    Formalisasi Prinsip Hukum Islam Dalam Perda Berbasis Syariah Perspektif Politik Islam: (Studi Pemikiran Moh. Mahfud MD)

    Hukum Islam di Indonesia merupakan salah satu sumber hukum yang dapat diakomodasi dalam hukum positif, salah satunya berbentuk perda syariah. Meski di dalam tataran konseptual masih ada perdebatan tajam tentang eksistensi perda syariah ini. Pada tulisan ini, hendak menganalisis lebih jauh pandangan Moh. Mahfud MD terkait formalisasi hukum Islam berbasis perda syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach) dengan jenis normative legal research. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Mahfud MD memandang hukum Islam sebagai salah satu sumber hukum materiil dan posisi dan kedudukannya sama dengan hukum Barat dan hukum adat sebagai sumber hukum materiil. Mahfud MD memandang bahwa formalisasi hukum Islam berbasis perda syariah bisa dilakukan dengan proses eklektisasi, yaitu memilih serta menyerap nilai-nilai yang terbaik dari hukum Islam. Hukum hanya bisa diformalisasi dalam perda syariah sekiranya didukung dengan konfigurasi politik yang ada di parlemen daerah

    Research of development on instagram videos on application Archimedes' Principal Application topic in MAN 3 Banda Aceh has been done. This is very interisting study, because almost of young generation using Instragram it as learning medium. The aim of this research is to verification of apropriateness instagram videos as source learning medium. Developing design using 4D (define, design, develop and disseminate) with qualitatif data. Accuisition and analysis data show substantial apropriateness 93,75 %, media 84,37 % and very apropriateness to used. In secondary aspec, lesson plan 97,22 % and student worksheets 98,61 % that showing this media is very apropriatenes as learning medium online and offline methode, also can using in other physics materials

    This research aims to find the meaning of love contained in the poem ‘Alaisal Hubb’ by Jalaludin Rumi with a semantic approach. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with the basis of the main document, namely the poem Alaisal Hubb. The data of this research is qualitative data in the form of facts, information, stanzas and images obtained by researchers from research sources, namely the poem Alaisal Hubb by Jalaludin Rumi. The data collection technique uses semantic and pragmatic approaches, namely by analysing how meaning is influenced by communicative context, including implicature or hidden meaning, and pragmatics in a research object, so as to obtain a complete concept to understand the meaning of love in depth in the object of research. The result of this study is that the meaning of love which has only been interpreted as a universal expression of feelings, but after a deeper study of love in the poem is not only the meaning of love between humans but the meaning of love itself is a union with God or a spiritual lover who transcends physical and material boundaries. As well as to reach a higher spiritual dimension and connect humans with their creator. With the use of implied language by the narrator, it also creates a deep meaning or message that the narrator wants to convey through literary works.   يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن معنى الحب الكامن في قصيدة أليس الحب لجلال الدين الرومي من خلال المنهج الدلالي. والمنهج المتَّبع في هذا البحث هو المنهج الوصفي النوعي، بالاعتماد على الوثيقة الأساسية وهي قصيدة أليس الحب. أما بيانات هذا البحث فهي بيانات نوعية تتمثل في الحقائق والمعلومات والأبيات والصور التي حصل عليها الباحث من مصادر البحث، وهي قصيدة أليس الحب لجلال الدين الرومي. وتتم عملية جمع البيانات باستخدام المنهج الدلالي والبراغماتي، وذلك من خلال تحليل كيفية تأثر المعنى بالسياق الاتصالي، بما في ذلك التضمين أو المعنى الخفي، والجوانب البراغماتية في موضوع البحث، حتى يتم التوصل إلى مفهوم متكامل لفهم معنى الحب بعمق في موضوع البحث. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن معنى الحب الذي كان يُفهم في السابق على أنه مجرد تعبير عن شعور إنساني عالمي، بعد الدراسة المتعمقة في القصيدة، تبيَّن أنه لا يقتصر على الحب بين البشر، بل إن معنى الحب ذاته هو الاتحاد بالله أو المحبوب الروحي الذي يتجاوز الحدود الجسدية والمادية. كما أن هذا الحب يهدف إلى الوصول إلى بُعد روحي أسمى وربط الإنسان بخالقه. واستخدام الشاعر للغة الموحية أضفى أيضًا معنى ورسالة عميقة أراد إيصالها من خلال العمل الأدبي.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan makna cinta yang terkandung dalam puisi Alaisal Hubb karya Jalaludin Rumi dengan pendekatan semantik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan dasar dokumen utama, yaitu puisi Alaisal Hubb. Data penelitian ini berupa data kualitatif dalam bentuk fakta, informasi, bait, dan citra yang diperoleh peneliti dari sumber penelitian, yaitu puisi Alaisal Hubb karya Jalaludin Rumi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pendekatan semantik dan pragmatik, yaitu dengan menganalisis bagaimana makna dipengaruhi oleh konteks komunikatif, termasuk implikatur atau makna tersembunyi, serta aspek pragmatik pada objek penelitian, sehingga diperoleh konsep yang utuh untuk memahami makna cinta secara mendalam pada objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa makna cinta yang selama ini hanya dipahami sebagai ungkapan perasaan universal, setelah dikaji lebih dalam melalui puisi ini, ternyata tidak hanya dimaknai sebagai cinta antarmanusia, tetapi cinta itu sendiri merupakan penyatuan dengan Tuhan atau kekasih spiritual yang melampaui batas fisik dan materi. Cinta tersebut mengantarkan manusia pada dimensi spiritual yang lebih tinggi dan menghubungkan manusia dengan Sang Pencipta.     The song و أنا معك ("And I’m with You") by Mohammed Alsahli is a poetic and emotionally resonant love song that portrays love as a powerful, transformative, and unifying force. This study explores the representation of the semantic field of love in the song through a descriptive qualitative method combined with semantic analysis. The analysis focuses on key Arabic words and phrases found in the lyrics, such as حب (hubb – love), حبيبي (habibi – my beloved), قلبي (qalbi – my heart), عيوني (‘uyuni – my eyes), and روحي (ruhi – my soul). These expressions convey both literal and connotative meanings, reflecting the emotional depth and cultural significance of love in the Arabic tradition. The findings reveal two main thematic representations: love as a deep emotional attachment, and love as a life-changing, soul-connecting force. Each verse of the song contributes to this portrayal—emphasizing completeness in companionship, the struggle of separation, and the merging of emotional perspectives. Beyond its lyrical beauty, the song embodies key values of Arab cultural expression, where love is not only romantic but also existential. This study contributes to the understanding of Arabic semantic structures and highlights the importance of music as a medium for expressing complex cultural emotions.   عَدّ أغنية و أنا معك ("وأنا معك") للفنّان محمد السهلي عملاً غنائياً عاطفياً وشعرياً، تُصوِّر الحبّ باعتباره قوّة هائلة، تحوّلية وموحِّدة. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف تمثيل الحقل الدلالي للحبّ في هذه الأغنية من خلال المنهج الوصفي النوعي المقرون بالتحليل الدلالي. ويركّز التحليل على الكلمات والتعابير الرئيسة في النص الغنائي، مثل: حب (ḥubb – الحب)، حبيبي (ḥabībī – حبيبي)، قلبي (qalbī – قلبي)، عيوني (‘uyūnī – عيوني)، و روحي (rūḥī – روحي). وتنقل هذه التعابير معانيَ حرفية وأخرى إيحائية، بما يعكس عمق العاطفة وأهمية الحبّ في الثقافة العربية. وتكشف النتائج عن تمثيلين موضوعيين رئيسين: أوّلهما الحبّ كارتباط عاطفي عميق، وثانيهما الحبّ كقوّة تغيّر الحياة وتصل الأرواح بعضها ببعض. ويسهم كلّ مقطع من الأغنية في هذا التصوير، حيث يُبرز الكمال في الرفقة، ومعاناة الفراق، واندماج الرؤى العاطفية. وبالإضافة إلى جمال النصوص الشعرية، تُجسّد الأغنية قيماً أساسية من التعبير الثقافي العربي، حيث يظهر الحبّ ليس فقط كعاطفة رومانسية، بل كحقيقة وجودية. وتُسهم هذه الدراسة في فهم البُنى الدلالية في اللغة العربية، وتؤكّد على دور الموسيقى كوسيلة للتعبير عن الانفعالات الثقافية المعقّدة.   Lagu و أنا معك ("Dan Aku Bersamamu") karya Mohammed Alsahli merupakan sebuah lagu cinta yang puitis dan sarat emosi, menggambarkan cinta sebagai kekuatan yang dahsyat, transformatif, dan mempersatukan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi representasi medan makna cinta dalam lagu tersebut melalui metode deskriptif kualitatif yang dipadukan dengan analisis semantik. Analisis difokuskan pada kata-kata dan ungkapan kunci dalam bahasa Arab yang terdapat dalam lirik, seperti حب (ḥubb – cinta), حبيبي (ḥabībī – kekasihku), قلبي (qalbī – hatiku), عيوني (‘uyūnī – mataku), dan روحي (rūḥī – jiwaku). Ungkapan-ungkapan ini menyampaikan makna denotatif maupun konotatif, yang mencerminkan kedalaman emosional serta signifikansi budaya cinta dalam tradisi Arab. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan dua representasi tematik utama: cinta sebagai ikatan emosional yang mendalam, dan cinta sebagai kekuatan yang mengubah hidup serta menghubungkan jiwa. Setiap bait lagu berkontribusi pada penggambaran tersebut—menekankan kesempurnaan dalam kebersamaan, pergulatan karena perpisahan, serta penyatuan perspektif emosional.     This study discusses the depiction of the Japanese world in Muhammad Ali's ar-Riḥlatu al-Yābāniyyatu by utilizing Carl Thompson's theory of travel literature. The purpose of this study is to reveal how Japan is depicted from an Arab perspective. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with text analysis techniques on quotations that describe Japanese cities. The results show that Muhammad Ali's depiction of Japan is not only informative and descriptive, but also full of personal judgments that reflect his cultural background, aesthetics, and identity as an Arab writer. Thus, the novel serves as cultural mediation, demonstrating the dual perspective of admiration and critique through Arab subjectivity.   تتناول هذه الدراسة تصوير العالم الياباني في رواية الرحلة اليابانية لمحمد علي، من خلال توظيف نظرية أدب الرحلة لكارل تومسون. وتهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن كيفية تصوير اليابان من منظور عربي. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بأسلوب تحليل النصوص المقتبسة التي تصف المدن اليابانية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تصوير محمد علي لليابان لم يكن مجرد تصوير معلوماتي ووصفي، بل كان مليئًا بالتقييمات الشخصية التي تعكس الخلفية الثقافية والجمالية والهوية الذاتية له ككاتب عربي. وبالتالي، فإن هذه الرواية تُعد شكلًا من أشكال الوساطة الثقافية التي تُظهر كيف يتم فهم العالم الأجنبي وانتقاده وتصورّه من قبل الرحّالة.   Penelitian ini membahas penggambaran dunia Jepang dalam novel ar-Riḥlatu al-Yābāniyyatu karya Muhammad Ali dengan memanfaatkan teori sastra perjalanan Carl Thompson. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap bagaimana Jepang digambarkan dari sudut pandang orang Arab. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis teks terhadap kutipan-kutipan yang menggambarkan kota-kota di Jepang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggambaran Muhammad Ali terhadap Jepang tidak hanya bersifat informatif dan deskriptif, tetapi juga sarat akan penilaian personal yang mencerminkan latar belakang budaya, estetika, dan identitasnya sebagai penulis Arab. Dengan demikian, novel ini menjadi bentuk mediasi budaya yang memperlihatkan bagaimana dunia asing dipahami, dikritisi, dan dipersepsikan oleh pelancong

    SUPERVISION OF THE DISTRIBUTION OF 3 KG SUBSIDIZED LPG GAS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF MAQASHID SYARIAH: (A Case Study at a Distribution Base in Kuala Batee Subdistrict, Southwest Aceh Regency)

    Abstract The distribution of subsidized LPG is part of the government’s policy to ensure access to basic energy needs for low-income communities. However, in practice, several irregularities persist, including off-target distribution, prices exceeding the official Retail Price Ceiling (HET), and weak oversight mechanisms at the base distribution level. This study aims to examine the supervision system in the distribution of 3-kg subsidized LPG cylinders in Kuala Batee District, Southwest Aceh Regency, and to assess the extent to which current distribution practices align with the principles of Maqashid Syariah. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were collected through field observation, in-depth interviews with LPG outlet owners, five subsidy recipients from the local community, one relevant village official, and a review of policy and regulatory documents. The findings were analyzed within the framework of Maqashid Syariah, focusing on the principles of hifz al-mal (protection of wealth) and hifz al-nafs (protection of life). The results indicate that the existing supervision of LPG distribution remains ineffective. Key issues include the misidentification of eligible recipients, inconsistent pricing beyond regulatory limits, and the absence of a robust verification system. From the perspective of Maqashid Syariah, such shortcomings not only undermine social justice but also hinder the realization of public welfare. Therefore, improvements are needed in the form of data-driven distribution systems, collaborative oversight, and public education to ensure that LPG subsidies are distributed fairly and in accordance with Islamic ethical values

    THE USE OF ASSETS IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF SHARIA ECONOMIC LAW: (A Study on the Implementation of PBG in Pidie District)

    This study examines the concept of property use (tasharruf) from the perspective of Islamic economic law through a study of the implementation of the Building Construction Agreement (PBG) in Pidie Regency. The change in the licensing system from Building Construction Permit (IMB) to PBG has significant implications for individual rights in managing building assets. From a sharia perspective, the right of tasharruf is integral to ownership. However, adopting this new regulation faces structural obstacles, namely the lack of ratification of the Qanun PBG at the local level, which creates legal uncertainty and bureaucratic barriers, especially for micro and small businesses. Using a normative-empirical approach that combines classical and contemporary fiqh analysis and field data from interviews, this study finds that using buildings without formal permits cannot be entirely blamed on the community. Instead, the inadequacy of local regulations, lack of socialization, and absence of administrative assistance are the main factors hindering the community. Therefore, this administrative responsibility cannot be entirely attributed to individuals. As a solution, this study recommends the establishment of a responsive PBG regulation, enhanced public awareness campaigns, and providing administrative assistance services to achieve harmony between positive law and Islamic legal principles, thereby ensuring that property rights are exercised fairly and for the common good

    MANAGEMENT AND COLLECTION OF MONEY WAQF AT THE BAITUL ASYI WAQF FOUNDATION: A Study of the Implementation of Money Waqf Law Based on Islamic Law

    The Baitul Asyi Waqf Foundation is one of the leading waqf institutions in Aceh, known for its active role in collecting and managing cash waqf. This study aims to examine the cash waqf collection strategies and management systems implemented by the Baitul Asyi Waqf Foundation. This study employs a qualitative research method with a normative legal research approach, utilizing secondary data in the form of primary legal materials and a review of Islamic legal literature. The study findings indicate that the foundation adopts a strategy based on community trust, transparency, and professionalism in managing endowment funds. Additionally, the use of information technology and collaboration with banks that entrust their endowment funds to be managed by the Baitul Asyi Endowment Foundation aims to ensure that endowment funds are managed by trustees, with the proceeds utilised for public or social purposes to enhance the effectiveness of fund collection. In terms of management, endowment funds are invested in productive sectors, such as property and Sharia-based businesses, with the proceeds used to assist Aceh Hajj pilgrims, education, and other social services. This study concludes that the management of monetary endowments is permissible under Islamic law, and according to the various schools of thought, monetary endowments are permissible

    THE IMPACT OF BANK ACEH SYARIAH’S KUR FINANCING PROGRAM ON THE WELFARE OF MICRO, SMALL, AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISE ENTREPRENEURS IN ACEH BESAR

    Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are central to Indonesia’s economic development, contributing to gross domestic product (GDP), generating employment, and reducing unemployment. To strengthen this sector, the Indonesian government introduced the People’s Business Credit programme (Kredit Usaha Rakyat/KUR), which aims to provide financing access for MSMEs that face barriers in obtaining capital from formal financial institutions. Bank Aceh Syariah, as a key financial institution in Aceh, plays an active role in distributing KUR funds to local business actors. This study investigates the impact of KUR financing on the welfare of MSME actors in Aceh Besar. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with MSME actors who received KUR financing, supported by direct observation of their business activities. The findings demonstrate that KUR financing has had a positive impact on the welfare of MSME actors by improving access to capital, enabling business expansion, increasing productivity, and broadening market networks. Furthermore, the programme has contributed to higher income levels and enhanced quality of life. However, challenges remain, particularly in financial management and marketing capacity. These results underscore the need for complementary support from financial institutions and government agencies through education and technical assistance, to ensure MSMEs can fully optimise the benefits of KUR financing.

    ANALYSIS OF ACCOUNTING TREATMENT OF NON-HALAL FUNDS AT THE NATIONAL ZAKAT INSTITUTION DAARUT TAUHIID PEDULI

    The management of non-halal funds sourced from activities that are not in accordance with sharia principles is a crucial issue for the National Amil Zakat Institution (LAZNAS), because it risks reducing accountability and public trust. This study aims to analyze in depth the management mechanism and application of accounting treatment of non-halal funds at LAZNAS Daarut Tauhiid Peduli. The research approach used is qualitative with descriptive methods, where data is obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results found that LAZNAS Daarut Tauhiid Peduli has implemented a strict management mechanism, including separation of funds from the beginning, internal classification as Sharia Prohibited funds (YDS), as well as a layered approval flow involving the Sharia Supervisory Board. The accounting treatment applied is in accordance with the principles of PSAK 409, where funds are recognized as liabilities, measured at nominal value, and presented and disclosed separately in the financial statements. It is concluded that the practice in this institution can be a model of accountable governance, although it is still faced with the obstacles of the lack of specific technical regulations and the complexity of internal procedures
