Pengelolaan Pembelajaran Berbasis Teknologi Informasi:Respon Tenaga Kependidikan terhadap Pembelajaran Daring pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di SMKS Yasalam El-Umah Bogor
The impact of the Covid 19 pandemic is very pronounced in the world of education, this has led to changes in the learning system. Efforts to prevent the spread of the virus are being pursued, one of which is by implementing an online learning system. This study aims to determine the management of information technology-based learning. Participants in this study were the principal. This research is a qualitative research, with research instruments, namely interviews and observations. The results of this study illustrate that learning management is carried out in 3 stages, namely (1) planning, (2) implementation, and (3) assessment. In carrying out its role, the principal as a leader in learning is able to manage the entire educational process in the institution, especially in developing the quality of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic by managing information technology-based learning
PROJECT BASED AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNING IN CROSS CULTURAL UNDERSTANDING CLASSES
Culture is an important and interesting topic in the field of Teaching English as a Foreign Language. Culture and Language are interrelated and, therefore, it is essential that we understand the role of culture in education. Students’ culture will play a major role in their learning. The way students interact with their teachers, the way they respond to questions, the way they interact with others, the way they view education, and the way they value work are all factors that play a role in the learning process. Indeed, for EFL learners, cross culture understanding videos gives a double challenge as they should express their creative ideas in English. This paper, hence, shares ideas to engage students in activities and projects that increase their confidence and foster the motivation to explore the use of English creatively. It was offered as an exam project in English Education Department of STKIP Muhammadiyah Bogor, cross culture understanding project based learning aims at nurturing students’ creativity and confidence, as well as encouraging them to share their ideas about culture and how to explain it in English. Activities are designed in accordance with the course objectives to share information about cultural diversity, promote local culture and popular culture, and examine the influence of one’s culture on learning. Pemberian beasiswa UKT di perguruan tinggi negeri dan swasta bisa menjadi solusi yang tepat bagi mahasiswa dan perguruan tinggi dalam menghadapi permasalahan pembiayaan pendidikan di saat pandemi covid-19 saat ini. Maka diharapkan peran serta pemerintah untuk tetap memberikan keringanan dan bantuan bagi perguruan tinggi dan mahasiswa agar pendidikan bisa terus berlangsung. STUDI KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA GURU DI MTs MU’ALLIMIEN MUHAMMADIYAH LEUWILIANG
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Kinerja Guru di MTs Mu’allimien Muhammadiyah Leuwiliang, (2) Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah di MTs Mu’allimien Muhammadiyah Leuwiliang, (3) Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Evaluasi Kinerja Guru di MTs Mu’allimien Muhammadiyah Leuwiliang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru di MTs Mu’allimien Muhammadiyah Leuwiliang
Hasil penelitian ini adalah MTs Mu’allimien Muhammadiyah Leuwiliang telah memiliki guru yang tingkat kinerjanya sudah baik, dibuktikan dengan semua Perencanaan pembelajaran, Adanya program tahunan, program semester, analisis keterkaitan SKL, silabus, RPP serta KKM. Kemudian dalam pelaksanaannya, guru senantias melibatkan siswa agar aktif dalam kelas pada saat pembelajaran, serta menggunakan strategi dan metode ajar yang bervariatif dalam menyampaikan bahan ajar juga manfaatkan alat atau media pembelajaran. Kepemimpinan kepala MTs Mu’allimien Muhammadiyah Leuwiliang terjalin dengan baik dan selalu berusaha untuk menjadi pemimpin yang dapat melayani para bawahannya dengan baik serta selalu berusaha menciptakan suasana kerja yang efektif dan kondusif. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru sangatlah memberikan kontribusi yang baik terhadap kemajuan kualitas pembelahran sehingga dapat mendorong mutu pendidikan dimana para tenaga pendidik merupakan kunci keberhasilan dalam dunia pendidikan
PERBANDINGAN GAYA BAHASA DALAM NOVEL AUTUMN IN PARIS KARYA ILANA TAN DENGAN NOVEL SANG PEMIMPI KARYA ANDREA HIRATA SEBAGAI PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan gaya bahasa dalam novel Autumn In Paris dan novel Sang Pemimpi serta sebagai pengembangan bahan ajar di SMA. Penggunaan gaya bahasa yang digunakan dalam novel Autumn In Paris dan novel Sang Pemimpi yaitu gaya bahasa perbandingan. Objek dalam penelitian ini kalimat yang berhubungan dengan gaya bahasa perbandingan, sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah novel yang berjudul Autumn In Paris dan novel Sang Pemimpi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan Metode penelitian teknik catat karena data-datanya berupa teks. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Autumn In Paris dan novel Sang Pemimpi. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan data dalam novel Autumn In Paris berjumlah 50 data yang terdiri dari gaya bahasa hiperbola terdapat 22 data, personifikasi 13, sinekdoke 2, perumpamaan 3, alusio 7, metonomia 1 dan metafora 2. sedangkan dalam novel Sang Pemimpi ditemukan 116 data, gaya bahasa hiperbola 33, personifikasi 41, sinekdoke 3, perumpamaan 27, alusio 5, metonomia 3, metafora 4. Hasil analisis novel Autumn In Paris menujukkan bahwa Ilana Tan sebagai penulis novel Autumn In Paris lebih cenderung menggunakan gaya bahasa hiperbola sedangkan dalam novel Sang Pemimpi menunjukkan bahwa Andrea Hirata banyak menggunakan gaya bahasa personifikasi, jadi gaya bahasa personifikasi dalam novel Sang Pemimpi ini dapat menghidupkan isi cerita didalamnya lebih hidup serta menghindari hal-hal yang berifat monoton yang dapat membuat pembaca merasa bosan. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan memiliki kelayakan sebagai bahan ajar sastra di SMA kelas XII yaitu dalam segi gaya bahasa yang dominan dipakai oleh Ilana Tan dan Andera Hirata dalam novel Autumn In Paris dan novel Sang Pemimp
Pendidikan Karakter Perspektif Tafsir Al-Misbah Surah Al- Furqan Ayat 63-70 dan Implikasinya Terhadap Pengembangan Pendidikan Islam
The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe M. Quraish Shihab's views on character education through the study of the al-mishbah tafsir book. This study used a research library method. Data collection is done by reading, understanding, analyzing, comparing existing data and then grouping them according to their respective characteristics through the Critical Discourse Analysis model. The results of the research show that in Surah Al-Furqan verses 63-70 that actions called character are being wise, generous, not killing people except for reasons justified by syar a' (Islamic law), praying a lot and repenting, and keeping yourself from committing free sex. Meanwhile, the values ??of character education that can be understood are that if good character is conveyed to students continuously and systematically it is able to shape the personality and character of a strong Muslim, so that they can display and apply the values ??of Islamic teachings in their life
INDONESIAN EFL PRE SERVICE TEACHER’S PERCEPTIONS AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE USE OF TECHNOLOGY DURING A TEACHING PRACTICE
This research was conducted to find out the Indonesian EFL pre-service teachers’ perception and acceptance in using technology during a teaching practice. The research was used mix method research approach. The questionnaire and interview used as the instrument of research to the sixty Indonesian EFL pre service teachers. The research discovered that Indonesian EFL pre service teachers have positive perception and positive acceptance in using technology during teaching practice
IMPLEMENTASI MEANINGFULLY INSTRUCTIONAL DALAM PEMBELAJARAN JARAK JAUH DI ERA PANDEMI COVID-19
The some studies have discussed a lot about efforts to create meaningfully in a lesson. This article specifically proves that there are differences in the ability of students to explain verbally the meaning content of the letter Al-Jumuah verses 9-11 which are taught with contextual teaching learning strategies that emphasize meaningfully and collaborative learning strategies that emphasize collaboration and integration. The experiment research, by conducting two classes of learning on forty students, each class consisting of twenty students with the same ability. The data on the results of the students' ability to explain the contents of the letter Al-Jumuah verses 9-11 were analyzed with anova once or twice. The analysis resulted in the finding that there was a very significant difference in the students' ability to explain the contents of the verse. The concluded that contextual teaching learning which emphasizes meaningfully can have a very significant effect on students' ability to explain the content of the letter Al-Jumuah verses 9-11. The contextual teaching learning strategies that emphasize meaningfulness can be implemented in distance learning activities in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic
AN INVESTIGATION OF STUDENTS’ DIFFICULTIES IN LEARNING VOCABULARY
Vocabulary is an essential building block of language and as such it makes sense to be able to measure learners’ knowledge of it. The objectives of the research is to know what are the difficulties faced by students in learning vocabulary and what are the factors that cause students’ difficulties in learning vocabulary. The objective of this research was to investigate and described the students’ difficulties in learning vocabulary. The research conducted in SMP Pesona Dywantara Distrik Bogor. The number of participants who selected by the writer are 10 eighth grade students of SMP Pesona Dywantara using purposive sampling. This research has two research questions, those are: (1) What are the difficulties faced by students in learning vocabulary? (2) What are the factors that cause students’ difficulties in learning vocabulary? The research design used in this research was descriptive qualitative because this research results the descriptive data in the form of written or picture data from the subjects of the research being observed. Based on the data analysis, the researcher found three difficulties faced by students. Those are; Spelling and pronunciation, words meaning and using words approperiately. Furthermore, the difficulties can be caused by many factors. They were afraid making mistake in producing certain word, never practice the vocabulary in daily communication or written practices and just studied the material in class and they did not learn at home
PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN PEMBELAJARAN (INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERSHIP) KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA TENAGA PENDIDIK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kepemimpinan pembelajaran (instructional leadership) kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik di SMK Madani. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis data, analisis korelasi, dan analisis regresi serta Uji-T untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan pembelajaran (instructional leadership) kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik di SMK Madani dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan penelitian populasi dan mtode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket.
Adapun hasil yang diperoleh kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh yang dapat dilihar pada hasil thitung sebesar 3,65 dan ttabel 3,24 atau 3,65 > 3,24 pada taraf signifikan 0,05 artinya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa kepemimpinan pembelajaran (instructional leadership) kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik di SMK Madani. Hasil uji korelasi dengan nilai yang diperoleh sebesar rhitung 0,439 dan rtabel 0,324 atau 0,439 > 0,324 dengan nilai determinasi sebesar 19,30%. Artinya kepemimpinan pembelajaran (instructional leadership) kepala sekolah memberikan pengaruh sebesar 19.30
