Village planning and development currently demands the participation of villagers in developing village potential. Thus, the village government needs to properly socialize the products of spatial planning and village development plans to the villagers, so that they cares more about the development of their area. Unfortunately, many village planning and development products have not been properly socialized. On the other hand, the era of digitalization and the industrial revolution 4.0 demands the information disclosure that can not been met in the most villages. Most of villages currently have less communicative and less informative planning products due to the lack of information media and human resources to compile and present well their spatial planning and development products. Pasir Mukti Village has great economic potential with many metal craft MSMEs spread throughout the village and absorbing a large number of workers. However, the great potential of Pasir Mukti Village has not been fully publicly socialized. Therefore, it is necessary to have a forum or media for information development in Pasir Mukti Village, both in the form of spatial and development planning products, as well as village potential information. In addition, Pasir Mukti Village needs to improve human resource competencies in the preparation process to its dissemination. This community service program aims to empower villagers through several competency improvement trainings, as well as participatory preparation of village development galleries as educational nodes and dissemination of information related to spatial planning, development plans and village potential in Pasir Mukti Village. The objectives of this activity can be achieved through three main stages, including: (1) identification of community needs related to village development galleries and competence in preparing village spatial planning and development, as well as village potential; (2) preparation of village development galleries; and (3) training to increase the competence of the community, who will become managers of the village development gallery. As a result, the program received a very good response from the participants consisting of village officials, Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), Family Welfare Development (PKK), MSME actors, and youth organizations (Karang Taruna). It can be seen from (1) their active participation during FGD and training; (2) their participation and volunteerism to donate a small portion of their MSME products to be displayed in the village development gallery; and (3) their willingness to participate in repairing and enhancing the quality of the gallery building, as well as providing the equipment. Furthermore, the trainees have quite high commitment, that can be seen from their enthusiasm in participating in the FGD and two series of full-time training.Based on the results of these activities, this community service  program can (1) increase the knowledge of the Pasir Mukti villagers about the importance of a media/facility as an information center for spatial planning and village development, as well as a medium for promoting village products, education, and public interaction; (2) improve the quality of the human resources of the Pasir Mukti villagers, especially training participants consisting of representatives of village officials, BUMDes, and MSME actors, and (3) build a village development gallery as a new tourist destination in Pasir Mukti Village. Thus, it is hoped that in the long term, this activity can increase the income and welfare of the Pasir Mukti villagers

The Covid-19 virus that spreads very quickly causes everyone to have to practice social distancing and physical distancing to reduce its impact. The virus that has been endemic since the end of December 2019 has revolutionized the learning process held by every educational institution, including the learning process in universities. Previously, the learning process at universities was carried out face-to-face. When the covid-19 pandemic occurs, the learning process must of course continue to be carried out by minimizing the impact of covid-19 so that universities must be able to make changes quickly from face-to-face learning systems to online/online learning. Adopting online learning through the use of technology to continue to implement the Tri Dharma is one of the solutions chosen by each university so that the learning process can continue and the spread of the COVID-19 virus can be minimized. After covid-19 occurred and the new normal era began, the level of life gradually went on as before. Learning in higher education must of course be re-adjusted to existing conditions. Finally, blended learning is used as a solution to carry out the teaching and learning process in universities in the new normal era. Blended learning approach is believed to be one of the learning models that are considered more effective for learning in this new normal era. By continuing to use technology as a form of innovation in learning in the digitalization era, blended learning is also still carried out by continuing to prioritize the human touch side in its implementation where the face-to-face learning process with direct interaction certainly has its own advantages. Through the combination of the advantages of offline learning and online learning, blended learning appears as the best alternative in the higher education learning system so that learning is believed to be more meaningful and also supports independence in learning.

    Get PDF
Human development is now seen as a measure of the success of the development of a nation which is closely related to the economic, social, cultural, political and environmental fields. The success of human development is measured based on the Human Development Index (IPM). Boyolali Regency is one of the regencies in Central Java Province which has diverse and abundant natural resources. The large potential of natural resources owned should be in line with the quality of human development. However, it turns out that this is not in line with the HDI value of Boyolali Regency which is still below the average HDI value of Central Java. So that the Boyolali government continues to strive to maximize the potential and increase the HDI value. Based on this, it is necessary to do forecasting as a reference to maximize the level of human development in Boyolali Regency in the next few years. In this study, HDI forecasting in Boyolali Regency was carried out using the Double Exponential Smoothing method from Brown with the data used is HDI data in Boyolali Regency from 2011 to 2021. The data used was obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Boyolali Regency. HDI forecasting was also carried out using the arithmetical method, and the best forecasting results were compared between the two methods based on the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE). Forecasting results using the Double Exponential Smoothing method produce the best alpha smoothing parameter values of 0.91 and MAPE values of 0.4061%. Meanwhile, using the arithmetic series method, the MAPE is 0.4704%. Both methods produce MAPE values with very good criteria, so that both methods can be used for forecasting. However, based on the criteria for the smallest MAPE value, the Double Exponential Smoothing method is used. The results of the HDI forecasting using the Double Exponential Smoothing method for 2022, 2023 and 2024 are 74.61, 74.81 and 75.02 respectively. While the results of forecasting with arithmetical method for the same years are 74.93, 75.45, and 75.98
