Klaidingų iškvietimų identifikavimas
Reagavimas į klaidingus iškvietimus trikdo ne tik sklandų saugos paslaugų veikimą, bet ir eikvoja energijos išteklius, didina išmetamų ŠESD emisiją bei transporto atliekų susidarymą. Šio tyrimo tikslas sukurti klaidingų iškvietimų aptikimo modelį, kuris leistų efektyviau valdyti reagavimo į iškvietimus procesą. Pasiūlyta modeliavimo strategija remiasi ansamblinio mašininio mokymosi metodais bei pasižymi gana aukštu tikslumu, F1 įverčio reikšmė lygi 0,887. Imituojant realias aplinkos sąlygas buvo atliktas eksperimentinis pasiūlytos metodikos testavimas, tokiu būdu patvirtinant jos efektyvumą bei prognozavimo tikslumą

Русский рэп и его литературная ценность: анализ социально-политической проблематики в текстах Мирона Фёдорова (Oxxxymiron)
This article presents an analysis of the literary value of Russian rap through the lens of Miron Fedorov, better known as Oxxxymiron. The focus of the research lies in the social-political themes expressed in his lyrics. The article explores how rap texts serve as a means of profound literary expression, enabling the author to provide their responses to pressing societal issues. This study contributes to the understanding of how rap music can function as a form of literature and how it fosters a dialogue on crucial topics within contemporary society.В статье представлен анализ литературной ценности русского рэпа на примере текстов Мирона Фёдорова, более известного как Oxxxymiron. В фокусе исследования – социально-политическая проблематика, выраженная в его лирике. В статье раскрывается, как рэп-тексты становятся средством литературного выражения, позволяя автору дать свои ответы на актуальные общественные вопросы, что, в свою очередь, подтверждает роль рэп-поэзии как современной литературной формы, способствующей общественному диалогу по ключевым темам современной жизни
Два разных воплощения нечистой силы в повестях Н. В. Гоголя «Вий» и «Портрет»
In the article, the forms of the personification of impure forces are analyzed based on the materials of two N. V. Gogol’s short stories named Viy and The Portrait. The image of the devil in Gogol’s works is diverse, so we are making an attempt to identify the specifics of his image in these stories. The article examines in detail the spatial structure of the two plots, their dynamics, changes in values and the embodiment of evil spirits at the lexical level. A comparison of the two works in these aspects will help to better understand the evolution of the depiction of evil spirits in Gogol’s work
Strengthening Respect for Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms Under the Doctrine of the Protection of Legitimate Expectations
This article reveals the path of consolidating the doctrine of the protection of legitimate expectations in the Lithuanian legal system and summarizes the latest trends of national case law in connection with the protection of legitimate expectations, including in the context of trends in European law. The subject of the article, which consists of the analysis of case law in the fields of protection of the right to property and the implementation of freedom of economic activity, contributes to a wider discussion about the processes of Europeanisation of administrative law. After analysing the development cycles of the doctrine of the protection of legitimate expectations, it is concluded that the doctrine of the protection of legitimate expectations reliably contributes to the development of modern administrative law in Lithuania and is one of its most important pillars aimed at consolidating the protection of subjective rights. As evident from the jurisprudence of the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania, which forms administrative case law, the application of the doctrine in question essentially notifies of the transition from traditional forms of review of public administration actions, such as compliance with procedural requirements, to the obligation, deriving from the principle of good governance, to take administrative decisions that would not be fundamentally unfair
