    IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA DI SEKOLAH

    The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesian language learning at schools is a crucial effort to enhance the quality of education in Indonesia. The Merdeka Curriculum offers flexibility that allows teachers to adjust learning according to the needs and characteristics of students. This article reviews various studies related to the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, with a focus on its application in Indonesian language education at the elementary and secondary school levels. The analysis results indicate that although there are challenges in implementation, the Merdeka Curriculum can improve students' language skills, both oral and written, through a more contextual and experience-based approach. This article also discusses the importance of the teacher's role, the utilization of technology, and the development of teaching materials in supporting the success of this curriculum

    The main problem in this research is how to improve cognitive abilities in group B early childhood at Melati Kindergarten, East Kolaka District. The purpose of this study was to improve cognitive in early childhood through group B ludo geometry games at Matauri Kindergarten, East Kolaka Regency. The type of research used is classroom action research consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subject of this study was 1 teacher and 15 children in group B at TK Melari. The object of this research is cognitive ability through ludo geometry games. Data collection techniques used observation and documentation. The instruments used were observation sheets and documentation results. The data analysis used is a quantitative and qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that improving children's cognitive through the ludo geometry game. very good. This can be seen from the test results at the meeting in Cycle I of 15 children who were not yet developing (BB), there were 3 children, namely 20%, and starting to develop (MB), there were 4 children, namely 26.67%, Developing as Expected (BSH) there 7 children namely 45.67%, and Very Well Developed (BSB) there are 2 children namely 13.34%. Whereas in Cycle II the students who showed results Undeveloped (BB) there were 0 children namely 0%, Starting to Develop (MB) there were 3 children namely 20% developing as expected (BSH) there were 6 children namely 40% and Developing Very Well (BSB ) there are 6 children that is 40%. With child discipline, 80% has exceeded the completeness standard set by TK Melati Ulonduro

    The diversity of cultures, religions, and ethnicities in Indonesia is a valuable asset but often becomes a source of conflict, especially in elementary school environments. Multicultural education is an essential approach to addressing discrimination and intolerance among students by instilling values of respect for diversity from an early age. This study aims to analyze the role of multicultural education in mitigating discrimination and intolerance through structured implementation in elementary school settings. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis from three elementary schools with diverse student backgrounds. The results of the study indicate that systematically designed multicultural education can enhance students' understanding of diversity, reduce negative stereotypes, and build stronger tolerance among students. This research contributes to the development of multicultural-based curricula and teacher training to create inclusive learning environments

    The current challenges of character building include moral and ethical crises due to technological advances, as well as gaps in values and labor market needs. The transformation of character education is important in realizing Indonesia's vision towards the Golden Generation 2045. This study aims to identify character education policies implemented by the Indonesian government, analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of these policies, and analyze the roles of educational institutions, communities, and government in supporting the implementation of character education policies. Character education is one of the important focuses in the world of education in Indonesia, especially at the elementary school level. One way to integrate character education into the elementary school curriculum is through the use of children's literature. Children's literature not only functions as a medium for entertainment and language education, but can also be an effective tool for instilling character values such as honesty, courage, cooperation, and responsibility. This study aims to explore how children's literature can be used to develop character education in elementary schools and how the curriculum can be integrated to achieve these goals. Through a qualitative analysis of the use of children's literature in the elementary school curriculum, this study shows that children's literature has great potential to develop positive student character and in accordance with Pancasila values
