Child Rights and Human Security: Promoting Child Protection At The Tourist Attractions On Madura
Tourism nowadays is a promising as well as challenging industry. The need for having leisure, relaxation, and inner satisfaction is not of the tertiary nature, but the primary one. Each country, of course, is actively improving its own tourist attractions for its economic growth. Madura, as a big island in East Java with many tourist attractions, is in a continuous improvement in the last five years. Unfortunately, child protection has not been considered a significant part of the designing of good tourism. Given that children are the main targets of tourism, good, peaceful tourism will be realized with the fulfillment of child rights at the tourist attractions. This paper is a socio-legal research work that uses primary data from observations and interviews with relevant respondents. All of the data are analyzed in a descriptive-qualitative manner. This paper aims at exploring and analyzing the efforts made by local governments in promoting child protection through human security at the tourist attractions on Madura. Moreover, it also describes the obstacles faced by these local governments along with some solutions to such obstacles. The main finding is Sampang Regency has initiated a role of the service in charge in child protection, which is currently assumed by the Social Service, across all regional strategic development fields, including the tourism sector
The Effects of Monetary Variables on the Growth of Small and Medium Industry in Aceh Province
This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, bank credit, and SMI investment on the growth of small and medium industries in Aceh Province. This study uses panel data consisting of 23 districts/cities in Aceh Province during the period 2014 to 2020. The analysis model used in this study is a panel data regression model. The results found in this study are variables that have a significant effect on the growth of SMIs in Aceh Province are inflation and investment in SMIs. Meanwhile, the banking credit variable has not had a statistically significant effect on the growth of SMIs. The inflation variable has a negative and significant effect on the growth of SMIs so that uncontrolled inflation will have a negative impact on the growth of SMIs. Meanwhile, SMI investment has a positive and significant impact on the growth of SMIs so that various targeted investment policies are needed so that they can support the development of SMIs in Aceh Province
Analysis of Revenue Inequality and Development of Leading Economic Sectors of District and City in Banten Province, Indonesia
The imbalance of inter-regional economic development is a common phenomenon that occurs in the process of economic development of a region. This interregional inequality was originally caused by differences in natural resource content and differences in demographic conditions in each region. As a result of these differences, the ability of an area to increase economic growth and encourage the development process also becomes different. Therefore, it is not surprising that in every region there is usually a relatively developed region and a relatively underdeveloped region. This study aims to analyze how big the level of income inequality that occurs between regencies/cities in Banten Province. Identifying the base sector in each district/city in Banten Province, and predicting the base sector in the future in each Regency/City of Banten Province. Data used in this study is secondary data in the form of time series data to see Developments and changes that occur over a period of time. Data analysis used in this research is Location Quotient (LQ), Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ), Williamson and Thiel Index. The results of this study are inequality that occurred in Banten is measured by using Williamson Index included in the category of Medium Inequality. On the measurement of Thiel Entropy Index, inequality in Lebak Regency is the lowest and Kota Cilegon has the highest imbalance in Banten Province
Education for Clean and Healthy Lifestyle in Preventing Covid-19 for Elementary School Students 1 Maleber Ciamis
The implementation of education regarding healthy clean living behavior is a form of community service, with the aim of being able to help elementary school students to increase their understanding of the importance of maintaining clean and healthy behavior to avoid the spread of the Covid-19 virus. COVID-19 causes a disease that attacks the respiratory system in humans. This virus has infected millions of people, causing a high mortality rate for sufferers throughout the world, both children and adults so that education about clean and healthy living behavior is one form of prevention to avoid the Covid-19 virus. The method of activity in this community service uses a follow-up study method with a participatory approach. The educational materials provided to the students of SD 1 Maleber include an introduction to COVID-19 and its symptoms, how to wash hands properly and correctly, how to apply cough etiquette, how to apply physical distancing, and how to apply a clean and healthy lifestyle. Educational activities are carried out by providing counseling to PHBS by using lecture, discussion, question and answer methods, and demonstrations. Submission of material is also done using learning media in the form of posters. The results of this study are to provide knowledge of participants who are students of Elementary School 1 Maleber Ciamis where previously they felt indifferent and felt they did not maintain clean and healthy behavior. After participating in educational activities for clean and healthy living habits, students will understand the importance of maintaining a healthy and clean lifestyle, gain knowledge in preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus by applying cough etiquette, washing hands thoroughly, maintaining distance, and always maintaining health
The Development of Student Worksheets in Writing Social Containing Explanation Texts in Class VI Studentsstate School 105345 Sidodadi
The problem in this study is how appropriate the teaching materials (Student Worksheet) in learning to write socially charged explanatory texts for class VI students are developed based on media experts, material experts, teachers and students?. The purpose of this study was to describe the feasibility of teaching materials (Student Worksheets) in learning to write socially charged explanatory texts for elementary/MI students. Class VI developed based on media experts, material experts, teachers and students. The research method used in this research is the research & development method. The research subject of this development product is the validator. The research subject of this development product is the validator. Assessment is done by filling out the validation sheet that has been provided, the validator in this study is the supervisor. In addition, the subjects of this research are sixth grade students of SD Negeri 105345 Sidodadi Ramunia, Beringin District. The object of this research is the Student Worksheet in learning to write socially charged explanatory texts in class VI SD Negeri 105345 Sidodadi Ramunia, Beringin District.
Effect of Earnings Management, Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio and Ratio Profitability of Bond Ratings in Manufacturing: (Case Study Sub-Sector Property and Real Estate Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX))
This study aims to analyze the effect of earnings management, liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, and profitability ratios on bond ratings. The population of this study is 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the property and real estate sector during the 2017-2020 period,by processing data using Eviews Version 9. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and 4 companies were selected as samples. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods and multiple regression tests to determine the relationship between variables. Based on the results of the study prove that earnings management, liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, and profitability ratios have an effect on simultaneously on bond ratings. earnings management partially has a negative effect on bond ratings, liquidity ratio partially has a positive and significant on bond ratings, solvency ratio and profitability ratio partially has negative on bond ratings. The obligations of a property and real estate sector company given by a depository are important for investors to know because investors will know the rating of the company that is eligible or not to invest
Mitigation of Natural Disasters as Efforts to Minimize Unwanted Impacts in Baleendah Sub-District, Bandung Regency, Indonesia
The Flood disaster is a natural event, one of which is caused by overflowing rivers. This disaster often occurs in the Majalaya area, Bandung Regency. Geographical conditions close to the Citarum River flow and the plains lower than the surrounding area causes this area to be flooded especially during the rainy season. Through the Community Service Program with the topic "training and simulation of natural disaster mitigation as an effort to minimize unwanted impacts in Majalaya sub-district" aims to increase the knowledge of the surrounding community regarding the impact of flood disasters and efforts to reduce the impact through mitigation efforts. This activity is aimed at 8th graders of SMP Negeri 1 Majalaya by using the presentation method using WhatsApp group media. This activity begins with giving questionnaire I which functions as a pre-test and ends with questionnaire II which functions as a post-test. The questionnaire was given at the beginning and at the end to see to what extent the material gave influence and new knowledge to students of SMP Negeri 1 Majalaya. The results of the questionnaire show that prior to counseling on flood disaster mitigation, the sample was categorized as having good knowledge of 87% and having poor knowledge of 13%. After counseling about flood disaster mitigation using PowerPoint media and games there was an increase in knowledge, the sample with good knowledge was 98% and those with poor knowledge were 2%. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, this activity proved successful in increasing the knowledge of SMP Negeri 1 Majalaya regarding flood mitigation
Numbers Don\u27t Lie: COVID-19 Legal Trends in ASEAN
This study compares the COVID-19 legal trends among 10 ASEAN countries during March 2020-September 2021. The study is an explanatory project with quantitative approach in comparing the number of legislation in South East Asia. The study aims to obtain a credible quantitative report from the region. The report would be beneficial to future qualitative reasoning when in-depth individual country\u27s pandemic profile is taken into account. The comparison examines the Covid Law Lab database, a joint collaboration between the World Health Organization (WHO), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS), the O\u27Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law and Georgetown University. Globally, among 4,880 Titles adopted in 192 countries, 1493 (31%) Titles are under the topic of \u27movement and distancing restriction\u27, followed by 470 (9%) Titles on \u27state of emergency\u27. In ASEAN, \u27movement and distancing restriction\u27 remains the most legislated topic. The Philippines is recorded as the most legislating country in the region (150 Titles), followed by Myanmar (139 Titles) and Indonesia (138 Titles), while the least legislating country is Brunei Darussalam (1 Title). This study finds that COVID-19 legal trends in ASEAN is divergent to some extent from the global picture. Nonetheless, \u27movement and distancing restrictions\u27 legal topic is prevalent in the region and has led the 10 countries to its current pandemic situation
Risk Control Of Onion (Allium ascalonicum L.) Production On Surjan Land
Onion is one of the commodities of annual vegetable crops that have high economic value, a type of short-lived plant, can be propagated vegetatively or generatively, can be developed in low to highland areas and can be cultivated throughout the year. High demand for onions was not followed by supply of onion in the market. This is caused by high risks in the cultivation of Onions. As the theory of supply, the level of supply of a commodity will be affected by the amount of commodities produced. The research aims to analyze the risk factors for onion production and onion supply behavior. The method of this research was survey methode. The location of this research was at Tonjong, Kramatwatu subdistrict. The population of onions farmers was 117 farmers and the amount of the sample used in this research is 54 farmers. Sort of datas that used in this research were primary data and secondary data. The analysis data that used are risk analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the level of risk of onion in Tonjong Village was 1621.91 or 32 percent of the productivity value obtained by farmers. The source of the risks on Onion farming in Tonjong Village are climate and weather, pests and plant diseases, land fertility, and the effectiveness of using inputs. There are two factors that significantly influence the behavior of onion offering in Tonjong Village, the cost variable of fungicide and the variable cost of insecticide
Marketing Communication Strategy Of Riyan Farm Hydroponic Vegetable (Case Of Riyan Farm Smes, Serang City)
Riyan Farm is one of agricultural business that uses hydroponic method to grow vegetables in Serang City. However, many people of Serang City and the county around are still not knowing Riyan Farm’s hydroponic product which results in decreased sales. This requires Riyan Farm to determind the right marketing communication strategy. This study lasted for 7 months with several considerations. The research took place on RSS Pemda Housing Block D1 Banjarsari District Cipocok Jaya Serang City Banten. This research uses a benchmarking approach against other business that have similar products and have been successful in the market. Benchmarking method performed by collecting information from other Farm’s product through in-depth interviews and observation and other data that have reliable information as books and literature. The analysis tools used are Gap analysis, IFE matrix, EFE matrix and SWOT matrix. The Gap analysis based on marketing communication mix results in 7 recommendation of communication strategy. In order to create the applicative strategy that suits company’s environment, those 7 recommendations should be combined with the result of SWOT Analysis. The last of result shows 5 market communication alternative strategy
