The Impact of the Wafa Method in Tahfidzul Qur'an on Student Motivation and Learning Interest
This study aims to evaluate the impact of implementing the Wafa Method in Tahfidzul Qur'an education on student motivation and learning interest at SDIT Az Zahra, SDIT Darul Hikmah, and SDIT Luqman Al Hakim in Sragen for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research is driven by three primary objectives: (1) to analyze the effect of the Wafa Method implementation on student motivation, (2) to assess its impact on student learning interest, and (3) to explore how the development of this method influences overall improvements in both motivation and learning interest. Employing a field research methodology, this study utilizes parametric analysis techniques to evaluate the relationships between variables. The research population comprises 214 sixth-grade students, including 140 from SDIT Az Zahra, 30 from SDIT Darul Hikmah, and 44 from SDIT Luqman Al Hakim. A sample of 25% of the population, totaling 54 students, was selected for the study. Data collection involved interviews and structured questionnaires. The analysis reveals three key findings: (1) The implementation of the Wafa Method significantly enhances student motivation across all three schools, with a higher degree of method application correlating with increased motivation. (2) Similarly, the method shows a substantial positive effect on student learning interest, with intensified usage leading to greater interest. (3) Overall, the application of the Wafa Method contributes positively to the development of student motivation and interest, demonstrating a direct correlation between the extent of method application and the improvement in both aspects. The study concludes that integrating the Wafa Method into Tahfidzul Qur'an education can effectively boost student motivation and learning interest at SDIT Az Zahra, SDIT Darul Hikmah, and SDIT Luqman Al Hakim
Enhancing Religious Moderation Through the Management of Living Values Education at Achsaniyah Islamic Boarding School Kudus
This study aims to explore the implementation of the Living Values Program (LVP) in enhancing religious moderation among special needs students at Achsaniyah Islamic Boarding School in Kudus. The research addresses the need for fostering tolerance, empathy, and peaceful coexistence within an inclusive educational setting. Using a qualitative field research approach, data were collected through observations, semi-structured interviews with teachers, students, and administrators, as well as document analysis. The Miles and Huberman interactive model was employed for data analysis, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.The findings reveal that the LVP was effectively adapted to accommodate the needs of special needs students. This research concludes that for teachers can develop universal values, namely cooperation, freedom, happiness, honesty, humility, love, peace, respect, responsibility, simplicity, tolerance, and unity so that if these values have been internalized in the teacher. The teacher will transfer and instill these values in students' habits and make living values a part of their lives. The value-based activities in the Living Values Education Program are designed to motivate students, in this case the Santri, to invite them to think about themselves, others, the world, and values in an interrelated way
Exploring Islamic Education in Families to Support Children’s Developmental Tasks in Elementary School
Islamic religious education in the family plays a crucial role in shaping character and supporting children's development, particularly during the elementary school years. This study aims to explore and analyze the role of Islamic religious education in families in supporting the achievement of developmental tasks among elementary school-aged children. The research employs a qualitative method with an exploratory descriptive approach, involving in-depth interviews and participatory observations with six families in Sukajadi District, Bandung, with children aged 6 to 12 years who implement religious education at home. The findings reveal that Islamic religious education in the family significantly contributes to shaping children into individuals who are not only academically intelligent but also morally sound and well-prepared to face life's challenges. Children who receive structured religious education demonstrate strong faith, good character, and high social awareness. This study highlights the importance of designing religious education tailored to children's developmental needs, including daily practice-based learning, moral value instruction, and habitual worship activities. These findings offer practical guidance for parents and educators in integrating Islamic religious education to support children's holistic growth and development. The study also recommends further exploration of the implementation of religious education in broader cultural contexts
Improving Arabic Language Speaking Skills Through Students' Muhadatsah in Special Programs in Madrasah
This research aims to describe the improvement of Arabic speaking skills through the Muhadatsah method in Special Program (PK) students at Madrasas, especially in class VII students at MTs Negeri 2 Sukoharjo in the 2024/2025 academic year. Arabic, which is the main language of learning at Madrasas, has an important role in daily communication, worship, and reading the Koran. Learning Arabic through Muhadatsah aims to enable students to communicate fluently in Arabic, learn more about worship, and make it easier to read the Koran and pray. The research method used is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation, while data validity testing used triangulation. Data analysis was carried out in the following steps: 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation, 4) drawing conclusions, and 5) verification. The research results showed that the Arabic speaking skills of class VII PK MTs Negeri 2 Sukoharjo students improved through Muhadatsah learning which involved making daily conversations, making speeches, singing, and watching Arabic videos. However, there are several obstacles, such as a lack of basic Arabic for some students and teachers' difficulty in managing time. The proposed solution is to provide assignments at school and at home, so that students can participate in learning better. The impact of this research can enrich Islamic education scholarship, especially in teaching Muhadatsah as an integral part of Arabic language learning. This approach can strengthen students' Arabic language communication skills which are important for daily worship activities, as well as exploring Islamic religious knowledge in more depth
Increasing Achievement In Learning Al-Qur'an Hadist Through Implementing The Tahfidzul Qur'an Program In High School
This research examines the impact of the implementation of the Tahfidzul Qur'an program on the improvement of students' learning achievements in Al-Qur'an Hadith at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar. The study uses a qualitative research approach with a descriptive phenomenological design, employing interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection methods. The data were analyzed using a triangulation technique to ensure accuracy and validity. The findings indicate that the Tahfidzul Qur'an program has a significant positive effect on students' academic performance in Al-Qur'an Hadith. The program, which incorporates methods such as Talqin, Talaqqi, Takrir, and Muroja'ah, enhances students' ability to memorize and understand the Qur'an, which in turn supports their learning in related subjects like Al-Qur'an Hadith. Furthermore, the structured environment provided by the program, supported by regular evaluations and parent involvement, motivates students to engage more deeply with the material, resulting in improved cognitive skills, discipline, and time management.The study also identifies key factors that contribute to the program’s success, including regular evaluations, strong collaboration between the school and parents, and an integrated curriculum. However, challenges such as the limited number of qualified Tahfidz teachers and the students' busy schedules were also noted. These findings suggest that while the program has a substantial positive impact, there is a need for further improvements, particularly in terms of teacher capacity and time management for students. This research contributes to the understanding of how religious education programs, specifically the Tahfidzul Qur'an, can significantly influence academic performance in related subjects. The findings provide insights for educators and policymakers on integrating memorization programs effectively into academic curricula, especially in Islamic educational settings. The study highlights the importance of a holistic approach to learning that combines spiritual, cognitive, and academic development, and it offers recommendations for optimizing such programs to maximize their benefits for students
Strategic Human Resource Management: Enhancing Operational Effectiveness in Madrasah
This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation and effectiveness of human resource management in the context of educational institutions in Madrasah. This research use a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews and documentation. The validity of this research was also obtained through source triangulation techniques, namely comparing the information obtained by the author with the theory used. The informants in this research consisted of the head of the madrasah, head of administration, and teachers also. Data analysis was carried out through reduction data , presentation data , and drawing conclusions. The research result shows that the implementation of human resource management at MI Miftahul Huda Ngawi has gone well, with a focus on four aspects, namely recruitment, training, compensation and dismissal. The four main aspects studied by the author are in accordance with Schuler's theory and the opinion of the three informants studied. It hope that the results of this research can contribute to the development of human resource management theory and practice and provide useful guidance for educational institutions in improving the quality and effectiveness of human resource management
Flagship Class Management: The Secret Behind Student Achievement
This study explores the strategies behind managing superior classes to enhance student academic performance, including supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as solutions to overcome challenges. Using a qualitative research model, data were collected through participant observations (both formal and informal) and in-depth interviews. The findings reveal several key strategies employed by MTs N 1 Klaten to manage superior classes effectively. These include creating an optimal classroom atmosphere, addressing disruptive behaviors, fostering discipline, and building harmonious relationships between teachers and students. Supporting factors for these strategies include the curriculum, teachers, students, classroom facilities, and class dynamics. Conversely, challenges arise from teacher limitations, student behavior, family environments, and inadequate facilities. Solutions implemented include selecting highly qualified teachers tailored to the superior class programs (e.g., IT and science teachers), conducting a strict student selection process to manage demand, and holding regular meetings with parents. Additional facilities such as science and IT laboratories further support enhanced learning experiences, ensuring the successful implementation of superior class programs.
 
Strategi Progresif Dalam Pembinaan Akhlak Peserta Didik: Perspektif Manajemen Pendidikan Islam
Transformasi moral dalam pendidikan di MA Progresif Ummul Quro merupakan proses penting dalam membina akhlak peserta didik, terutama di tengah tantangan moral globalisasi. Pendidikan karakter tidak hanya menekankan aspek kognitif, tetapi juga pengembangan nilai moral dan etika untuk membentuk kepribadian peserta didik. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi progresif yang diterapkan, seperti penggunaan metode pembelajaran aktif dan integrasi nilai budaya lokal dalam kurikulum. Metode Flipped Classroom, dialog terbuka, dan pembiasaan perilaku positif terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman moral dan keterlibatan peserta didik. Peran guru sebagai fasilitator sangat krusial, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif untuk diskusi moral. Selain itu, keterlibatan orang tua dan masyarakat juga berkontribusi dalam pembinaan akhlak peserta didik. Dengan pendekatan holistik ini, diharapkan peserta didik tidak hanya menjadi cerdas secara akademis, tetapi juga memiliki integritas, tanggung jawab sosial, dan karakter yang kuat. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa transformasi moral dalam pendidikan adalah upaya kolektif yang melibatkan seluruh elemen pendidikan untuk membentuk generasi yang beretika dan berakhlak mulia
Islamic Educational Strategies In Family Parenting: Shaping a Generation With Strong Character
This study aims to explore the implementation of Islamic values in family parenting practices in Wonolopo Village, Karanganyar Regency. Amid the challenges posed by modern influences such as globalization and digital technology, understanding how families uphold traditional Islamic teachings in their parenting strategies is crucial. Employing a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews and observations of families actively practicing Islamic parenting. The study seeks to identify the core Islamic values integrated into parenting and to examine the challenges families face in maintaining these values. Findings reveal that families prioritize moral education and religious practices as foundational elements of child development, yet struggle to mitigate the adverse effects of modern technology and social change. The study concludes that while Islamic values significantly influence parenting strategies, greater community support and educational initiatives are essential to strengthen these values in contemporary society. By highlighting the importance of Islamic teachings in shaping a generation with strong character, this research offers valuable insights for educators and families navigating the complexities of modern parenting
Implikasi Pengajian Al-Qur’an Terhadap Perubahan Sikap Masyarakat di Desa Transmigrasi Buket Hagu Aceh Utara
The transmigration community in Buket Hagu Village comes from various tribes and different personalities, especially in internalizing the values of worship, the Qur'an recitation tradition can affect individual and group attitudes, both spiritually and socially. And this is what is felt by the transmigration community in Buket Hagu Village, North Aceh Regency. The purpose of this study is to examine the behavior of transmigration communities in Buket Hagu Village before and after following the Qur'an recitation tradition. This research uses a method with a type of qualitative research, through a field study approach, while the sources in this study are divided into two; namely primary sources by interviewing Ustdaz and Jamaah, while secondary sources refer to data related to research, such as documents: photos, videos, sound recordings and writings. is study expresses and explains that the recitation activities have an influence on the way of dressing the people of Buket Hagu Village which before attending the recitation the way of dressing the people in Buket Hagu Village is still far from Islamic law, the community also recognizes that there are limitations in knowing religious knowledge in depth and the lack of worship and friendship between fellow citizens but after attending the recitation, the community began to improve the way of dressing and felt the increase in religious knowledge and also tried to increase worship and increasingly strengthen the relationship between fellow citizens
