Rad daje pregled čimbenika koji predstavljaju najveće prepreke održivom pčelarenju u Republici Hrvatskoj poput uvoza jeftinog meda, klimatskih promjena, onečišćenja, nestanka prirodnih staništa i sl..The goal of this final paper was to point out the state and problems of honey bee conservation both in the Republic of Croatia and in the world. In the first part, the work is mostly oriented towards getting to know the members of the bee colony and their morphological and physiological characteristics. The central part describes in detail the roles of bees in terms of bee products and their effects on human health. In addition to it's healthy bee products, the honey bee is also exceptional for it's extraordinary role as pollinanting insect. Touching on the history of beekeeping in Croatia, we came to the knowledge that bees have been known to Croatian people since ancient times, as well as the use of bee products for health purposes. Due to the fact that beekeeping in the Republic of Croatia, due to it's rich biodiversity, does not lag behind more advanced beekeeping in Europe, attention was focused on the flaws and shortcomings regarding the import of cheap honey, climate change, pollution, the disappearance of natural habitats and many other factors that are an obstacle to more sustainable beekeeping in the Republic Croatia

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the current state of olive production in the Trilj city area, then based on topographic and pedoclimatic data assess the suitability of the Trilj city area for olive growing.Growing olives suitability was assesed according to the Briccoli (1925) classification method modified by Miljković (1984). Based on the difference in climate and topographic characteristics, the Trilj city area is divided into 3 farming regions: the central region (settlements near Sinjsko polje), the northern and northeastern regions (on the slopes of Mount Kamešnica), the southern and southwestern regions. The greatest limmiting factor to olive cultivation is related to the frequency of extremely low winter temperatures (< -12°C) and negative spring (< -5°C) throughout the Trilj region. The overall results showed a positive scoring result in the central (+5 points) and South and southwest area (+25 points), which emphasizes the suitability of this regions for olive trees. The northern and northeastern regions appear unsuitable for olive growing with a score of -18 points. Before planting olive orchards, it is necessary to conduct a detailed analysis of the agro-ecological conditions of the micro-site of the future olive grov

Hrvatski sabor 1992. godine je donio jedan od prvih dokumenata, a to je Deklaracija o zaštiti okoliša u Republici Hrvatskoj u kojoj se spominje koliko je bitan održivi razvoj.EU funding can be managed jointly by the European Commission and national authorities, directly by the European Commission or indirectly by other bodies inside or outside the EU, depending on the nature of the funding in question. Grants are awarded to specific projects related to EU policies, usually following a public announcement known as a call for proposals. Grants can be applied for by persons running a company or a related organization (business associations, business support providers, consultants, etc.) running projects that seek to promote EU interests or those contributing to the implementation of EU policies or programmes. In the financial period from 2014 to 2020, the Republic of Croatia had a total of 10.676 billion euros available from investment and structural European funds. From this amount, 8.397 billion euros are earmarked for cohesion policy goals, 2.026 billion euros for rural development and agriculture, while 253 million euros are earmarked for fisheries development. Sustainable development (balanced development, sustainable development), economic development that fully takes into account the impact of economic activity on the environment and is based on renewable resources. In 1992, the Croatian Parliament adopted one of the first documents, namely the Declaration on Environmental Protection in the Republic of Croatia, which mentions how important sustainable development is

Sposobnost komunikacije omogućuje izgradnju ugledne i uspješne organizacije. Communication is an essential part of everyday life for every individual. In a business environment, good communication plays a crucial role in the success of an organization. In the case of the Ministry of the Interior (MUP), communication holds particular significance considering the fact that MUP does not have a "product" like other organizations, but their "product" is actually people. The ability to communicate enables the building of a reputable and successful organization. The police organization is subject to strict legal regulations and rules that police officers must adhere to, such as the Law on Police, the Law on Police Affairs and Authorities, and others. Along with complying with the law, police officers must develop communication skills and be capable of adapting to different situations and interlocutors. In communication with citizens, police officers should use standard literary Croatian language and avoid the use of dialects or local expressions from their own region. In addition to developing communication abilities, police officers must also have developed social and psychological skills. Furthermore, they need to be physically fit and possess specialized knowledge and skills to maintain order, and security, and combat criminal activities

Percepcija, motivacija, stavovi i uvjerenja igraju ključnu ulogu u oblikovanju tih odluka. Consumer behavior is complex and diverse, shaped by each individual consumer's unique life experiences, social interactions, and personal characteristics. In this final paper, the influence of psychological factors on consumer behavior is investigated. Key stages of the consumer behavior process, such as recognizing needs, searching for information and making purchase decisions, are subject to the influence of psychological factors. Perception, motivation, attitudes and beliefs play a key role in shaping these decisions. Emphasis is placed on perception, motivation, attitudes and personality, and how these factors influence the process of making purchasing decisions. Perception refers to the way consumers perceive products and information about them, while motivation drives their purchasing decisions. Attitudes towards products and brands also play an important role, while the consumer's personality represents the basic framework through which they interpret their environment. Understanding these psychological factors helps marketers adjust their strategies to better meet the needs and wants of different consumers

To postiže i „podupiranjem pozitivne energije i zajedničkog doprinosa u kreiranju i provedbi zajedničkih planova“. Uspješno poslovanje i stvaranje zadovoljstva klijenata dovodi do značajnih rezultata u bankarskom sektoru i ostvarivanja organizacijskih ciljeva. The importance of leadership is in following, because without following there is no leading. Leadership is focused on interaction between people, people-oriented. It deals with overcoming changes and does not care about the position an individual occupies in the organization. The functions of leadership are setting direction, involving people, motivating and inspiring. The leader must set realistic frameworks that are the basis for creating their shared vision, in order to instill faith in his vision in employees. It achieves this by "supporting positive energy and joint contribution in the creation and implementation of joint plans". A democratic leader has a two-way relationship with his employees, therefore, he directs and leads, but at the same time listens and learns. Leadership style is manifested in the way in which the leader stimulates employees to perform tasks. Of course, leadership style is determined not only by the characteristics of the leader, but also by the characteristics of subordinates and the specific situation. Successful operations and creation of client satisfaction leads to significant results in the banking sector and the achievement of organizational goals. This paper shows successful management in the banking sector using the example of PBZ. The factors that lead the PBZ group to the very top of Croatian banking are listed and described in detail. They measure their success not only by business results, but by social responsibility and contribution to sustainable development

In this final paper, the meaning of state aid will be explained. Of what importance are they for the economy of Croatia, but also for the entire population. It will be stated who are the end users of the support, but also who are the providers and what work they perform. It will also state what state grants can be, as well as what are the prerequisites for obtaining grants. Instruments and categories of state aid will also be explained. An analysis of state aid in Croatia before and after joining the European Union and the current situation will be made, and it will also be stated what the state aid policy is in the European Union. Upon joining the European Union, Croatia was obliged to harmonize its legislation with the legislation of the European Union. According to the European Union, if state aid disrupts market balance and competition in any way, it is strictly prohibited. This ban was introduced in order to respect market competition between the member states of the European Union. As certain sectors and regions are underdeveloped or in problems, the European Union conditionally allows state aid to help them through sectoral, horizontal and regional state aid. The Union prefers horizontal state aid because it has the least impact on the stability of the entire economy

Women's entrepreneurship is becoming an increasingly popular topic in recent times and it is the focus of consideration by theorists and practitioners. Croatia, as well as EU countries, makes great efforts to encourage women to become increasingly involved in entrepreneurial activity. In that sense, through different policies and programs, action plans and other strategic documents, so as infrastructural (supportive) support, attempts are made to encourage entrepreneurial activity among women. However, one of the main problems, as well as an obstacle, faced by women today is a „negative“ attitude towards women in entrepreneurship. Which are associated with traditional stereotypes about women's roles both in the family and in the society by placing women into the frame of an obedient housewife, so as both caring mother and wife. By that cognition itself, it can clearly conclude, how it is really difficult for women to enter in the world of entrepreneurship, especially if self – proving and achieving business success in what they do, is added fact too. The fact that today's time, brings with it more responsibilities and more obligations in business, so it is on them the most of responsibility of balancing private and business life. Except the barriers that are already mentioned, ascribing them to the structural kind of obstacles, by going ahead we cross the way with economic problems and obstacles, because of disabled access to financial support among women, so they at the best for them can accomplish the right to a very small part of the incentive. When they find themselves in the situation like that, most women simply give up on their idea by accepting rules of the society and end up burying their dreams deeply to come back to their family and living 100% only for them. Fortunately, women are taking small but strong steps towards achieving their ideas by demanding to be heard, speaking to the public, rationally approaching the idea of their future business venture. They also have been working on the improvement of their knowledge and skills by investing into self – education. In that sense, women are provided with various forms of support, which will greatly improve future businesses. The Republic of Croatia is an exceptional example, especially when it comes to female entrepreneurs. Women at differentages, on different positions show that succes is accessible. With one of the best female entrepreneurs in Croatia, an in – depth interview was conducted. Their personal experience and example shows us the importance of following one's dream
