Oral Motor Exercise in Improving the Movements Of The Jaw, Lip, Tongue in Case of Oral Phase Dysphagia on a Cerebral Palsy Patient
The dysphagia case in children with cerebral palsy is a disorder that must be treated immediately because it will have a serious impact on the child\u27s health and speech fluency. The Oral motor exercise method is one of the therapies to improve jaw, neck, and tongue movements in patients with cerebral palsy. The purpose of this study was to investigate the oral motor exercise on a dysphagia patient of 3-years old with cerebral palsy disorder at Syamsudin SH Hospital, Sukabumi, from January to March 2019. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative method with single subject experiment. A research subject was a patient with cerebral palsy, a 3- years old – boy who has dysphagia. The patient cannot speak and only cries and says \u27AAAA\u27 if he wanted something and the patient was choking and coughing when eating or drinking. To deal with this problem, 20 sessions of therapy and 1 evaluation were carried out. The results showed that by comparing the results of the initial test and the final test, there was an increase in the ability to move the organs of the lips, tongue, jaw, and chewing movements of the patient. In the initial test, the patient got 2 points and the final test result. the patient got 4 points which indicated 50% success scale. From the therapeutic success scale obtained, it was concluded that the therapy was quite successful.
The Influence of Information Technology Based Audit Procedures and Audit Experience on Audit Quality
The Ministry of Finance as one of the regulators in Indonesia has also issued regulation Number 186 /PMK.01/2021 concerning the Development and Supervision of Public Accountants which is effective on March 15 2022 (Janah et al., 2022). Some of the financial reports that are cases include the financial reports of PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk which was audited by the Public Accounting Firm Tanubrata Sutanto Fahmi Bambang and Partners which is also an international affiliated Public Accounting Firm, namely BDO International, where the financial reports of PT (Setiono et al., 2020)
Analysis of Determining The Cost of Replanting for Smallholder Oil Palm Plantations Using Annuities Model with Python
Palm oil replanting is a necessary activity to enhance the productivity of aging oil palm trees. However, the high costs associated with replanting often create a financial burden for farmers. To address this issue, the study proposes the implementation of a contribution or levy system for smallholder farmers while their oil palm plantations are still productive, which would alleviate the financial burden of replanting. The research methodology employed includes a literature review and primary data collection through a survey of smallholder farmers, with the data being processed to create a mathematical model and simulated using the Python programming language. The results of this study include the development of a mathematical model for the levy and distribution of replanting costs, along with a simulation of the proposed system. This model could help smallholder farmers prepare for replanting costs, enhance the sustainability of palm oil production, and ultimately increase productivity

Applying Innovation Strategy and Its Effect on Competitive Advantage of Creative Industry: Spicy Culinary Subsector in Indonesia
The main issue of this study is the intense competition among business competitors both new business competitors and old business competitors which have controlled the Indonesian market. Besides, there has been an increasing number of SMEs that engage in culinary sector. However, many culinary sectors have still lack of quality. This study discusses the implementation of innovative strategies that affect the competitive advantage of creative industries in sub-sector of spicy culinary foods in Indonesia. Creative industry is an industry in which its main elements consist of creativity, expertise, and talents. These elements have greater potential in increasing the success by offering intellectual creation. The researchers used quantitative method. The samples of this study were 30 respondents as the business actors of SMES in spicy culinary food sub-sector in Indonesia. The technique of analyzing the data used was simple linear regression processing with SPSS version 25. Based on the result of the study, innovative strategies had positive and significant influence toward the competitive advantages. The results of this study support the previous studies that confirm if the business actors should have competitive advantage and have ability in creative and innovating thinking ability. This study proposes that SMES innovation strategy will greatly improve the performance and competitiveness of business. The further study is expected to observe other variables which are not studied in this study because it has been found 65% influence. However, this study has other practical benefits for the actors of SMEs in culinary sub-sector to improve the innovative strategies.
Apparel Production Optimization Model with Branch and Bound Method (Case Study: Sawargi Jersey Confectionery, West Java)
The production optimization model can find optimal results and maximum profits from a production activity by considering certain limitations. In this research, a production optimization model was created based on data on apparel production in UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) Konfeksi Sawargi Jersey in West Java by applying the Integer Linear Programming model and solving it using the Branch and Bound Method with the help of Software Python. This research was conducted because there are many business actors engaged in the same field, especially in the apparel and sports sectors, considering the problems that are often faced by UMKM owners, such as raw material supplies, production time, production costs, selling prices, production profits, and production limits, minimum and maximum production. Based on this study\u27s results, the Branch and Bound Method application to optimize apparel production obtains more optimal results and maximum profits than the actual production carried out by UMKM Konfeksi Sawargi Jersey
Quality Assurance in The Surgical Ward of Hospital X in Bandung During the Covid- 19 Pandemic

Variant of Trapezoidal-Newton Method for Solving Nonlinear Equations and its Dynamics
This article introduces a novel approach resulting from the adaptation of Trapezoidal-Newton method variants. The iterative process is enhanced through the incorporation of a numerical integral strategy derived from two-partition Trapezoidal method. Through rigorous error analysis, the study establishes a third order convergence for this method. It emerges as a viable alternative for solving nonlinear equations, a conclusion substantiated by computational costs conducted on diverse nonlinear equation forms. Furthermore, an exploration of basin of attraction analyses that this method exhibits faster convergence compared to other Newton-type methods, albeit with a slightly expanded divergent region with a variant of Newton Simpson’s method
