The results of the research show that the PAI teacher professional allowance system is explained in Minister of Religion Regulation Number 43 of 2014 Article 1 and Minister of Religion Regulation Number 43 of 2014 Article 8. Apart from that, the results showed that the welfare of PAI teachers after receiving professional allowances increased by 17.18%. So it can be concluded that professional allowances can be the key to PAI teacher welfare
Problem Posing Method In Establishing Students' Creative Thinking Ability In Islamic Education Subjects
The problem posing method in shaping students' creative thinking skills in PAI subjects at SMKN 12 Surabaya, this is the title and purpose of this research. This study uses qualitative research methods or types of descriptive research. The results of the implication of the problem posing method in shaping students' creative thinking skills in PAI subjects at SMKN 12 Surabaya are going very well, this is based on observations and learning activities where students are required to make questions that are in harmony with the material provided. For this reason, students of SMKN 12 Surabaya became the subject of research. while the object of this research is the ability to think creatively in which there is a cognitive domain of students who develop knowledge and information in students' intellectual skills. By using the problem posing method, students have the ability to think creatively in accordance with what Johnson said, it will become a habit of mind that is trained with intuition, activates imagination, and reflexes will generate ideas. There are supporting factors, namely curiosity that appears more inclined to each question that is presented to make students able to improve their creative thinking skills and for the inhibiting factor students are afraid to answer because they are not sure of the answer
Kemampuan Guru PAI Dalam Menyusun Instrumen Penilaian Keterampilan Berkomunikasi Sesuai IASP 2020
This study aims to identify the ability of PAI teachers to develop instruments for assessing students' communication skills according to IASP 2020 so that assessments can be carried out in a more objective manner, are able to measure students' communication abilities appropriately, and have an impact on the quality of the learning process. The research method used is quantitative, and the type of research is survey research. The data sources used include primary data sources obtained from 17 teachers at Subrayon 02 SMP level. The research sources consist of secondary research sources, which come from archives, documents, books, and journals that are relevant to the research problem formulation. Data collection techniques used questionnaires distributed using Google Forms. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the study showed that the ability of PAI teachers to compile instruments for assessing students' communication skills orally was 74.63% and 65.07% in writing, so both of them fall into the fairly good category
Islamic Education Leadership Management In Independent Learning Educational Curriculum Quality : Challenge Analysis And Solutions
This study examines the leadership management of Islamic education in the quality of education in the Free Learning Curriculum in terms of the analysis of challenges and solutions. The research used in this study is a qualitative research type of descriptive research. Primary data sources are school principals, teachers at SDN 01 Kota Bangun and secondary data from books, journals and websites related to the research title. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction, triangulation, member checks and making data conclusions. The results of this study indicate that school leadership identifies and validates the pathways through which leadership impacts key teaching and learning processes in schools. In addition, it was found that the use of digital technology provides new challenges in the world of education today. Innovation is needed especially for school principals as leaders in the school sector to realize the various aspirations of the nation's education. The leadership model most relevant to educational issues. Based on the results of leadership management research by school principals acculturated with a humanist approach to making technological innovation programs with an independent learning curriculum. One aspect that is realized is creating teacher human resources with high character and innovation in the digital era

Classroom Management In Improving Learning Effectiveness
Classroom management is a series of activities that teachers consciously carry out in an effort to create and maintain optimal learning conditions. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. To analyze the data used descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that class management in improving learning effectiveness at MA Miftahul Ulum, it can be concluded that class management can indeed increase learning effectiveness at MA Miftahul Ulum Besuki, Situbondo and all homerooms and teachers are always working to improve class management so that the student learning process increase may occur.
 
The Development Map and Research Direction On Education Of Islamic Moderation: A Bibliometric Study
Islamic education is a process of changing individual and communal behavior. Educational moderation is the bright path to the harmony of social, ecological, and spiritual relations. The purpose of this paper is to know the development map and research direction of Islamic moderate education. The research data is 96 articles obtained from the Scopus database, without taking into account data from other databases such as Google Scholar or WoS, from 2001 to 2023. Research data are selected and determined based on the functions and criteria set. The findings were analyzed by bibliometric analysis techniques using Excel, VOSviewer, and R/R-Studio with biblioshiny. The results of this study showed an annual article growth rate of 8.49%. The most publicity occurred in 2021. Indonesia is the country that contributes the most articles with 31 documents. Affiliation is held by the University Kebangsaan Malaysia. The most prolific authors were Adib-Hajbaghery, Hamzah, Paradise, and Raza
Penerapan Hifdzul Bi’ah Dalam Fatwa Kupi Tentang Haramnya Kerusakan Lingkungan
Environmental damage is becoming an actual problem along with the increasing rate of population growth. The occurrence of environmental damage cannot be separated from human intervention. This is very contrary to the Al-Qur’an because Allah has prohibited humans from doing damage to the earth. This encouraged the initiators of environmental jurisprudence to add hifdzul bi'ah as a goal in maqashid syari'ah. This article will discuss the postulates and concept of hifdzul bi'ah in preserving the environment; history of the founding of KUPI; and how important hifdzul bi'ah is based on the KUPI fatwa regarding preserving the environment. This research is the result of a literature study using a descriptive-analytic approach. Currently, there is a lot of environmental damage caused by humans. The environment should be our collective responsibility. One of the initiators of environmental jurisprudence is KUPI. KUPI is a forum for Indonesian female ulama, who are concerned with contemporary issues using a gender perspective as one of their thinking methods. One of the KUPI fatwas is that it is haram to cause environmental damage. Hifdzul bi'ah becomes important if we are guided by the KUPI fatwa, for several reasons, namely: first, the environmental crisis is getting worse; second, Muslims need a comprehensive legal framework/guidelines regarding environmental issues; Third, classical jurisprudence does not accommodate environmental issues as a separate scientific discipline within the realm of Islamic studies. Pesantren Curriculum Management Based On Religious Moderation At Mahad Al Jamiah
This study attempts to provide light on the administration of a pesantren curriculum based on religious moderation at Mahad Al Jamiah, Kerinci State Islamic Institute, Jambi Province. This study is categorised as qualitative research using a case study methodology. Eight participants made up the informant group for this study, including Mudir Mahad, the teaching staff, and six Mahad students. Purposive sampling was used to choose the informants. The researcher himself serves as the study's instrument. This study used observation, interviews, and documentation studies as data collection methods. Observation of the development, carrying out, and evaluation of a curriculum in the form of a checklist sheet. Semi-structured interviews were the appropriate category for the user interviews. Data and papers that are linked to the research issue serve as documentation. Nvivo Plus version 11 software was utilised for all data entry, coding, exploration, visualisation, and presentation procedures in this investigation. Tests for credibility, dependability, and confirmability can be used to determine the authenticity of the data. The findings demonstrated that curriculum development was carefully planned, that curriculum implementation proceeded smoothly, and that curriculum evaluation was done in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Agency
