Determining the Price of Fisherman Micro Insurance Premiums Using the Aggregate Risk Model Approach in Cirebon Regency
Catastrophe such as hurricanes, heavy rains, and similar occurrence pose serious threats and risks to fishermen\u27s livelihoods as well as losses from damage to their assets. Therefore, it is necessary to have special insurance to protect the fishermen\u27s assets from financial losses due to the risks that can occur, namely Fisherman Micro Insurance. Micro-insurance is an insurance product that is intended for low-income people with features and administration that are simple, easy to obtain, economical prices and immediately in the completion of the provision of compensation. Fisherman\u27s micro insurance guarantees assets in the form of fishing equipment in the occurrence of a risk of an accident causing damage, this insurance product protects against worries without a large premium burden. This study aims to calculate the premium price with an aggregate risk model approach. The data used is data on fisherman’s losses if they did not go to sea which obtained by surveys. The occurrence data follows the Poisson distribution, and the loss data follows the Exponential distribution. Parameter Estimation was carried out using the Maximum Likelihood Estimation. The estimation results from numbers of occurrence and the amount of losses are used to estimate the collective risk model. Estimators of the average and variance of the aggregate risk are used to determine the premium. The results of the premium selection in this study amounted to IDR 153.861.958.00. The premium amount is a collective premium which is the result of a calculation based on the standard deviation principle

Legitimacy of the Dissolution of Beliefs by Community Organizations
Article 28E paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution states "Every person shall be free to choose and to practice the religion of his/her choice, to choose one’s education, to choose one’s employment, to choose one’s citizenship, and to choose one’s place of residence within the state territory, to leave it and to subsequently return to it.” In paragraph (2), everyone has the right to the freedom to believe in his/her beliefs, to express his/her views and thoughts, according to his/her conscience. The constitutional guarantees for believers can also be seen in Article 29 of the 1945 Constitution stating that the state shall be based upon the One and Only God and the State guarantees all persons the freedom of worship, each according to his/her own religion or belief. The Constitutional Court affirms that the right to adhere to a religion or belief in God Almighty is a citizen\u27s constitutional right, not a gift from the state. Therefore, the state is obliged to protect and guarantee the fulfillment of the rights of it’s the citizens to embrace a belief other than the six religions developed in Indonesia. However, in practice the dissolution of beliefs is actually carried out by community organizations. In this study, two things will be discussed namely: 1) What is the legal position of adherents of belief in the national legal system? 2) Do community organizations have the authority to dissolve religious beliefs? This research is normative juridical research, in which the problems in this research are analyzed qualitatively
Ethnomathematical Exploration in the Geulis Group Tasikmalaya West Java
In this study, mathematical concepts are used to explore the existence of mathematics in culture, especially in the Tasikmalaya group of geulis. By observing the current conditions, the activity of making kelom geulis is seen as a "mathematical-free" activity. It is still rare and there is still a lack of public knowledge about ethnomathematics which colors the activities of making kelom geulis as a motivation to investigate the mathematical knowledge contained in it. In addition, with the decreasing number of kelom geulis craftsmen as a result of the use of kelom geulis left by the original community producing these products. This study aims to determine and describe the ethnomathematics of the geulis group. The method used is qualitative with ethnographic methods. The subjects in this study were selected using a purposive sampling method with the research subject being a kelom geulis craftsman in the Tamansari (Gobras) area, Mulyasari, Tasikmalaya. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used in the research is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there are mathematical concepts in the geulis group, especially in the discussion of flat shapes such as rectangles, circles and triangles. This research also produces a linear equation that relates the length of the foot to the size of the geulis group.
Seven Segment Display Circuit Simulation using Electronics Workbench
A seven segment display, or in Indonesian it is called a seven segment display, is an electronic device consisting of segments that are used to display decimal numbers or numbers. This journal will explain how to simulate a seven segment display circuit using computer software called Electronics Workbench. This simulation is done to help understand how a seven segment display circuit can work, and because this is a simulation, there is no need to be afraid of failure, or making mistakes. This simulation is done by connecting a seven segment display with a 74 series Digital IC, you can use a 7447 or 7448 IC, because the function is still the same, and the IC formation is still the same, and is suitable for connecting seven segment displays. Then the IC is controlled via a switch / button that is connected directly to the IC, and the switch and IC are also connected to a power source, so that the circuit simulation can run. The results of this simulation show that the simulation can be done well in the Electronics Workbench software, can be a medium of learning about how seven segment displays work, and so that we can more easily understand how electronic devices work
