Analisis Resepsi Toxic Relationship Pada Remaja Perempuan Melalui Konten Tiktok
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana remaja perempuan memahami dan menafsirkan pesan mengenai toxic relationship yang disampaikan melalui konten TikTok. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis resepsi encoding-decoding dari Stuart Hall. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan lima informan perempuan berusia 20–22 tahun yang aktif menggunakan TikTok, serta tambahan berupa video TikTok yang membahas toxic relationship. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa remaja perempuan di Kabupaten Bekasi mampu menginterpretasikan pesan mengenai toxic relationship dalam konten TikTok. Mayoritas informan menganggap pesan yang disampaikan relevan dan penting dalam meningkatkan kesadaran akan karakteristik hubungan yang sehat maupun tidak sehat. Namun, beberapa informan bersikap lebih kritis dengan menyatakan bahwa beberapa konten terlalu menyederhanakan kompleksitas hubungan. Sementara itu, sebagian informan lainnya tidak sepakat dengan isi konten karena dianggap terlalu negatif atau kurang realistis. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar edukasi dan diskusi mengenai toxic relationship lebih ditingkatkan di kalangan remaja perempuan. Selain itu, konten edukatif perlu disajikan secara seimbang dengan menyoroti ciri-ciri hubungan yang sehat. Penelitian lanjutan dapat mengeksplorasi lebih dalam pengaruh pengalaman pribadi dan konteks sosial terhadap cara remaja memahami pesan tentang toxic relationship di TikTok
Effectiveness of Land Mafia Task Force in Prevention and Eradication of Land Mafia in Indonesia
Various problems and issues of land conflict in Indonesia are caused by many parties who often commit land misappropriation or the popular term land mafia. To answer this problem, the S task force Mafia Land, but in reality land conflicts due to land mafia continue to occur. Therefore, this study examines the effectiveness of the Land Mafia Task Force in preventing and eradicating land mafia in Indonesia and the factors that hinder the performance of the Land Mafia Task Force in preventing and eradicating land mafia in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that the Land Mafia Task Force in preventing and eradicating land mafia in Indonesia has not been fully effective. Factors that hinder the performance of the land mafia task force in preventing and eradicating land mafia in Indonesia include the absence of legal regulations that cover the eradication of land mafia perpetrators, the unsynchronized task force established in each institution, the absence of a special budget provided for eradicating land mafia, the community is still unfamiliar with agrarian law and a culture of legal awareness regarding land that has not been built
Responsibilities of Witness and Victim Protection Institutions in Legal Protectionof Whistle Blower and Justice Collaborator
The role of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) in ensuring the safety of whistleblowers and justice collaborators is very important in the criminal justice system in Indonesia. Whistleblowers and justice collaborators often face serious threats, both to their physical and psychological safety, so effective protection is an important prerequisite for encouraging their participation in uncovering crimes, especially major crimes such as corruption and terrorism. This study uses a qualitative method with an empirical juridical approach, the primary data source comes from the Witness and Victim Protection Institute (LPSK) while the secondary data comes from books, journals, encyclopedias, dictionaries, and virtual sources. while data management techniques through analytical descriptive, The results of this study show the responsibility of the Witness and Victim Protection Institute (LPSK) towards witnesses and victims and the legal position of whistle blowers and justice collaborators towards the criminal justice system
Fulfillment of Simple Proof Requirements on Bankruptcy Application Based on Sema Number 03 of 2023
The Supreme Court has issued Circular Letter Number (SEMA) 3 of 2023 which stipulates that simple proof cannot be applied in bankruptcy against apartment and/or flat developers. The circular is predicted to protect consumer interests and eliminate legal remedies in the form of bankruptcy applications to the commercial court, so that they must be submitted as lawsuits to the district court. The circular is not in accordance with the principle of integration in Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (KPKPU Law). The KPKPU Law has clearly defined the matter of simple proof, and does not provide special protection for apartment and/or flat developers. Normative research is carried out with doctrinal research and tests the level of synchronization of regulations. The research is evaluative, examining cases that have occurred, based on comparative law. From this study it is concluded that proof is categorized as simple if there is a debt that is due and unpaid and there are two or more creditors. The requirement for simple proof does not consider the complexity of its impact on consumers. SEMA is a policy regulation, so if it conflicts with the regulations above it, the principle of lex superior derogat legi inferiori will apply. SEMA 03 of 2023 cannot change the provisions of the law, so simple proof can still be implemented against apartment developers. SEMA 03 of 2023 is not in line with the KPKPU Law so that by law it should be cancelled
Algoritma SMART dalam Sistem Penilaian Karyawan Terbaik Berbasis Web
PT Sinar Perkasa Engineering is a leading engineering and manufacturing company that considers employee evaluation a critical component of human resource management. Manual evaluation processes are often time-consuming and prone to human error, potentially leading to inaccuracies in selecting the best employees. This study aims to design a decision support system based on the SMART algorithm to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of employee evaluations. The system was developed using the Waterfall model and designed with the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results indicate that the implementation of a web-based decision support system significantly improves the speed and accuracy of the evaluation process, reduces the risk of human error, and provides a transparent and objective assessment tool. This research is expected to serve as a foundation for further development of decision support systems, either through collaborative efforts or by comparing alternative decision-making methods
Evaluasi dan Analisis untuk Mengatasi Masalah Lost Circulation Dan Stuck Pipe Pada Sumur X
Drilling operations do not always proceed smoothly as expected. Various issues can disrupt the drilling process and result in significant operational losses. Among the common problems encountered are lost circulation and stuck pipe incidents. Lost circulation often occurs in highly fractured formations, while stuck pipe events can lead to additional costs associated with non-productive time and fishing operations. In Well X, the causes of lost circulation and stuck pipe incidents were analyzed from several aspects, including drilling fluid properties, formation characteristics, hydrostatic pressure calculations, and pressure differentials. The analysis revealed that the primary cause of the stuck drill string was differential pressure resulting from excessive mud density, which caused the drill string to adhere to the formation wall. Additionally, the loss of drilling mud into the formation contributed to the problem, leading to financial losses, particularly in terms of drilling fluid costs. Both lost circulation and stuck pipe incidents can hinder well completion, ultimately increasing the drilling time and cost beyond initial projections. Therefore, a detailed investigation was conducted to determine the causes of these issues and assess the mitigation measures that had been implemented. In Well X, the stuck pipe problem was addressed using lost circulation materials (LCM) selected based on compatibility with the penetrated formation to optimize drilling operations. The evaluation focused on the drilling mud properties, including its rheology, as well as the drilling equipment used. These efforts were undertaken to ensure the continuation of drilling operations and the successful completion of the well.
Hak Anak Untuk Mendapatkan Perlindungan Hukum Dari Tindakan Kekerasan Seksual Menurut UU No. 17 Tahun 2016 (Kasus Child Grooming Dalam Game Online)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap anak dari tindakan kekerasan seksual dalam bentuk grooming melalui media game online berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 17 Tahun 2016 tentang Perlindungan Anak. Grooming merupakan bentuk eksploitasi seksual yang dilakukan secara bertahap dan terselubung melalui manipulasi psikologis, sering terjadi di ruang digital yang sulit diawasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan pendekatan kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Undang-Undang No. 17 Tahun 2016 telah memberikan dasar hukum, namun belum terdapat pengaturan eksplisit mengenai tindak grooming. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pembaruan regulasi serta peningkatan literasi digital bagi anak dan orang tua. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan adanya sinergi antara negara, penyedia platform digital, orang tua, dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan ruang digital yang aman bagi anak

Currently, there is limited research focused on providing tools or systems for business owners to facilitate the quality determination of the coffee beans they use. However, quality coffee beans must be accurately identified based on proven standards and criteria. Unfortunately, coffee quality determination is still often done visually or by manual observation, practices that risk compromising the accuracy of the final product\u27s quality and flavor. To ensure the selection of superior coffee beans, a structured decision-making mechanism is required. The solution is a Decision Support System (DSS), a computer information system that is adaptive, interactive, and flexible. This development research applies the Topsis (technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution) method, to determine the results of calculations for superior coffee bean selection
Implementasi Pemenuhan Hak Perempuan Berhadapan Dengan Hukum Dalam Sistem Peradilan Pidana di Indonesia
Perempuan yang berhadapan dengan hukum sering mengalami diskriminasi, hambatan, reviktimisasi, dan stereotip selama proses peradilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji implementasi pemenuhan hak-hak perempuan dalam sistem peradilan pidana di Indonesia serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penghambatnya. Dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan yuridis empiris, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun akses keadilan bagi perempuan telah diakomodir dalam peraturan perundang-undangan, implementasi riil masih menghadapi kendala signifikan. Secara normatif, penegak hukum telah melaksanakan pemenuhan hak perempuan dengan menerbitkan pedoman dan peraturan pelaksana. Namun, dalam praktiknya, hukum di Indonesia belum optimal melindungi hak-hak perempuan. Faktor penghambat meliputi substansi hukum, khususnya Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) di kepolisian yang belum mengintegrasikan analisis gender dan sosial, kurangnya kompetensi aparat hukum seperti polisi, jaksa, dan hakim dalam menangani perkara perempuan, serta minimnya fasilitas khusus seperti Ruang Pelayanan Khusus yang berkualitas. Selain itu, budaya patriarki dan stereotip gender yang kuat mempengaruhi sikap dan keputusan penyidik, jaksa, dan hakim, yang berpotensi menyebabkan bias dan diskriminasi terhadap perempuan. Rekomendasi termasuk peningkatan pendidikan gender, reformasi SOP, dan penyediaan fasilitas yang memadai untuk mengatasi hambatan ini
Analisis Hukum Terhadap Perlindungan Bagi Pemegang Hak Cipta Atas Ulasan Film Dalam Platform Youtube Berdasarkan Peraturan Hak Cipta
Perkembangan teknologi digital telah melahirkan berbagai bentuk karya cipta baru, termasuk ulasan film yang diunggah ke platform YouTube. Fenomena ini menimbulkan persoalan hukum terkait perlindungan hak cipta, baik bagi pemegang hak cipta film asli maupun pembuat konten ulasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi pemegang hak cipta atas karya film yang digunakan dalam ulasan di YouTube berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan studi kasus terhadap pelanggaran hak cipta yang terjadi di platform digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan potongan film dalam ulasan YouTube dapat dikategorikan sebagai pelanggaran hak cipta apabila tidak memenuhi unsur fair use atau izin dari pemegang hak cipta. Namun, terdapat ruang perlindungan bagi content creator sepanjang pemanfaatan materi film dilakukan untuk tujuan pendidikan, kritik, atau ulasan yang bersifat informatif tanpa merugikan pihak pemegang hak cipta. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kejelasan regulasi dan penegakan hukum yang konsisten dalam mengatur batasan penggunaan karya berhak cipta di ranah digital agar tercipta keseimbangan antara perlindungan hak cipta dan kebebasan berekspresi di media daring dengan kasus yang terjadi yaitu kasus ulasan film Squid Game Season 2, yang dirilis oleh Netflix pada 26 Desember 2024. Sejumlah kanal YouTube asal Indonesia, antara lain “Series Review”, “Keramagz”, dan “Rio Bara Bere”, mengunggah video ulasan terkait serial tersebut dengan menggunakan potongan adegan dan bagian naskah film tanpa memperoleh izin dari pemegang hak cipta. Kanal “Series Review” mengunggah videonya pada 29 Desember 2024 dan memperoleh sekitar 2,2 juta penayangan, sementara “Keramagz” dan “Rio Bara Bere” merilis konten serupa masing-masing pada 8 dan 11 Januari 2025
