Suteru Farm is a Holland fries (FH) dairy farm that was established in 2013, with 32 biological assets and a farm area of 11,000m2. The location of this farm is in the vicinity of the community housing of Tegal Waru Village, Ciampea District, Bogor Regency, where the average layout of the residences is still far from one another so that they still have vacant land to plant productive plants. Our goal in conducting community service activities at Suteru Farm is to help form a community forum for producing feed crops around the farm, optimizing vacant land to become productive for plant feed by providing knowledge and skills for the community in cultivating feed crops, providing knowledge and skills in making fermentation green plants from cultivation to marketing, providing skills in livestock financial management. Efforts made for Suteru Farm and other farms in the Tegal Waru Village area need to offer several solutions including: 1) Optimization of vacant land around the community\u27s residential yards by cultivating forage in the form of grass and legumes; 2) Application of preservation technology including fermentation; 3) Centralized management in one container for the management of fermented cattle feed so that it goes directly to the hands of the farm; and 4) improve the financial management of livestock in order to increase profitability. The target that we set for this activity is to run within 8 (eight) months, through the field survey method of potential vacant land, Forum Group Discussion (FGD) with Suteru Farm management and representatives of the local community by discussing knowledge about forage crop cultivation, forage grass fermentation and marketing. , lectures and trainings, practices from the solutions offered to mentoring
DIFFERENCES IN BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS BEFORE AND AFTER MORNING AND AFTERNOON WALK IN TYPE II DIABETES MELITUS PATIENTS AT BABAKANSARI PUSKESMAS
Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a non-communicable disease which causes an increase in blood sugar levels and is at risk of causing disease complications. Walking is done to increase the sensitivity of insulin receptors. Blood vessels in the afternoon are more vasodilated than in the morning due to the effects of circadian rhythms which affect hormone action. This study aims to determine the difference in the average value of blood sugar levels before and after walking in the morning and afternoon in patients with type II DM. The research design used was a preexperiment with a pretest-posttest two group design approach. The sample of 20 respondents who are divided into 2 groups, namely the morning group of 10 people and the afternoon group of 10 people, with purposive sampling. The results of this study showed that the amount of decrease in blood sugar levels in the morning group was 31.6 mg/dL and the amount of decrease in blood sugar levels in the afternoon group was 43.5 mg/dL. The results of statistical tests in the morning group obtained a value of p = 0.007 (p <0.05) and in the afternoon group obtained a value of p = 0.005 (p <0.05). The results showed that the afternoon group was more effective in reducing average blood glucose levels as a result of vasodilatation of blood vessels which is influenced by circadian rhythms compared to the morning group, so it can be concluded that there are differences in blood sugar levels before and after walking in the morning and in the afternoon in patients with type II DM. Therefore it is advisable to walk, especially in the afternoon which can lower blood sugar levels more for type II DM sufferers in an effort to control blood sugar levels

Business Development through Literacy-Based Digital Financial Services for Agribusiness Microfinance Institutions
The agricultural sector plays an important role for the welfare of society. Agriculture plays a role as a producer of food, employment, and a source of foreign exchange for the country. However, the Indonesian agricultural sector still has several problems, namely: 1) Farming capital; 2) Agricultural technology tools; and 3) Marketing of agricultural products. In this regard, one solution that can solve the problem jointly is the existence of an Agribusiness Micro Finance Institution or also known as Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Agribisnis (LKM-A) in Indonesian. LKM-A is a liaison for the easy access of agricultural businesses to various productive resources, namely: capital, technology, and marketing. Along with the role of helping the farming community, there are also several problems faced by LKM-A itself. LKM-A has three main problems, namely 1) LKM-A\u27s limited income because it only pivots on one business scheme, namely members\u27 savings and loans; 2) The management system is still conventional due to lack of access to technology; and 3) Financial services from LKM-A are still limited and conventional. Therefore, this study aims to solve the LKM-A problem. Solutions as problem solvers that will be implemented in this study through theoretical and practical assistance (guidance and training) consist of: 1) Developing business schemes to increase LKM-A income and member welfare, through farming capital financing schemes, agricultural technology rental services, and digital-based marketing of agricultural products; 2) Develop digital-based business management using several supporting systems such as the Database Management System (DBMS), Microsoft outlook, google spreadsheet, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); 3) Develop digital financial system-based business services with digital payments through chip-based E-Money, fintech E-wallet, EDC, and QRis

While the shampoo preparation test showed that F3 with a concentration of 20% had the largest inhibition zone diameter of 12.008 mm compared to F1 and F2 with a concentration of 10% (9.775%) and 5% (6.725 mm). The negative control had an inhibition zone of 2.13 mm and the positive control had an inhibition zone of 13.78 mm
Qualitative Evaluation of a Toddlers’ Speech Delay Early Detection Poster
The estimated number of 0 to 4-years-old children with speech disorders in Indonesia is 1.3 million people. If they are not treated properly, they will have serious consequences in adulthood. The Ministry of health of Indonesia has launched a speech disorder detection in The Child Development Monitoring Programs carried out by Posyandu cadres or Community Health Center officers. To support the program, a poster design for the early Detection of Speech Disorders in Toddlers (DeGabbi) has been created. Prior to dissemination, it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of the poster by conducting qualitative research. FGDs with toddlers’ mothers and posyandu cadres were conducted using an open interview guideline regarding the message, the language, and the appearance of the poster. Triangulation was carried out on Puskesmas officers, media design experts, and Indonesian language experts. Prior to the FGD, informants were asked to look at Degabbi\u27s poster on the room wall for 5 minutes. Results of the FGD showed that all informants understood the poster messages that stated, "Whether the child is a speech delay or not at this age." Regarding the contents of the poster, one informant stated that could not understand the foreign terms, and another informant suggested to add arrows as a flow guide. Concerning the appearance, one informant thought it was better to use a stiffer material and increase the poster size. The triangulation on media design experts provided feedback relating to the images, layout, and flow of posters, while Indonesian language experts provided feedback on the diction of substitute words for foreign terms and the more effective sentences and phrases. After knowing the weaknesses of the DeGabbi poster, it then will be corrected. The DeGabbi poster is expected to be an effective and have leverage for early detection of speech disorders

THE MODERATING ROLE OF PROCUREMENT GOVERNANCE ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SUPPLY CHAIN AGILITY AND SERVICE DELIVERY OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH CARE SECTOR IN THE COUNTY GOVERNMENTS OF WESTERN REGION, KENYA.
Supply Chain Management is a crucial activity that entails overseeing the movement of materials form the source, throughput, to the end consumer. However, in this endeavour, there are increased instances of uncertainties i.e. speeds of delivery, flexibility and environmental factors that affect the services rendered to the end consumer. This drives the concept of supply chain agility which focuses on the speeds of response to any changes in the consumer demands. The healthcare sector has undergone significant changes within the past decades. Amidst these changes, attaining efficient and effective healthcare service delivery remains a distant prospect among multiple nations. This study therefore sought to find out the moderating role of procurement governance on the relationship between supply chain agility and service delivery in the Public health care sector in the county governments of the western region. The hypothesis for the study was: - Procurement Governance has no significant influence on the relationship between Supply Chain Agility and Service Delivery of the Public Health care sector in the County Governments of Western Region The study was anchored on three theories, theory of Human Service Delivery, Dynamic Capability Perspectives and Institutional Theory. The study adopted a Positivist research philosophy and a descriptive survey research design and the target population was 284 respondents of the four level 5 county hospitals in the western region. Questionnaires and interview schedules were used for data collection and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Data was presented using tables, scree plots and scatter plots. The study is of value to researchers and academicians, County government authorities and residents of the four counties. 258 respondents participated in the study and preliminary data checking, screening and cleaning was done. Validity and reliability statistics were done and they indicated that the research instruments were adequate for their purpose. Diagnostic tests were also conducted and none of the variables violated these assumptions. Regression analysis was done for the Supply Chain Agility and service delivery. Supply chain agility accounted for 44.5% of the changes in Service Delivery, but with the introduction of procurement governance as a moderator, the R2 value rose to 59.4% with p˂0.05. This indicated that Procurement Governance was a significant moderator of the relationship. The study recommended that hospitals to should pay attention to three main aspects of procurement governance. First, they should set rules and policies that describe the authoritative position regarding the standards, principles, and objectives of the procurement process. Such standards include transparency and Accountability
