A Communication Model of Art Information Accessibility for People with Disabilities
People with disabilities still face barriers to participation in society, face freedom of choice, lack of opportunities to act independently, discrimination, accessibility issues, and equal rights. Only the physical accessibility of the environment is emphasized, but social activity is strongly influenced by the availability of information. Access to culture/art is physical and informational. Cultural organisations should integrate marketing tools into their activities through the communication process and the presentation of art products and services.Scientific problem – What integrated marketing communication tools do increase the information accessibility of art for people with disabilities? The object of the work is integrated marketing communication tools that increase the information accessibility of art for people with disabilities. The aim of the work is to develop an empirically based theoretical model of integrated marketing communication tools that increase the information accessibility of art for people with disabilities
Asmeniniai ir beasmeniai sakiniai lietuvių kalboje ir indoeuropiečių prokalbėje
The dative subject construction of the historical languages is the continuation of the Proto-Indo-European thematic present. It was largely replaced by the construction with a nominative subject that continued the athematic present as well as the aorist, where the ergative was reinterpreted as a nominative.

However, it is unequivocally recognized that knowledge management in organizations is extremely important. Therefore, this topic – knowledge management in the risk management process of organizations - was chosen to find out how knowledge management, in addition to economic decisions, can contribute to an organization\u27s risk aversion. This article aims to determine how the knowledge management process serves the operational risk management of organizations
Cooperation Peculiarities Between Designers, Artists and Managers when Creating Black Ceramics Prototypes for the Market. A Case of “Baltic Patterns in Ceramics: from the Past to the Future”
Today, contemporary design solutions require creative thinking because the original design is based on innovation and creative solutions to solve certain problems such as preservation of old traditions, cultural heritage for future generations. Design as an area of science and practical activities functions by defining specific design peculiarities. Design products in scientific literature are described as closely directly related to the process, distributed in the context of the process, ones that impact the context and alter the process further. A creative product is created when acting together with other artists and is planned for the consumer, where the globalisation of the 21st century is one of the threats to national cultures. In the meantime, the person first understands the image and terms created by the culture around him, so artists, creators of creative products, play an important role here. Cooperation is a new and inspiring means of this activity that provides power to initiate, implement and evaluate solutions that is based on not only shared responsibilities, but also partnership that strengthens communication, increases trust, empathy between organisations and satisfaction in a generally received result. Sientific problem may be raised: What are the specificities of design product development and commercialization? In realizing this problem the theoretical concept and peculiarities of design product were discussed; the stages and principles of design product development and its introduction to the market were analysed; a theoretical model of design product development was created and introduction to the market; the theoretical model was analyzed by the implementation of the project “Baltic Patterns in Ceramics: From the Past to the Future”. The methods of scientific literature systematic analysis, comparison and abstraction were employed in the research
The Museum as a Product Provider: the Impact of Its Emotional Intelligence on Customer Satisfaction
Growing competition in the field of culture, the need to compete in the leisure entertainment market forces museums to adapt to new conditions and rethink the structure of the institution, how exhibitions are created and presented, and other accompanying programs services. Meanwhile, museums still lack visitor satisfaction surveys, they are rarely conducted, and questionnaires help to understand the sociodemographic and social aspects of the audience but do not help the museum to find out what the visitor expected and whether the services met their expectations. Therefore, to stay creative and competitive in the marketplace, museums must consider the needs of their visitors, but at the same time keep in mind their emotional intelligence as a product and service provider. The organization’s emotional intelligence is a very important factor that can affect visitor satisfaction. The emotional intelligence of the museum employees has not yet been studied in museums with the aim of calculating whether it can correlate with visitor satisfaction with the museum. All research conducted so far has analyzed visitor satisfaction but did not consider museum staff as the most important link in the process
Gyvūnų maloniniai epitetai tautosakoje
This paper deals with derivational and semantic problems of diminutive epithets of animals. Such words are usually used in Lithuanian folk songs for domestic or wild animals, first of all, for a horse and a hare. They have been produced with nine different diminutive suffixes, most popular among them were -elis and -ėlis. In most cases diminutive epithets of animals have been produced from suffixal derivatives or compound words (jautelis baubuolėlis, gegutytė pilkuolytė, kurmelis žemrausėlis, ančiukai raibaplunksnėliai). The most common motivation features of such words was the color of the animal (kiškelis baltužėlis, žirgelis sartonėlis), its body parts (ožkutė rudakutė, zuikelis statausėlis), its typical actions (katinėlis repečkėlis, laputė čiuženutė).This paper deals with derivational and semantic problems of diminutive epithets of animals. Keli pastebėjimai apie Lietuvos kalvinistų tekstų sąsajas su mažąja Lietuva
This article continues the research of the 19th-century Lithuanian Calvinist texts. A hypothesis was raised regarding the unusual structure of Mykolas Cerauskas Seanas katechismas (1803), i.e. the sequence of parts of the catechesis. This sequence could have been determined by the 18th-century catechism compiler (whose work was taken over by Cerauskas) relying on the first catechism of Jan Seklucjan, published in East Prussia, or perhaps the traditional structure of early German catechisms (the works of Georg Major), which was closely related to the education of children in the late Middle Ages. Another Calvinist work is even more closely related to Prussian Lithuania and children’s education – the primer ABC knigeła (1861). It was detected that it was not an original work, but a text (a small fragment) taken from Friedrich Kurschat’s (1841) publication of the translation of the catechism and its comments prepared by Johann Gottlieb Weiß. The primer cannot be considered solely borrowed from the Prussian Lithuanian Lutheran writings, because the Calvinist editor made numerous spelling and lexical corrections, which brought it very close to the Calvinist writing tradition. In the middle of the 19th century, there were more Calvinist publications, whose authors included the texts of the Lutherans of Prussian Lithuania that were rearranged in their own way.Šiuo straipsniu tęsiami XIX a.
The paper describes the rise of the apudessive preposition pàs in Lithuanian. The apudessive meaning (‘at someone’s home’) was rare in Old Lithuanian, where pàs denoted spatial proximity in competition with priẽ. The preposition pàs underwent a multi-stage evolution [behind] > [adessive] (first only directional) > [adessive] (both directional and positional) > [apudessive] (both directional and positional).Straipsnyje aprašomas apudesyvinio prielinksnio pàs atsiradimas lietuvių kalboje. Apudesyvinė reikšmė (‘kieno nors namuose’) reta senojoje lietuvių kalboje, kurioje pàs žymėjo artumą erdvėje, kaip ir priẽ. Prielinksnis pàs patyrė daugiapakopę evoliuciją: [už] > [adesyvas] (iš pradžių tik krypties) > [adesyvas] (tiek krypties, tiek vietos) > [apudesyvas] (tiek krypties, tiek vietos)
