Implementation Of Medium-Term Work Plan On The Performance Of SDN Nusa Indah, Cianjur Regency
This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Medium-Term Work Plan (RKJM) and its impact on the performance of SDN Nusa Indah. RKJM is a strategic management tool used by schools to plan various programs and activities during a certain period in order to achieve predetermined educational goals. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of RKJM at SDN Nusa Indah has been running well and has had a positive impact on various aspects of school performance. Several key findings include improving the quality of learning through teacher competency development, improving school facilities that support the teaching and learning process, and actively involving various stakeholders in the planning and evaluation process. In addition, RKJM also helps in creating a more conducive learning environment that is oriented towards achieving higher education standards. However, this study also identified several challenges in the implementation of RKJM, such as limited resources and the need for increased capacity in data management and educational technology. Based on these findings, the study recommends increasing consistency in evaluation and monitoring, developing data-based programs, and strengthening cooperation with external stakeholders to ensure sustainability and improved school performance. Overall, the implementation of RKJM at SDN Nusa Indah can be considered successful in improving school performance, but there still needs to be continuous improvement and development to achieve more optimal result
Pengembangan Multimedia Interaktif Untuk Mengenalkan Sains Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun
Pengenalan sains dalam pembelajaran yang dilakukan belum dijalankan secara optimal, dibuktikan dengan pengenalan sains yang diajarkan di sekolah hanya sebatas menggunakan media konvesional saja, tidak ada media lain yang bisa digunakan untuk mengenalkan sains pada anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan multimedia interaktif untuk mengenalkan sains pada anak usia 5-6 tahun serta melihat kelayakan multimedia interaktif yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian R&D dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu analisys (menganalisis permasalahan dan kebutuhan untuk kemudian menawarkan solusi), design (merancang desain multimedia Interaktif), development (pengembangan produk), Implementation (uji coba produk), dan evaluate (evaluasi hasil penelitian). Berdasarkan hasil penilaian kelayakan yang dilakukan oleh ahli materi sebanyak dua kali berada pada ketegori sangat layak dengan skor nilai 94 %, oleh ahli media dilakukan sebanyak dua kali validasi dengan skor 86,15 % berada pada kategori sangat layak, sedangkan ahli lembar observasi dilakukan sebanyak satu kali dengan skor 75,15 berada pada kategori layak. Hasil uji coba yang dilakukan di TK Dharma Wanita Bukit Gadeng pada anak usia 5-6 tahun secara keseluruhan memperoleh hasil penilaian anak masuk kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa multimedia interaktif layak digunakan sebagai media ajar dalam mengenalkan sains pada anak usia 5-6 tahun
Analisis Pendistribusian Zakat Produktif Dalam Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik (Kajian Pada Baznas Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur)
Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya zakat dalam pengembangan ekonomi di negara berkembang yang sering menghadapi masalah kemiskinan dan pengangguran. Zakat dianggap sebagai ibadah Maliyah ijtima’iyyah yang memiliki dimensi material dan sosial yang penting untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis pendistribusian zakat produktif oleh BAZNAS Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi langkah-langkah pemberdayaan zakat produktif oleh BAZNAS, termasuk perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengumpulan data, dan pengawasan. Namun, penelitian juga mengidentifikasi dua hambatan, yaitu faktor internal seperti dana terbatas, kurangnya koordinasi, dan kekurangan sumber daya manusia, serta faktor eksternal seperti pembayaran zakat di luar institusi amil dan kurangnya pemahaman mustahik terkait manajemen bisnis

The basis for creating balance and conformity to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in order to achieve maximum profits for the company. Management control systems are created to maintain the company's sustainability and remain stable and to increase the company's competitiveness, even though the company focuses on services. Management control not only addresses problems from within the company itself but also from outside, for example competitiveness. With high competitiveness, companies can maintain the continuity of their operations.
Key factors in the success of a Management Control System involve employee involvement, transparency of information, and adaptability to changes in the business environment. This research provides valuable insight for companies in designing and improving their Management Control Systems, with the hope of contributing to the development of management theory and practice. Aksesibilitas Keuangan Mikro Syariah dengan Kewirausahaan melalui Pemberdayaan Perempuan Wirausaha Pedesaan
Accessibility of financial services is access to financial services in a timely manner, and the adequacy of financing required by economically weaker, low-income groups at an affordable cost. The ability to face various risks with the initiative to create and do new things through the utilisation of resources with the aim of obtaining profits as a consequence. Women no longer only play the role of housewives but have been actively involved in various fields of life, whether social, economic or political. The discussion focuses on the accessibility of Islamic microfinance with entrepreneurship through empowering women as household managers and economic activity capabilities. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method and data validity is based on triangulation technique. The existence of financing institutions that focus on empowering women microfinance, which has been difficult for entrepreneurs in villages to access capital needs. Through various business assistance activities carried out by sharia-based microfinance institutions, it is very helpful for the growth and development of women microbusiness entrepreneurs through women's empowerment, because the presence of sharia-based microfinance institutions supported by strong capital from the government is very helpful in efforts to achieve the special benefits of empowering women as drivers of economic independence by becoming self-employed women.

Abstrak
Aksesibilitas jasa keuangan merupakan akses pada jasa keuangan secara tepat waktu, dan kecukupan pembiayaan yang diperlukan oleh kelompok yang lebih lemah secara ekonomi, berpendapatan rendah dengan biaya yang terjangkau. Kemampuan menghadapi berbagai risiko dengan inisiatif menciptakan dan melakukan hal-hal baru melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya dengan tujuan memperoleh keuntungan sebagai konsekuensinya. Perempuan tidak lagi hanya berperan sebagai ibu rumah tangga tetapi sudah aktif berperan di berbagai bidang kehidupan, baik sosial, ekonomi maupun politik. Pembahasan fokus pada aksesibilitas keuangan mikro syariah dengan kewirausahaan melalui pemberdayaan perempuan sebagai penata kelola rumah tangga dan kemampuan aktifitas ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan validitas data dilakukan berdasarkan teknik triangulasi. Keberadaan lembaga pembiayaan yang fokus pada pemberdayaan perempuan melalui pembiayaan mikro sangat berperan meningkatkan tingkat aksesibilitas keuangan mikro syariah yang selama ini wirausaha di desa-desa sulit untuk dapat mengakses kebutuhan permodalan. Melalui berbagai kegiatan usaha pendampingan yang dilakukan lembaga pembiayaan mikro yang berbasis syariah sangat membantu tumbuh kembangnya perempuan wirausaha usaha mikro melalui pemberdayaan perempuan, karena kehadiran lembaga pembiayaan mikro berbasis syariah yang didukung permodalan yang kuat dari pemerintah sangat membantu dalam upaya mencapai kemaslahatan khusus pemberdayaan perempuan sebagai penggerak kemandirian ekonomi dengan menjadi perempuan wirausaha mendiri.

Accountability For Global Education 5.0 Based On Religion And Philosophy In Higher Education
The purpose of the study is to explore accountability in Global Education 5.0 based on religious and philosophical values in higher education. Research shows a gap between the traditional education system and the skills needs in the digital era, underscoring the urgency for education to adapt to technological development, globalization, and work dynamic changes to effectively prepare future generations. In the era of globalization and industrial revolution 4.0, Global Education 5.0 emerges as a new approach that integrates high technology, global skills, and cross-cultural understanding with a strong foundation of humanistic values. Peran LKPD Kreatif Media Canva dalam Meningkatkan Pembelajaran PAI-BP Integratif di Sekolah
This research aims to evaluate the use of innovative Student Worksheets (LKPD) using Canva media in Integrative Islamic Religious Education and Character (PAI-BP) learning in schools and evaluate how this use impacts student encouragement, involvement and understanding. To collect data, this research used observation, interviews and questionnaires. This research uses an action cycle approach, which includes the steps of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The research results show that the use of Canva LKPD in Integrative PAI-BP learning increases student motivation, engagement and understanding. Students become more interested, more active, and better understand learning. Teachers also enjoy Canva's LKPD because it allows them to create interesting material that suits students' needs. By using Canva media, teachers can include visual elements to make the material clearer and more interesting. This learning method also encourages students to actively participate in creating LKPD, increasing their understanding and involvement. However, it is important to remember that teachers need adequate training, ongoing technological support, and ongoing evaluation to ensure that creative worksheet materials using Canva media run well. Implementasi Metode Contextual Learning dalam Pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak Siswa di MIN 1 Pesawaran
Learning methods are steps chosen and used in implementing practical strategies to facilitate teachers and students in achieving learning objectives. Less interesting or inappropriate learning methods will cause several problems. Among them are students' lack of interest in learning, students' motivation in learning decreases, students find it difficult to understand the material and so on. Therefore, researchers want to conduct research related to how the implementation of Contextual Learning methods in overcoming some of the learning problems above. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Contextual Learning method in the teaching and learning process of Aqidah Akhlak class 6A at MIN 1 Pesawaran in the 2023/2024 learning year. Researchers used the Descriptive Qualitative approach method by involving several data sources, namely teachers and students. Data collection in this study used interview, observation and documentation techniques. Pengaruh Gadget Terhadap Perkembangan Bahasa Anak Usia 3-6 Tahun Di Kota Makassar
The presence of Gadgets has become an integral part of everyday life, including in the Early Childhood environment. In this modern era, children are exposed to technology that is made to facilitate human life in this increasingly advanced era. They are often exposed to a variety of multimedia content, which can affect their language, understanding and the way they communicate. The essence of education is actually given from an early age to help the development of children. A child's ability to recognize themselves and their surroundings as well as increased awareness related to their physical growth is called child development. Language development is one of the many developments that young children experience. Parents, educators and researchers are very concerned about the influence of devices on children's language development. However, there are doubts about whether the use of devices can affect children's language ability. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of gadgets on the language development of children aged 3-6 years in Makassar City, The type of research used was quantitative. The research instrument used a questionnaire "The Effect of Gadgets" and "Language Development of Three to Six Year Old Children". The scale used to measure is Likert Scale The data analysis technique used is simple regression technique and data analysis using SPSS 26 for Windows. Based on the results of our quantitative data analysis conducted in Makassar city, 70% of children who use gadgets in Makassar city but it does not interfere with children's language development.Kehadiran Gadget telah menjadi bagian integral dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk dalam lingkungan Anak Usia Dini. Di era modern ini anak-anak dihadapkan pada teknologi yang dibuat untuk mempermudah kehidupan manusia di era yang semakin maju ini. Mereka sering terpapar berbagai konten multimedia, yang dapat mempengaruhi bahasa , pemahaman , dan cara mereka berkomunikasi. Hakikatnya pendidikan sebenarnya diberikan sejak usia dini untuk membantu perkembangan anak. Kemampuan anak untuk mengenal diri dan lingkungan sekitarnya serta peningkatan kesadaran yang berkaitan dengan pertumbuhan fisik mereka disebut perkembangan anak. Perkembangan bahasa adalah salah satu dari banyak perkembangan yang dialami anak usia dini. Orang tua, pendidik, dan peneliti sangat memperhatikan pengaruh perangkat terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak. Namun, ada keraguan tentang apakah penggunaan perangkat dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan bahasa anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gadget terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak usia 3-6 tahun di Kota Makassar, Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket “Pengaruh Gadget” dan “Perkembangan Bahasa Anak Usia Tiga Sampai Dengan Enam Tahun”. Skala yang di gunakan untuk mengukur adalah Skala Likert Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Teknik regresi sederhana dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS 26 for Windows.
