    Ratio Effect of Breadfruit Flour and Wheat Flour on Cookies Characteristics

    Cookies are dried and sweet food products made from wheat flour, fat, and sugar baked with dried texture and less than 5% moisture content. The flour used in this study was substituted by breadfruit flour as an attempt to reduce the amount of wheat flour consumption also utilizes native crops. The purpose of the study was to determine the right ratio of breadfruit flour and wheat flour to get the best characteristics of cookies. The study was done at Food Processing Lab and Chemistry Lab of Ma’soem University which was conducted in 2022 on September to October. The method used in this study was Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 5 repetitions and 5 treatments. The criteria tested were organoleptic (color, aroma, texture, flavour), chemical properties (water content, carbohydrate content, calories value of cookies). The result indicated that ratio between breadfruit flour and wheat flour effected the water content, carbohydrate content, calories, aroma, texture, and flavor of cookies. The best characteristic of cookies made from treatment C (45:55) based on water content and carbohydrate content

    Data Visualization for Students’ Perception Toward Online and Offline Learning in Information Technology Education Program

    The comments from student about online and offline learning can be analyzed to evaluate the learning process learning quality. This study focused on visualizing the data from students\u27 perception comments especially one class in Information Technology Education Program between face-to-face learning and online learning. The learning process is observed in order to gain some insight about the difference number of words appearance in the word cloud. The comparative results of this research will be described through data visualization in word cloud using orange software. The results of this study indicate that the words appear in the comments of students who fill out the survey form display more words refer to their choices to take offline learning compared to online learning

    Determination of Annual Net Single Premium Health Insurance for Epidemic Cases with Model Susceptible-Infected-Recovered

    The calculation of a single annual net premium for health insurance from the epidemic disease SIR model has two models, including a single annual net premium with an inpatient benefit model and a single annual net premium with a lump sum benefit model. This study used Bank Indonesia’s annual interest rate of 6,5% and the calculation used the equivalence principle. The calculation results from one of the original data obtained an annual net single premium with inpatient benefits is IDR 418,359 for a benefit IDR 1,000,000 and the single annual net premium with lump sum benefits is IDR 15,949 for a benefit of IDR 1,000,000

    Determinant Factors of Dividend Policy in Cooperative Organization

    Dividend policy is one of the functions of financial management with regard to the distribution of corporate earnings after tax or the cooperative surplus to the owner. Dividend policy in cooperatives organization is regulated based on regulations and member agreements stipulated in the articles of association and by-laws of the cooperative. The purpose of this study is to analysis the determinant factors of dividend policy in cooperative organization. This study uses research and analysis of descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained from 4 cooperatives, where the cooperative determined with consideration of routinely distributing cooperative surplus.The results of the study show that the determinant factors of cooperative dividend policies are found in several additional determinants such as: member participation, cooperative principles, member conditions and regulation, in addition to determinants that have been widely researched and used as guidelines for in general, such as: liquidity, profitability, firm size, capital requirement (leverage), and risk. New findings from the determinants of dividend policy in cooperatives organization such as member participation, cooperative principles, member conditions and regulation need to be studied further with a quantitative research approach, so that the conclusions can be generalized

Therefore, the main objective of this activity is to provide training on manufacturing processes both theoretically and experimentally to vocational high school students in Tasikmalaya City. The results of this activity indicate that vocational high school students gain experience and knowledge in operating manufacturing machinery from start to finish

    The development of economic problems today, since the enactment of Law Number 10 of 1990, Islamic financial institutions not only consist of banks but also other Islamic financial institutions, namely non-bank financial institutions called sharia pawnshops. One of them is the Sharia Sub-Branch Office Pawnshop in the East Bandung Region which is a non-bank Islamic financial institution that helps the community in the economic sector. Organizational culture and organizational commitment at Pawnshop KCPS East Bandung Region greatly affect work engagement, which is one of the strongest factors of employees in deciding to stay or leave their jobs. The research method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach with primary data types and uses data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, the number of employees at the KCPS Pawnshop in the East Bandung Region amounted to 34 people, which had the effect of b culture or organization to k attachment work with test results hypothesis that value tcount (3.797)  > ttable (2,03693), there is an effect commitment organization to attachment work with results testing hypothesis that score tcount(15,122) > ttable(2,03693), and there is an effect of culture organization and commitment organization by simultaneous take effect to attachment work with test results Fcount(106,931) > Ftable(3,295)

    Basic Programming Training in Python for Junior High School Students at Al Fitrah Islamic Boarding School

    This research discusses the implementation of basic programming training using the Python programming language for junior high school (SMP) students at Al Fitrah Islamic Boarding School. The aim of this study is to provide an overview of the training experience and its impact on students\u27 understanding of programming and their proficiency in using Python. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The participants of the study consist of students from the seventh and eighth grades at Al Fitrah Islamic Boarding School. Data was collected through observations, interviews, and tests of students\u27 learning outcomes. The results of the research show that the basic programming training with Python effectively improves students\u27 understanding of programming concepts and develops their computational skills. Additionally, the students demonstrate high interest and enthusiasm in programming activities, indicating strong potential for developing technological skills in the future. This research concludes that basic programming training with Python can be well integrated into the junior high school curriculum to enhance digital literacy and prepare students to face the challenges of an increasingly advanced technological world

    The design of information for managing incoming and outgoing mail archives is made to solve problems that occur in the Agency for Logistics Affairs (BULOG) Subdivre Bandung in terms of managing mail archives, namely manual mail archives management, causing data loss. This research was made based on a method approach in collecting the information data needed in order to make a description of the situation, event. While the system development method used is the RUP (Rational Unified Process) model with OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) where the development tool is in the form of UML (Unified Modeling Language). The purpose of the research and from the interviews that have been carried out, the solution to overcome the above problems is to create a website-based mail archive system that can be accessed anytime and anywhere

The method used in this research is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), where the results of this study try to map the trends that occur regarding behavioral finance, also try to predict where this research will go, so that later it is expected to provide new input and views for the world of behavioral finance, what what needs to be explored at this time, what contributions are needed at this time, and can be an attraction for other researchers to study behavioral finance
