The design of this video progresses through the creative process in the order of the preliminary plan process, including research, needs analysis, goal setting, target audience selection, and creative concept selection. The pre-production stage consists of determining the storyline and characters, and creating story boards. The production phase includes video capturing, video and audio editing, consulting with supervisors, rendering, then the video is distributed on Youtube. In this testimonial video, women from Cigugur Girang Village in Bandung Regency describe their experiences starting and growing MSME businesses. The design of this video testimonial can be used as an alternative form of media to inspire and motivate other women in the same situation to contribute to the improvement of their family economy.

Smartphone-based Robot Design Training with Voice Control for Senior High School in Tasikmalaya City
The main objective of this work is to provide training to build smart phone-based smart robots with voice control to teachers at Senior High Schools, Tasikmalaya City, Indonesia. This robot consists of various electronic components such as Arduino, IC L293D, Bluetooth Module HC05, dynamo, gear box and battery. In addition, we have used several software to build intelligent robots such as Arduino software for uploading a command and AMR voice application for controlling via voice commands. The results showed that the teachers had succeeded in making robots with voice control for forward and backward commands with the help of the AMR voice application. In addition, the results of this training are expected to increase the creativity of teachers in the learning process and as teaching materials to create an active and collaborative class
Measuring the Effectiveness of Differential Calculus Learning Using Open Ended Based Teaching Materials
This study aims to produce differential calculus teaching materials using a good (valid, practical and effective) open-ended approach to improve students\u27 critical and creative thinking skills, and compare their effectiveness with teaching materials prepared in the context of implementing the implemented curriculum. This research is research and development (Research and Development). The development models referred to are the modified Dick & Carey and Borg & Gall models. The steps in this development are researching and gathering information, developing teaching, selecting and developing teaching materials, initial trials, revisions, main trials, and final product revisions. Initial trials and main trials are carried out in a university. Product validity is validated by experts. Product practicality is assessed by product users, namely lecturers and students. Product effectiveness was tested using an inferential statistical test by looking at the significant differences in the mean of the pretest and posttest scores in terms of students\u27 critical and creative thinking abilities. Next, the effectiveness will be compared between the control class and the experimental class. The results of the research show that the product developed is in the very valid category according to the experts, practical according to the teacher\u27s assessment, and very practical according to the students. The resulting product is also effective, even more effective when compared to teaching materials in terms of critical and creative thinking skills student
Analysis of Average Length of Schooling of Indonesian Citizens in the Future Using Markov Chains
Based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics of the Republic of Indonesia, the average length of schooling of Indonesian citizens is continuously increasing every year. This increase is predicted to continue in the future. However, it has yet to be discovered how the increasing rate in the average length of schooling will occur. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the increasing rate of the average length of schooling of Indonesian citizens in the future. The data used is the average length of schooling of Indonesian citizens from 2010 to 2021. The analytical method used is the discrete-time Markov chain. Furthermore, the states representing the increasing rate in the average length of schooling used are divided into two: the increasing rate in the average length of schooling that is smaller and larger than the average. Based on the analysis results, the probability that the increasing rate in Indonesian citizens\u27 average length of schooling will be less than the average in the future is 0.4. In contrast, the probability that the increasing rate in Indonesian citizens\u27 average length of schooling will be greater than the average in the future is 0.6. It indicates that Indonesian citizens will have a high education level in the future. The results can be used as the future education state projection of Indonesian citizens so that it can be accompanied by empowerment
Indonesian Stock Price Prediction using Deep Learning during COVID-19 Financial Crisis
This research paper aims to use the deep learning model Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) for the stock prediction model under the financial crisis of COVID-19. The financial impact of the COVID-19 has brought many of the world\u27s indexes down. The impact of the financial crisis is even riskier for an emerging country such as Indonesia where foreign investors tend to take out their investments in emerging countries in financial crisis events. The application of deep learning in financial time series applications such as stock price prediction has been researched extensively. This study used the (Bidirectional LSTM) BiLSTM model which is a variation of the LSTM model to predict stock closing price. The stock prediction is applied to a selected company from the Indonesian stock market using historical prices. The model is then evaluated using metrics Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) and Symmetric Mean Absolute Percentage Error (SMAPE). A graphical comparison between the actual price and predicted price of the stock is charted to study the stock price movement. To study the impact during COVID-19 on the stock prices, an intervention analysis is conducted along with the Wilcoxon model. The stock price prediction model can forecast the price of stocks before and during the financial crisis with minimal error. The intervention analysis result showed that health sectors have a positive effect while other sectors such as transportation, finance, information technology, and entertainment have a negative effect during the financial crisis of COVID-19. Being able to analyze and study the stock price movement of stocks is beneficial to investors in understanding the impact of the financial crisis on some industries and the behavior of certain stocks or industries under the circumstances which can lead to alternate investment strategies and decision making

The study is to find out how the image of destinations, access surveys affect the behavior behavior through the satisfaction of Indonesian tourists on the travel destination in Thailand. The research method used is quantitative, sample retrieval technique using non-sampling and obtained samples as much as 385 respondents, the analysis tools used are path analysis and hypotheses using the import analysis tools used by Amos and SPSS. The study suggests that the live test of destination image and access reading variables affected the behavioral test of Indonesian tourists on Thai tour destinations and then for the satisfaction of tourists able to improve the relationship between the image of destinations and the behavior of Indonesian tourists on the Thai tour destinations, it contributed by reviewing the behavior patterns of tourists in Indonesia while visiting the destination of tourism.
