Побудова альтернативної системи рейтингування наукової активності вищих навчальних закладів України: методичні засади та результати апробації
Get PDFHigher school conditions the direction of the social development by introducing scientific ideas, developing innovative technologies, studying and promoting effective socio-economic mechanisms of the country development, supports the cultural level, intellect and spirituality of the society. That is why the creation of conditions for strengthening main directions of the higher educational institutions (HEI) activity, especially, their scientific-research, scientific-technical and innovative potential it is a key task of the higher educational system modernization by the Ministry of education and science (MES) of Ukraine. On the background of diverse factors of such motivations, the one of importance is the factor of comparative collations that is the rating base.The article is devoted to the further development of methodological principles, methodical and information-model support of the construction of the rating system of the assessment of the Ukrainian higher educational institutions potential. The special feature of the offered rating system is the formation of the multi-component system of the quality monitoring of the HEI scientific activity by the four main factors: international activity, scientific activity, citing and commercialization of scientific results. Local indicative systems that allow to assess the HEI scientific activity from system positions were formed for each factor, based on the comparative analysis of the list of parameters of the well-known world ratings and features of the Ukrainian higher system modernization. The pilot calculations of the scientific activity of Kharkiv HEI were realized to probate the offered rating assessment system. Get PDFThe topicality of the problem of formation of scenic-image culture in future teachers of music art is determined by modern requirements to the professional training of future teachers-musicians that orient them on professional mastership, spiritual growth, formation of creative qualities by modern means of music education.The specializations “voice training” and “vocal” gain the special popularity among students of art faculties; these specialties form the vocal preparation of future teachers of music art. The base of the successful vocal activity of a future teacher of music art is scenic-image culture, determined by a high-artistic representation of a music composition, elucidation of an artistic image, executor’s aesthetic taste, scenic behavior, translation of aesthetic values to an audience.The article elucidates the subject characteristic of scenic-image culture of future teachers of music art in the vocal training process. Get PDFSpecial course of study “Fundamentals of conflictological culture of future experts of socionomic professions” is a deep problem development of the formation of conflictological culture of future experts of socionomic professions according to the program, proposed by the author. The special course built on the methodological principles: the unity of consciousness and activity, the theory and practice, the integration of knowledge from related fields of sciences - Psychology, Pedagogy, Social Psychology, and Conflict Resolution Studies. A determinant between efficiency of knowledge technology and quality of the process of the formation of conflictological culture is based on a complex organization of competence, system, active, cultural, self-oriented, axiological, acmeological, synergic approaches.Actual problem of formation of conflictological culture of experts in modern conflictogenic environment, the role of the special course of study as the final stage of solving a definite problem, on which (stage) systematized and generalized theoretical knowledge and practical abilities and skills of the students in the article are proved. The concept of “conflictological culture of experts” as a multifaceted quality of activity of an expert is determined. The qualitative internal changes in the character, the direction, the opportunities of students in the process of the formation of conflictological culture and the psychological mechanisms of realization these changes are revealed. Get PDFThe article focuses on developing communicative foreign language competence in monologue production of non-linguistic students at the primary stage of higher education with video. The purpose of the research is to specify video selection criteria for integrated development of socio-cultural and professionally oriented communicative foreign language competence on the basis of audiovisual implicit specializing. The implementation of audiovisual implicit specializing requires: 1) availability of socio-cultural information about culture and language behaviour in different countries of the world with the primary focus on the country and the people of the target language; 2) presence of situational models of communication incorporating a number of lexical units of economic and tourist register in non-professional communication spheres in the video sequence;3) authenticity of academic and non-academic videos; 4) presentation of oral speech production and interaction patterns containing lengthy monologue utterances;5) audio and video correlation in the video sequence as well as correspondence with the first year students’ foreign language proficiency level and their thesaurus. To illustrate the listed criteria the article provides some scripts of video sequences to be used to develop socio-cultural and professionally oriented communicative foreign language competence of non-linguistic students at the primary stage of higher educationСтаттю присвячено відбору відеофонограм для інтегрованого формування іншомовної соціокультурної й професійно орієнтованої комунікативної компетентності у монологічному мовленні студентів немовних ВНЗ на початковому етапі навчання. Get PDFWe have described the normative, real and psychological aspects of professional self-determination of future doctors and pharmacists due to which the process of formation of their information technology competence (the IT competence) takes place during teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation.It has been found, that process of formation of the IT competence of the future specialists during teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation is carried out within the limits of content-structured, activity and productively-effective components of their professional self-determination.The four stages of professional self-determination of future doctors and pharmacists in the process of formation of the IT competence during teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation have been described.We have offered the method of evaluation of levels of professional self-determination of the future specialists on condition of acquisition of the IT competence by them in the process of teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation, which provides the questionnaire survey of subjects of educational process with the use the formulated questions and implementation of algorithm of evaluation of its results with the use of the appropriate statistical methods.Within the limits of the offered method the questionnaire survey of research subjects has been conducted, and also its results have been evaluated with the use the provided algorithm.It has been proved, that the process of formation of the IT competence during teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation with the use of the developed manuals affects on professional self-determination of future doctors and pharmacists, and also provides them the possibility to design the future professional activity. Get PDFThe article presents the results of experimental work on formation of deontological culture in students of higher educational institutions. The aim of research was the determination of effectiveness of introduction of structural-functional model into the practice of social-upbringing work of higher educational institution and provision of pedagogical conditions of formation of students’ deontological culture. For attaining this aim the theoretical-methodological analysis of the problem of formation of deontological culture in students of higher educational institutions was realized, the structural-functional model of formation of deontological culture in students of higher educational institutions was elaborated; the criteria, parameters and levels of formation of deontological culture in students of higher educational institutions were determined; the content-technological support of the process of formation of deontological culture in students of higher educational institutions was elaborated and introduced.The following methods of research were used: empirical ones – questionnaire, testing; narrative methods, independent expert assessment, analysis of pedagogical situations for determination of the level of formation of deontological culture in students; statistical ones – ranging, establishment of coefficient scale, qualitative and quantitative analysis of empirical data for verification of the results of experimental work as to the formation of deontological culture in students in social-upbringing work of higher educational institutionУ статті представлено результати експериментальної роботи з формування деонтологічної культури студентів вищих навчальних закладів. The model is built on the andragogical principles of managerial staff professional development. It includes four basic levels: educational institution, educational district, urban district (united territorial community), regional center of education development.The methods of corporative learning, Internet-technologies, cluster approach to the learning process organization, different forms of qualification improvement courses organization (traditional (full-time and full-time-correspondence learning), distant learning, dual learning, prolonged learning, accumulation learning by case-technologies and so on) are widely used in the model. Get PDFThe ability to realize the pedagogical support of processes of socialization and professional self-determination of schoolchildren is considered as the one of subject (special professional) competences of a teacher of informatics. That is why it is extremely urgent to elaborate the renewed system of training of informatics teacher to the realization of the carrier guidance work with schoolchildren that would take into account features and tendencies of the labor market formation, would able to react timely on demands and challenges of today or even outrun them to some extent. Despite the presence of many-sided native and foreign achievements in the scientific-pedagogical sphere, that the training of future informatics teachers in the system of Ukrainian pedagogical education is based on, there are not enough studies, directed on the substantiation of theoretical and methodical principles of the professional training of future informatics teachers to the carrier guidance of pupils on IT specialties. The aim of the study is to characterize the state of future informatics teachers training for the carrier guidance work with schoolchildren on IT-specialties in the practice of the work of higher pedagogical educational institutions. The study of curriculums, programs of academic disciplines, pedagogical practices, textbooks, schoolbooks and also other learning-methodological support (compendia of lectures, plans of practical, laboratory, individual activities, tasks for independent work, topics for course works, materials for control and so on) testified the absence of the proper elucidation of questions of future informatics teachers training for the realization of schoolchildren carrier guidance on IT specialties. Thus, it seems to be necessary to introduce essential changes in the process of future informatics teachers training for the carrier guidance work with children, connected with IT field. Get PDFThe article substantiates the notion of pedagogical support of resocialization of pupils of centers of social-psychological rehabilitation of children as a complex of pedagogical means, mechanisms and forms of their realization. This support favors the activation of own experience and potential of pupils. It also widens possibilities of the learning-upbringing system of centers of social-psychological rehabilitation of children for increasing the effectiveness of the process of pupils’ resocialization. There were characterized the components of the pedagogical support of the process of resocialization of pupils of centers (aim, principles, content, directions, mechanisms and forms of their realization). The aim of the pedagogical support of the process of resocialization of pupils of centers is to favor the overcoming of obstacles or lag in the process of children’s socialization using the complex of correcting-rehabilitating forms of the social-pedagogical work. There were determined the principles of the pedagogical support of resocialization of pupils of centers: the principle of purposefulness, reflexivity, partnership, subjectivity, synergy, unity of the learning, upbringing and correcting work at realizing resocialization tasks. There were separated the content directions of the pedagogical support:– formation and assimilation of democratic culture skills;– realization of civic duties;– taking of responsibility (for oneself, family, society);– formation of integral worldview;– mastering of social skills;– conscious choice of life strategies;– realization of rights, possibilities and motivation of the future social and professional development;– development of communication skills, communication culture;– development of self-cognition, self-appraisal, self-determination.There were determined the mechanisms of introduction of the pedagogical support of the process of resocialization of pupils of centers of social-psychological rehabilitation of children: – mechanism of favoring pupils’ participation in the process of resocialization;– mechanism of activation of the work of social teachers and psychologists of centers;– mechanism of involving, parents, persons, who replace them and tutors of pupils of centers to the cooperation in the direction of resocialization.The effectiveness of the elaborated pedagogical support of the process of recosialization of pupils of centers and forms of the social-pedagogical work with them was proved.
