Post-Covid Adaptation: Students\u27 Mental Health and Higher Education System in Indonesia
The pandemic brought many changes, including for students. Various negative things experienced by students have an impact on their mental health. However, there are coping mechanisms that can bring positive changes to students\u27 lives and help them survive the post-pandemic period. This research aimed to explore: the problems, level of stress, coping mechanisms carried out by students, and resilience level during the pandemic; the student\u27s mental health situation during post-pandemic; and the recommendation for higher education (HE) institutions to support students\u27 mental health. The research included 5018 students in bachelor\u27s programs from 20 universities of APTIK members via quota sampling method on gender and class year (stage 1); and reports from students about their psychological symptoms during classes (n = 5 classes) and counseling (n = 10 cases) and literature review from explore 13 articles via Google scholar and Google search engine (stage 2). The study results show that students had many learning and social life challenges. Students who can develop positive coping with stress will be resilient and benefit from the experience during the pandemic, such as increased online learning skills, health awareness, and good time management. A positive coping strategy empowers the students to develop good mental health and survive during the pandemic, together with the support of the education system in higher education institutions. The institution should provide leadership, a good governance system, conducive teaching and learning system, and an appreciation for diversity and inclusivity to support students\u27 mental health. The system should support the various changes experienced by students. With a good strategy and governance, there will be clarity and comfort so that it does not exacerbate the mental health problems encountered by many students. Fiber to The Home (FTTH) Network Design Using Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) Technology Using Link Power Budget and Rise Time Budget Analysis in Cibeber Village Tasikmalaya
Fiber optic is a transmission medium that can transmit information with large capacity. One of the developments in local fiber access networks is FTTH (Fiber to The Home). The construction of the FTTH network uses Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) technology so that it can provide broadband services to customers with a wider range. This research was studied by designing FTTH based on GPON technology in Cibeber Village, Manonjaya District. The existing condition of the FTTH network in Cibeber Village is that there are 2 Optical Distribution Points (ODP) for 20 customers with each ODP having 10 subscribers. From the results of the location survey by measuring the distance to each customer, the furthest distance to the customer for the two ODPs was obtained, so that 2 new ODPs were needed for the design. From the design of the new optical network infrastructure, it has been analyzed using the link power budget and rise time budget method based on the customer with the farthest distance before the addition of ODP has a Power Receive sensitivity of -16.631 dBm to -15.631 dBm on the uplink and -16.644 dBm to -15.574 dBm on the downlink, these results are in accordance with the expected standard, which ranges from -8 dBm to -27 dBm. In calculating the value of the rise time budget for customers after the addition of ODP, it has a value of 0.2044 ns to 0.2039 ns on the uplink and 0.2188 ns to 0.21574 ns on the downlink. This value is still below the standard time limit set by PT. Telkom Indonesia 0.56 ns for uplink and 0.292 ns for downlink. So based on this the results of the design are feasible to implement

Inventory Control for MSME Products Using the Q Model with Lost Sales Condition Based on Products Sales Forecasting
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in economic development in order to achieve thq quality of economic growth. Intense competition among MSMEs requires MSMEs to have a good inventory control that can help them minimize costs and maximize profits. One of the MSMEs that often experiences problems in inventory control is Sabun Bening Official. To solve the inventory problems in Sabun Bening Official, Holt-Winter Exponential Additive forecasting method is used as a guide to predict future product demand because product demand graph is seasonal and has trend pattern. After getting the value of product demand forecast, inventory control calucaltions are carried out using the Q Model probabilistic inventory method with lost sales condition. The uncertain and fluctuating demand causing the inventory system in Sabun Bening Official is probabilistic and the company will lose sales if it does not able to fulfill customer demands. Based on the research results, product forecasting for the coming period and inventory control policies which include the optimal number of product order, safety stock, reorder point, and product inventory costs can be obtained
Pricing of Aquaculture Industry Microinsurance Premiums with Standard Deviation Principle Approach (Case Study: Tasikmalaya)
Aquaculture is a rapidly growing industry and has enormous potential to increase the income and welfare of fish farmers. The majority of aquaculture businesses in Indonesia are small-scale cultivators, low productivity and limited business accessibility. As a result, there is an aquaculture industry that does not understand the use of aquaculture-specific financial risk management tools. Therefore, an insurance instrument is needed to manage losses that occur so as to achieve financial and income benefits, namely Micro Insurance. This study aims to calculate premium prices with a standard deviation principle approach. The data used is loss data if aquaculture cultivators do not pay in accordance with the initial capital in Tasikmalaya obtained through primary data based on the results of field surveys through questionnaires. The method of analyzing the number of event data uses the Poisson distribution, while the loss data uses the Exponential distribution. Next, calculate the parameter estimation using the Maximum Likelihood Estimation method. The results of parameter estimation are used to find a collective risk model. From the calculation results in this study, a premium price of IDR was obtained
The use of the C4.5 Algorithm for Applications Initial Assessment of Disabilities People the Case Study of the Ministry Social Center Wyata Guna Bandung
The development of information technology is snowballing, data is processed quickly and practically. Several problems often arise. Social instructors often find it difficult to process the data to determine which social service decisions should be provided. Persons with Disabilities are any person who experiences physical, intellectual, mental, and sensory limitations in the long term in interacting with the environment and may experience obstacles and difficulties in participating fully and effectively with other citizens based on equal rights. The Initial Assessment Form is a decision-making instrument through a process called the Initial Assessment. Later, the need for Social Welfare Services (PPKS) can be known as whether the quality is ready to be educated and included in the residential, community, or family categories. The method in this research is to use the Engineering Research Method. The decision tree model produces an accuracy level of 86.6%, the test data is suitable, and 13.3% is not suitable. In determining the service category and calculating the C4.5 Algorithm, it is better to add the number of datasets so that the accuracy of the value is higher
