Keliamo turinio strategijos analizė socialinio tinklo „Facebook“ puslapiuose
Straipsnyje yra pristatoma socialinio tinklo „Facebook“ puslapiuose keliamo turinio strategijos analizė. Turinio strategija apibūdinama kaip turinio publikavimo planavimas, kūrimas pasirinktomis tematikomis bei kitoks turinio valdymas. Ši analizė buvo atlikta analizuojant tris „Facebook“ puslapius ir naudojantis latentiniu Dirichlė paskirstymo algoritmu, skirtu temų modeliavimui. Temų modeliavimas padeda analizuoti ir geriau suprasti nestruktūrizuotų tekstų rinkinius, kurie savyje slepia daugybę naudingos informacijos. Tyrimo metu, iš beveik 9 tūkst. vaizdo įrašų pavadinimų buvo sudarytos 10 temų, kurios leido detaliau pažvelgti į keliamą turinį. Išanalizavus duomenis buvo atskleistos keliamo turinio strategijos bei jų pasikeitimai nagrinėjamu laikotarpiu
3D paviršiaus formavimo 2D vaizdų pagrindu algoritmų tyrimas
Tobulėjant technologijoms pramonės ir viešajame sektoriuose informacijos atvaizdavimui vis dažniau yra naudojami trimačiai vaizdai, leidžiantys darbuotojams lengviau suprasti gautus rezultatus ar surinktą informaciją. Nors šiuo metu jau egzistuoja algoritmai leidžiantys standartinėmis priemonėmis surinktų 2D vaizdų pagrindu formuoti trimačius vaizdus, tačiau tokių algoritmų pateikiamų rezultatų kokybę dar vis smarkiai atsilieka nuo rinkos poreikio. Šio tyrimo metu buvo atliekama esamų algoritmų analizė siekiant pasiūlyti sprendimą, kuris leistų pasiekti geresnius rezultatus lyginant su literatūroje nagrinėjamais atvejais. Rezultate autorių pasiūlyta algoritmu kombinacija leidžia suformuoti 3D paviršiu remiantis santykinai nedideliu 2D vaizdų kiekiu
Strategic Financial Management of Organizers of Classical Music Performances
The future of the classical music is uncertain both in Lithuania and the world. The very ability of this genre to withstand changing trends, financial needs, ability to retain and find new audiences is in question. Organizations that sell classical music are forced to look for additional sources of funding. The differences in sources of funding used by organizations may be explained by the political and legal environment, traditions of art patronage and other support (also, the willingness to ask for such a support), and the availability of fundraising resources. Ensuring the scope of funding sources is identified as a key task during the strategic financial management of classical music performance organizers, along with other stages of management that could lead to more efficient operations.The method of scientific literature and document analysis was used in this work. The research was concluded by stating that strategic financial management in organizations performing classical music includes: 1) the organization’s adaptation to the external environment; 2) getting ready for decision-making which is necessary to ensure adequate financial resources of the organization and their efficient use, taking into account the mission and objectives of the organization; 3) the implementation of the strategy (organizing events); 4) financial control and analysis
Baltų *kalu̯ā
The purpose of this contribution is to separate Baltic *kalu̯ā “hill” from Baltic *kalnas “mountain” and to connect it with Indo-Aryan *kū́lva-, Iranian *karu̯a- „thin-haired“; Greek *κόλϝος “docked, hornless”; Italic *kalau̯o- & *kalau̯ā “bald (head)”, and the Pre-Romance oronym *kalauos, besides the Gaulish cognomen calaua. Precalculated arrays-based algorithms for the calculation of the Riemann zeta-function
In this paper, we continue the study of efficient algorithms for the computation of the Riemann zeta function on the complex plane. We introduce two precalculated arrays-based modifications of MB-method. We perform numerical experiments with these algorithms using Zetafast as a benchmark and apply the algorithms for the visualizations of fractal structures associated with the Riemann zeta function
Dialogue System Augmented with Commonsense Knowledge
Building an open-domain dialog system is a challenging task in current research. In order to successfully maintain a conversation with human, a dialog system must develop many qualities: being engaging, empathetic, show a unique personality and having general knowledge about the world. Prior research has shown that it is possible to develop such chat-bot system that combines these features, but this work explores this problem further. Most state-of-theart dialogue systems are guided by unstructured knowledge such as Wikipedia articles, but there is a lack of research on how structured knowledge bases can be used for open-domain dialogue generation. This work proposes usage of structured knowledge base ConceptNet for knowledge-grounded dialogue generation. Novel knowledge extraction algorithm is proposed which is then used to incorporate knowledge into existing dialogue datasets. Current state-of-theart model BlenderBot is finetuned on new datasets which shows improvement in novelty of utterances generated by the model
Assessing the Impact of Cultural Education Activities: the Problem of a Creation or when We Lose the Ability to Compare
In 2021, the association “Knowledge Economy Forum” published their research “The assessment of the impact of cultural education activities”. The mentioned paper included analysis of countries’ cultural education practices designed for children and youth (including Lithuania and its comparison to international practices). In general, the assessment of the impact of the existing cultural education “mapping” in Lithuania is welcomed, and this paper is based on empirical research. The most important drawback of the mentioned research is a lack of scientific criteria
The Role of the Artist in a Communal Art Project
Art Project Management is a limited time process and a specific way of thinking that ensures that all the project stages are carried out in a planned and structured manner, that the project is finished with successful implementation of the aim of the project (MPSI, 2016, p. 71). When analysing art projects, Dovydaitytė emphasises they are often characteristic of a process, interdisciplinarity and multi-directional relations with a wider social context (Dovydaitytė, 2014). When carrying out a communal art project in a community, an artist can perform the following different functions: facilitator, interpreter, trainer, animator, mentor, consultant, project manager. Scientists attribute functions to artists differently in communal art projects. Often, communal art projects include a professional artist who comes with one of the roles that s/he has, curates the entire process and is responsible for management and, of course, engages the community. Moreover, an artist can be not only the creator, but also the manager of the whole project. The main role of a project manager is to unite members of the community, help them collaborate, and ensure as well as evaluate the final results of the art project
