SWOT Analysis of PSBB Policy Implementation at Public Facilities or Areas In Bekasi City in March-June 2020
Background: The government of Bekasi City has released specific policies related to PSBB, which startedfrom April 15, 2020, until the fifth amendment that will be over on July 2, 2020, due to the high prevalence of confirmedCOVID-19 cases in Bekasi City. Methods: Our study using a combination approach between Media Content Analysis forcollecting the secondary data and SWOT analysis plus Trias Policy Analysis in evaluation and identification the role ofseveral elements related to specific policies released from the Government of Bekasi City. Result: There are some bestrecommendations based on our SWOT analysis and Trias Policy Analysis, such as 1) “New normal” behavior of PHBS inBekasi City community through health promotion enhancement programs on RT/RW; 2) Reinforcement of regulation andpunishment for the violator of PSBB in region area of Bekasi City, and 3) Partnership optimization with social media asthe tool of the policy socialization process that released from the government. Conclusion: The effectiveness of policyimplementation on PSBB in Bekasi City requires active collaboration among government, community, and media. Theparticipation of government through clarity of policy content, participation of people was through policy compliance, andthe media act as the bridging to provide accessible information for the community
Nutrition Analysis of Wood Apple (Limonia acidissima)
AbstractWood apple or Limonia acidissima contains fruit acid, vitamins, and minerals. The dry fiber of the fruit contains 15% citric acid, potassium, calcium, and iron salt. The seed and pulp contain fats and protein. The fats consist of palmitic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, and linolenic acid, despite palmitoleic and stearic acid traces. β-sitosterol, β-Amirin, lupeol, and stigmasterol are from the unsaponifiable matter of seed oil. It was descriptive research that employed a laboratory experiment approach to determine the composition of total carbohydrate, total protein, total fats, water, ash content, and the crude fiber of wood apple. The research found that every 100 gram of wood apple contains 72.326% water, 2.144% ash content, 0.00985% crude fats, 4.300% protein, 15.115% fiber, and 5.868% carbohydrate. Serat kering dari buah ini mengandung 15% asam sitrat, kalium, kalsium, dan garam besi. Biji dan daging buahnya mengandung lemak dan protein. Lemaknya terdiri dari asam palmitat, asam oleat, asam linoleat, dan asam linolenat, dengan sedikit kandungan asam palmitoleat dan stearat. β-sitosterol, β-Amirin, lupeol, dan stigmasterol berasal dari bahan yang tidak dapat disaponifikasi dari minyak biji. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan eksperimen laboratorium untuk mengetahui komposisi karbohidrat total, protein total, lemak total, air, kadar abu, dan serat kasar kayu apel. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa setiap 100 gram kayu apel mengandung air 72,326%, kadar abu 2,144%, lemak kasar 0,00985%, protein 4,300%, serat 15,115%, dan karbohidrat 5,868%. Carbohydrate Intake is Associated with Learning Concentration among High School Students in Jember Regency, East Java Province, Indonesia
This study aims to determine the relationship between learning concentration and several factors and to find themostdominantfactorinthestudentsofSMAN1Jember.Inthisstudy,learningconcentrationwasthedependentvariable,whilebreakfasthabits,nutrientintake(energy,carbohydrates,protein,fat,iron,zinc,vitamin B12, vitamin C), sleep quality, and physical activity were independent variables. This research is aquantitativestudy with cross-sectional design. This study conducted in June 2021 at SMAN 1 Jemberwith atotal of200 respondents who were selected using the quota sampling method. Data were collected throughfilling out online questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using univariate, bivariate analysis using chi-square,andmultivariateanalysisusingmultiplelogisticregression.Theresultsshowthat52.5%oftherespondents had a high learning concentration. The results also show that breakfast habits (p=0,016), energyintake(p=0,037),carbohydratesintake(p=0,000),andsleepquality(p=0,020)arerelatedtolearningconcentration among adolescents. The results of multivariate analysis showed that carbohydrate intake was thedominantfactor associatedwithlearningconcentrationinadolescents
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OF DENTAL SERVICES MARKETING IN HOSPITAL : A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW
One of the health services in the hospital is dental and oral health care. Hospitals must establish a good marketing strategy for their organizations in an effort to continue to improve or maintain the expected position. Based on the above, it is necessary to know what efforts can be made by dental outpatient clinics in developing marketing of dental and oral health services in dental clinics in hospitals to increase patient visits to hospital dental clinics. This study use Systematic Review with PRISMA method retrieved from online database such as ProQuest, willy online, J Store, Scopus and Google Schoolars using a keyword “Dental services", "Dental marketing", "Marketing mix" and "Hospitals". The end of this search got 8 journals. Based on the results of research in several journals it was found that there were many ways to market dental polyclinics in hospitals. starting from strategic planning in setting up a dental polyclinic in a hospital it must be well planned. So that the investment or business that will be run can be successful, then beforehand it is necessary to do the right competitive strategy. An increase in patient visits at the hospital dental clinic can be done with one of the 3.0 marketing approaches. The components like physical evidence, people, and process were mixed to the form of the Service Marketing Mix. Marketing media can be done directly or by utilizing information media that can be accessed by many people online. Marketing efforts must also be in accordance with the law and medical ethics. Business development of dental services must be carried out and in accordance with a good marketing strategy. Good dental marketing will increase patient visits at the hospital
STRAGIES OF HOSPITAL MARKETING FOR INCREASING PATIENT SATISFACTION:SYSTEMATIC REVIEW
Patient satisfaction is the most important of hospital goal. The hospital who has focused to customer satisfaction, obtain some basic benefits, like the hospital's reputation is more positive in the eyes customers and the community and encourage the creation of customer loyalty which makes it possible for hospitals increase profits, harmoniously the relationship of the hospital to its customers and encourage everyone in the hospital to work with more goals well. Strategies of hospital marketing are needed to increase patient satisfaction. We use Systematic Review with PRISMA method retrieved from online database such as ProQuest, Wiley online, J Store, Sciencedirect and local journals (Portal Garuda, Jurnal Promkes) using a keyword “Strategy”, “Hospital Marketing”, “Marketing”, “Patient Satisfaction”, range years 2011-2018. The end of this search got 8 journals. Many challenges are faced in implementing hospital marketing programs, such as: challenges between patients and the community, among fellow medical personel, between organizations and external barriers from outside and inside the hospital environment. Many the contextual factors that are very important as a determinant of whether this hospital marketing program is successful or not. Improving services may not only increase the number of employees who are professionally competent, but also about service arrangements and attention to things that are valued by patients. Research shows that many strategies like internal marketing, marketing mix, learning organization, organizational commitment, education and training staff, feasible and strategic goals of hospital marketing, supportive policies and conducted business online via interactive e-health tools are facilitating strategies for implementation hospital marketing. Hospital promoting is not only a matter of marketing units. But it has become the responsibility of all hospitals from the highest level to the lowest level. Many strategies and ways in implementing hospital marketing and factors as the key to successful implementation. To realize a hospital marketing program as the main service at the hospital, a strategic plan that supports the program is needed such as media promotion, resources, methods used and funds
Identifikasi Atribut dengan Principal Component Analysis dan K-Means Clustering Sebagai Dasar Penyusunan Strategi Promosi KB Pria di Indonesia
Penggunaan kontrasepsi pria sangat rendah dibandingkan wanita di Indonesia, serta terdapat gap cukup jauh antara penggunaan kontrasepsi pria di Indonesia dengan beberapa negara di Asia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi promosi KB pria di Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Principal Component Analysis (PCA) dan k-means clustering menggunakan 4.453 responden SDKI 2017 mengenai penggunaan KB pria dengan 14 atribut. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan PCA didapatkan 5 principal component, kemudian hasil k-means clustering didapatkan 2 cluster meliputi cluster 1 dan cluster 2. Cluster 1 meliputi 411 pria kawin dengan penggunaan KB pria yang baik dan menduduki sebagian kecil provinsi di Indonesia dan cluster 2 meliputi 4.042 pria kawin dengan penggunaan KB pria kurang baik dan menduduki sebagian besar provinsi di Indonesia. Strategi promosi KB pria pada cluster 1 dilakukan peningkatan sosialisasi, pelayanan KB pria, dan akses media massa, sedangkan cluster 2 dilakukan sosialisasi, pelayanan KB pria, dan akses media massa dengan adanya inovasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada pemerintah daerah dan tenaga kesehatan setempat untuk meningkatan sosialisasi, pelayanan KB pria (termasuk konseling), dan akses terhadap media massa kepada pria kawin menyesuaikan karakteristik wilayahnya
Effectiveness of Using Information, Education, and Communication Flowchart Media in Implementation of Early Breastfeeding Initiation
Early initiation of breastfeeding (EIB) has many benefits for both the baby and the mother. However, in Bogor City, there are still many babies who do not get EIB when they are born (33.6%). The implementation of EIB is not optimal due to the absence of standard procedures to equalize its theory and perception. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of using Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) flowchart media concerning the standard procedure for EIB implementation in the Primary Health Care (PHC) in Bogor City. A quasi-experimental research was conducted on 58 midwives divided into the intervention and control groups. The intervention group was given IEC flowchart media, the EIB standard procedure, whereas the control group was given a brief explanation about EIB. The results indicated that the intervention group (96.0) had a higher average EIB implementation score than the control group (84.7). Furthermore, the success rate of EIB was higher in the intervention group (93.1%) than in the control group (20.7%). In conclusion, the IEC flowchart media is effectively used to optimize EIB implementation by midwives in the PHC in Bogor City
Systematic Literature Review: Physical Work Environment Factors Associated with Work Fatigue in Hospital Nurses
Fatigue in hospital nurses can endanger the safety of both the nurse and the patient. One of the factors that can cause fatigue in hospital nurses is the physical environmental, such as lighting, noise, and work climate. The purpose of this study is to analyze the physical work environment factors (lighting, noise, and work climate) associated with work fatigue in hospital nurses. This is a systematic literature review on studies that discuss physical work environment factors related to work fatigue in hospital nurses published in international journals and local journals that can be accessed through the UI Library, especially those that are Full Open Access. Fourteen articles that discussed the relationship between physical environmental factors and work fatigue in hospital nurses were identified, consisting of 11 articles on the effect of lighting on work fatigue in hospital nurses. 6 articles discussed how noise influenced work fatigue in hospital nurses, and 3 articles discussed the effect of hot work climate on work fatigue in hospital nurses. Based on the review, lighting, noise, and work climate significantly link to work fatigue in hospital nurses
The Effect of Health Promotion Program on Perceived Self-Efficacy and Self-Care Practices among Elderly with Multimorbidity in Chiang Mai, Thailand
Multimorbidity in the elderly is a major public health issue with serious consequences. This study investigated the effects of health promotion programs on perceived self-efficacy and self-care practices among the elderly with multimorbidity using a quasi-experimental study design from February to July 2021. The study samples were the elderly from Doi Saket District, Chiang Mai Province, Thailand, selected by a multistage random sampling technique. The experimental and control groups each comprised 40 elderlies with multimorbidity. All elderly participants took part in a 12-week health promotion program. The perceived self-efficacy and self-care practices of the study samples were assessed using interviews, and the group results were compared using the independent t-test. Repeated measures analysis of variance (ANOVA) was applied at a significance level of 0.05 for three different periods. Follow-up results after the intervention showed that the experimental group had significantly higher mean scores of perceived self-efficacy and self-care practice than the control group (p-value<0.05). The health promotion program enhanced perceived self-efficacy and self-care practices in the elderly with multimorbidity. It can also be applied to improve the quality of life of people in other age groups
