    Food safety is a crucial aspect that significantly impacts consumer health and safety, particularly in the consumption of fresh foods such as curly red chilies (Capsicum annuum L.), shallots (Allium cepa), mangoes (Mangifera indica), and cucumbers (Cucumis sativus). This study aimed to detect the presence of Escherichia coli bacteria in these food samples using the Most Probable Number (MPN) method, which includes presumptive, confirmatory, and complementary tests, as well as the IMVIC biochemical test to identify coliform bacteria species. Samples were collected aseptically from various locations in Banda Aceh and tested in a food safety laboratory. The results showed that curly red chilies (3.6/g), cucumbers (9.2/g), and red onion (9.2/g) contained microbial contamination exceeding the national standard safety limit (<3/g), while mangoes (9.2/g) met safety requirements (<20/g). These findings emphasize the importance of strict monitoring and implementation of food safety standards to prevent health risks due to microbial contamination in fresh food products. Furthermore, this study underscores the need to increase awareness and manage food distribution to ensure that products consumed by the public are truly safe and support national food security.     Nilai-Nilai Karakter Pemuda Islam dalam Surah Yusuf Ayat 30–35 serta Penerapannya dalam Masyarakat Kontemporer

    Abstract Abstract: This article examines the ethical values reconstructed from QS. Yusuf verses 30–35 are based on the interpretation of a number of classical and contemporary mufassir. These verses textually describe the social dynamics in the Egyptian court environment, the moral test of the Prophet Joseph, and the ethical choice between yielding to the temptation of immorality or accepting the social consequences of imprisonment. This study uses a qualitative method with a thematic-analytical interpretation approach and library research. The results of the analysis show that the interpretation of the mufassir of these verses contains ethical principles in the form  of i'tiṣām min al-muḥarramāt (shunning forbidden behavior), taqdīm al-masyaqqah fī al-dunyā 'alā al-masyaqqah fī al-ākhirah (prioritizing worldly risks for the sake of ukhrawi safety), al-tawakkul 'alā Allāh (trusting in Allah), and al-du'ā' ilā Allāh (prayer orientation that is exclusive to Allah SWT). Based on these findings, this study recommends reading and interpreting the QS. Yusuf verses 30–35 as a source of contextual ethical reflection for the character development of Muslim youth in the modern era.   Abstrak: Artikel ini mengkaji nilai-nilai etis yang direkonstruksi dari QS. Yusuf ayat 30–35 berdasarkan penafsiran sejumlah mufassir klasik dan kontemporer. Ayat-ayat tersebut secara tekstual menggambarkan dinamika sosial di lingkungan istana Mesir, ujian moral Nabi Yusuf, serta pilihan etis antara tunduk pada godaan maksiat atau menerima konsekuensi sosial berupa pemenjaraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan tafsir tematik-analitis dan analisis kepustakaan (library research). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penafsiran mufassir terhadap ayat-ayat tersebut memuat prinsip etis berupa i‘tiṣām min al-muḥarramāt (menjauhi perilaku terlarang), taqdīm al-masyaqqah fī al-dunyā ‘alā al-masyaqqah fī al-ākhirah (mendahulukan risiko duniawi demi keselamatan ukhrawi), al-tawakkul ‘alā Allāh (tawakal kepada Allah), serta al-du‘ā’ ilā Allāh (orientasi doa yang eksklusif kepada Allah SWT). Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan pembacaan dan penafsiran QS. Yusuf ayat 30–35 sebagai sumber refleksi etis yang kontekstual bagi pembinaan karakter pemuda Muslim di era modern.

    Use of Wordwall-Based Islamic Education Learning Media to Increase Students' Interest in Learning at SD Negeri 1 Klieng

    The development of science and technology has resulted in significant changes in various aspects of life, including in the education sector. The medium used is Wordwall, a platform that offers educational games to support interactive learning. The purpose of this study is to find out the use of Wordwall-based PAI learning media in increasing the learning interest of grade V students at SD Negeri 1 Klieng Aceh Besar, and to find out whether the use of Wordwall-based PAI learning media can increase the learning interest of grade V students at SD Negeri 1 Klieng Aceh Besar. This study uses a type of classroom action research that is carried out in two cycles. The subjects of the study were 20 students of class V. The data collection technique is carried out by observation or observation. The results of this study show that at the stage of implementation of cycles I and cycle II, students' interest in the indicator of feeling happy increased from 10% to 80%. The interest indicator increased from 15% to 80%. The attention indicator from 25% increased to 80%. And the engagement indicator increased from 15% to 85%. This proves that the use of Wordwall-based PAI learning media can increase the learning interest of grade V students at SD Negeri 1 Klieng until it reaches the success category desired by the researcher, which is 80% or reaches the stage of MSH = Increase as Expected

    Improving Queuing Culture through the Train Game Method for 5-6 Year Old Children at RA Muslimat NU Pretek

    This study aims to improve the fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years through collage activities with various media at RA Muslimat NU Pretek, Pecalungan District, Batang Regency. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method with a quantitative descriptive approach which is carried out in two cycles, where each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of the study were 47 children, consisting of 28 boys and 19 girls. The focus of the research includes the steps of teachers in the implementation of collage activities, such as planning drawing patterns, introducing tools and materials, and evaluating children's work. Inhibiting and supporting factors of collage activities were identified through observation and interviews with teachers. The results of the study show that the application of collage activities through scissors and gluing activities can significantly improve children's fine motor skills. This can be seen from the increase in pre-cycle results by 6%, increasing to 36% in cycle I, and reaching 78% in cycle II. Thus, collage activities have proven to be effective in developing fine motor skills in early childhood through a fun and meaningful learning process

    Efforts to Improve Students' Ability to Memorize the Quran, Surah Asy-Syams, through the Tikrar Method at SD Negeri 4 Meurah Dua

    Classroom Action Research was carried out at SD Negeri 4 Meurah Dua with a research subject that focused on grade V students totaling 22 students. This research is based on the low learning outcomes of students in memorization. Based on the initial observations made previously, the learning process carried out by the previous students was to memorize themselves individually without the guidance of the teacher, so that students were less courageous and confident in the results of their memorization. Another factor that becomes a problem in the memorization process is the lack of repetition. Therefore, the tikrar method is very suitable in an effort to improve the memorization ability of students of the Quran letter Ash-Shams in Class V of SD Negeri 4 Meurah Dua, Pidie Jaya Regency, Academic Year 2024/2025. The implementation of learning has also increased, namely in the first cycle it reached 45.45% and in the second cycle it increased to 86.36%. Based on these results, the application of the tikrar method to the material of the Qur'an surah Ash-Shams showed an increase in student learning outcomes. Likewise, the results of observation, in the first cycle 83% were obtained and in the second cycle it increased to 92.22%. The level of success of student activities based on the observations of the two observers is included in the very good category

    Penerapan Model Problem Based Learning Untuk Meningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Materi Pokok Menguatkan Kerukunan Melalui Toleransi dan Memelihara Kehidupan Manusiasa di SMK Negeri 1 Julok

    Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Julok pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dengan materi pokok Menguatkan Kerukunan melalui Toleransi dan Memelihara Kehidupan Manusia. Model pembelajaran yang diterapkan adalah Problem Based Learning (PBL) yang menekankan pemecahan masalah kontekstual untuk membangun pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa. Subjek penelitian adalah 28 siswa yang mengikuti dua siklus pembelajaran, masing-masing terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa serta tes hasil belajar. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa. Pada siklus I, nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 72,3 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 71,4%, sedangkan pada siklus II rata-rata hasil belajar mencapai 84,6 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 92,8%. Selain itu, siswa terlihat lebih aktif berdiskusi, berani menyampaikan pendapat, dan mampu bekerja sama memecahkan masalah yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan PBL tidak hanya efektif meningkatkan capaian akademik, tetapi juga membentuk sikap toleransi, kerja sama, dan tanggung jawab sosial siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Isla

    EFFECTIVENESS OF CASH WAQF MANAGEMENT: A CASE STUDY ON THE MUVID PROGRAM BY BAITULMAAL MUAMALAT

    The management of cash waqf through a community empowerment-based café business is a relatively rare model in Indonesia's productive waqf practice. The Muvid program, initiated by Baitulmaal Muamalat South Sulawesi, offers a unique approach by combining cash waqf fund management with entrepreneurship training and job creation. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of cash waqf management, the implementation of core management functions, and the socioeconomic impact of the Muvid program on its beneficiaries. Using a qualitative case study method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed inductively. The results show that the Muvid program operates effectively, with all management functions planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling being carried out appropriately. The program has positively influenced beneficiaries by enhancing their skills, income, and economic independence, particularly among youth and underprivileged communities. The study concludes that productive cash waqf, when managed effectively, can serve as a strategic instrument for sustainable economic empowerment and can be replicated by other waqf institution

    UTILIZATION OF DIGITAL CAMPAIGNS FOR ZAKAT AND WAQF

    Various studies have explored reforms in the fields of zakat and waqf, both traditional and modern. However, a crucial gap remains: educating the public, particularly Muslims, about the importance of zakat and waqf in building society. This reform must be balanced with public education on zakat and waqf literacy. In Indonesia, the potential for zakat reaches more than Rp327 trillion per year, while the potential for cash waqf is estimated at Rp180 trillion per year. However, the realization of zakat and waqf collection remains far below this potential. This gap between potential and realization presents significant challenges in terms of public education, awareness, and literacy. On the other hand, developments in digital technology open up significant opportunities to improve literacy conditions and increase public participation in zakat and waqf. Java has an internet penetration rate of 85%, followed by Kalimantan at 78.72%, Sumatra at 77.12%, Bali–Nusa Tenggara at 76.86%, Sulawesi at 71.64%, and Maluku–Papua at 69.26%. Three main points can be concluded. First, the urgency of digital campaigns in increasing zakat and waqf literacy through education, transparency of zakat and waqf institutions, and community participation. Second, the opportunities and challenges of utilizing internet penetration to expand the reach of zakat and waqf literacy. Third, strategies for increasing and strengthening zakat and waqf literacy through digital campaigns in the form of creative content, sharia crowdfunding, and collaboration with influencers

    PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATEMATIS MELALUI METODE PEMBELAJARAN THINKING ALOUD PAIR PROBLEM SOLVING (TAPPS)

    Problem-solving ability is a crucial mathematical skill; however, students’ performance in this area remains relatively low. To address this issue, the Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving (TAPPS) method is assumed to enhance students’ mathematical problem-solving abilities. This study aims to (1) examine the improvement of students’ problem-solving skills after the implementation of TAPPS in Grade VII SMP, and (2) compare the improvement between students taught with TAPPS and those taught using conventional methods. The research employed a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group. The population consisted of Grade VII students of SMP Negeri 16 Takengon, with class VII1 chosen as the experimental group and VII2 as the control group through random sampling. Data were collected through tests and analyzed using the t-test. Findings showed that the experimental group achieved an average N-gain of 0.40 (moderate effectiveness). Moreover, tcount = 7.67 > ttable = 1.68, indicating that TAPPS was significantly more effective than conventional teaching in improving students’ mathematical problem-solving skills
