    Problem-based science learning (PBL) has an important role in honing students' critical thinking skills, especially at the elementary school level. Through problem-based learning, students are invited to be directly involved in solving problems that are relevant to everyday life, so that it can stimulate their critical thinking process. This article aims to explore various findings from literature studies related to the application of PBL in science learning in elementary schools, with a focus on developing students' critical thinking skills. The findings from this study indicate that PBL is effective in improving students' analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills, as well as encouraging them to think more creatively and reflectively in facing challenges

    Blended Learning (BL) is a learning approach that combines face-to-face learning with online learning. This approach has become a major concern in the development of 21st century education, especially after the rapid development of information and communication technology. This literature study aims to examine the application of Blended Learning in the context of education, identify its benefits, challenges faced, and recommendations for more optimal implementation. Based on the results of a study of various sources, it was found that Blended Learning can increase the effectiveness of learning, provide flexibility of time and place, and provide opportunities for a more personalized learning experience. However, its implementation requires teacher readiness, adequate technological infrastructure, and appropriate curriculum design

    This study aims to explore effective techniques in improving elementary school students' speaking ability. Good communication is an important skill that supports students' academic success and social-emotional development. Through a literature study method, this study analyzes various techniques such as role-playing methods, storytelling techniques, group discussions, and project-based learning (PBL). This study discusses various learning techniques in improving elementary school students' speaking ability and the role of teachers as facilitators, motivators, and mediators in the process. The findings of the study indicate that the implementation of these techniques effectively encourages students to be more active in speaking, increases their self-confidence, and develops their communication skills. In addition, an interactive learning environment and moral support from teachers play an important role in motivating students to practice speaking regularly. With the right and sustainable strategies, students' speaking ability can be significantly improved, preparing them to communicate better in various academic and social situations

    Digital comics have developed as a modern literacy medium that is not only entertaining but also contributes to the preservation of local literature and culture. This study explores the role of digital comics in introducing and preserving local wisdom through innovative visual and narrative approaches. The results of the literature review indicate that digital comics are able to adapt folklore, legends, and cultural values into a format that is more attractive to the younger generation. In addition, interactive features in digital comics allow readers to better understand and appreciate the cultural context being raised. The advantages of accessibility and visual appeal also contribute to expanding the reach of local literature to a wider audience. Thus, digital comics can be an effective means of maintaining the existence of local literature and culture amidst technological developments and globalization, ensuring that cultural heritage remains relevant and can be enjoyed across generations

    ANALISIS PARTISIPASI PEMILIH PEMULA PADA PILKADA 2024 (PPS DI DESA KARANG TAPEN KECAMATAN CAKRANEGARA)

    This study aims to analyze the participation of first-time voters in the 2024 Regional Head Election (Pilkada) in Karang Tapen Village, Cakranegara District, Mataram City. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, with the subjects being members of the Voting Committee (PPS) and first-time voters who participated in the polling station. The findings indicate that the participation rate of first-time voters in the 2024 Pilkada is quite significant, with nearly half of the voters in the 2005-2007 age group present at the polling stations. Factors supporting the participation of first-time voters include the support from family, friends, and social environment, as well as the motivation and awareness of voters regarding the importance of their voting rights. On the other hand, the hindering factors found include low levels of political education and understanding of voting rights, as well as limited knowledge of the candidates. These findings provide valuable insights to increase first-time voter participation in the future and suggest the need for enhanced political socialization and voter education to strengthen local democracy in Karang Tapen Village
