Aceh Province Economic Convergence Determination
Get PDFThis study analyzes the occurrence of economic convergence between districts / cities in Aceh Province and looks at the factors that can accelerate the economic convergence. This study uses panel data from 23 districts / cities in Aceh Province for the period 2008-2018. The results found from this study are that there has been economic convergence, both sigma convergence and beta convergence, in Aceh Province. Factors that significantly influence economic convergence in Aceh Province are the average length of schooling, life expectancy, and the special autonomy fund. The time needed to get to half the convergence process is 4.10 years with the resulting conditional beta convergence rate of 16.89%
Packaging Innovation of Local Product Fermentation of Kania Dairy Farmers Group in Tajur Halang Village, Cijeruk, Bogor
Get PDFCommunity service program (PKM) for packaging innovation of local product fermentation of Kania Diary Farmers Group in Tajur Halang Village, Cijeruk Subdistrict, Bogor Regency has been conducted. It was held from April to Juli 2019. It aimed to empower Kania Diary Farmers Group in innovating milk fermentation product, introducing nutrition fact of es mambo kefir, and introducing well-packaged product. Its method were literature studied for an interesting packaging, field obeservation, kefir mambo ice production, nutrition analysed using proximat analysis, explanation about nutrition facts, implementation well-packaging, and discussion between instructors and Kania Group. After analysing the kefir mambo ice, it yielded 35 cal for 50 g/serving. It also contained 1 g protein, 1.5 g fat, and 1 g carbohydrate for 35 g/serving. All the nutrition containing in kefir mambo ice is good for a healthy body. Kania group members looked so enthusiasm and excited during the training. Hopefully, through this training, Kania group will develop better pacakaging for every single of its product.

The management of the organization is required to build and develop a fast, precise and accurate information system (IS) to assist business activities in achieving organizational goals and providing services to stakeholders, especially in relation to data, information, technology and applications. ORACLE Architecture Development Process (OADP) is a method or frame of reference for building an information architecture oriented to business needs. This consists of the data architecture, applications, technology and implementation plans of the architectures that have been created to support business activities in achieving the organization mission. The OADP describes the data architecture, applications and technology required to support the organization business. Vocational High Schools cannot be separated from the needs of business and information architecture. A lot of information is generated from all processes that occur in the Vocational High School environment every day but the existing data management is not efficient because it has not been thoroughly connected. This may take a long time to process past data or calculate future needs because the data management process is still running separately. Because of these cases, the modeling information architecture in an organizational environment is required as a stage in supporting the running of business processes in the organization

Get PDFBogor Regency is one of the Jakarta’s buffer cities that able to provide alternative tourism locations for the citizen of the capital and surrounding areas. Ciasmara Village is one of the tourism villages located in Bogor Regency. The main problem encountered by tourism in Ciasmara Village is the lack of promotion and limited infrastructure. These two problems are the biggest factors that hinder the tourism potential of Ciasmara village from being optimally managed. The purpose of this community service activity is to optimize tourism potential through the information and communication technology. Furthermore, the other purpose is to support the behavior shifting of the youth organization in terms of utilizing information and communication technology for the benefit of Ciasmara Tourism village promotion. The method used in this community service activity was discussion and direct training to Ciasmara Village\u27s youth organization. The objective of this community service is Ciasmara Village\u27s youth organization. In the beginning, the target amount of the training participants was at least 20 young people, because there were only 20 active members of the youth organization. In its implementation, this activity was attended by 31-35 participants, indicating that this community service was enticing for Ciasmara village\u27s youths. Through interviews with the head of the youth organizations and the participants, they acknowledged that they were interested in participating in this activity because they felt they had a responsibility to develop village promotions, some of the youth said that they had social media and could promote their area for free. From interviews with several participants and village officials, it was found that this community service activity was able to motivate them to study photography more seriously and utilize social media for the promotion of rural tourism. This can be recognized from the development of official Instagram social media account owned by Ciasmara Village which is indeed focused on promoting tourism and governance in Ciasmara village

Montessori Method in Academic Flow Development
Get PDFThis research aimed to describe the implementation of the Montessori Method in academic flow development for students. A Qualitative approach and intrinsic case study design were used in this research. The participants of this research were five students of the Arabic Language Study Program in one of university in Bandung, West Java. The participants were selected using purposive sampling technique. The findings revealed that students were able to achieve academic flow, which was marked by the achievement of all indicators in the aspect of absorption by activity. However, the indicator of thinking included in the aspect of fluency by performance was difficult to be achieved by the students. The results of this research are expected to be utilized by those who play a role in developing students\u27 potential, which was guidance and counseling service units based in universities and academic supervisors

STOCK PORTFOLIO ANALYSIS USING MARKOWITZ MODEL
Get PDFA common problem that often occurs in investment is the selection of the optimal portfolio according to the wishes of investors. This thesis ueds the Markowitz Model as a basis to formed a model to choose the optimal portfolio that provided the lowest risk. Efforts to minimize risk were carried out by conducting a diversification strategy. After the selection of several companies with the criteria of capitalization value and DER (Debt Equity Ratio), a combination of stocks is formed to form a portfolio. The formed portfolio was then analyzed to determine the optimal proportion of each stock. Using the Markowitz model, which is then solved by Non Linear Programming, an optimal portfolio is obtained with the proportion of each stock minimizing risk. In general, the results of this analysis indicate that portfolios with more stocks will produce lower risks compared to portfolios with fewer stocks, thus providing optimal diversification solutions, namely portfolios with members of five stocks with optimal risk of 0.886%
