THE ANALYSIS OF CHARACTER CREATION MEANS IN THE NOVEL BY M. STEL’MAH “THE THOUGHT ABOUT YOU”
Get PDFIn the world thought and practice the scientific paradigm is anthropocentrism. In the aspect of these philosophical ideas the epic canvases by M. Stel’mah gain the qualitatively new interpretation. For today it is obvious that the works of verbal art must be considered not only as a reflection of socio-political, economic or cultural-educational life of certain society but first of all we must make the acquaintance with personages of the work, to cognize their human essence, to elucidate personal characteristics of personages as creators of own and general story. Such an approach will favor the realization of esthetic, educative and hedonistic function of the literature. Recipients cognize the essence of philosophical categories through the means of character creation of human images: “sense of being”, “happiness”, “self-cognition and self-realization”, “ugly and beautiful”, “comic-tragic and heroic”, “personal development” and so on.The system of images-personages of soviet epoch in their open description is considered in the article. The esthetics of social realism, its influence on the formation of the author’s idiostyle was discovered. The scientific novelty of the received results is in the detailed elucidation and analysis of the originality of the means of character creation of personages in socio-psychological novel by M. Stel’mak “The thought about you”. The materials and results of the study will be the valuable acquisition of literary criticism and the practice of teaching literature

Economic and social development of any modern state much depends on effectiveness of tax control system that is why the problems of tax control organization, elaboration of the ways of tax control improvement are topical. In the modern world the international relations and connections gain the great value, at the state interaction they can appeal to the experience of each other on the questions of legislation, levy of the taxes and duties in the state budget. In each state the tax control systems are different and have both positive and negative aspects. At analysis of the foreign legislation the detailed analysis of the results of the use of certain measures of regulation and control is needed and it is also necessary to prognosticate an experience that will be gained by our state in the case of introduction of analogous measures. Get PDFThe effectiveness of any learning is formed on the base of analysis of mastered content of correspondent learning programs/courses with gradually understood formation of the certain level of education/competences of individuals.In the article is offered an analysis of assessment of establishing of correspondent levels of the learning achievements of senior pupils in the process of study of economic subjects. Author considers an algorithm of diagnostics of formation of economic notions in senior pupils from the point of view of personal-activity approach to the study of school courses on economics that is directly based on the own reflexive activity of pupils, personal interest in the further deepening of received knowledge.The elaborated algorithm of diagnostics of formation of the market economy notions in senior people is presented in stages, namely: getting of the primary information, its elaboration and analysis; determination of conceptual bases of the levels of formation of the mains notions of market economy (ascertaining stage of research); elaboration of criteria of diagnostics of formation level of economic competences in senior pupils; determination of the final stage of formation of the market economy notions, analysis and assessment of the received results of research (forming stage of research) with taking into account of the certain level of reflection. There are given the results of expert assessment of the primary and final stages of the study of economic readiness of the senior pupils of general educational institutions of economic and non-economic type with taking into account of personal interest as to the further study of economy bases

THE ANALYSIS OF EVOLUTIONARY CHANGES IN THE SYSTEM OF HIGHER MEDICAL EDUCATION IN UKRAINE IN THE FIRST HALF OF THE XX-TH CENTURY
Get PDFThe article is devoted to the development of the higher medical education in Ukraine in 1900–1940. The actuality of the history of educational establishments’ system generalization for the theoretical understanding of educational process peculiarities within a certain brunch of education is revealed. The state of the higher medical education in Ukraine at the beginning of the XX century is depicted. The development of universities’ medical departments in the first two decades of the XX century is analyzed. The common features and differences of university education in Russian and Austrian parts of Ukraine are described. Organizational forms of medical educational establishments are analyzed. The tendency of increasing the system of educational establishments by the foundation of the higher courses for women is stated. The changes in the system of medical education after the establishment of the soviet power in Ukraine are analyzed. Soviet government activities in the sphere of higher education in general and its medical branch in particular are depicted. The dynamics of medical institutes as well as the system of higher education administration development in 1920–1930-s is revealed. New organizational forms were established that reflected the search for the optimal educational system corresponding to the new epoch challenges and the goals of the new state. The influence of ideological conceptions on all branches of higher education in that time is obvious. It was especially strong in 1920-s in comparison with more pragmatic 1930-s. The general conclusion is made about the unification and strengthening of the state control in the educational process, especially in the soviet period. It is stated that, though the organs of self-administration in higher school were functioning, the educational process was to the great extent centralized. ENVIRONMENTAL CROWDSOURCING IN MOSCOW: UNDERRATED OPPORTUNITIES
Get PDFThis article analyses the results of research on how Muscovites perceive the environmental situation. A mass poll of 800 residents of Moscow conducted in June-July, 2015 provided data for the analysis. Six municipal districts have been selected for polling: Novokosino, Perovo, Sokolinaya Gora, Mozhaisky, Krylatskoye, Novo-Peredelkino. The reasons were as follows: selection was to include districts with different levels of environmental pollution, districts located in semi-peripheral and peripheral parts of the city, approximately equally remote from the center.The questionnaire consisted of the following parts: assessment of changes in the environmental situation in Moscow and in the district; ranking of polluters in the city and in the district; questions about environmental behavior of Muscovites.The research was aimed at identifying the correlation between subjective perception of residents and objective spatial and environmental differentiation in Moscow as well as assessing the potential of environmental crowdsourcing in Moscow.The article reviews the following aspects of how Muscovites perceive the environmental situation: assessment of environmental situation in the city and in model districts and comparison of their opinion to the actual environmental conditions; identification of the differences between Muscovites’ perception of city polluters and objective ranking of polluters; environmental maturity of public consciousness among metropolitans and potential readiness of various groups for participating in environment protection measures.Respondents’ assessments diverge from actual data due to lack of knowledge and environmental illiteracy, difficulties in interpreting ecological information for an ordinary person, impossibility to assess potential threat of polluters, especially if a polluter is invisible and cannot be localized. The absence of accurate and objective criteria of environmental conditions is another reason for this divergence.Residents of environmentally safe districts are prone to more positive assessments for the city in general. On the contrary, residents of less safe districts, tend to project problems of their district on the whole city, for example in Novokosino where waste incineration plant is located.Muscovites’ assessments largely depend on connectivity with the rest of the city, presence of unique natural sites (parks), proximity to polluters

FUNCTIONAL-SEMANTIC CHARACTERISTICS OF CONJUGATED SYNTAGMAS
Get PDFThere is the close correlation between conjugation and syntagmatic segmentation of speech expressed in cer-tain syntagma typicality. The conjugated syntagma in live Russian speech and language of piece of art are identical on its structural-grammatical models. In the article is carried out an analysis of syntagmatic peculiarities of few Tur-kic languages, syntagma structures, its spontaneity, its additional functions, universal peculiarities of speech, possi-bility of syntagmatic segmentations; there was defined that all these peculiarities are more typical for informal lan-guage. At the same time there are specified the lexical and grammatical means at determination of the role of syn-tagma in speech sections conjunction. Among these means it is very important to consider the role of intonation and conjunctive means (prepositions, addresses and so on). The character of intonation-semantic unity in Turkic lan-guages somewhat differs from the other language groups including Slavic or Romanic-Germanic ones. This is ex-pressed in fact that syntagmas conjugated to the main structural-grammatical part of sentence are typified. The modern language processes that are represented first of all in formation of bilingualism have an influence on substantial syntagmas characteristics including Turkic languages
ARCHITECTURALLY ARTISTIC METAL OF CITY IVANO-FRANKIVSK(STANISLAVIV), END OF 19TH-BEGINNING OF 20TH CENTURY
Get PDFIn this article we consider a theme concerning the evolution of metal decoration in architecture of the town Ivano-Frankivsk (Stanislaviv), dated XIX - early XX century, this question was analyzed in line with European architectural and artistic trends of that time. Style trends and compositional features were detected through the example of certain types of metal-plastic in the architecture of the town. Special attention was paid to finding ways to preserve valuable historical examples of architectural-artistic metal, which are exposed to destruction.Ancient metal-plastic, which impresses us by the mastery of far-back blacksmiths, adorns most historic buildings in Ivano-Frankivsk (Stanislaviv). It was formed, at each stage of its development, in line with European architectural-artistic trends and reproduces the content of these processes by typological, compositional, stylistic, iconographic, formal features, together with production technique and manufacturing technology. The metal-plastic being a valuable architectural-artistic heritage of XIX - early XX century, which defines the direction of urban modern forging art development, nowadays is exposed to destruction. Undervaluation and low level of research work, concerning Ivano-Frankivsk historic metal-plastic as a cultural heritage object, become one of the reasons that community and some experts do not consider it as an object that influenced the formation of the architectural urban space image and still continues to influence its evolution
