    Karakter merupakan sifat manusia yang mencerminkan jati diri seseorang. Pendidikan karakter tentunya perlu diberikan kepada seseorang sejak dini. Karena dengan pendidikan karakter, akan tercipta keseimbangan antara sosia dan agama. Pendidikan Islam berarti pendidikan yang mempelajari keilmuan teentang agama Islam yang bersifat wajib bagi seluruh umat Islam. Didalamnya terdapat berbagai nilai-nilai keislaman antara lain nilai akhlak, akidah, dan syariat. Nilai-nilai tersebut perlu diberikan kepada para peserta didik yang ada pada segala jenjang agar dalam kehidupaan tidak tersesat dan tidak menyeleweng dari ajaran agamanya. Bentuk dari pengimplementasian nilai-nilai pendidikan itu dapat diterapkan dengan keteladanan, pembiasaan, nasihat, dan hukuman dimana keempat hal tersebut akan mengarahkan peserta didik kepada kehidupan yang lebih baik

    California papaya is one of the potential income prospects as an alternative to vegetables that require expensive maintence costs and uncertain prices for the people of Karangduwur Village, Kalikajar District, Wonosobo Regency, the majority of whom work as farmers. Not all papaya tree owners can take care of themselves, due to various factors in addition to the need for special skills. Most of the people entrust the ciltivators to take care of the papaya trees until they get result. The contract that occurs is only an oral contract based on the prevailing customs of the community and has become a culture. This study describes the Review of Islamic Economic Law on the Practice of Profit Sharing of Papaya Farmers in Karangduwur Village, Kalikajar District, Wonosobo Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the profit sharing practice of papaya farmers in Karangduwur Village, Kalikajar District, Wonosobo Regency is in accordance with Islamic Economic Law. The method used is a field study. The data sources used are primary data sources, namely sources obtained directly from the community. Amd secondary data sources are sources of data obtained from books and document related to research, the method used is the interview method by applying interview. The practice of sharing the result of papaya farmers in Karanduwur Village when viewed from Islamic Economic Law uses the musaqah contract theory, as for the reality of the practice of sharing the result the contract is carried out directly, without writing, without witness and not accompanied by a long cooperation agreement.   Kata Kunci: Islamic Economic Law, Musaqah, Profit Sharin

    Mechanisms For Implementing Assessments in The Independent Curriculum: Analytical Study In Educational Institutions

    The Merdeka Curriculum is an innovative concept in the world of education in Indonesia that aims to provide flexibility and freedom to teachers in designing more creative and innovative learning methods and materials. One of these things is the assessment process. Assessment in the Merdeka Curriculum refers to the evaluation process carried out to measure students' abilities and skills effectively, objectively, and accurately. Assessment aims to provide an overview of the extent to which students have achieved the competencies set out in the curriculum. In addition, assessment also provides feedback to students and teachers regarding student learning progress and assists in identifying weaknesses and strengths in teaching and learning. In its implementation, assessment or judgment plays an important role in the success of this successful program. The Merdeka Curriculum assessment itself is a series of activities carried out to determine the level of students' abilities in a lesson in the Merdeka Curriculum. The government has regulated learning and assessment in the Merdeka Curriculum in full and in detail. It is hoped that this regulated learning and assessment can serve as a reference for teachers in planning and implementing meaningful learning so that it can create more creative, critical thinking, and innovative students

    Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project In Growing Entrepreneurial Motivation Of Students

    This article examines entrepreneurial motivation through project activities to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5) in the independent curriculum for junior high school students as an essential provision for independent living. This qualitative study aims to describe the implementation of project activities to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students as a way to foster entrepreneurial motivation for students through market day activities. This research approach is phenomenology by analyzing data descriptively. This research was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Surakarta for the 2023/2024 academic year with two research subjects, namely the principal and deputy principal for the curriculum section of SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Surakarta. Data collection techniques in this research include observation, interviews and documentation. Observation is observing objects directly using sight, smell, hearing, touch, or taste. The discussions in this research were conducted with the subjects interviewed, who were the principal and deputy principal of SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Surakarta. Documentation consists of two types: documentation guidelines, which contain outlines or categories for which data will be searched, and checklists, which list variables for which data will be collected. The object of this research is SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Surakarta. The research results of the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile (P5) Project can foster entrepreneurial motivation for students at SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Surakarta

    The Declaration of Human Rights (HAM) in 1948 by the General Assembly of the United Nations (UN) has become a reference for the international community and has influenced aspects of international law. However, the interpretation of human rights and their implementation within the national scope often clashes with local culture and laws. As Islamic law is codified in various Muslim countries which are also part of the United Nations. Is there a conflict between International Human Rights Law and Islamic Law then what is the solution, also how is the harmonization between Islamic Law and Human Rights regarding the permissibility of the practice of polygamy which violates the Principle of Equality is a question that must be answered thoroughly from the perspective of both. The dialogical approach finds answers that are very relevant, through the rule of "Mashlahah", Islamic law and international human rights can dialogue in order to reach a common understanding in order to realize human rights in the Muslim world. By utilizing women's legal rights, namely "ta'liq al-thalaq and tafwidh al-thalaq" or the marriage agreement in the marriage contract not to be polygamous, the practice of polygamy becomes everyone's "free choice". In the Indonesian context, it is regulated in Law no. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage Chapter V Article 29, and Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) Chapter VII Articles 45-52. The marriage agreement is also listed in the Counter Legal Draft Chapter V Articles 21 and 22. This is in accordance with Islamic Law and also fulfills the obligations of Muslim countries to guarantee equal rights in marriage

    Pro Kontra Nikah Ulang Pasca Nikah Siri Dalam Pandangan Kepala KUA Di Kabupaten Temanggung

    This research was motivated by the existence of several siri marriage couples who registered their marriages with the KUA. There was one siri marriage couple that the author managed to interview, and found data that the couple remarried at the KUA after they had previously conducted a siri marriage first. The purpose of writing this article is to examine the pros and cons in the view of the Head of the KUA in Temanggung Regency regarding remarriage after siri marriage. This research is field research or Field Research, using a qualitative descriptive approach, in which the author conducts observations and interviews directly with the Head of the KUA in Temanggung Regency. The result of the research is that there are differences of opinion about remarriage after siri marriage in the view of the Head of the KUA in Temanggung Regency. Some argue that there is no problem with the implementation of remarriage after siri marriage on the grounds that basically siri marriage is a marriage that is not valid according to the state so that the perpetrator of siri marriage is considered never married as long as the marriage has not been recorded by an authorised official. And there are those who disagree with the existence of remarriage, because there is another alternative, namely isbat nikah. Meanwhile, in the context of tajdīdu'n-nikāḥ (renewing marriage) according to most scholars, the law is permissible. This research is expected to open the insights of all parties that in addition to remarriage, isbat nikah also has an important role in alternative solutions to the problem of nikah siri

    Education in Islam refers to Al-Tarbiyah, Al-Ta'dib, Al-Ta'lim, these three terms are often used by Al-Tarbiyah, even though this word has many meanings but its basic meaning shows the meaning of growing, developing, nurturing, caring for, manage and maintain it. The goal of Islamic education is none other than the goal that realizes Islamic ideals. The definition of Tahfizh Al-Quran or tahfidz Quran is composed of two words, namely: tahfizh and Al-Quran. Tahfidz means memorizing and can be interpreted as the process of repeating a lesson, either by reading or listening. The definition of tahfiz or tahfidz Al-Qur'an is the process of memorizing the Al-Quran either by reading or listening to it repeatedly until it is memorized so that each verse can be read without looking at the manuscript. Maslow's theory is applied to see the influence of the tahfidz Quran education they receive in Mahad with the development of self-actualization in the form of aspects of creativity, aspects of morality, aspects of self-acceptance, aspects of spontaneity, aspects of problem solving from students in the attitude, life and daily learning of students in the Mahad Baitul Quran Wonogiri, then Maslow's theory which discusses human needs can become a theoretical basis for developing and answering what is thought in this research. Tahfidz Quran education that needs to be considered as an important aspect is the Al-Qur'an Tahfidz Strategy, Al-Qur'an Tahfidz Method, Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Learning Media. In self-actualization important aspects that will arise in a person are Creativity, Morality, Self-acceptance, Spontanity, Problem Solving.     This research aims to find a culture-based model of humanist-religious values ​​education at PTKIN Banda Aceh, to find the development of a culture-based humanist-religious values ​​education model at PTKIN Banda Aceh and to find out the development of positive attitudes in humanist-religious education at PTKIN Banda Aceh. Based on the problem formulation and research objectives, this research seeks to find out, describe and reveal a phenomenon in the development of a culture-based religious humanistic value education model at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FTIK) UIN Arraniry Banda Aceh, as well as trying to reveal the facts that led to the implementation of activities whether it goes well or not, so that the phenomenon of the impact or consequences of these activities can be read through this study. This research method is qualitative descriptive research. Qualitative descriptive research is a research method that attempts to describe and interpret objects according to what they are. The source of data collection for this research is observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that lecturers provide a model of respect for students and do not adopt an authoritarian attitude towards students. Authoritarian attitudes can damage humanistic values ​​with an Islamic religious culture, lecturers are proactive in encouraging students at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FTIK) UIN Arraniry, in developing models of humanistic value education for students who are currently studying at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FTIK). UIN Arraniry and religious culture in higher education are highly recommended to be developed by lecturers and students regarding humanistic values ​​education

Pada tahun 1954 ia mempublikasikan kajiannya berupa buku dengan judul “motivation and personality”. Ia terkenal karna karyanya tersebut dengan membidangi lahirnya pandangan pengaktulisasian diri. Teori yang diangkat menuntut potensi peserta didik dalam prosesnya.     Madrasah memiliki peran strategis dalam pembangunan bangsa. Saat ini pendidikan madrasah masih dianggap pendidikan “kelas dua”. Hal ini terjadi karena penyelenggaraan madrasah masih menghadapi sejumlah masalah besar mulai seperti persoalan pengelolaan dan rendahnya mutu pendidikan madrasah. Tulisan ini dimaksudkan untuk memberi gambaran tentang kiprah madrasah dalam sistem pendidikan di Indonesia, permasalahan madrasah, peluang, dan tantangan madrasah. Madrasah telah menjadi bagian dari sistem pendidikan nasional. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah studi kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder dari berbagai sumber buku dan jurnal, kemudian melakukan analisis deskriptif data yang dipaparkan secara detil. Berbagai persoalan dihadapi madrasah antara lain pengelolaan pendidikan, kesenjangan antara negeri dan swasta, mutu madrasah, sampai kepada peluang dan tantangan tersendiri bagi madrasah di Indonesia pada saat ini
