Evaluation Of Anthropometric Measurements For Physical Development Of Early Age Futsal Players: A Case Study Of Kuantanamo Futsal Academy
Get PDFSports science is one of the fields of sports science that can help sports develop and coach each athlete. Phenomena and problems that occur during the training process in the field can be solved by applying sports science based on data obtained scientifically; this data record assists coaches in determining and providing the proper method for their athletes. One way to use sports science in the field is by measuring the anthropometry of Kuantanamo Futsal Academy students. This study aimed to determine and examine anthropometric measurements in Kuantanamo Futsal Academy students aged 7-10 years. This study uses a quantitative method. This type of research is observational and test. To collect data on student anthropometric measurements that are to be known include a) height, b) weight, c) skin fat, and d) BMI. The subjects in this study were Kuantanamo futsal academy students aged 7-10 years, totaling 20 students. The anthropometric measurements of Kuantanamo Futsal Academy students obtained the following average: height 145.8, weight 41.24, skin fat 14.85, categorized as underfoot (mild level), BMI 19.3, classified as ideal. This can be a reference for coaches to determine what programs should be carried out so that students get treatment appropriate to their body condition
The Role of Sport in Shaping Gender Identity of FIK Unimed Students
Get PDFIntroduction: Promoting gender equality by understanding gender constructs is crucial to eradicating gender discrimination and creating a more equitable society. A person\u27s masculinity and femininity can be influenced by what they see in their daily lives, including through sporting activities. Methods: This study used quantitative methods with the main instruments being questionnaires and documentation. Questionnaires were used to collect data on students\u27 perceptions, attitudes, and level of knowledge about the role of sports in shaping gender identity. Respondents in this study were 30 FIK Unimed students who were purposively selected. Results: The data obtained from the questionnaire will be analyzed to identify the pattern of students\u27 perceptions of the role of sports in shaping their masculinity and femininity. The results of this study are expected to provide new insights into the influence of sports in the construction of gender identity among students. Discussion: The results of this study will be analyzed to understand how sport, as an activity that is often associated with a particular gender, affects the gender identity formation of FIK Unimed students. The discussion will also address the social implications of the research findings to promote gender equality in sport and education

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Toko Tukuiki saat ini adalah rata-rata penjualan 346,2 bungkus/bulan sedangkan target penjualan sebesar 600 bungkus/bulan, Terdapat banyak pesaing Toko Tukuiki sehingga penjualan produk menurun tidak memenuhi target yang di inginkan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan strategi SWOT yaitu untuk menilai kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman Toko Tukuiki, Kemudian mengintegrasikannya menggunakan analisis bauran pemasaran berdasarkan analisis swot Strategi SWOT dihasilkan beberapa alternatif strategi yaitu, Tetap mempertahankan kualitas produk untuk permintaan produk bakso daging sapi juga akan meningkat dikarenakan jumlah penduduk yang mengalami peningkatan. Mempertahankan aktivitas promosi secara berkelanjutan untuk menarik pelanggan baru dan meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan. Mempertahankan kualitas produk yang baik dengan harga yang terjangkau .Mempertahankan aktivitas promosi dengan harga yang menarik agar konsumen tetap setia kepada toko. Harga (Price) memberikan potongan harga kepada konsumen apabila mempromosikan produk bakso daging sapi di sosial media konsumen dengan membeli 20 bungkus. Tempat (Place) lokasi memiliki lingkungan yang bersih dan aman untuk menjaga citra dan kualits produk. Promosi (Promotion) melakukan periklanan yang berkelanjutan untuk menawarkan produk bakso daging sapi dengan harga yang terjangkau pada sosial media

Oleh karena itu, nilai-nilai kemanusiaan, demokrasi, dan keadilan harus diutamakan dalam pembebasan tanah untuk mewujudkan masyarakat yang adil, makmur, dan sejahtera berdasarkan Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945. Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik (KJPP) yang menaksir nilai pengganti wajar atas aset masyarakat (tanah dan bangunan) yang diambil alih akibat pembangunan, merupakan salah satu profesi yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan pembebasan tanah. Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2012 mengatur tentang pembebasan tanah bagi pembangunan untuk kepentingan umum. Sulitnya mencapai kesepakatan antara pihak yang membutuhkan tanah (pihak pengambilalih tanah) dan pemilik tanah atas besarnya ganti rugi yang harus diterima oleh pemilik tanah merupakan persoalan yang sering muncul dalam proses penentuan ganti kerugian dalam pengadaan tanah. Pemilik tanah diberi kompensasi dengan cara yang dianggap tidak layak, tidak adil, dan tidak meningkatkan kesejahteraan lingkungan sekitar, sehingga menimbulkan masalah hukum (tuntutan hukum). Metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka dipilih sebagai metodologi penelitian dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, penetapan ganti rugi yang layak dan adil dalam pengadaan tanah diperlukan untuk kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran rakyat. Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2012 tentang Pengadaan Tanah Bagi Pembangunan untuk Kepentingan Umum mengatur pengadaan tanah untuk kepentingan umum. Dengan diterbitkannya Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia No. 39 tahun 2023 tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Pemerintah No. 19 tahun 2021 tentang penyelenggaraan pengadaan tanah bagi pembangunan untuk kepentingan umum, pasal 67 menyebutkan bahwa dalam rangka efisiensi biaya untuk pengadaan tanah skala kecil, instansi yang memerlukan tanah dapat menunjuk penilai publik atau penilai pemerintah, dalam hal penilaian yang dilakukan oleh penilai pemerintah adanya hirarki perintah dari atasan ke penilai pemerintah tersebut dikhawatirkan akan mempengaruhi independensi dan objektifitas dalam melaksanakan penilaian sehingga rakyat merasa dirugikan

Get PDFPerlindungan anak merupakan bentuk perlindungan Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) yang wajib diaktualisasikan oleh negara. Anak berhak untuk hidup, terhindar darikekerasan, dan diskriminasi, sebagaimana diatur dalamUU No. 23/2002 jo. UU No. 35/2014 tentangPerlindungan Anak. Dalam kasus kekerasan seksual, Pasal 81 ayat (1) dan Pasal 82 UU No. 35/2014 menetapkan sanksi pidana maksimal 15 tahun dan dendahingga Rp 5 miliar. Namun, kasus perkosaan terhadapanak masih sering terjadi, sehingga perlindungan hukumterhadap anak menjadi penting.
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji bentuk perlindunganhukum terhadap anak korban perkosaan berdasarkanbeberapa putusan pengadilan. Penelitian ini merupakanpenelitian yuridis normatif dan bersifat deskriptif analitisyang disusun secara kualitatif dengan menggunakanpendekatan perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa perlindungan hukum meliputiprinsip non-diskriminasi, pemberian bantuan hukumoleh P2TP2A, perlindungan khusus bagi anak korban pemerkosaan dengan menghadirkan rasa aman dariancaman maupun bahaya lainnya, serta pemidanaankepada pelaku tindak pidana pemerkosaan sesuai dengantujuan pemidanaan. Kendati demikian, implementasinyamenghadapi kendala pada substansi hukum yang kurangtegas, trauma korban yang menghambat penyidikan, serta stigma masyarakat yang membuat korban engganmelapor. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perbaikan regulasi, peningkatan dukungan hukum dan psikologis, sertaedukasi publik untuk mengurangi stigma sosial terhadap korban

Get PDFSertifikat tanah merupakan tanda bukti hak atas tanah bagi pemegangnya yang berguna untuk membuktikan kebenaran data fisik maupun data yuridis atas suatu bidang tanah, sehingga pemilik tanah mempunyai perlindungan hukum. Dalam penerbitan sertifikat tanah tidak luput timbulnya permasalahan tanah, salah satunya adalah sengketa tumpang tindih (overlapping). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan konseptual dan pendekatan kasus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perlindungan hukum serta penyelesaian hukum bagi pemilik sertifikat tumpang tindih (overlapping) dalam program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) pada studi Kasus Putusan Nomor 12/G/2021/PTUN.Mks dan Putusan Nomor 203/G/2020/PTUN-JKT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan timbulnya dua alas hak pada objek tanah yang sama mengakibatkan kerugian bagi pemilik sertifikat tersebut. Langkah hukumnya adalah melakukan pengecekan keabsahan sertifikat di kantor pertanahan, apabila kedua sertifikat tercatat maka dapat mengajukan pengaduan, keberatan, dan banding di Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara. The convenience of this technology encourages Generation Z teenagers to use it more in their daily lives. However, many violations of existing legal norms are committed by teenagers. Making them aware of the law is a must so that they, as the next generation, have the skills and integrity in the future. This research is focused on examining forms of violation of legal norms by adolescents on social media and the importance of legal counseling for them using social media. The results of this study are forms of violation of adolescent legal norms on social media, namely bullying, hate speech and spreading fake news. This needs to be done legal counseling so that they are aware and obey the law. Of course, this is by using social media that they are familiar with, because they use it more intensively so that it will be more effective in achieving the goals of this legal counselin
Analysis of the Role of Regional Autonomy on the Existence of Customary Land under Agrarian Law in Indonesia

This raises the question of the role of regional autonomy in preserving the existence of customary land, which often faces challenges in terms of protection and recognition of its rights amidst rapid development and national land policies. The main objective of this analysis is to examine the role of regional autonomy in the existence of customary land and the legal implications of recognition by local governments regarding customary land existence through regional regulations. The approach used in this research is a normative juridical approach, with secondary materials as the primary source. Regional autonomy plays a crucial role in maintaining the existence of customary land through recognition, inventory, and identification of customary land rights, as well as protecting, receiving aspirations, and processing complaints or legal actions related to violations of these rights. Recognition by local governments of the existence of customary land through regional regulations can strengthen the position of customary law, prevent conflicts, increase awareness and participation of indigenous communities, and provide legal protection for their rights to customary land
Legal Protection for Land Rights Holders Included in the Toll Road Development Project Plan Accompanied with Compensation

On the other hand, land rights holders whose land will be used for development in the public interest should not be disadvantaged and ruled out at all. To support this, the government provides a legal basis so that the release of land rights used for the public interest must also pay attention to the aspect of balanced compensation. The formulation of the problem in this study, How is the settlement of disputes over the construction of toll roads on the value of compensation to land rights holders and How is the Legal Protection of land rights holders related to compensation disputes in toll road construction projects, the theory used in this study is the Theory of Legal Protection, according to Philipus M. Hadjon and the theory of dispute resolution according to Yahya Harahap. The method used in the research, namely, normative juridical research, namely library legal research or secondary data with primary, secondary and tertiary legal sources. The approach in this research is, namely, the approach of legislation, conceptual approach and case approach and the technique of collecting legal materials is done by means of document studies or library materials, observation or observation and interviews or interviews. For legal material analysis techniques carried out by Grammatical, Systematic, and Legal Construction Interpretation. Research results show that the settlement of toll road construction disputes over the value of compensation to land rights holders can only be done through judicial institutions that have an independent nature. Settlement of land acquisition disputes for the public interest must have special material and formal law. Settlement of land acquisition disputes for the public interest cannot be carried out unilaterally only by the government which has equality with land rights holders and legal protection of land rights holders related to compensation disputes in toll road construction projects must be in accordance with applicable law. Land rights are considered as constitutionally protected private property rights. Land is considered as an object that has a closed nature based on laws and regulations
Inovasi Kemasan Bawang Goreng UMKM Rivana Guna Mengoptimalisasi Daya Saing Produk Menggunakan Metode QFD
Get PDFDalam industri makanan yang kompetitif, UMKM perlu berinovasi untuk menjaga kualitas dan daya tarik produk. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) guna mengidentifikasi kebutuhan konsumen terhadap desain kemasan bawang goreng pada UMKM Rivana. Berdasarkan survei terhadap 52 responden, atribut perlindungan produk (skor 4,62) dan kebersihan kemasan (skor 4,83) menjadi faktor utama yang harus diperhatikan. Analisis House of Quality (HoQ) merekomendasikan peningkatan perlindungan terhadap kerusakan eksternal serta penerapan teknologi vacuum packaging untuk memperpanjang masa simpan. Desain kemasan yang lebih modern, estetis, dan informatif diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya tarik konsumen serta mendorong penjualan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi kemasan berbasis kebutuhan konsumen berperan penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk UMKM di pasar yang semakin kompetitif
