Board Members\u27 Performance Achievements In Development In Barat Aceh District
Regional autonomos originated from the demands of Indonesian society since the reform era in 1998. This is one of the community\u27s requirements to carry out development. In accordance with the rules of the autonomous legislation law number 32 of 2004 about local goverment and number 33 of 2004. Governments in the regions that are allowed to manage their regions are the council. In order to fulfill the need of community’s development, the council has a big role that need to be implemented. The development of community in Aceh Barat is still below standard, especially in the field of human capital. This is because Aceh Barat experienced a tsunami in 2004 and causing a lot of damage in infrastructure chain. The role of the council is needed to take care of its territory in supervision and finance. Both of the roles need to be assessed by the headman to get an optimal impact. This study used qualitative methods and descriptive analysis. The data is obtained through interviews and observations. A total of nine respondents were selected to provide information in this study. The three area in this study were Arongan Lambalek, Tanjong, and West Woyla. The study showed that the role of the council is indispensable for development. The intended role is the role of financial transactions and supervision that influence development in various aspects. Therefore, two-way communication between the council and the community is needed. Another alternative of the headman is required to achieve the community\u27s development goals. The result of the study also showed a good relationship between the council and the headman in the process of development implementation. This showed that the council worked optimally to develop its territory as community desires. The assistance provided by the council is not the same because each regions is different from the others. The factors that affected the role of the council are the factors of experience and knowledge. The result of this study formulated the majority of the council have played its role namely the role of finance and supervision. And so on, the majority of the headman provide a good perspective to the role of the council in the development of community in Aceh Barat.
Utilizing MIKE 21 Software to Create Simple Hydrodynamic Simulations
This paper aim to create simple hydrodynamic simulation by using MIKE 21. The module used in MIKE 21 is LITPACK. LITPACK is one of the modules in MIKE 21 to solve hydraulic and sedimentation problems in coastal areas. Especially in this paper, the LITTLITE engine in LITPACK will be used. LITLINE determines the coastline position using a timeseries of wave climatic data. The model is based on a one-line theory, in which the cross-shore profile is expected to remain unaltered during erosion/accretion, with minor adjustments. Coastal morphology is thus only defined by coastline location (cross-shore direction) and coastal profile at a given long-shore position. The simulation used in this paper is the influence of groins on shoreline dynamics. The results of the simulation show that some areas will experience abrasion and some will experience accretion.

Cultivating a Caring Attitude to the Environment and Waste Management in Public Elementary School (SDN) Godog, Garut, Indonesia
Environmental problems are often encountered around us, but not everyone feels that these problems must be solved together. The holding of environmental education is expected to make community groups more concerned about cleanliness and health in their surrounding environment. This form of community service at SDN Godog 1 – 2 is carried out due to the fact that the school environment looks unorganized and the lack of waste management around the school. School streets that should look neat and clean are not visible, even around this school road is used as a dumping ground for scattered garbage without any trash cans. The method used in the implementation of this community service is the follow-up study method with a participatory approach. By providing material on the importance of managing waste, proper waste sorting and counseling on the dangers of waste that has polluted the environment. Students are taught directly the practice of managing waste using used bottles as handicrafts, cleaning the school environment and preserving the environment. By carrying out education about caring for the environment, it is hoped that students can play an active role in protecting the school environment by taking part in the practice of cleaning the environment, sorting out used snacks and reducing the use of plastic waste that has been rampant and polluting the surrounding environment. Because with the creation of an attitude of caring for the environment at an early age, it is hoped that environmental problems will reduce this waste and make a generation that loves environmental cleanliness
Comparison of Performance from Green Bonds and Conventional Bonds Traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
Bonds are types of securities in the form of a debt acknowledgment letter for loan money from the public in a certain form, but with a minimum tenor of three years and promise of interest rewards in which the amount and payment have been determined in advance. Looking at the current global problems regarding degradation of environmental equality and climate change, bonds were developed where the proceeds of issuance were exclusively applied to finance environmentally friendly projects, is green bonds. However, the issuance of green bonds in Indonesia is slight. This research aims to find out the comparison of individual performance of green bonds and conventional bonds traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used to measure performance is Sharpe Ratio. The result indicates that performance of green bond worse than conventional bond. This research can be used as a consideration for investor in making investment based on performance

SHELF LIFE OF NORI FROM Gracilaria sp. WITH ALUMUNIUM FOIL PACKAGING BASED ON THE ACCELERATED SHELF LIFE TEST METHOD
This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Fisheries Products Processing, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Padjadjaran University, Jatinangor. The purpose of this research is to determine the shelf life of Nori from Gracilaria sp. with the Accelerated Shelf Life Test (ASLT) method Arrhenius Model using Aluminum Foil packaging. Aluminum foil packaging is a package composed of hermetic, flexible, and opaque metal so that it has high protection properties against water vapor, light, grease and gas. The determination of the shelf life of the ASLT method is carried out using parameters of environmental conditions that can accelerate the process of product quality degradation, namely by storing the product at several temperatures above normal storage temperature. The observations used in determining the shelf life of Gracilaria sp. using a sensory test and a water content test with storage for 35 days, at a temperature of 25oC and 35oC. The result of the Arrhenius model calculation, the appearance parameter is selected as the critical parameter because it has the lowest Activation Energy (Ea) in determining the shelf life of Gracilaria sp. which is packaged using PE plastic. The results show that the parameters used to determine the shelf life of the product are the taste parameters based on the order 1 reaction with the Arrhenius Plot Ln K = 0.026 – 1318.4 (1 / T) and Ea of 2619.66 Kj/mol. The shelf life of Nori Gracilaria sp. if stored at 25oC temperature is 89 hari 7 jam
Numerical Integration Implementation Using Trapezoidal Rule Method To Calculate Aproximation Area Of West Java Province
An area can be shaped into a regular shape or an irregular shape. There is an area of irregular shape which is restricted by an unknown function, to determine that area must use a numerical integration. One of numerical integration methods is Trapezoidal Rule by replacing (????) with an integral approach function which can be evaluated, then let the (????) approximated by a linear polynomial in the certain interval, denoted as closed interval . This study is going to calculate the area of West Java Province by using this method with several different number of partitions in each quadrant such as, 9 partitions, 11 partitions, and 36 partitions in for different quadrants. This study provides the final result of the approximate area which will be compared with the actual area based in the error of result. The main finding is the approximate total area will be closer to the actual area followed by the increasing number of partitions
Fuzzy Time Series Application in Predicting the Number of Confirmation Cases of Covid-19 Patients in Indonesia
Forecasting is a statistical method that can use historical data patterns to predict future events. This article discusses the prediction of the number of new confirmed cases of Covid-19 patients in Indonesia. The data used is from January 1, 2021 to August 7, 2021. The methods used are Fuzzy Time Series (FTS) Chen (2014) and Cheng et al. (2008). FTS is a forecasting method that uses rules and logic on fuzzy sets. The level of prediction accuracy is then calculated based on the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value. The MAPE values of these two methods are then compared to know which method is more suitable in this case study. The results showed that FTS Chen produced an accuracy of 12.75% and FTS Cheng produced an accuracy of 14.27%. The results of this study indicate that FTS Chen and FTS Cheng produce good accuracy and can be used to predict new confirmed cases of Covid 19 sufferers in Indonesia
