Eksistensi Permainan Jujungke pada Etnis Muna di Desa Lakapodo Kecamatan Watopute Kabupaten Muna
No full textThe Jujungke game is a traditional leg bending game accompanied by the Jujungke song with 3-5 players. The aims of this research are (1) to describe the form of the Jujungke folk game (2) to find out the values contained in the Jujungke game, (3) To analyze the reasons why the Jujungke game still survives today in the community in Lakapodo Village, Watopute District, Muna Regency. The method used is a qualitative research method. The data in this research was obtained through participant observation and in-depth interviews supported by documentation and recording/video. Informants were determined using the purposive method. The informants in this research were the community, elementary school teachers and children in Lakapodo Village. The data analysis technique in this research consists of three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this research show that (1) the values contained in the traditional Jujungke game are the value of joy, the value of togetherness, cultural value and social value. The Jujungke game is a game that is preserved by the people of Lakapodo Village, Watopute District, Muna Regency to this day. (2) The driving factors for traditional Jujungke games to survive to this day are the role of parents who encourage and motivate their children to play economical and practical traditional Jujungke games, the cultural preservation of traditional Jujungke games, the transformation from the older generation to the younger generation, and efforts and cooperation of residents in preserving the traditional Jujungke game
Mantra Berkebun pada Masyarakat Muna Desa Kotano Wuna Kecamatan Tongkuno Kabupaten Muna
No full textMantra is one of the local knowledge by the Muna community of Kotano WunaVillage which still exists today and is still often practiced by the muan community for the plantation process. This study aims to 1) find out what spells are used in the gardening process in the Muna community, Kotano WunaVillage, Tongkuno District, Muna Regency; 2) find out the functions contained in the gardening spell in the Muna community, Kotano WunaVillage, Tongkuno District, Muna Regency. In this study, Bronislaw Malinowski\u27s Functionalism theory was used. The type of research was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews and documentation and then analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study show that there are 7 spells for gardening in the Muna community, namely the Kaebhelaiha Karumbu mantra, the Tughori Mantra, the Kaebelaiha Ghala Mantra, the Kaefemataiha Mantra, the Deala Pasele Mantra, the Deala Kahitela Moghuri Mantra, and the Kasaraka Mantra. The function of the gardening spell in the Muna community is to repel pests and repel supernatural creatures (demons)

No full textThe phenomenon of online scatter gambling games has become a habit that people use for entertainment. Online gambling can be used by people anywhere. Many groups of people are involved in online gambling, including children, teenagers, adults and the elderly. The community created an association in the form of a lapo as a place to make it easier to interact and build relationships while playing online gambling. This research aims to reveal the background of the community involved in playing online scatter gambling in Pahieme village as well as the interaction process used by the community when playing online gambling. Data collection used in this research was observation, direct interviews, and documentation. The results of this research show that people are involved in playing online gambling because they are involved with friends, to satisfy themselves and to make a profit. The relationships that arise are used by people during the playing process to facilitate interaction and buying and selling chips or coins, so that there is a very long online gambling activity every day. So the negative impacts include addiction, loss of money and stress, while the positive impacts include entertainment, fun and increasing income

No full textInsomnia is one of the sleep disorders in the form of difficulty in starting sleep, difficulty maintaining sleep and sleep satisfaction. In an effort to overcome this problem, acupressure alternative treatment can be the choice of patients with chronic sleep disorders to help improve sleep quality and reduce the negative impact of insomnia on health. Acupressure treatment is an alternative treatment that involves applying pressure to certain points on the body using a blunt object such as a wooden stick. The acupressure massage points in overcoming insomnia are GV29 (bridge of the nose), EX-HN1 (the back of the head), and EX-HN5 (temples). This study aims to find out the massage method of acupressure treatment in overcoming insomnia in patients with chronic sleep disorders and to find out the perception of patients with chronic sleep disorders regarding alternative treatment of acupressure massage. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach and uses the disease theory system proposed by Foster and Anderson. The results of the study show that acupressure treatment can be one of the alternative non-medical treatments that can deal with the problem of insomnia in the elderly and the perception of the elderly regarding acupressure treatment can be varied, seen from the patient\u27s subjective experience, the patient\u27s interests and beliefs, and the patient\u27s body response
The Opposition Bourgeoisie Ideology in Titanic Movie
No full textThis study aims to analyze the opposition as reflected in the Titanic movie. The research used the descriptive qualitative method. The source of data in this research was taken from Titanic movie by James Cameron as data as primary data and a journal, literature, books, and some articles as secondary data. This research uses the theory of Marxism from Karl Marx which is used as a tool to analyze the finding and the opposition against bourgeoisie ideology in Titanic movie. The result of the research shows that there are two types of social class in the Titanic movies. Based on the findings and discussion, the research found 14 data on the relations between the bourgeoisie and the proletariat, 9 data on the class consciousness, 10 data on the opposition, and 8 data on The Paradox of Jack and Rose. The researcher concluded based on the result of the research that has been done and found 41 data that included the opposition against bourgeoisie ideology in Titanic movie

The purpose of this research is to analyze the archetypes of the main characters in the oral graphic novel by Laurie Halse. This research applies Carl Gustaf Jung\u27s archetype theory. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was carried out through four steps: reading, recording, analyzing data, and identifying data. The results of this research show that the Speak Graphic Novel shows the existence of two personas, five animus, one shadow, and one self archetype, before reaching the self archetype Melinda experiences an individualization process, in this graphic novel individualization appears when Melinda neutralizes this. things that cause him to use a persona and have to face the shadow that appears by providing real resistance to Andy who has been pressuring and threatening him. Another thing that helped the individualization process was Melinda\u27s decision to accept the fact that she had made a mistake and forgive herself. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that in this novel the archetype is shown in full, starting from the details of the cause of the archetype\u27s emergence to the start of the individualization process as a form of Melinda\u27s effort to control or eliminate the cause of the archetype\u27s emergence, which in the end causes the main character to achieve a self-archetype
The Role of Women Toward the Environment in Ainbo Movie : An Analysis of Ecofeminism
Get PDFThis research aims to explore the role of women in the environment from the perspective of ecofeminism. The researcher uses Karen J. Warren\u27s theory of ecofeminism to determine the level of concern and the role of women in environmental issues. This research employs qualitative methods. The data source for this research is the Ainbo movie. The results show that elements of capitalism, which pursue profit through the relentless exploitation of natural resources and labor, are visible in the practice of illegal gold mining in the Amazon. These activities cause significant environmental damage, and women are often the chief victims of their negative effects. This capitalist system has received strong criticism from the women\u27s movement because, besides promoting environmental degradation, it also exacerbates the oppression of women in the Amazon forest area. The researcher concludes that nature and women have a close relationship, with both often experiencing exploitation. Male characters are depicted as representatives of capitalism who exploit natural resources for personal gain. In contrast, women are depicted as having a deep closeness to nature, reflecting their feminine principles, which emphasize protecting and saving the environment. The role of women as saviors of the environment stands out in contrast to the destructive actions carried out by male capitalists.
KRITIK SOSIAL DALAM NOVEL ANAK RANTAU KARYA AHMAD FUADI (TINJAUAN SOSIOLOGI SASTRA)
No full textThis study examines novels that tell about the social realities of the people of Minang that occur in modern times. Anak Rantau\u27s novel by Ahmad Fuadi is interesting to be analyzed using the Sociology Literature approach of Genetic structuralism,as the novel contained criticisms of social problems that occur in the Minangkabau region. The problems investigated in this study are (1) how the social structure and world view of the author in the Anak Rantau novel, (2) how social criticism in the Anak Rantau novel. In connection with this problem, this study aims (1) to describe the social structure and worldview of the author in the novel Anak Rantau, (2) to describe social criticism in the Anak Rantau novel. The research method used are descriptive qualitative and dialectical methods. Types of research are namely library research and interview methods. The results showed that (1) the social structure found in Anak Rantau\u27s novel included cooperation, cultural and religious systems and knowledge systems. The author\u27s world view in Anak Rantau\u27s novel is a concern for shifting cultural values ??in Minangkabau society. (2) the social criticism found in Anak Rantau\u27s novel includes, the author as a representative of the collective subject sees a social problem that occurs in the surrounding environment, namely, the shift of the surau function that was used as a center of education by children towards the maturity and existence of Ninik Mamak did not working properly.

Novel Anak Rantau karya Ahmad Fuadi sangat menarik untuk dikaji menggunakan pendekatan Sosiologi Sastra teori Srukturalisme Genetik, karena novel tersebut memuat tentang kritikan terhadap masalah sosial yang terjadi di daerah Minangkabau. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) bagaimana struktur sosial dan pandangan dunia pengarang dalam novel Anak Rantau, (2) bagaimana kritik sosial dalam novel Anak Rantau. Berkaitan dengan masalah tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mendeskripsikan struktur sosial dan pandangan dunia pengarang dalam novel Anak Rantau, (2) untuk mendeskripsikan kritik sosial dalam novel Anak Rantau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif dan dialektik. Jenis penelitian, yaitu penelitian kepustakaan dan metode wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) struktur sosial yang ditemukan dalam novel Anak Rantau meliputi, kerja sama, sistem budaya dan religi serta sistem pengetahuan. Pandangan dunia pengarang dalam novel Anak Rantau yaitu keprihatinan terhadap pergeseran nilai budaya pada masyarakat Minangkabau. (2) kritik sosial yang ditemukan dalam novel Anak Rantau meliputi, pengarang selaku wakil dari subjek kolektif melihat adanya masalah sosial yang terjadi pada lingkungan sekitarnya yaitu, pergeseran fungsi surau yang dahulu dijadikan sebagai sentra pendidikan oleh anak-anak menuju kedewasaan dan eksistensi Ninik Mamak yang tidak berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya.

Pola Pewarisan Tolea Pabitara pada Suku Tolaki di Desa Sambeani Kecamatan Abuki Kabupaten Konawe
No full textTolea Pabitara merupakan salah satu jabatan tradisional dalam struktur adat suku Tolaki yang masih diterapkan di Desa Sambeani. Jabatan ini memiliki peran penting dalam kehidupan sosial masyarakat. Namun, mengingat mayoritas Tolea Pabitara di desa ini berasal dari kalangan orang tua, diperlukan regenerasi untuk memastikan keberlanjutan peran tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi syarat menjadi Tolea Pabitara, menganalisis fungsinya, dan memahami pola pewarisannya dalam masyarakat suku Tolaki. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa syarat menjadi Tolea Pabitara meliputi garis keturunan, pemahaman terhadap adat istiadat, kemampuan berbahasa adat, dan keaktifan dalam kegiatan sosial. Fungsi Tolea Pabitara mencakup peran sebagai juru bicara dalam perkawinan, mediator saat terjadi penundaan perkawinan, serta fasilitator penyelesaian konflik. PENDIDIKAN FORMAL DI PULAU KALEDUPA (1945-1998)
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menjelaskan perkembangan pendidikan formal di Pulau Kaledupa pascakemerdekaan sampai reformasi. (2) menjelaskan dampak pendidikan formal terhadap masyarakat Pulau Kaledupa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode sejarah menurut Kuntowijoyo yang terdiri dari lima tahap penelitian, yaitu : (1) Pemilihan topik, (2) Heuristik sumber, (3) Verifikasi sumber, (4) Interpretasi, (5) Historiografi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) Perkembangan pendidikan formal di Pulau Kaledupa periode 1945-1998, antara lain (a) Perkembangan pendidikan sekolah rakyat yang sudah ada sejak sebelum 1945 dan kemudian berganti nama menjadi sekolah dasar pada tahun 1960. (b) Perkembangan pendidikan sekolah menengah pertama dimulai dari dibangunnya sekolah menengah umum tingkat pertama pada tahun 1960, SMEP pada tahun 1968 yang kemudian berubah menjadi SMP Langge pada tahun 1978, Madrasah Tsanawiyah pada tahun 1970-an, SMP PGRI pada tahun 1980-an, serta SMPN 3 Kaledupa yang berdiri tahun 1998. (c) Perkembangan pendidikan sekolah menengah atas yang baru dibangun di Pulau Kaledupa tahun 1989 yaitu SMAN Kaledupa.
