PENERAPAN HUKUM WAKAF DI TURKI
Full text linkWaqf is a source of Islamic public finance which has a very important role in economic development. Turkey is an example of a country that is worth studying because the practice of waqf has been carried out very well and developed rapidly since the beginning of the Ottoman era. The practice of waqf in Turkey not only functions as a mechanism for providing social and religious services, but also as a very important instrument in economic development not only in a cultural context but also in the country. This is because the history of waqf in Turkey can be traced back to the Ottoman Empire, where many waqf assets were established for the survival of the people, such as the construction of places of worship, educational facilities, health facilities and several other public infrastructure. This article is a literature review using an empirical historical approach which is analyzed using content analysis techniques. The result of this article is that Turkey is proven to have an advanced management system as evidenced by the high number of waqfs during the early development of waqf law. Although the term waqf was changed in 1937 to Ta'sis and high taxes were imposed which caused a decline in the number of waqf donors in Turkey, but in 1978 the term waqf was returned with the issuance of several regulations related to waqf law in the Civil Law of Turkey. Waqf management in Turkey is currently carried out by the Directorate General of Waqf in collaboration with the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism as well as being a supervisor if waqf is managed by a third party by referring to Article 26 of the 2008 law and Article 31

Dengan bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Dewan Pimpinan Daerah Partai Keadilan Sejahtera Kabupaten Bandung melakukan kegiatan pemasaran politik, strategi dan perencanaan seperti apa yang dilakukan PKS Kabupaten Bandung dalam menghadapi pemilihan kepala daerah serentak 2024 serta mengetahui bagaimana PKS Kabupaten Bandung melakukan proses Bauran Marketing politik pada pemilihan kepala daerah tahun 2024. Dalam proses meneliti objek observasi artikel ilmiah ini menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis analisis deskriptif dalam mengkaji serta memperkuat validasi data yang dihasilkan. Hasil dari observasi ditemukan bahwa Partai Keadilan Sejahtera Kabupaten Bandung melakukan proses pemasaran politik, perencanaan dan strategi hingga pengimplementasian Bauran Marketing Politik secara rinci dengan mengedepankan perencanaan dan target potensial sebagai sasaran utama serta mempertahankan hubungan jangka panjang dengan konstituen, sekaligus bentuk keselarasan antara teori manajemen pemasaran dan fakta di lapangan
Library Strategies in Supporting National Literacy Development in Indonesia
Full text linkLibrary management is an important aspect in increasing literacy interest among students. Mistakes in choosing strategies and management can have a negative impact on student visits and literacy. This study aims to analyze the role of library management in increasing students literacy interest at Kerinci 1 State Junior High School. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation from various related parties, including librarians, teachers, and students. The results of the study show that good library management strategies, such as managing a diverse collection of books, providing comfortable facilities, and literacy programs such as reading clubs and reading competitions, have a significant impact on increasing students interest literacy. In addition, support from the school in terms of budget, librarian training, and technological innovation, such as a digital library system, also strengthen the library appeal to students. In conclusion, effective and structured library management is able to create a conducive learning environment and support students interests literacy at Kerinci 1 State Junior High School
IMPLEMENTASI LITERASI INFORMASI DALAM PROSES PENGOLAHAN BERITA PEMERINTAH DAERAH PROVINSI SUMATERA BARAT
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan implementasi literasi informasi dalam proses pengolahan berita di Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat, khususnya pada Bidang Informasi dan Komunikasi Publik (IKP) Diskominfotik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam kepada dua informan kunci yang terlibat langsung dalam proses perencanaan, peliputan, penulisan, verifikasi, hingga publikasi berita. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengolahan berita dilaksanakan secara sistematis melalui tahapan perencanaan liputan, pengumpulan data, pencatatan poin penting, penyusunan rilis, verifikasi berlapis, dan publikasi melalui kanal resmi pemerintah. Implementasi literasi informasi tampak dalam kemampuan perilis menyeleksi informasi relevan, memverifikasi data kepada OPD, memahami konteks kebijakan, serta menyusun berita sesuai kaidah jurnalistik 5W+1H. Selain itu, tuntutan deadline yang ketat mendorong perilis untuk mampu mengelola informasi secara cepat dan akurat. Kendala utama yang ditemukan meliputi keterbatasan jaringan, padatnya agenda liputan, serta kebutuhan standardisasi gaya penulisan.

This concept not only hasdeep historical roots in the development of Islamic economic systems but also reflectseconomic, social, and justice values from a Sharia perspective. This study explores howal-Kharaj is defined, its fundamental principles, and its implementation in Islamiceconomic practices. This research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach to delveinto the concept of al-Kharaj, analyze classical texts, and explore the perspectives ofIslamic scholars and economic experts. The definition of al-Kharaj includes taxes onland collected based on its productivity and economic value, primarily aimed atensuring fair wealth distribution and social welfare. The principles of al-Kharaj includejustice, economic efficiency, flexibility in tax imposition, transparency, and wealthredistribution. Al-Kharaj serves not only as a source of state revenue for infrastructuredevelopment and public services but also as an instrument to enhance land productivityand economic stability. Given its relevance in contemporary Islamic economics, thisstudy highlights the importance of al-Kharaj in promoting a sustainable and inclusiveeconomic system in accordance with Sharia values. ANALYSIS OF THE COURT'S COMPETENCE IN RESOLVING DEBTS AND RECEIVABLES DISPUTES IN ACEH: (Study of PN Decision Number 2/Pdt.Gs/2024/PN Lgs)
Full text linkThis article aims to analyze the absolute competence of the District Court in resolving disputes between debts and receivables of the people of Aceh with the provisions of Law Number 3 of 2006 and Qanun Aceh Number 11 of 2018 concerning Sharia Financial Institutions. This study uses a normative juridical approach, by examining the decision of the Langsa District Court Number 2/Pdt.Gs/2024/PN Lgs as a case study. The results of the study show that the transaction that is the subject of the dispute contains the substance of the sharia contract (qardh), so that materially it is the absolute authority of the Sharia Court, not the authority of the District Court. However, the case was still processed and decided by the District Court judge, which raised formal problems and potential legal defects. The indecisiveness of the implementation of the law, the lack of understanding of the general public and judicial officials, and the lack of an effective case screening mechanism are the main causes of competence errors. Therefore, it is necessary to harmonize between institutions, strengthen the capacity of the judicial apparatus, and continue socialization in order to create judicial authority in accordance with sharia principles and the applicable laws in Aceh

No full textAbstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat di era digital saat ini menuntut instansi pemerintah untuk melakukan transformasi dalam pengelolaan data dan pengawasan kegiatan, termasuk dalam sektor infrastruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang berfungsi sebagai media pemantauan kegiatan lapangan pada BPJN Sub Bidang PPK 2.1 Aceh. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menyediakan sejumlah fitur utama seperti pencatatan data proyek secara real-time, pelaporan progres pekerjaan, serta penyajian informasi yang cepat dan akurat bagi pengambil kebijakan. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan mengacu pada model Waterfall, yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, hingga penerapan aplikasi. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mendukung efisiensi kerja pengawasan di lapangan, khususnya dalam hal kecepatan pelaporan, akurasi informasi, dan kemudahan akses data. Pengujian menggunakan pendekatan black-box membuktikan bahwa seluruh fungsi aplikasi berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan proses pengawasan di lingkungan BPJN Aceh menjadi lebih efektif, transparan, dan minim kesalahan.

Isu dan Cabaran dalam Pemahaman Aqidah di Kedah Malaysia (Perbandingan Antara Generasi Tua dan Muda)
Full text linkIssues and challenges regarding understanding Aqidah are interesting things to research, considering the long history of the development of Islam in the State of Kedah, which strictly adheres to the Aqidah of Ahli Sunnah Wal Jama'ah. The Sultanate and Islamic clerics of Kedah strive that the Aqidah Ahli Sunnah Wal Jama'ah education delivered by Imam Abu Hasan al-Asy'ari and Imam Abu Mansur al-Maturidi must be accepted by all Kedah Muslims. This study discusses the issues and challenges in understanding the Aqidah of Muslims in the State of Kedah, Malaysia, with a focus on the comparison between the older and younger generations. Major changes in social frameworks, technology and global cultural influences have had a significant impact on the thinking and understanding of Aqidah, the older generation tends to be more attached to traditions, Islamic boarding school teachings and recitations at each mosque. Meanwhile, the younger generation who are exposed to various forms of information media tend to find it difficult to learn in a structured and traditional manner. This study uses a qualitative approach through interviews and document findings and pays attention to empirical factors to identify differences in understanding patterns between the two generations. And how to turn the challenge of these differences into an opportunity to increase understanding of Aqidah in both the older and younger generations. This article emphasizes the importance of an approach to preaching and Aqidah education that is inclusive, dynamic and keeps up with current developments so that understanding of Aqidah between generations can be strengthened
Peran Sekolah Tahfidz dalam Pembentukan Generasi Qur'ani Berwawasan Sains: Studi Kasus di Pesantren Sekolah Menengah Sains Tahfidz Alor Setar Kedah, Malaysia
Full text linkThis journal aims to describe the role of Pesantren Sekolah Menengah Sains Tahfidz (Semesti) Alor Setar, Kedah, Malaysia in shaping a Qur’anic generation with a scientific outlook. This research is part of the Community Service Program (KPM) carried out by students of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Philosophy, UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, at the institution. The main focus of the study is the integration of Qur’an memorization (tahfidz) with the strengthening of science subjects at the secondary school level. The KPM activities conducted, such as tasmi’ (Qur’an recitation), teacher assistance, exam supervision, and organizing competitions, became a medium for us to directly observe how a Qur’anic generation with scientific insight is formed. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach through field observation, interviews with the pesantren’s staff, and active participation in learning activities. The findings indicate that the implementation of the tahfidz program combined with the science curriculum is carried out systematically, both through regular learning schedules and extracurricular activities. Furthermore, the boarding school system also contributes to shaping students’ religious character and discipline. The integration of science subjects within the pesantren environment enables students not only to focus on memorization but also to gain applicable scientific understanding. This research is expected to serve as a reference for other educational institutions that wish to develop an integrative education model between tahfidz and science
