We acquired a value of r of as much as -0,648 for education level and a value of r of as much as 0.335 for population growth based on the analysis of using Pearson’s correlation. The findings indicate that the level of education is strongly related to the level of poverty, whereas the relationship between population growth and poverty is weak. A negative value at r shows the relation, which is inversely. Based on the results of this study, it is also expected for the government to develop programs to improve the quality of education of its resident

Mathematics is the basic foundation for other sciences. Equation is a mathematical model that can describe real-life problems, one of which is estimating non-tax state revenues in the coming year. Non-State Revenue (penerimaan negara bukan pajak, PNBP) is the scope of state finances which is equipped with the State Assets and Auction Service Office (kantor pelayanan keuangan negara dan lelang, KPKNL) which must be reported on the realization of PNBP that will be deposited into the state treasury. Such situation happens because expenditures in each government agency will be available and increase every year by the government. Therefore, direktorat jenderal keuangan negara (DJKN) have to be more optimal in the management of the PNBP. This study aims to determine the results of the best estimates and exponential models in estimating non-tax state income at the KPKNL Bandung, Indonesia, in year of 2017 and 2018. This research includes descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The results show that the calculation using the exponential 4th model is the best model for estimating PNBP such that the estimated PNBP results in 2017 is Rp. 574,775,677 and in 2018 is Rp. 798,022,691

This study aims to determine how the influence of the image of the destination, the experience of tourists on the intention to revisit through the value received and the satisfaction of tourists at tourist destinations in the Philippines. The research method used is quantitative, the sampling technique uses non-probability sampling and a sample of 287 respondents is obtained, the analytical tool used is Path Analysis and the hypothesis uses a significance test using SEM AMOS and SPSS analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that direct testing of the tourist experience variable affects revisit intention in tourist destinations in Philippines, then for direct testing the perceived value variable has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction at tourist destinations in the Philippines, then tourist satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between tourist experience and revisit intention

Scandinavian Legal Realism in Two Criminal Convictions of The Same Thing

    Get PDF
Human life is regulated and will never be separated from the provisions of binding regulations. Binding rules or norms in human life have the purpose of creating order, justice, and public welfare. The paradigm of legal positivism has always relied on the logic and validation of the ruler which makes people think that the ruler is the only law. This is strongly criticized by legal realists. The interesting thing about legal realism is the view that law must depart from the study of facts. American legal realism states that a judge decides something based on his personal preferences, and then makes a legal analysis to justify the expected outcome. This is different from legal realism in Scandinavia, which is based on logical positivism that developed in the modern era. Legal realism in Scandinavia intends to make legal science more scientific. Criticisms of legal realism include: legal realism presents the law only as a tool for resolving disputes on a case by case basis, there is no need for legal certainty because the approach is very casuistic so that judge’s understanding of cases can vary widely. Using legal studies approach, be expected that it can provide an overview of the problems that occur related to Scandinavian Legal Realism in the adultery case of SS with minors which is contrary to The Law of Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection in conjunction with Article 65 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code. The judge\u27s authority over the case is to give a verdict related to the SS case in accordance with positive law, the facts that actually happened, and the truth of the case that has been observed by the people involved and legal experts with the aim of maintaining order and protecting the community so that they always do the right thing

The first technology discovered by mankind was to create sharp stone chips which were used as stones. Then humans began to develop and found several technologies, one of which was computers and the internet. computers and the internet have a close relationship, especially in today\u27s era where all activities cannot be separated from computers and the internet. One of these activities is in the office world. The Bandung City Health Office is a government agency that has a lot of data, especially in the section where the author is placed, namely the Division of Human Resources and Health or SDMK. The SDMK Division is tasked with receiving data on the credit score of a functional position from the assessment team to calculate whether a functional position is eligible for promotion or not. On that basis, the purpose of this paper is to create an application for inputting the credit score for a functional position based on a web database to make it easier for the assessment team, SDMK to view, recap and change credit scores as well as a functional position in viewing its credit score. The main finding is a web database-based application called E-PAK
