    Analisis Hukum Ekonomi Islam Tentang Jual Beli Pakaian Bekas (Thrifting) Di Kecamatan Jarai Kabupaten Lahat

    This study aims to find out the practice and law of thrifting in Jarai District, Lahat Regency. The methods used in this study are qualitative methods, the data sources used are primary and secondary data sources, data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation and data analysis techniques are used (data reduction, data display and verivitacion). The results of the study show that the practice of buying and selling used clothes in Jarai District involves direct transactions between sellers and buyers, where buyers can check the quality of the goods before buying them. In addition, there is a practice where sellers order used clothes in balls from agents via phone or WhatsApp messages, then make payments through transfer before the goods are sent through an expedition service. According to Islamic economic law, buying and selling used clothes in Jarai District, Lahat Regency is legal and allowed in the practice of muamalah. However, buying and selling with a ball or sack system is not allowed because it contains an element of ambiguity (gharar) and violates the regulation of the minister of trade regarding the prohibition of the import of used clothes

    Self-Efficacy-Based Teacher Ability In Improving The Quality Of Akidah Akhlak Learning At Mts Darul Amin Palangka Raya

    This research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Amin Kota Palangka Raya with the aim of identifying the relationship between teacher self-efficacy and the quality of moral and ethics learning and time discipline. Teachers with high self-efficacy are able to create a positive and productive learning environment, increase learner activity, and apply more varied and effective learning methods. However, this study also found that teachers' tendency to follow students' preferences can hinder deep understanding of the material and reduce innovation in teaching. Reliance on student preferences risks creating stagnation in learning quality. Therefore, professional training for teachers is needed to increase their self-efficacy, so that they are able to balance students' needs with the application of deep learning principles. Thus, teachers can design learning that is not only fun but also educational, preparing students to face future challenges. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, where data is collected through observation, interview, and documentation techniques.     This study is motivated by the importance of compliance with Islamic economic law principles in savings products offered by Islamic financial institutions, such as Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT). Previous research has largely focused on marketing aspects and the impact of savings products on financial institution revenue, but has not specifically addressed the implementation of wadi’ah and mudharabah contracts and the implications of unclear contracts on Sharia compliance. This study aims to analyze the application of Islamic economic law in savings products at BMT in Payakumbuh City, focusing on wadi’ah and mudharabah contracts. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study method. The study was conducted at BMT in Payakumbuh City from June to August 2024. Data sources consist of primary data obtained through in-depth interviews with BMT managers and customers, and secondary data in the form of contract documents used by BMT. Data collection techniques include interviews and document analysis, while data analysis uses qualitative descriptive methods with a non-statistical approach. To ensure data validity, member checking and source triangulation techniques were employed. The results indicate that the implementation of wadi’ah and mudharabah contracts in savings products at BMT in Payakumbuh City generally complies with Sharia principles, although there are some challenges related to contract clarity and communication with customers. This study is expected to contribute to the development of understanding of Islamic economic law and the practice of savings products at BMT, as well as increase public awareness in choosing Sharia-compliant financial products

    The Effectiveness of The al-Qur'an Literacy Program In Improving Academic Achievement

    The evaluation of the Al-Qur'an literacy program carried out at the Darul Ulum Budi Agung Medan Private MTs, aims to assess the impact of the program on students' Al-Qur'an Hadith learning achievement. Researchers apply qualitative descriptive methods with formative and summative evaluation models. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation studies, which are then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results showed that the Al-Qur'an literacy program had a positive impact on students' Al-Qur'an Hadith learning achievement. Students experienced improvements in reading, memorizing and understanding verses of the Qur'an and showed increased engagement in learning. Apart from that, this program also contributes to increasing the number of tahfiz graduates every year in madrasas. These findings indicate that the Al-Qur'an literacy program and its implementation can be a valuable reference for other schools in efforts to improve student learning achievement

    This research study aims to integrate geography and business marketing approaches, specifically geo-marketing, to explore the potential growth of halal food in Bandung based on geographic location. This research will be the first in Bandung, if not Indonesia, to understand how halal attributes, particularly in the food sector, contribute to business development through the use of geo-marketing determinants. Halal food data collection came from related institutions such as the tourism department, the Indonesia Ulema Council, and Halal Food Business Practical. The data was combined with geo-location positioning in Bandung. The GIS (Geography Information System) developed a geo-marketing technique and integrated it into marketing materials. Decision-makers expect the result to guide how to promote halal food amid the growing enthusiasm for Muslim-friendly tourism in Bandung. Over time, the geomarketing approach can visualize and analyze the spatial distribution of halal food business development. Therefore, the policy will align with the future objective of promoting Muslim-friendly tourism. Using a geomarketing approach, this research study can help optimize the direction of halal food business development.     Revitalizing Modern Pesantren Education: A Comparison Of Wahid Hasyim And Yudian Wahyudi Perspective

    Modern era has caused pesantren to decline in presence and appeal, necessitating upgrades in their education system, programs, and curricula to align with contemporary needs. This study examines the concepts of modern pesantren education presented by Wahid Hasyim and Yudian Wahyudi. This type of library research is in the form of comparative and descriptive. The research data collection method is documentation, while the analysis technique used is content and comparative analysis. The analysis reveals that Hasyim and Wahyudi view the pesantren education system as traditional, focusing solely on religious sciences while neglecting experimental sciences. They advocate for dismantling this system by integrating religious knowledge and science. However, they acknowledge the strengths of pesantren in producing scholars proficient in Arabic and Islamic sciences. To revitalize pesantren education, they emphasize integrating religious and scientific knowledge, including general subjects like mathematics and science, and language programs to enhance linguistic skills. They stress the need for pesantren to adapt to the modern world while preserving their identity as centers of classical Islamic scholarship. Wahid Hasyim highlights collaboration among pesantren, the community, and the government, necessitating government support regarding facilities and access. Yudian Wahyudi believes modern pesantren education must apply an inclusive, innovative, and adaptable educational approach to prepare students for social, technical, and cultural changes. Overall, the study highlights the importance of revitalizing pesantren education by integrating religious and scientific knowledge, collaboration, and necessary support to advance Islamic education in the modern era

    In the era of globalization and technological advancements, Islam as a world religion faces complex challenges in maintaining teachings that align with the progress of time. To overcome these challenges, a holistic and inclusive approach to understanding and practicing Islam is needed. Interdisciplinary Islamic studies have become an increasingly important topic in the current global context. This is due to the complexity of religious, social, and political issues faced by Muslim communities worldwide. The aim of this research is to uncover the urgency of using interdisciplinary methodologies to promote moderation in the interpretation of religious understanding. Religious moderation refers to a balanced approach between steadfastness in religious principles and flexibility in social contexts. This concept encourages Muslims to understand and practice their religion in an inclusive, tolerant, and adaptable manner to changing times. This research is a qualitative descriptive study conducted using the method of literature review or literary study. The data collection method employed in this research involves reviewing relevant literature from various sources related to the research topic. The selected data is then analyzed using content analysis method. The study concludes that Islamic teachings contain multidimensional aspects, necessitating an interdisciplinary perspective to avoid narrow and exclusive understandings, thus creating a moderate approach to religious practice. This allows us to understand the complexity of Islam and its context in a more holistic and comprehensive manner

    Strengthening Supervision Of Madrasah Based On Management In Rural

    Supervision is a management instrument that needs attention; on this basis, the management function is improving. Madrasahs are an important part of the national education system with distinctive characteristics but are still weak in the oversight function in management. Madrasah-Based Management (MBM) is the autonomy given to madrasas to regulate all existing policies in their environment in order to achieve madrasa goals mandated by the Ministry of Religion. In practice, madrasas are given full authority to regulate learning curriculum management, student management, infrastructure management, personnel management, financial management, public relations management, and special services management. This study aimed to explore strengthening the supervision of madrasah-based management at the State Aliyah Madrasah in rural areas. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. The research location is at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Serang. They are collecting data using interviews and observation, and literature study. Data validity used triangulation techniques, while analysis used narrative techniques. The results show that the supervisory function of madrasah-based management includes weak team performance, limited infrastructure, curriculum, funding and teacher ranks. The research implies that the stronger supervision of madrasah-based management in rural areas will improve the quality of madrasah

    Internalization Of Islamic Education In The Independent Curriculum From Ibnu Taimiyah's Perspective

    The Merdeka Curriculum as the newest curriculum in Indonesia which is used as a reference for education is a new hope in the world of education. Islamic education is no exception. Islamic education as a way of broadcasting Islam has a foundation on ideas which are ideologically sourced directly from the Qur'an and Hadith. However, the development of traditions that occur in society makes Islamic education also influenced by community traditions. Ibnu Taimiyah as one of the Islamic intellectual figures who grew up among the Hambali school of thought made him one of the Islamic intellectual figures who persistently reformed traditions that contradict the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. The method used by the author in conducting his research is the library research method or also known as library research. Which sources in this study come from books or literature that are related to the concept of Islamic education, the independent curriculum, and the concept of Islamic education itself according to the perspective of the figure of Ibnu Taimiyah. The concept of independent learning as a form of the new education curriculum is in line with the concept of education put forward by Ibn Taimiyah. In this case, Ibn Taimiyah emphasizes two main methods, namely scientific and iradiyah. Which of the two methods are also implemented in the independent curriculum through freedom in learning and students who are used as the core in carrying out the learning process

    Ilmu atau pengetahuan memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam menentukan sikap dan perilaku seseorang. kesalahan dalam menafsirkan sebuah ilmu pengetahuan akan berdampak besar pada pengamalannya. kemunculan isu-isu modern seperti radikalisme dan terorisme menjadi salah satu contoh dampak dari kesalahan dalam menafsirkan sebuah ilmu pengetahuan, halini pula yang menyebabkan kerukunan dan kekeluargaan di Indonesia menjadi renggang. Maka dari itu diperlukan pengetahuan lebih dalam memahami moderasi beragama. Dalam hal ini lembaga pendidikan Islam berperan penting dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama agar tercipta kehidupan yang damai sebagaimana ajaran Nabi SAW, yaitu Islam sebagai agama yang rahmatan lil alamin, dan pesantren menjadi pilihan dalam menanggulangi hal ini. Dalam tulisan ini akan terbagi menajdi tiga bagian. Bagian pertama yaitu moderasi beragama dalam perspektif Al Qur’an surah Al Baqarah ayat 143 dan surah Al Mumtahanah ayat 8. Yang kedua yaitu membahas tentang moderasi beragama di pondok pesantren dan yang ketiga yaitu aktualisasi moderasi beragama di dalam pesantren menurut perspektif Al Qur’an. penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode library research yang mana penulis mengambil bahan tulisan dari beberapa jurnal atau artikel dan buku, yang kemudian akan dikaji guna mendapatkan hasil yang komprehensif tentang aktualisasi moderasi beragama sesuai dengan perspektif Al Qur’an
